【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、売り場端末とは通信網を介して接続され、販売管理、在庫管理、当せん管理等の少なくとも一つをオンラインで行う、籤販売管理装置及び方法、並びに販売管理プログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から籤は販売管理元の指揮下で工場において製造（印刷）が行われ、納品された籤は売り場に配送され、売り場で一般顧客に販売される（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。従って、籤の売れ行きは売り場の係員のみが知ることとなり、オフラインで管理元への販売報告がなされる。売り場係員が管理元に電話等で過不足を連絡し、これを受けた管理元が補充、もしくは引取りを行い、在庫の不足の連絡を受けて工場に追加のための製造指示を行うことになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このため、売れ行きの状況によっては、納品のタイミングに従い需要と供給のバランスが崩れることがあり、必ずしも的確な販売管理、在庫管理がなされているとはいえなかった。
また、当せん照合も売り場で行なわれるため、証票の回収と当せん情報の消しこみ作業が発生し、そのための売り場係員の負担が大きかった。更に、顧客にとっても、発売終了時期が近づくと残りの当せん本数等を知りたいといった要求が生じることがあるが、この要求に応じるためのサービスは今まで存在しなかった。

本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、販売管理、在庫管理、当せん管理等の少なくとも一つをオンラインで行うことにより、籤の売れ行きにリアルタイムに対応できる販売、在庫の管理を実現し、かつ、売り場係員の負担を軽減することのできる籤販売管理装置及び方法、並びに販売管理プログラムを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した課題を解決するために、本発明は、売り場端末とは通信網を介して接続される籤販売管理装置であって、籤の証票を識別する整理番号、前記籤の証票の当せん照合に利用する照合用番号、前記籤の当せん金額を示す当せん金額情報、前記籤の証票の配送先を示す配送先情報、前記籤の証票の販売有無を示す販売済みフラグ、前記籤の証票の当せん金額の支払期限を示す支払期限情報と、前記籤の証票の当せん金額の支払い有無を示す支払い済みフラグ、前記籤の証票の印刷済みまたは未印刷を示す印刷済みフラグを少なくとも対応付けて保持した販売情報を記憶する販売情報記憶手段と、前記整理番号と前記照合用番号と、当該整理番号と照合用番号の組合せで特定される前記籤のゲームパターンと、を対応付けて保持した印刷データを記憶する印刷データ記憶手段と、前記売り場端末の設置された売り場への前記籤の配送時に、前記印刷済みフラグと前記配送先情報をチェックして、前記印刷済みフラグが印刷済みを示し、かつ前記配送先情報において配送先が未決定となっている前記籤の証票がある場合には当該籤の証票の配送指示を出力する配送指示出力手段と、前記売り場端末の設置された売り場への前記籤の配送時に、印刷済みを示す前記印刷済みフラグに対応付けられた前記籤の証票が無い場合には、前記印刷済みフラグにおいて未印刷を示す籤の証票の印刷指示を出力する印刷指示出力手段と、前記売り場端末より前記照合する前記籤の証票の整理番号を少なくとも格納した照合要求を受信した場合に、前記整理番号に対応付けられて前記販売情報で記憶する当せん金額情報が０以外であるかを判定し、当該当せん金額が０以外である場合には当該当せん金額の支払い処理を開始する当せん照合手段と、を備えることを特徴とする籤販売管理装置である。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は、本発明の籤販売管理方法を実現するビジネスモデル、及びその利用主体を説明するために引用した図である。
図１において、１は籤販売元、２は工場、３は籤売り場であり、籤販売元１が持つホストコンピュータ１０と籤売り場３毎に配置される売り場端末３０は、通信網２０を介してオンライン接続されるものとする。ここでは、通信網２０として、ＩＰ（Internet Protocol）網が利用されるものとする。

籤の発売に先立ち、籤販売元１では、発売される籤に関する基本的な情報を基に、発売枚数分の籤に印刷する籤データ及び販売情報を作成する必要がある。但し、印刷データを生成するために必用な当たりの割当て方、ゲームパターン、照合用番号等については、基本的な情報を基に印刷データを作成する際に別途設定する必要がある。これら情報に基づき籤販売元１では工場２に対して製造指示を発し（ａ）、このことにより、工場２では籤が印刷された証票を製造して籤販売元１に納品（ｂ）した後、籤販売元１では売り場３へ配送（ｃ）することにより籤の販売準備を終える。

上記した準備作業の後、売り場３では籤販売を開始し、売り場端末３０を介して販売した籤の整理番号が送信される（ｄ）。なお、オンライン接続されていない売り場３でも、ロールまたはブック形式で一定の順序で販売することにより、そのロールまたはブックの販売が終了した時点で、ロールまたはブックの最終整理番号の情報のみを電話等で販売元１に知らせることで販売情報の管理を行うことが可能である。

一方、籤販売元１では、ホストコンピュータ１０により、売り場端末３０から送信された整理番号に該当する販売情報のデータを消し込む。そして、各売り場３の在庫量が決められた数量以下になったら、その売り場へ３の配送指示を行う（ｅ）。同時に、販売情報へ配送先を登録する。また、在庫が不足したら、工場２へ製造指示を行い（ｆ）、製造済みの整理番号の次整理番号から製造を指示する。製造後、先の販売情報に登録し、納入する。但し、製造後、売り場３へ直接配送してもかまわない（ｇ）。
なお、このとき、製造用のデータ（ゲームパターン等のくじに印字する内容）はあらかじめ作成しておき、籤の売れ行きに従い実際に印刷する。また、販売情報の中に販売された地域を判断するための販売地域コードを用いることで、地域毎の売り上げを管理することも可能となる。

また、籤販売元１では、売り場３からの要求に基づき当せん券の管理も行う（ｈ）。具体的に、ホストコンピュータ１０は、売り場から照合する整理番号と照合用番号が送信されたら販売情報を基にチェックを行い、その照合結果を売り場３へ回答する（ｉ）。
また、残当せん本数情報を売り場３へ提供し、各売り場３は、その残当せん本数情報を表示する。いずれも詳細は後述する。

図２は、図１に示すホストコンピュータの内部構成を機能展開して示したブロック図である。
以下に示す各ブロックは、具体的には、ＣＰＵならびにメモリを含む周辺ＬＳＩで構成され、ＣＰＵがメモリに記録されたプログラムを読み出し逐次実行することにより、そのブロックが持つ機能を実現するものであり、このことにより、本発明の籤販売管理装置が実現される。

本発明の籤販売管理装置は、通信インタフェース部１１と、データ生成部１２と、販売情報管理部１３と、在庫情報管理部１４と、当せん照合処理部１５と、残当せん本数データ配信部１６と、販売情報ＤＢ１７と、印刷データＤＢ１８で構成される。
通信インタフェース部１１は、通信網２０としてＩＰ網を使用しているため、ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ（Transport Control Protocol／Internet Protocol）が実装される。データ生成部１２は、発売される籤に関する基本的情報を基に、発売枚数分の証票に印刷する籤データ及び販売情報を生成する機能を持つ。

また、販売情報管理部１３は、データ生成部１２により生成された販売情報を基に、印刷済みで配送先が未定の証票が存在する場合、その証票の配送指示を行い、印刷済みの証票が存在しない場合、未印刷の整理番号を持つ証票の印刷指示を行い、販売情報のそれぞれの該当するデータ項目を更新する機能を持つ。販売情報管理部１３は更に、売り場端末から籤が販売された情報を受信し、販売情報ＤＢ１７に格納される販売情報を更新する図示せぬ販売情報更新部を含む。
また、在庫情報管理部１４は、販売情報を基に、未印刷の整理番号に相当する証票の印刷指示を行うと共に配送指示を行い、指示された整理番号の証票をデータ生成部１２により生成される籤データに基づき印刷、あるいは配送後、販売情報のそれぞれの該当するデータ項目を更新する機能を持つ。

当せん照合処理部１５は、売り場端末３０からの要求に基づき証票の当せん照合を行い、その結果を、通信網２０を介して要求のあった売り場端末３０に応答する機能を持つ。また、残当せん本数データ配信部１６は、販売情報に基づき、配送先、または発売地域毎の残当せん本数データを売り場端末３０へ配信する機能を持つ。
なお、１７は、販売情報ＤＢ、１８は、印刷データＤＢであり、発売される籤に関する基本的情報を基に、販売情報、発売枚数分の証票に印刷する籤データのそれぞれが格納される。図３にその具体的なデータフィールドの内容が示されている。

図３〜図７は、図２に示す本発明実施形態の動作を説明するために引用した図であり、テータ生成部１２によるデータ生成のために必用な各種情報例（図３）、販売情報管理部１３の動作フローチャート（図４）、在庫情報管理部１４の動作フローチャート（図５）、当せん照合処理部１５の動作フローチャート（図６）、残当せん本数データ配信部１６により配信され、売り場端末３０に表示される残り当せん本数情報の一例（図７）のそれぞれを示す。
以下、図３〜図７を参照しながら図２に示す本発明実施形態の動作について詳細に説明する。

籤の発売に先立ち、本発明の籤販売管理装置は、例えば、図３（ａ）、図３（ｂ）に示される、籤に関する基本的な情報（発売基本情報、発売条件）を基に、データ生成部１２が、発売枚数分の籤に印刷する籤データ及び販売情報を作成する。
販売情報の一例は、図３（ｄ）に示されている。ここでは、ブロック、回号、支払期限、整理番号、照合用番号、等級、当せん金額、配送先、販売地域コード、販売済みフラグ、支払済みフラグ、印刷済みフラグがデータフィールドとして用意される。ここで、配送先と、販売地域コードに関するデータは逐一設定され、また、販売済みフラグ、支払済みフラグ、印刷済みフラグは、販売情報管理部１３、在庫情報管理部１４、当せん照合処理部１５により参照され、販売情報管理部１３の販売情報更新部によって更新されるものとする。
なお、印刷データを生成するために必用な当たりの割当て方、ゲームパターン、照合用番号等については、基本的な情報を、印刷データを作成する際に別途設定する必要がある。証票に印刷される印刷データの一例を図３（ｃ）に示す。

図４に示すフローチャートにおいて、証票を納品後、売り場３へ配送する場合、販売情報管理部１３は、販売情報ＤＢ１７に格納された販売情報を基に該当フラグ類（印刷済みフラグと配送データ）をチェックし（Ｓ４０１）、印刷済みで配送先が未決定の証票が存在する場合、その証票の配送指示を行う（Ｓ４０５）。
一方、印刷済みの証票が存在しないことが確認された場合、販売情報で未印刷の整理番号を持つ証票の製造指示を、データ生成部１２のデータで印刷指示を行う（Ｓ４０２）。そして、指示された整理番号の証票を製造後に納品し（Ｓ４０３、Ｓ４０４）、販売情報管理部１３は、更に販売情報の印刷済みフラグを更新する。販売情報管理部１３は、また、売り場３への配送指示を行い、販売情報の配送先、販売地域コードを更新する（Ｓ４０５）。

図５に示すフローチャートにおいて、証票を製造後、直接売り場へ配送する場合、在庫情報管理部１４は、販売情報ＤＢ１７に格納された販売情報を基に、データ生成部１２により生成されるデータで、販売情報で未印刷の整理番号を持つ証票の製造指示を行い、合わせて配送指示も行う（Ｓ５０１）。
次に、指示された整理番号の証票を製造後、販売情報の印刷済みフラグを更新する（Ｓ５０２）。そして、売り場３へ配送し、配送先、販売地域コードを更新する（Ｓ５０３）。

図６に示すフローチャートにおいて、売り場端末３０より、照合する整理番号と照合用番号が通信インタフェース部１１を介して受信したら（Ｓ６０１）、当せん照合処理部１５は、販売情報ＤＢ１７に格納される販売情報を基に以下の各種チェックを行い、照合結果が要求のあった売り場端末３０へ回答する（Ｓ６０６）。
なお、当せん金が支払われた場合には支払済み処理を行う。ここでは、オンラインで支払済の処理を行うので、証票の回収と当せん情報の消しこみ作業等が不要となる。

当せん照合処理部１５によるチェックに、支払期限のチェック（Ｓ６０２）と、販売済みのチェック（Ｓ６０３）と、支払い済みチェック（Ｓ６０４）と、照合用番号のチェック（Ｓ６０５）がある。
当せん照合処理部１５は、支払期限チェックにおいては、照合要求のあった整理番号の証票が支払期限内か否かをチェックし、販売済みチェックは、販売時に、販売された整理番号は消し込んでいるので、既に販売されている整理番号か否かをチェックする。また、支払済みチェックは、照合要求のあった整理番号の証票の当せん金額が０以外である場合に、その当せん金額が支払われたか否かをチェックする。また、照合用番号チェックは、整理番号と共に送信された照合用番号が正しいか否かをチェックする。照合結果は、通信インタフェース部１１、通信網２０を介して要求のあった売り場端末３０へ送信される（Ｓ６０６）。

図７に、残当せん本数データ配信部１６により各売り場端末３０に配信される残り当せん本数情報の一例が示されている。ここでは、販売情報をもとに、売り場毎や地域毎の残りの当せん本数が配信され、売り場では、売り場端末３０の表示部を介して配信された情報を表示する。
このことにより、顧客の購買意欲を高めることができる。

以上説明のように本発明は、販売管理、在庫管理、当せん管理等の少なくとも一つをオンラインで行うものであり、籤の売れ行きにリアルタイムに対応可能な販売、在庫の管理を行うビジネスモデルを実現する籤販売管理方法を提供し、また、売り場係員の負担を軽減する籤販売管理装置並びに籤販売管理プログラムを提供するものである。
なお、図２に示す通信インタフェース部１１、データ生成部１２、販売情報管理部１３、在庫情報管理部１４、当せん照合処理部１５、残当せん本数データ配信部１６のそれぞれで実行される手順をコンピュータ読取り可能な記録媒体に記録し、この記録媒体に記録されたプログラムをコンピュータシステムに読み込ませ、実行することにより、本発明の籤販売管理装置が実現されるものとする。ここでいうコンピュータシステムとは、ＯＳや周辺機器等のハードウアを含むものである。

更に、「コンピュータシステム」は、ＷＷＷシステムを利用している場合であれば、ホームページ提供環境（あるいは表示環境）も含むものとする。
また、「コンピュータ読取り可能な記録媒体」とは、ＲＯＭの他に、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭ等の可搬媒体、コンピュータシステムに内蔵されるハードディスク等の記憶装置のことをいう。さらに「コンピュータ読取り可能な記録媒体」とは、インターネット等のネットワークや電話回線等の通信回線を介してプログラムが送信された場合のシステムやクライアントとなるコンピュータシステム内部の揮発性メモリ（ＲＡＭ）のように、一定時間プログラムを保持しているものも含むものとする。

また、上記プログラムは、このプログラムを記憶装置等に格納したコンピュータシステムから、伝送媒体を介して、あるいは、伝送媒体中の伝送波により他のコンピュータシステムに伝送されてもよい。ここで、プログラムを伝送する「伝送媒体」は、インターネット等のネットワーク（通信網）や電話回線等の通信回線（通信線）のように情報を伝送する機能を有する媒体のことをいう。
また、上記プログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためのものであっても良い。さらに、前述した機能をコンピュータシステムにすでに記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるもの、いわゆる差分ファイル（差分プログラム）であっても良い。

以上説明のように本発明によれば、販売情報管理手段が、データ生成手段により生成された販売情報を基に、印刷済みで配送先が未定の証票が存在する場合はその証票の配送指示を行い、印刷済みの証票が存在しない場合は未印刷の整理番号を持つ証票の印刷指示を行い、販売情報のそれぞれの該当するデータ項目を更新することにより、籤の売れ行きにリアルタイムに対応できる販売管理を実現可能な籤販売管理装置を提供することができる。
