- 誘電体基板と、

前記少なくとも1つの無給電素子の各々と前記給電素子との距離は、送受信される電波の半波長以下に設定され、
前記少なくとも1つの無給電素子および前記給電素子を1つの平面に投影したとき、前記給電素子および前記少なくとも1つの無給電素子は、各素子の略中央部で相互に交差し、
前記給電素子は、前記誘電体基板の一方の面に配置され、
前記少なくとも1つの無給電素子は、前記誘電体基板の他方の面に配置される、アレーアンテナ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの無給電素子は、2以上の無給電素子からなり、
前記2以上の無給電素子は、前記給電素子を中心にして対称に配置される、請求項1に記載のアレーアンテナ装置。 - 誘電体基板と、

可変容量素子が装荷された2以上の無給電素子と、
前記2以上の無給電素子に装荷された可変容量素子の少なくとも1つの容量を変え、指向性を制御する指向性制御部とを備え、
前記2以上の無給電素子の各々と前記給電素子との距離は、送受信される電波の半波長以下に設定され、
前記2以上の無給電素子および前記給電素子を1つの平面に投影したとき、前記2以上の無給電素子のうちの隣接する2個の無給電素子は、各素子の一部で相互に交差し、
前記隣接する2個の無給電素子のうちの一方の無給電素子は、前記誘電体基板の一方の面に配置され、
前記隣接する2個の無給電素子のうちの他方の無給電素子は、前記誘電体基板の他方の面に配置される、アレーアンテナ装置。 - 前記2以上の無給電素子は、前記給電素子を中心にして対称に配置され、
前記一方の無給電素子の一方端は、前記他方の無給電素子の一方端と交差する、請求項3に記載のアレーアンテナ装置。 - 前記2以上の無給電素子は、略四角形に配置された第1から第4の無給電素子からなり、
前記給電素子は、前記四角形の対角線に沿って配置される、請求項4に記載のアレーアンテナ装置。
