この発明は、ディスポーザを用いた生ゴミ処理システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、ディスポーザの吐出管に接続する排水トラップにはPトラップとSトラップとがあり、それぞれのトラップの2次側に、図1及び2に示すような、掃除口を備えた枝管を側面に植設した延長管を接続し、枝管は常時は蓋体によって閉じられているが、清掃時にはこの蓋体を取去り、掃除口から洗浄ノズルやホース等を挿入して、下流の排水管内壁に付着したスライムを高圧噴流で除去し、洗い流すようにしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような高圧噴流による洗浄を行う洗浄ノズルやホースは、耐圧性が要求されるので、硬質金属管で製造される場合が多く、他方掃除口を備えた枝管を側面に植設した延長管は通常硬質プラスチック製で、延長管本体と枝管との枝分かれ部分の肉厚は必ずしも厚くないので、洗浄ノズルやホースの挿入や抜去の繰り返しによって、前記枝分れ部分が磨耗して破損し、その部分から漏水が管外に流出する事故が発生する。また、高圧噴流による洗浄中、管内の障害物等により、廃液が逆流して掃除口から溢れ出し、周囲を汚染することもある。このような事故を防ぐためには、延長管全体の構造を肉厚且つ頑丈に造り、且つ掃除口に逆止弁等を設ければよいが、コスト高になり好ましくない。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこでこの発明は、ディスポーザ用掃除口付き排水トラップにおいて、掃除口を備えた枝管を側面に植設した延長管の、掃除口から枝管内壁を経て延長管との接続部分にかけて、これらに外壁面が密着する円筒状部分及び両端鍔部分を有するゴムブッシュを、延長管の枝管部分に挿入密着させ、特に枝管と延長管との接続部分を被覆するように構成する。また、前記ゴムブッシュの掃除口近傍内壁に、菊状切込み付き膜からなるスプラッシュガードを張設する。

【発明の効果】
この発明は以上のように構成したので、ディスポーザにおいて、掃除口用枝管を含む排出側延長管を格別肉厚に構成する必要もなく、ただゴムブッシュを延長管の枝管部分内壁に挿入密着させるだけで、この掃除口から洗浄ノズルやホースを挿入して、ディスポーザ排出側の清掃作業が支障なく行われ、その場合ノズルやホースを繰り返し挿入、抜去しても、特に枝管と延長管との接続部分を磨耗させ、この部分から汚水を漏出させるようなことはない。また、仮に磨耗した場合、ゴムブッシュを交換するだけで済む。

また、この発明の別の実施態様では、ゴムブッシュの掃除口近傍内壁に、菊状切込み付き膜からなるスプラッシュガードを張設しているので、この掃除口から洗浄ノズルやホースを挿入した場合、この菊状切込み付き膜片がホース周辺に密接して逆止弁同様の作用をし、延長管内部からの汚水の漏出を実質的に阻止して、廃液が逆流して掃除口から溢れ出す事故を未然に防止する。

この発明によるディスポーザ用掃除口付き排水トラップを図1及び2に示し、特にこの発明のトラップに用いられるゴムブッシュの一実施例を図3に示す。

ディスポーザ用掃除口付き排水トラップ1において、掃除口2を備えた枝管3を側面に植設した延長管4の、掃除口2から枝管3内壁を経て延長管4との接続部分にかけて、これらに外壁面が密着する円筒状部分5及び両端鍔部分6、6′を有するゴムブッシュ7を、延長管4の枝管3部分に挿入密着させ、特に枝管3と延長管4との接続部分を被覆するように構成する。

また、前記ゴムブッシュ7の掃除口2近傍内壁に、菊状切込み付き膜8からなるスプラッシュガード9を張設する。掃除口2から洗浄ノズル10を挿入した場合、この菊状切込み付き膜8の各片が洗浄ノズル10のホース周辺に密接して逆止弁同様の作用をし、延長管4内部からの汚水の漏出を実質的に阻止する。
