【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、刈取り穀稈を移送する移送終端部の刈取機の穀稈供給移送装置と、穀稈を脱穀する脱穀機のフィードチェンとの間には、補助移送チェン装置を設け、該補助移送チェン装置の下側には、移送中の穀稈から落下する藁屑等を受けて排出する受戸樋装置を設けた技術であり、コンバインの藁屑等除去装置として利用できる。

【従来の技術】
コンバインで立毛穀稈の収穫作業は、このコンバインを穀稈の植付圃場を走行させて、走行車台の前方部に設けた刈取機で穀稈は刈取りされ、この刈取り穀稈は、この刈取機で後方上部へ移送され、走行車台の上側へ載置した脱穀機の前側の前側フィードチェンから後側フィードチェンへ引継ぎされて、この後側フィードチェンと、挟持杆とで脱穀機内を挟持移送中に脱穀され、脱穀済み穀粒は、横側へ設けた穀粒貯留タンク内へこの脱穀機から供給されて、一時貯留される。

特に、特開平11−9066号の如く穀稈の刈取り収穫作業中は、刈取機の刈刃で刈取りされて、前処理搬送装置で移送される刈取り穀稈は、扱深さ搬送体で引継ぎ移送され、脱穀機の前側へ設けた前側フィードチェンで引継ぎ移送され、脱穀機に設けた後側フィードチェンと、挟持杆とヘ引継ぎされて、脱穀機内を挟持移送中に脱穀されるが、前側フィードチェンで引継ぎ移送中の穀稈からは、藁屑等が落下して、この藁屑等は、走行用のミッションケース、走行車台、及び其の他部品等の上側へ堆積することがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
穀稈は刈取機から脱穀機の前側へ設けた前側フィードチェンを経て、脱穀機の後側フィードチェンヘと引継ぎされて、脱穀されるが、前側フィードチェンで移送中の穀稈から落下する藁屑、及び雑草等は、走行用のミッションケース、走行車台、及び其の他部品等の上側へ堆積することがあったが、この発明により、この問題点を解決しようとするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
コンバイン1の走行車台2の前方部に設けた刈取機3で刈取りした穀稈は、この刈取機3で後方上部へ移送され、移送終端部の穀稈供給移送装置7から、この穀稈供給移送装置7と、脱穀機12のフィードチェン13aとの間に設けた補助移送チェン装置15の穂先側を移送する内補助移送チェン装置16と、根元側を移送する外補助移送チェン装置17とで引継ぎ移送され、脱穀機12のフィードチェン13aと、挟持杆13bとで引継ぎされて、脱穀機12内を挟持移送中に脱穀される。この収穫作業中に、補助移送チェン装置15の内・外移送チェン16,17で移送中の穀稈から落下する藁屑、雑草、及び塵埃等は、外移送チェン17の下側に設けた受戸樋装置18で受けて、走行車台2の前方部の圃場へ排出する構成である。これら補助移送チェン装置15の内・外移送チェン16,17、及び受戸樋装置18等を主に図示して説明する。

前記コンバイン1の走行車台2の下側には、図14で示す如く土壌面を走行する左右一対の走行クローラ11aを張設した走行装置11を配設し、走行車台2の上側には、脱穀機12を載置した構成である。走行車台2の前方部の刈取機3で立毛穀稈を刈取りし、この刈取り穀稈は、この刈取機3で後方上部へ移送され、この刈取機3の移送終端部に設けた穀稈供給移送装置7と、脱穀機12との内に設けた補助移送チェン装置15の内・外補助移送チェン16,17を経て、脱穀機12のフィードチェン13aと、挟持杆13bとで引継ぎされて、挟持移送されながら脱穀される。脱穀済みで選別済み穀粒は、脱穀機12の右横側に配設した穀粒貯留タンク14内へ一時貯留される。
