[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a portable electric continuously mounted circular saw.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a switch box or the like is embedded in the inner wall of a building, a ventilating fan opening is provided, and an opening for attaching an inspection opening or a square-type lighting fixture is opened on the ceiling, it is usually portable with a single circular saw. An electric circle saw is used, and the opening is opened by vertically drawing along the ink marking the opening edge to cut the cutting line. In the case of a square opening, the direction must be changed four times to cut the cutting line.
[0003]
As a portable electric device for opening a switch box, a product made by a company is marketed as an opening device that arranges a straight body into a square and converts a rotational force of 1 into a reciprocating motion on a straight line of 4 sides to cut it. However, since the opening of one cutting line is dedicated, the size cannot be adjusted, and the principle is complicated and fragile. There is also a product from another company that does not require centering by inserting a magnet for opening one switch box. This is because it detects and opens two magnets, so it opens in a figure of 8 and attaches wiring equipment, but it is difficult to operate unless you are used to it, so it is difficult to adjust the size because it is compatible with one piece. It takes a lot of work and is not efficient.
[0004]
Opening by turning and pulling manually requires labor and time just like operating a saw, and is not a good method. Until now, the openings on the inner walls of buildings have been mostly rectangular or square. In either case, a smearing operation was performed to draw two vertical and two horizontal black inks, and a single circular electric saw was cut along the black ink. You must change direction and do the same work four times. Therefore, the time and labor for opening increase. Therefore, there is a strong desire in the field to enable efficient and safe opening with less time and effort.
[0005]
However, there are many types of materials that can be used for inner walls, outer walls, ceilings, floors, roads, etc. that are subject to opening, such as board, veneer, concrete, asphalt, cardboard, and ready-made blocks (ALC). Since there are many types, finding the optimal relationship between the two has been unexpectedly difficult and has not been realized until now.
[0006]
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a portable electric continuous circular saw that can be used for an inner wall of a building and the like and can be safely and efficiently opened in the object with less time and effort.

The safety cover (23) has a half donut shape and is hooked by the rotating shaft (4). The safety cover (23) prevents damage caused by flying objects during operation. As another safety device, adapters (74, 81) (shown in FIG. 12) are provided on the electric part M and the grip part (8) in order to prevent unnecessary cutting of the in-wall equipment.
[0018]
FIG. 7 to FIG. 11 are explanatory views showing an operation procedure of cutting by the portable electric continuous circular saw (1) of the first embodiment. FIG. 7 shows a case where two cutting lines having a width of 200 mm are to be opened on the inner wall of a building, for example. Conventionally, two black inks ab and cd are drawn at intervals of 200 mm and cut along the black inks ab and cd, respectively. Therefore, two operations were necessary. On the other hand, according to the portable electric jointed circular saw (1) of the first embodiment, black is drawn on the center line (cl) ef from the point e to the point f between the points a and b, It is only necessary to cut along the line by aligning the center of the continuous circular saw (2). Although a line connecting bd in FIG. 7 is not drawn, if black is drawn on this line, a predetermined cutting is performed if the cutting operation is stopped by this black line. Therefore, the work is only required once. In the figure, M represents an electric part, and G represents a grip part (8). The operator holds and operates these M and G with both hands.
[0019]
FIG. 8 shows a case where a square opening having a side length of X mm is opened. First, the circular saw (3) of the continuous circular saw (2), which is the main member of the portable electric continuous circular saw (1), that is, the tooth spacing is set to X mm, and the tooth of the continuous circular saw (2) is set. When the center point is moved in the downward direction of the arrow along the vertical center line (vcl), the ab line and the cd line are cut. Next, when moving in the horizontal direction of the arrow along the horizontal center line (lcl), the ac line and the bd line are cut to complete the opening of the square abdc. In these cases, if the bd line and the cd line are drawn in advance at the ends of the vcl line and the lcl line, these lines are displayed as the end of work. Conventionally, four operations are required along each side, but two operations can be performed.
[0020]
FIG. 9 shows a case where a rectangular opening having a width of 50 mm and a height of 90 mm is opened so that the position of the center point of the rectangle is 150 mm from the window frame and 250 mm on the floor. First, the 150 mm line (vcl) and the 250 mm line (lcl), bd line, and cd line from the window frame are marked. Next, when the interval between the teeth of the continuous circular saw (2) is set to 50 mm, the center point of the tooth is cut downward in the direction of the arrow while matching the vcl line, and stopped at the bd black line, the ab line, cd line Is disconnected. Subsequently, the interval between the teeth of the continuous circular saw (2) is set to 90 mm, the center point of the tooth is cut to the right side of the arrow while being aligned with the lcl line, and stopped at the cd ink line, the ac line, bd The line is cut to complete the opening of the rectangle abdc. Only half of the conventional process is required.
[0021]
FIG. 10 shows a case where rectangular openings having the same height of 90 mm but different in width from 100 mm and 150 mm are opened from the floor at the same height. Black is drawn on each side of the two rectangular openings, then a horizontal lcl line is drawn with black from the floor to a wall surface of a predetermined height, and then two vertical vcl lines on the left and right sides at a predetermined interval. The ink is drawn with black to complete the preparation. Therefore, the interval between the continuous circular saws (2) is set to 90 mm, the cutting is started from the ab line while aligning the center point of the continuous circular saws (2) with the lcl line, and moved in the horizontal direction of the arrow as it is. Pull the continuous circular saw (2) upward on the outgoing cd line, and further move in the horizontal direction of the arrow to perform the same operation from the ef line to the gh line, and cut the ac line, db line, eg line, and fh line. To do. At this time, G displaying the grip portion (8) moves along the floor surface and serves as a guide. Subsequently, the interval between the circular saws (2) of the continuous circular saws (2) is set to 100 mm, the center of the circular saws (3) is moved along the center line vcl line of the ba line and the dc line, Starting from the ac line and moving downward and stopping at the bd line, the ab line and the cd line are cut, and an opening of the rectangle abdc is opened. Further, the interval between the circular saws (3) of the continuous circular saw (2) is set to 150 mm, and the ef line and the gh line are cut by moving along the center line vcl line of the ef line and the gh line, Opening of rectangular efhg. Since the parallel lines are cut at the same time, the process can be shortened to half of the conventional method.
[0022]
FIG. 11 shows a case where an oblong rectangle abdc, for example, an opening having a height of 1260 mm in the vertical ab and dc and a width of 300 mm in the horizontal ac and bd is opened. As preparation, black is drawn on the ac, bd, ab and cd lines, the vcl line connecting the center points of ac and bd, and the two horizontal lcl lines at a distance of 150 mm from ac and bd. First, the interval between the circular saws (2) and the circular saws (3) is set to 300 mm, and the center point of the circular saws (3) is moved vertically below the arrow while being aligned with the vcl line. Cut the cd line. With the distance between the circular saws (3) set to 300 mm, the circular saws (3) on the motorized part M side of the continuous circular saws (2) are aligned with the ac line, and the circular saws (3) The ac line is cut while the center is aligned with the horizontal lcl line. The same operation is performed to cut the lower bd line. Since the ac and bd lines cannot be cut at the same time because of the long rectangular shape at the top and bottom, it is necessary to cut an extra portion, but the work efficiency is good because it is not necessary to set the interval of the circular saw (3).
[0023]
FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram illustrating a configuration of the portable electric continuously connected circular saw (1) according to the second embodiment. The power-side electric part M and the grip part (8) were connected by the variable frame (22), and the safety cover (23) was attached to the variable frame (22) so that the attachment position could be moved. This is because the position of the circular body (3) changes depending on the object. Since the length of the continuous circular saw (2) differs depending on the cutting operation target, it is connected by a variable frame. In addition, adapters (74, 81) were attached to the electric part M and the grip part (8) in order to adjust the cutting depth so as not to damage other devices.
[0024]
In Example 1, two teeth with the same diameter were exclusively described. However, one of the two sheets has a slightly larger diameter than the other, so that the cutting operation is easier. This is because the larger circular saw (3) enters and stabilizes first, and this serves as a guide to easily enter another circular saw (3). As the length of the rotating shaft (4) increases, the rotational force decreases as the distance from the electric motor M increases. When used to form an opening with a width of about 1 m on a board such as a ceiling, the electric part M is attached in place of the grip part (8) and rotated in the reverse direction, and the number of rotations is adjusted. What is necessary is just to compensate for the lack of rotational force due to M. The portable electric continuous circular saw (1) can also be applied to soft materials such as paper. In the case of a hard material, a better result can be obtained by using a sander for the electric part M when used for the concrete demolition work for building construction.
