Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wire reel mounted on a wire binding machine for automatically winding a wire around a reinforcing bar and fixing the reinforcing bar.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a wire binding machine, what is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-6299 is known. FIG. 8 shows a wire introduction portion of the wire binding machine. A wire reel 31 (see FIG. 9) around which a wire W for bundling is wound is mounted. The wire binding machine 30 passes the wire W fed from the wire reel 31 through the funnel-shaped guide 32 and then passes between the pair of gears 33 to pass the pipe 34, the cutter rotary blade 35A, and the fixed blade 35B. It is sent to the guide 36 through 35R. The wire W sent to the guide 36 turns around the reinforcing bar 37 a plurality of times, and then is held near the tip by a holding member (not shown) and cut by the rotation of the rotary blade 35A of the cutter 35. The wire W that is cut and held in a spiral state is hung on the pair of claws 38 and twisted by the rotation of the pair of claws 38 so that the wire W binds the pair of reinforcing bars 37.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 9, the wire reel 31 has a pair of circular flanges 40 formed on both sides of a winding core portion 39 around which the wire W is wound, and the winding core portion 39 has an attachment shaft on the wire binding machine 30 side. A mounting hole 41 to be inserted is formed at the center.
[0004]
The pair of flange portions 40 has a disk shape in which the diameter of the pair of flange portions 40 is different from the wire reel 31, and the outer peripheral edge portion of the one flange portion 40 has the outer peripheral edge portion. A groove 42 extending in the radial direction from the core portion toward the core portion is formed, and the edge portion of the groove 42 on the core portion 39 side reaches the height of the peripheral surface of the core portion. The wire W wound around the core portion 39 is made of a metal wire such as an iron wire, and the winding start end portion WS of the wire W is inserted into the groove 42 from between the pair of flange portions 40 as shown in FIG. After being bent, it is directed to the outside of the flange portion 40 and bent in the opposite direction, and then inserted into the concave portion 43 provided on the side surface portion of the core portion 39.
[0005]
Moreover, as a method of stopping the end portion WE on the winding end side of the wire, a method of stopping at the edge of the groove 42 of the flange portion 40 is employed.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the diameters of the pair of collars 40 are different, the wire reel 31 is inclined when the pair of collars 40 are placed on the floor surface or work table. The process of wrapping with wrapping paper or film with an automatic machine is very troublesome. Further, even when a plurality of wire reels 31 are stacked up and down, the wires W protrude from the side portions of the flange portion 40, so that the wire reels 31 stacked up and down generate play and the left and right Since there is a displacement in the direction, there is still a problem that packaging is difficult.
[0007]
Next, in the pair of flange portions 40, if the winding end portion WE of the wire W is stopped with the tape or bent and stopped at the edge of the groove 42, the tape is removed when the tape is peeled off. When dust comes out or passes through the guide 32 of the wire binding machine 30, the pair of gears 33, the pipe 34, the rotary blade 35A, the passage 35R of the fixed blade 35B, the wire W is straightened or cut with pliers or the like. There are problems such as that it takes time and the like, and dust of the cut wire W comes out.
[0008]
Furthermore, since the recent wire binding machine 30 has a function of converging the wire W toward the reinforcing bar 37 during binding, a strong pulling force for returning the wire W toward the wire reel 31 is generated. . For this reason, when the winding start end portion WS of the wire W wound around the wire reel 31 is strongly pulled and the operation of pulling the wire W toward the wire reel 31 and the operation of sending it to the guide 32 are repeated, the dashed line in FIG. As shown, the winding start end portion WS ′ of the wire W may float from the boundary portion 44 of the concave portion 43 and come off from the wire reel 31.
[0009]
Since the winding start end portion WS of the wire W is bent to be fixed to the wire reel 31, the bent portion is a guide 32, a pair of gears 33, a pipe 34, and a rotary blade of the wire binding machine 30. There is a possibility that either 35A or the passage 35R of the fixed blade 35B is clogged and cannot be easily taken out.
[0010]
In particular, the portion where the bent winding start end WS of the wire W is clogged is in the vicinity of the guide 32, the pair of gears 33, and the pipe 34. If these portions are disassembled and the clogged wire W is not removed, the wire binding There is a possibility that a malfunction that the machine 30 cannot be used occurs.
[0011]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such a problem, facilitates the packing of a plurality of wire reels, ensures the holding of the wire winding end, and the wire winding start end is The purpose is to prevent the wire from being pulled out by the pulling force of the wire.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of claim 1 includes a cylindrical core portion around which a wire is wound, and a pair of flange portions raised from both ends of the core portion, and one of the flange portions has a diameter from its outer peripheral edge portion. A wire reel having a wire insertion opening extending in the direction and extending to the core, and a recess for inserting a winding start end of the wire formed on one side of the core,
A restriction recess that restricts movement of the wire in the circumferential direction by inserting the start end side of the wire into the side surface of the core portion between the recess and one end of the wire insertion opening on the winding core side. Is formed .
[0016]
In the invention of claim 2, a guide opening that extends in the wire winding direction from the other end of the wire insertion opening is formed in the flange.
A pinching portion for pinching a wire is formed in the guide opening.
[0021]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a wire reel according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0022]
FIG. 1 is a front view of a wire reel according to an embodiment. The wire reel 1 is made of plastics such as ABS resin and polyethylene, and a pair of flange portions 3A and 3B are formed on both sides of the core portion 2 around which the wire W is wound. The core part 2 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and is integrally formed with the pair of flange parts 3A and 3B. Although the core part 2 is formed in the cylindrical shape, another polygonal shape may be sufficient. The pair of flange portions 3A and 3B have a disk shape with different diameters, and the height from the circumferential surface of the core portion 2 of the flange portion 3A having a small diameter to the outer peripheral edge portion is the same as that of the unused wire W. It is set higher than the wound height. The height of the brim portion 3B having a large diameter has such a height that the winding end end WE of the unused wire W can be held without being significantly bent from the wound state. The wire reel 1 has a pair of flanges 3A and 3B having different diameters, so that the mounting direction of the wire W can be easily confirmed when the wire reel 1 is mounted on a wire binding machine.
[0023]
A mounting hole 4 into which a reel mounting shaft (not shown) of the wire binding machine is inserted is formed in the central portion of the core portion 2. The edge having a larger diameter due to the draft of the mounting hole 4 forms a flat surface 2A that is one step lower than the flange portion 3A, and six projections 5 are formed on the flat surface 2A. Between the adjacent protrusions 5, a recess 6 having inner wall surfaces 6A and 6B concentric with the flange 3A is formed. Further, the protrusion 5 is formed on the wall portion 6 </ b> C between the adjacent recesses 6. Six recesses 7 into which the protrusions 5 are inserted are formed on the other surface of the core 2.
[0024]
The six protrusions 5 and the recesses 7 are arranged so that the overall arrangement shape forms a substantially hexagonal shape. The inner wall surface 7A on the outer peripheral edge side of the concave portion 7 forms a concentric arc with the mounting hole 4, and the peripheral surface portion 5A near the outer peripheral edge portion of the flange 3B of the six protrusions 5 is formed on the inner wall surface 7A. By fitting in a state having frictional resistance, the six protrusions 5 and the six recesses 7 are coupled to each other.
[0025]
That is, in this embodiment, a pair of flange portions 3A and 3B for restricting the movement of the wound wire W in the thickness direction rises from the core portion 2 around the core portion 2 around which the wire W is wound. By forming the projection 5 and the recess 6 as the coupling means on one side surface 2A of the core portion 2 or the other side surface portion 2B of the core portion 2, it becomes possible to couple to each other.
[0026]
As an example, each of the coupling means is constituted by six projections 5 and recesses 6, but the projections 5 and recesses 6 may be constituted by at least two or three. Further, instead of the protrusion 5, an arc-shaped convex portion extending concentrically in the core portion 2 may be formed, and the concave portion 6 may have a shape in which the arc-shaped convex portion is fitted. Further, the coupling means may be composed of a plurality of arcuate convex portions that can be coupled to each other, one having a small diameter and the other having a large diameter.
[0027]
According to the wire reel 1 of this embodiment, when a plurality of wire reels 1 are stacked, they can be combined by determining and guiding the front and back directions of the flange portions 3A and 3B and the circumferential direction. Can be combined with each other and can be easily combined, so that it is possible to simplify the work and improve the work efficiency without the trouble in the packing process of packaging with a shrink film or the like.
[0028]
FIG. 11 shows a state where the wire reels 1 are connected and stacked, and the wire winding start end portion WS is positioned so as not to protrude from the restricting recess portion 18, and the wire reel 1 does not protrude from the surface of the flange portion 3 </ b> B. The reels 1 can be reliably connected so that there is no gap between them. In addition, since the reels 3A and 3B are different diameter reels, the wire winding end end WE is at the outer peripheral edge, and the hook 3A does not hit the winding end end WE at the time of connection.
[0029]
In FIG. 3, the protrusion 5 is thinly drawn, but is because it is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III of the wire reel 1 of FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. The opening is widened by the draft angle. A step portion is formed at the edge of the mounting hole 4 on the flange 3B side, and a nut or a fixing ring for mounting the wire reel 1 so as not to fall off can be inserted. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, a cylindrical hole 8 for detecting the rotational position of the wire reel is formed in the vicinity of the mounting hole 4 of the core part 2. A light emitting element and a light receiving element are disposed in the rotation region of the hole 8 of the wire binding machine, and the rotation state of the wire reel 1 is determined by passing the hole 8 between these elements. The substantially fan-shaped pattern formed on the outer peripheral edge side of the flange portions 3A and 3B shows the shallow concave portions 9 and 10, and the flange portions 3A and 3B are thinned.
[0030]
FIG. 2 shows the shape of the large-diameter collar 3B. A wire insertion opening 11 extending toward the core portion 2 is formed at the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion 3B. The guide opening that extends in accordance with the extending direction of the wire W wound around the winding core portion 2 is positioned at the height of the winding end end WE (see FIG. 2B) of the wire W of the wire insertion opening 11. Part 12 is formed. A pinching portion 13 for pinching the wire W is formed to protrude from the guide opening portion 12, and a protruding portion of the pinching portion 13 holds the winding end end WE of the wire W so as to be pinched.
[0031]
A groove 14 extending from the guide opening 12 toward the outer peripheral edge is formed. The outer peripheral portion 15 from the groove 14 is flexible, and a notch 16 is formed at the other edge of the wire insertion opening 11. Since the wire W is guided to the outside of the flange portion 3B in the outer peripheral portion 15 of the groove 14, a force to bend from the wire W to the inside of the flange portion 3B is applied to the outer peripheral portion 15, but the outer peripheral portion 15 is flexible. The winding end end WE of the wire W can be positioned in the groove 14 and fixed by the elastic force.
[0032]
Furthermore, since the notch 16 is provided, the end end WE of the wire W is not bent or very little. Further, since the wire W is held inside the groove 14, the winding end end WE of the wire W is held at the edge of the holding portion 13 without being bent in the radial direction of the reel at the height where the wire W is wound.
[0033]
Thus, since the winding end end WE of the wire W is not bent, when the wire W is passed through the wire guide mechanism of the wire binding machine, the winding end of the wire W from the holding portion 13 and the wire insertion opening 11 is used. The portion WE is removed, and the winding end portion WE of the wire W can be passed through the wire guide mechanism of the wire binding machine as it is, so that it does not take time and effort to correct the bending.
[0034]
The wire insertion opening portion 11 straddles the core portion 2 after inserting the winding start end portion WS of the wire W into the concave portion 17 (see FIGS. 2C and 2D) as the tip end insertion portion of the core portion 2. It is also used when guiding to the circumferential surface of the core portion 2 between the flange portions 3A and 3B. The concave portion 17 into which the winding start end portion WS is inserted is formed on the surface of the core portion 2 on the flange portion 3B side, and includes a support wall surface 17A that supports the winding start end portion WS. In addition, a regulation recess 18 is formed in the side portion of the core part 2 to insert the winding start end WS and regulate movement.
[0035]
When winding the wire W, the winding start end portion WS of the wire W is inserted into the distal end insertion portion 17, and the winding start end is placed between the flange portions 3A and 3B through the restriction recess 18 provided in the side wall portion of the core portion 2. The portion WS is bent, and winding is started on the circumferential surface of the core portion 2 in this state. Thereby, even if the force F in the winding direction acts strongly on the wire W, the pulling force F can be received at the edge of the wire insertion opening 11.
[0036]
Moreover, the winding start end portion WS of the wire W is in the vicinity of the restricting recess 18, the direction parallel to the flange 3 </ b> B (X direction), the direction perpendicular to the flange 3 </ b> B (Y direction), and the extending direction of the restricting recess 18. (Z direction) Further, in the X direction, since it is repeatedly bent 90 degrees at a short distance of the thickness of the flange portion 3B and the thickness of the core portion 2, the force to extend this portion in a straight line is a large force Will be required. Furthermore, since the recessed part 17 supports the part inserted by the support wall surface 17A, the location which supports the pulling force F increases, and the wire binding machine does not come off easily with the force pulling the wire W.
[0037]
Therefore, even if the reel is repeatedly rotated in the forward and reverse directions in the wire binding machine, the restriction recess 18 restricts the winding start end WS of the wire W from moving in the circumferential direction of the reel. Is prevented from gradually loosening and coming off from the insertion portion.
[0038]
Thereby, even when the wire W of the reel is reduced during the rebar binding work by the wire binding machine, the bent portion of the winding start end WS is detached from the reel and is jammed in the wire guide mechanism of the wire binding machine. Is prevented. For this reason, in the reinforcing bar binding work, it is possible to avoid the situation of the work stagnation due to the clogging of the wire W.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
The wire reel according to the present invention facilitates packing of a plurality of wire reels, ensures the holding of the wire winding end, and prevents the wire winding start end from being pulled out by the pulling force of the wire. Can be.
