Description

The present invention relates to a hot water pipe unit used when constructing a hot water type floor heating floor, and a hot water circulation system using the hot water pipe unit, and in particular, when performing floor heating construction, the forward side and the return side of hot water are mistaken. TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a hot water pipe unit that can be connected to a boiler without any problems, and a hot water circulation system using the hot water pipe unit.

There is known a hot water type floor heating floor in which heating is performed by passing hot water through a hot water pipe disposed on a floor base. For ease of construction, a hot water pipe unit is used in which one or two or more hot water pipes bent into a predetermined pattern are placed on a rectangular base sheet and covered with an upper cover. (Refer to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-279057). This type of hot water pipe unit is laid on the floor base as many as necessary, and a closed hot water circulation path is formed between each hot water pipe unit and a hot water source such as a boiler. Is built. Then, on the spread hot water pipe unit group, a wooden floor material having a concave groove along the pattern of the hot water pipe is laid on the back surface to form a hot water type floor heating floor.

FIGS. 9 a and 9 b show an example of such a hot water pipe unit 1. In this example, hot water pipes 3 a and 3 b for two circuits are arranged in parallel on the base sheet 2. The base sheet 2 has a rectangular shape in plan view, and an upper cover 5 that is the same size as the base sheet 2 and includes the pipe receiving groove 4 is formed in the pipe receiving groove 4 so as to cover the hot water pipes 3a and 3b. It mounts in the state which accommodated the hot water pipes 3a and 3b. And the whole is integrated by carrying out the adhesion lamination of the base material sheet 2 and the upper cover 5 using an adhesive agent.

In the hot water pipe unit 1 as described above, for the purpose of facilitating connection work with the boiler side or the like, normally, the hot water going side end side and the hot water return side end side of each hot water circuit are gathered in one place. In the example of FIG. 9, as shown in FIG. 9a, the warm water forward side end 3a1 and the warm water return side end 3a2 of the right circuit by the warm water pipe 3a, and the warm water return side end 3b1 and the warm water return side of the left circuit by the warm water pipe 3b. The end 3b2 and the warm water pipe unit 1 are gathered at a substantially central portion on the lower side.

When connecting each end of the hot water pipe to the boiler side at the time of construction, a hole is usually made in the floor base, and the end 3a1, 3a2, 3b1, 3b2 of the hot water pipe 3a, 3b from the hole to the bottom of the floor. A closed hot water circuit is connected under the floor with a connection between the end of the dropped pipe and a connecting pipe for connection to a hot water source such as a boiler running under the floor. It is said.
JP 2003-279057 A

As described above, at the floor heating construction site, in order to construct a closed hot water circulation path, a hot water forward path pipe and a hot water return path pipe connected to a hot water source such as a boiler, and a hot water pipe Although it is necessary to connect the hot water pipe arranged in the unit to the warm water outlet side end and the hot water return side end, the pipe ends of the hot water pipe are usually all the same in appearance, and they are connected through holes in the floor. Correctly connect the end of the hot water pipe that has been dropped under the floor and each of the hot water return path and hot water return path that are connected to the hot water source running under the floor, that is, the forward side is the forward side and the return side is the return side And it is not easy to connect quickly and requires careful work. In particular, when the end of a hot water pipe straddles a joist or a large pull, it is not easy to confirm the position of each pipe end, and the possibility of a connection error cannot be denied.

In the case of hot water floor heating, since hot water gradually dissipates in the process of flowing through the pipe, there is a limit to the length of one circuit of the hot water pipe. Therefore, a plurality of hot water circuits are often arranged in parallel in the hot water pipe unit. In each of the hot water circuits arranged in parallel, hot water from the hot water source is supplied through a circulation path. For example, in the case of two circuits, there are four pipe ends (two forward ends and two return ends). It is difficult to undoubtedly connect the outgoing pipe as the outgoing pipe, the return pipe as the return pipe, and further connecting it to the outgoing and return pipes from the hot water source running under the floor. When multiple hot water pipe units are laid on the floor surface, all the hot water circuits are connected in parallel to the hot water source. Requires power.

This invention is made | formed in view of the above situations, and when constructing a hot water type floor heating floor using a conventionally known hot water pipe unit, the hot water connected to the end of each hot water pipe and the hot water supply source It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved hot water pipe unit which can be surely and easily connected to a circulation path (hot water pipeline), and a hot water circulation system using the same.

A hot water pipe unit according to the present invention is a hot water pipe unit for a hot water floor heating floor having a configuration in which one circuit of hot water pipes or two or more circuits of hot water pipes arranged in parallel are arranged on a base sheet, and constitutes a circuit. The hot water outlet side end and the hot water return side end of the hot water pipe are characterized by being provided with identification means for distinguishing both by visual and / or tactile senses.

In this way, by providing identification means that can easily identify each of the hot water outlet side end and the hot water return side end of the hot water pipe, the operator can determine which of the hot water in the working environment such as under the floor. It is possible to reliably and easily identify which is the outgoing side end and which is the hot water return side end with the eye or by hand. Based on the identification, each end is connected to the other end (for example, the warm water forward path end and the warm water return path end in the pipeline constituting the circulation path leading to the hot water supply source) You can finish the connection work.

Various identification means can be employed. For example, in the case of visual recognition, color identification means (that is, the warm water going side end and the warm water returning side end have different colors such as green and yellow, or a part of the color is different) Further, it may be an identification means by shape (for example, a circular cross section and a rectangular cross section). In the case of tactile sense, it may be due to the difference in the shape itself such as the circular cross section and the rectangular cross section, one may be due to a difference in surface properties such as a flat surface and the other as an uneven surface. . You may make it provide both the identification means simultaneously. In either case, such identification means may be applied directly to the end of the hot water pipe, or a cover member having appropriate identification means is attached to the end of a normal flat hot water pipe. Identification means may be applied.

Furthermore, the present invention is a hot water circulation system for a hot water floor heating floor in which a closed hot water circulation path is formed between the hot water pipe unit described above and a hot water source such as a boiler, which is disposed in the hot water pipe unit. The hot water pipe forming the heated water circuit also has a hot water forward path between the hot water outlet side end and the hot water source, and a hot water return path between the hot water return side end and the hot water source. Also disclosed is a hot water circulation system for a hot water floor heating floor, characterized by being provided with identification means similar to that applied to the hot water return side end.

In this hot water circulation system for the hot water floor heating floor, the members constituting the hot water circulation path are provided with the same identification means as those provided at the hot water outlet side end and the hot water return side end of the hot water pipe. When the hot water circulation path is configured by connecting the paths, it is only necessary to sequentially connect the members having the same identification means, and it is easily avoided that a connection error occurs.

In the present invention, a plurality of hot water circuits are arranged in parallel in one or a plurality of hot water pipe units, and a branch joint is interposed in the hot water outgoing path between the hot water outgoing side end of each circuit and the hot water source. In the end, it is a single hot water path, and a branch joint is also provided in the hot water return path between the hot water return side end of each circuit and the hot water source, and finally one hot water is provided. In the hot water circulation system for the hot water floor heating floor that has been returned, each branch joint is provided with identification means similar to those applied to the hot water outlet side end and the hot water return side end of each hot water pipe unit. A warm water circulation system characterized by the above is also disclosed.

In the above hot water circulation system, branch joints are used in one stage or multiple stages in the process of finally unifying the hot water return side end and the hot water return side of a plurality of hot water circuits. Since the same identification means is applied to the hot water return side end and the warm water return side end of each circuit, as described above, the members to which the same identification means is applied may be sequentially connected using a branch joint, It is easy to avoid mistakes in connection.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, since the identification means unified to the forward and return pipe systems are applied, disassembly, reassembly, and replacement of parts when necessary, etc. during maintenance management work, etc. It is also possible to easily and reliably perform the operation.

By using the hot water pipe unit according to the present invention, the connection between the end of each hot water pipe and the hot water circulation path leading to the hot water supply source when constructing the hot water type floor heating floor can be performed without fail, easily. A warm water circulation system with easy construction work can be obtained.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 are plan views showing different forms of a hot water pipe unit according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 shows a branch joint used in a hot water circulation system for a hot water floor heating floor according to the present invention. Moreover, FIGS. 4-8 is a schematic diagram explaining some forms of the warm water circulation system for warm water floor heating floors by this invention. The hot water pipe unit 1A according to the present invention is based on, for example, FIG. 9 except that the above-mentioned “identification means” is provided at the hot water forward side end and the hot water return side end of the hot water pipe constituting the hot water circuit. It may be the same as the conventionally known hot water pipe unit 1 explaining an example. Accordingly, the same members are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description of the hot water pipe unit main body is omitted.

In the hot water pipe unit 1A shown in FIG. 1, the warm water pipe 3a constituting the right hot water circuit 3a is provided with, for example, green coloring (shown with a satin surface in the drawing) 10 at the warm water going side end 3a1, and the warm water return side For example, the end 3a2 is colored yellow (shown in white in the drawing) 11. On the other hand, the same green coloring 10 is given to the warm water going side end 3b1 of the warm water pipe 3b constituting the left warm water circuit, and the yellow coloring 11 is also given to the warm water return side end 3b2.

Due to the difference in coloring, a viewer (for example, an operator) can easily distinguish between the warm water forward side ends 3a1, 3b1 and the warm water return side ends 3a2, 3b2 visually. Also, if necessary, as shown in FIG. 1, the hot water outlet side ends 3a1, 3b1 of the two circuits are easily combined into one, and the hot water return side ends 3a2, 3b2 are combined into one. Can be summarized. In this example, the difference in coloring corresponds to “identification means” in the present invention.

In FIG. 2, the end portions of the hot water pipes 3a and 3b are not directly colored, but the green pipe cover 10a and the yellow pipe cover 11a are attached to the end portions of the pipes for easy identification. In this case, the pipe covers having different colors correspond to “identification means”. When such a cover is used, although not shown, it is also easy to give the operator identification by tactile sensation by changing the cross-sectional shape and surface property. Both the difference in color and the difference in shape can be used as the identification means.

FIG. 3a shows a branch joint suitably used when the hot water pipe unit 1A as described above is connected to a hot water source 40 (see FIG. 4) such as a boiler to form a closed hot water circuit. 30A and 30B are shown. The branch joints 30 </ b> A and 30 </ b> B include a branch pipe 34 having three ports 31, 32 and 33, two connection pipes 35 and 36 connected to the ports 31 and 32, and one connection connected to the port 33. It consists of a pipe 37. One branch joint 30A has the same identification means as the identification means provided at the end portions 3a1 and 3b1 of the hot water pipes 3a and 3b. In this example, green coloring (indicated by a satin surface in the figure) is used as the identification means. The other branch joint 30B is the same as the identification means provided at the other ends 3a2 and 3b2 of the hot water pipes 3a and 3b, and in this example is colored yellow (shown in white in the figure). It is given as an identification means. Even if the identification means is applied only to the connection pipes 35, 36, and 37 without providing the branch pipe 34 with the identification means, the intended purpose can be sufficiently achieved.

FIG. 3b shows another embodiment of the branch joint. The branch joints 30C and 30D have the same color as the whole, and it is difficult to distinguish both of them. For example, yellow or green is connected to the connection pipe of one branch joint 30D. By attaching this marker 10C as the identification means, it is possible to identify the other branch joint 30C.

FIG. 4 shows an example of a hot water circulation system for a hot water floor heating floor according to the present invention. Here, the hot water pipe unit 1A shown in FIG. 1 is used, and the branch joints 30A and 30B shown in FIG. 3a are used to establish a closed hot water circuit between the hot water source 40 such as a boiler. Forming. An appropriate forward pipe 41a is connected to the warm water feed pipe 41 of the warm water source 40, and at least at the tip region of the forward pipe 41a, the warm water pipes 3a and 3b of the warm water pipe unit 1A are connected to the warm water outlet side end. The same green coloring (shown as satin in the figure) 10 as applied is applied as an identification means. An appropriate return side pipe 42a is also connected to the hot water return pipe 42 of the hot water source 40, and at least at the tip region of the return side pipe 42a, the hot water return side of the hot water pipes 3a and 3b of the hot water pipe unit 1A. The same yellow coloring (shown in white in the figure) 11 as applied to the end is applied as an identification means.

In piping construction, as described above, the ends of the hot water pipes 3a and 3b forming the two hot water circuits of the hot water pipe unit 1A are dropped from the hole formed in the floor base to the floor. And under the floor, each end 3a1, 3a2, 3b1, 3b2 of the hot water pipes 3a, 3b is connected to the pipes 41a, 42a connected to the hot water source 40 running under the floor via the branch joints 30A, 30B. As described above, the members forming the warm water flow path from the warm water source 40 to the warm water pipe unit 1A, that is, the forward side pipe 41a, the branch joint 30A, and the forward side ends of the warm water pipes 3a and 3b are used. 3a1 and 3b1 are all given the same green coloring 10, and the operator can quickly complete the connection work without any mistakes by making each connection relying on the green color. In the case of forming the warm water return side flow path, the return side pipe 42a, the branch joint 30B, and the return side ends 3a2 and 3b2 of the warm water pipes 3a and 3b are sequentially connected. The work can be easily completed by making the connection in the same manner, relying on the coloring 11.

5 to 8 show still another example of a hot water circulation system for a hot water floor heating floor according to the present invention. The example of FIG. 5 is a case where the hot water pipe unit 1B has only one circuit of hot water pipe, and the outgoing side pipe 41a connected to the hot water source 40 is connected to the outgoing side end 3a1 of the hot water pipe 3a. A return side pipe 42a connected to the hot water source 40 is connected to the side end 3a2 by an appropriate pipe joint without using the above-described branch joint.

The example of FIG. 6 shows a state in which two hot water pipe units 1B of one circuit are connected to the hot water source 40 in a parallel state. Here, the branch joint 30A is connected to the tip of the forward side pipe 41a, the hot water forward side ends 3a1 and 3a1 of the two hot water pipe units 1B and 1B are connected to the branch joint 30A, and the tip of the return side pipe 42a is connected to the tip of the return side pipe 42a. The branch joint 30B is connected, and the hot water return side ends 3a2 and 3a2 of the two hot water pipe units 1B and 1B are connected thereto.

FIG. 7 shows a state where two hot water pipe units 1A each having the two hot water pipes 3a and 3b shown in FIG. 1 are connected to the hot water source 40 in parallel. Here, the branch joint 30A is connected to the tip of the forward side pipe 41a of the hot water source 40, the forward side connection pipes 41b and 41b are connected to the other two ports of the branch joint 30A, and the branch joint is again connected to the tip. 30A is connected to each other, and the hot water outlet side ends 3a1 and 3b1 of each hot water pipe unit 1A are connected to the remaining two ports of each branch joint 30A.

The same applies to the warm water return flow path. The branch joint 30B is connected to the tip of the return side pipe 42a, and the return side connection pipes 42b and 42b are connected to the other two ports of the branch joint 30B, respectively. Each of the branch joints 30B is connected again, and the hot water return side ends 3a2 and 3b2 of each hot water pipe unit 1A are connected to the remaining two ports of each branch joint 30B.

FIG. 8 shows a case where a closed hot water circulation path is formed between the hot water pipe unit 1A having two circuits and the hot water source unit 40 using the hot water pipe unit 1B having one circuit. In addition, the aspect of a connection is as substantially the same as what was mentioned above, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the member which show | plays the same function, and detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.

According to the present invention, even when the warm water circulation path is closed by the complicated piping path as described above, all the members on the warm water going side are provided with identification means such as green 10 for example. On the other hand, since all the members on the warm water return side are provided with the identification means of, for example, yellow 11, the person who performs the work does not pay special attention to the actual piping path on the upstream side or the downstream side. The piping system (closed hot water circulation path) according to the design drawing can be easily and reliably formed by continuing the connection work simply by classification and identification by color.
