Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an embedded lighting fixture.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 13 shows a schematic side view of a conventional example according to the present invention.
[0003]
This embedded luminaire is inserted into an embedded hole provided on an attachment surface (for example, a ceiling surface) 11 and is attached by contacting an outer flange portion 21 provided at a lower portion with an attachment lower surface around the embedded hole. 1 and two attachment springs 2 and 2 having flexibility. The attachment spring 2 has a lower end portion of the attachment spring 2 fixed to the lower part of the outer periphery of the instrument body 1, and an upper end portion of the attachment spring 2 is engaged with a locking groove 22 provided on the side surface of the instrument body 1 from above. Thus, a curved portion is formed between the upper end portion and the lower end portion toward the outside of the instrument body 1. When the bending portion is inserted into the embedding hole provided in the ceiling surface 11, the bending portion abuts on the peripheral surface of the embedding hole and is pressed toward the inside of the instrument body 1, whereby the upper end portion of the mounting spring 2 is moved upward. The attachment spring 2 is released from the locking groove 22. After detaching from the locking groove 22, the mounting spring 2 forming the curved portion returns to the original linear shape and presses the back surface of the ceiling surface 11. The instrument body 1 can be attached to the ceiling surface 11 by this pressing force. In FIG. 13, 3 is a ballast for supplying power to the light source, and 12 is a main body frame. A similar one is also disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-124419.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the lighting apparatus as shown in the conventional example has the following first problem.
[0005]
When constructing on a thin ceiling surface 11 as shown in FIG. 13, as shown in FIG. 13, when trying to insert the instrument main body 1 into an embedding hole in an oblique posture, the ceiling surface 11 is inclined when the ceiling surface 11 is inclined. The curved portion formed on the side close to 11 may not contact the peripheral surface of the embedding hole, so that the upper end of the mounting spring 2 cannot be removed from the locking groove 22. Installation of the appliance on the ceiling surface 11 will be incomplete.
[0006]
In addition, the following second problem occurs.
When the thickness of the ceiling surface 11 is increased, the mounting spring 2 is pressed toward the instrument body 1 by the peripheral surface of the embedding hole provided in the ceiling surface 11. For example, the mounting spring 2 is in a state of being nearly vertical. It becomes easy to slip downward from the peripheral surface. For this reason, there is a greater risk that the lighting fixture will shift downward due to its own weight.
[0007]
In addition, the third problem as described below occurs.
Since the curved portion formed outwardly between the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the mounting spring 2 is on the upper side (the mounting direction side) of the outer flange portion 21, for example, when the instrument is transported Due to the strong vibration that occurs, pressure may be applied to the curved portion, and the attachment spring 2 is pressed toward the instrument body 1 by the pressure, and the engagement state of the attachment spring 2 is released before the instrument is constructed. End up.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of all the above-mentioned problems, and its object is to cope with the thinness and thickness of the ceiling material constituting the ceiling surface (particularly, the peripheral surface of the embedded hole). An object of the present invention is to provide an embedded lighting device that can be applied and can maintain the locking state of the mounting spring against strong vibrations that occur during transportation of the device.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, according to the invention described in claim 1, the outer flange portion provided in the lower portion is inserted into the embedded hole provided in the mounting surface, and the mounting lower surface around the embedded hole is brought into contact with the mounting lower surface. The mounting spring includes: a mounting body including a mounting body, and a plurality of mounting springs that are fixed to the lower peripheral portion of the mounting body in the vicinity of the lower end and are elastically protruded from the upper end. The mounting spring is held at a position close to the instrument body while the mounting spring is locked to the approaching portion of the mounting hole, and protrudes outward from the mounting spring in this locked state. An attachment spring locking spring is provided to contact the peripheral surface of the mounting spring and release the mounting spring from the locked state.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the embedded luminaire according to the first aspect, the attachment spring locking spring is engaged with a lower portion of the attachment spring.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the embedded luminaire according to the first or second aspect, the mounting spring is provided with a detaching recess, and the mounting spring locking spring includes the detaching recess. A detaching projection is provided at the opposite position, and by engaging the detaching projection with the detaching recess, the mounting spring is brought close to the instrument body while the mounting spring is locked to the approaching portion of the mounting spring. It is characterized in that it is maintained in a closed position.
[0012]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the embedded lighting device according to the third aspect, the recess for detachment is configured to bend with a curvature toward the main body of the device in a state where the mounting spring is locked. .
[0013]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the embedded luminaire according to any one of the first to third aspects, the mounting spring locking spring has two elastic pieces.
[0014]
According to the invention described in claim 6, in the embedded luminaire described in claim 5, each of the tip portions of the two elastic pieces is connected by the connecting portion.
[0015]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, in the embedded luminaire according to the first or second aspect, the attachment spring is provided with a substantially rectangular cutout portion, and the attachment spring locking spring is provided in the cutout portion. By inserting, the attachment spring is held at a position close to the instrument main body while the attachment spring is locked to a portion where the attachment spring approaches.
[0016]
Embodiment
(Embodiment 1)
A schematic side view of the first embodiment according to the present invention is shown in FIG. 1, and a perspective view of an attachment spring 2 used in this embodiment is shown in FIG.
[0017]
The difference from the conventional example shown in FIG. 13 is the mounting structure of the instrument body 1, and the same components as those of the other conventional examples are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
[0018]
The attachment structure of the instrument body 1 is provided with a fixing part 9 for fixing the attachment spring 2 to the attachment part 23 provided on the side surface of the instrument body 1, and connected to the lower end of the fixing part 9. The mounting spring 2 is provided so as to protrude elastically outward, and pushes up the instrument body 1 relatively by the force spreading outward, and the mounting spring 2 is locked at a position where the mounting spring 2 approaches. The mounting spring 2 is maintained at a position close to the instrument main body 1 and protrudes outward from the mounting spring 2 in this locked state. When the instrument spring 1 is inserted into the embedding hole, the mounting spring 2 contacts the peripheral surface of the embedding hole. It comprises an attachment spring locking spring 8 that contacts and releases the mounting spring 2 from the locked state. Further, the attachment spring 2 is provided with a detachment recess 7 in the vicinity of the substantially central portion thereof. A detaching convex portion 6 is provided at a position opposite to the detaching concave portion 7 and at a substantially end portion of the mounting spring locking spring 8. Then, by engaging the release protrusion 6 with the release recess 7, the attachment spring 2 is locked in the vicinity of the side surface of the instrument body 1.
[0019]
As described above, when the mounting spring 2 is locked, the mounting spring locking spring 8 protrudes outward from the mounting spring 2 in the vicinity of the outer flange portion 21 of the instrument body 1. When the ceiling material is thin, even if the instrument body 1 is inserted obliquely into the embedding hole as shown in FIG. 1, it is attached to the peripheral surface of the embedding hole provided on the ceiling surface 11 as shown in FIG. Since the spring locking spring 8 comes into contact with certainty, the locking state of the attachment spring 2 can be reliably released as shown in FIG.
[0020]
Moreover, when the ceiling material which comprises the ceiling surface 11 is thick, as mentioned above, since the attachment spring 2 will be in the state near perpendicular | vertical shape, although the pushing-up force of the instrument main body 1 by the attachment spring 2 falls, it is. Since the mounting spring locking spring 8 presses the peripheral surface of the embedded hole provided in the ceiling surface 11, the mounting holding force of the instrument body 1 can be supplemented. (See FIG. 4) In addition, in a state where the mounting spring 2 is locked, the mounting spring locking spring 8 protrudes outward from the mounting spring 2 in the vicinity of the outer flange portion 21 of the instrument body 1, and the mounting spring locking spring 8. Since the outer periphery of the outer flange portion 21 protrudes more, for example, even if a strong vibration or the like that occurs during transportation of the instrument occurs, it is difficult for pressure to be applied to the locking mechanism of the mounting spring 2 and before the instrument is constructed. The inconvenience that the locking state of the mounting spring 2 is released can be reduced. (See Figure 3)
(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of the second embodiment according to the present invention.
[0021]
The difference from the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is that each of the tip ends of the two elastic pieces of the mounting spring locking spring 8 is connected by the connecting portion 13, and the other first embodiments are the same. The same components as those in the embodiment are given the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
[0022]
By configuring as described above, one elastic piece starts the unlocking operation, and at the same time, the other elastic piece is also interlocked via the connecting portion 13, so that the engagement of the mounting spring 2 is more reliably performed. The stop state can be released.
[0023]
(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 6 shows a perspective view of a third embodiment according to the present invention.
[0024]
2 is different from the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2 in that the shape of the detachable recess 7 provided in the mounting spring 2 is bent with a curvature toward the instrument body 1 when the mounting spring 2 is locked. Therefore, the same components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0025]
With the configuration as described above, when the instrument body 1 is removed, as shown in FIG. 7, the separation recess 7 can be prevented from biting into the edge of the peripheral surface of the embedding hole provided in the ceiling surface 11. Therefore, a smooth removal operation of the instrument body 1 can be realized. In the case where the configuration as shown in the present embodiment is not provided, as shown in FIG. 8, the separation recess 7 bites into the edge of the peripheral surface of the embedding hole provided in the ceiling surface 11. As a result, it becomes difficult to remove the instrument body 1 or the ceiling surface 11 is damaged.
[0026]
(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 9 shows a perspective view of the fourth embodiment according to the present invention.
[0027]
A difference from the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is that a mounting spring locking spring 8 is provided in which a substantially rectangular cutout portion 14 is provided below the mounting spring 2 and one end is connected to the fixing portion 9. The elastic piece 15 bent substantially upward is inserted into the cutout portion 14 so that the mounting spring 2 is locked, and the other first embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment. The same reference numerals are assigned to the same components, and the description is omitted.
[0028]
In FIG. 9, the elastic piece 15 is configured to bend substantially upward, but as illustrated in FIG. 10, the elastic piece 15 may be configured to bend substantially downward.
[0029]
(Embodiment 5)
FIG. 11 shows a perspective view of the fifth embodiment according to the present invention.
[0030]
The difference from the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is that the mounting spring locking spring 8 is bent downward from the upper end portion of the fixing portion 9 in the configuration shown in FIG. In the embodiment, one end of the mounting spring locking spring 8 is connected to the fixing portion 9 and is bent substantially upward, and the same configuration as that of the other first embodiment is the same. The description will be omitted by attaching the reference numerals.
[0031]
(Embodiment 6)
FIG. 12 shows a perspective view of the sixth embodiment according to the present invention.

The same components as those in the embodiment are given the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
[0033]
By configuring as described above, one elastic piece starts the unlocking operation, and at the same time, the other elastic piece is also interlocked via the connecting portion 17, so that the engagement of the mounting spring 2 is more reliably performed. The stop state can be released.
[0034]
The embodiment according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and any combination of the above-described embodiments may be used as long as the effects of the present invention are achieved.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
According to the inventions of claims 1 to 3, claim 5, and claim 7, construction can be performed corresponding to the thinness and thickness of the ceiling material constituting the ceiling surface (particularly, the peripheral surface of the embedding hole). It is possible to provide an embedded lighting fixture that can maintain the locking state of the mounting spring against strong vibrations that occur during transportation of the fixture.
[0036]
According to the invention described in claim 4, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 3, when the instrument main body is removed, the recesses for separation bite into the edge of the peripheral surface of the embedded hole provided in the ceiling surface. Therefore, it is possible to provide an embedded lighting fixture that can realize a smooth removal operation of the fixture body.
[0037]
According to the invention described in claim 6, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 5, at the same time when one of the elastic pieces starts the unlocking operation, the other elastic piece is also interlocked via the connecting portion. Therefore, it is possible to provide an embedded lighting fixture that can release the locking state of the mounting spring more reliably.
