Description

The present invention relates to a charging stand on which an electronic device such as a mobile phone can be placed and used for charging a built-in battery.

In general, when charging a rechargeable battery built in a mobile phone, connect the cable from the power adapter to the charging connector provided on the mobile phone body, and place the mobile phone on the charging stand equipped with the charging connector. There is a method of placing and charging. When using the charging stand, charging is performed by connecting a charging cable from the power adapter to the charging connector. The charging stand and the mobile phone are connected to each other when the charging contact provided on the mobile phone and the charging terminal for charging provided on the charging stand are in pressure contact when the mobile phone is placed on the charging stand. become.

Further, as shown in Patent Document 1 and FIG. 5, in the charging stand 2 equipped with a charging connector, the built-in battery of the mobile phone is charged. The contact and the charging terminal 4 provided on the mobile phone mounting surface 5 abut. Further, when the cellular phone presses the protruding member 6 of the charging stand 2, the actuator portion 10 of the switch 8 positioned immediately below the protruding member 6 is pressed, and the switch 8 is turned on. Further, as disclosed in Patent Document 2, a switch member that turns on a charging circuit also serves as a hook that fits into a mobile phone body of a charging stand.

Further, as disclosed in Patent Document 3, a pressing portion is provided in a penetrating state on a mobile phone mounting surface of a charging stand, and a base end portion is supported so as to be swingable. A structure has also been proposed in which when the phone is placed, the pressing portion of the swing lever is pressed by the mobile phone body, and the switch of the charging circuit is turned on. In this structure, a sufficient stroke for turning on the switch can be obtained by the swing lever, and a more reliable operation is possible.

On the other hand, with the recent increase in the number of functions of mobile phones, the charging base is also required to have multiple functions. As shown in FIG. 6, there is also a charging base 12 equipped with an information signal terminal 14 for exchanging information signals with external devices such as personal computers. . The charging stand 12 corresponds to a mobile phone provided with an information signal contact in addition to the charging contact. By placing the mobile phone on the charging stand 12, the information signal contact and the information signal of the charging stand 12 are provided. Terminal 14 is connected. Further, when the mobile phone is placed on the charging stand 12, the two protruding members 16 having different protrusions in the penetrating state on the mobile phone mounting surface 15 of the charging stand 12 are pressed by the mobile phone, Each switch 18 is pressed by the base end portion of each protruding member 16, and the charging circuit and the information signal circuit are sequentially turned on. This function not only prevents electric shock and burns from the charging terminal 4, but also prevents malfunction of the information signal circuit when the mobile phone is placed.
JP 2003-348209 A JP 2004-88688 A JP 2003-289362 A

However, when placing the mobile phone on the charging stand, depending on how the mobile phone is placed, the order in which the two protruding members 16 shown in FIG. The information signal circuit sometimes malfunctioned. Further, even if the order of pressing the protruding members 16 is restricted due to the difference in height of the protruding portions of the protruding members 16, the stroke of the protruding members 16 is limited, so that the pair of switches 18 can be turned on in order. A difference in height could not be obtained.

This invention was made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and when placing an electronic device, it is possible to always turn on a switch such as a charging circuit and an information signal circuit in a certain order, The purpose is to provide a charging stand that prevents malfunction and has excellent safety.

The present invention is a charging stand on which an electronic device such as a mobile phone can be placed, and a charging stand including a charging contact and an information signal contact that can be press-contacted with a charging contact and an information signal contact of the electronic device, respectively. , A charging circuit for charging the internal battery of the electronic device, a plurality of switches for turning on / off each circuit connected to an information signal circuit for exchanging information signals with an external device, and interlocking with the mounting of the electronic device The charging base includes a cam member that presses each of the switches, and the cam member sequentially turns on / off the plurality of switches at a predetermined time in a predetermined order.

The cam member includes a plurality of cam portions provided on a rotation shaft, and each cam portion protrudes around the rotation shaft at a predetermined angle. Alternatively, the plurality of switches are installed at positions having different contact timings relative to the movement of the cam member.

According to the charging stand of the present invention, it is possible to always switch on the charging circuit and the information signal circuit in a certain order by using the cam member when placing an electronic device such as a mobile phone. It is possible to reliably prevent malfunction of electronic equipment. It also prevents electric shock and burns at the charging stand, and is excellent in safety.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a charging stand according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. The charging stand 22 of this embodiment can charge the built-in battery with a mobile phone placed, and can also exchange information signals with external devices depending on the placement state.

First, the structure of the mobile phone charging base 22 of this embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the charging base 22 of this embodiment has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and is configured by combining members formed of injection molding resin or the like. The upper surface of the charging base 22 is open, and the bottom surface inside the opening 20 is about half the position of the side surface 21. Fitting hooks 24 and 26 are provided in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the opening 20. The fitting hooks 24 and 26 are urged in a direction protruding into the opening 20 by a spring 28 inside the charging base 22.

In the vicinity of the center of the bottom surface 30 inside the opening 20, terminals formed by bending a plated metal thin wire material protrude from the five through holes provided on the bottom surface in a convex shape. Of the terminals protruding from the five through holes, two terminals located at both ends are charging terminals 32. The three intermediate terminals are information signal terminals 34, and the charging terminals 32 are formed slightly higher than the information signal terminals 34. The charging terminal 32 and the information signal terminal 34 are fixed to the circuit board 36 inside the charging base 22 and connected to a circuit pattern on the circuit board 36. The circuit board 36 is fixed inside the charging stand 22. The circuit board 36 is provided with connection circuits for connecting to the charging circuit and the information signal circuit in the mobile phone.

A rectangular through-hole is formed at a substantially central portion of the bottom surface 30 of the charging stand 22, and a convex pressing portion 40 made of resin protrudes partially. As shown in FIG. 2, the pressing portion 40 is formed to protrude in a hook shape at the center portion in the longitudinal direction of the columnar rotation shaft 42 of the cam member 38 integrally formed by injection molding or the like. A concentric small-diameter portion 44 having an appropriate width and thinner than the other is formed at both ends of the rotating shaft 42, and the tip of the pressing portion 40 is formed as a sliding surface 46 to which a pressing force is applied.

A protrusion 48 is formed on the side opposite to the sliding surface 46 across the rotation shaft 42. The protrusion 48 protrudes substantially downward from the rotating shaft 42 and includes a cylindrical protrusion 50 symmetrically from the center of the end so as to be an inverted T-shape. The columnar protrusion 50 engages with the return spring 49 so that the pressing portion 40 is urged in the protruding direction.

Cam portions 52 and 53 are integrally formed in the vicinity of both ends of the rotating shaft 42 of the cam member 38, respectively. The cam portions 52 and 53 are both fan-shaped, and the fan-shaped outer peripheral surfaces 54 and 55 press the actuator portions 58 and 59 of the switches 56 and 57 attached to the circuit board 36 inside the charging base 22. It is made possible. The cam portions 52 and 53 are slightly different from each other in the projecting direction around the rotation shaft 42, and project at a predetermined angle phase in the rotation direction of the rotation shaft 42.

As shown in FIG. 1, the cam member 38 has a small-diameter portion 44 at both ends of the rotating shaft 42 rotatably fitted to a bearing portion 60 provided inside the charging base 22. Further, a charging connector and an information signal connector (not shown) are provided on the back surface 62 of the charging stand 22.

Next, a method for using the mobile phone charging base 22 will be described. First, a charging cable from a power adapter (not shown) is connected to a charging connector (not shown) of the charging stand 22, and an information signal cable from an external device (not shown) is also connected to an information signal connector (not shown). Then, a mobile phone (not shown) is placed in the opening 20 of the charging stand 22, and the fitting hooks 24 and 26 and the fitting portion of the mobile phone are set in an engaged state.

When the mobile phone is placed on the charging stand 22, the pressing portion 40 is pressed by the mobile phone, and the cam member 38 rotates about the rotation shaft 42. Thereby, the outer peripheral surfaces 54 and 55 of the cam parts 52 and 53 fixed to the rotating shaft 42 are slidably pressed against the actuator parts 58 and 59 of the switches 56 and 57, respectively. When the switches 56 and 57 are turned on, the connection circuit of the circuit board 36 is activated.

At this time, the switch 57 on the power circuit side is turned on first by the cam portion 53, and then the information communication switch 56 is turned on. The turn-on timing can be arbitrarily set in advance depending on the arrangement shape of the cam portions 52 and 53, and the turn-on timing can be divided into front and rear.

When the mobile phone is removed from the charging base 22, the rotation shaft 42 is rotated by the return spring 49 engaged with the cylindrical protrusion 50 of the protrusion 48, and the pressing portion 40 protrudes into the opening 20. As a result, the pressing of the actuator portions 58 and 59 of the switches 56 and 57 by the outer peripheral surfaces 54 and 55 of the cam portions 52 and 53 is eliminated, the switches 56 and 57 are turned off, and the circuit operation is stopped.

According to the charging base 22 for the mobile phone of this embodiment, when one pressing portion 40 is pressed, the pair of cam portions 52 and 53 move back and forth and act on the switches 56 and 57, and always in a certain order. The switches 56 and 57 can be turned on. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the malfunction of the information signal circuit or the like and to form the charging base 22 for the mobile phone that is excellent in safety. Moreover, a large stroke can be obtained by changing the up-and-down operation for pressing the pressing portion 40 to a rotation operation, and the switch 56 can be turned on and off more reliably. Furthermore, since a plurality of cam portions 52, 53 can be provided on the rotating shaft 42, a larger number of switches than the pair of switches 56, 57 can be turned on / off in a certain order.

In addition, the charging stand for electronic devices of this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, As shown in FIG. 3, the shape of the cam parts 52 and 53 was made thicker around the cylindrical rotating shaft. The switches 56 and 57 may be turned on / off by deforming part of the surfaces of the switches 56 and 57 that slide with the actuator portions 58 and 59 into a concave shape.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the switches 58 and 59 may be installed at positions where the contact timing is relatively different with respect to the movement of the cam member 38. In this case, the mounting angles of the cams 52 and 53 are made the same, and the mounting positions of the switches 56 and 57 pressed by the cams 52 and 53 are shifted back and forth in the contact direction of the cams 52 and 53, thereby The order in which 57 is turned on / off is set. Of course, the attachment angles of the cam portions 52 and 53 may be different.

The charging stand for electronic devices according to the present invention can be used as a charging stand for portable information terminals other than mobile phones and other various electronic devices. In addition, the exchange of information signals with external devices connected by this charging base is not limited to the above embodiment, and in order to turn on and off the information signal circuit, in addition to wired connection, wireless or infrared connection It is also applicable to.
