Description

【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a chair used in a theater or the like, a structure in which a plurality of support bodies are fixed to a floor body and a side end portion of a seat or a back is supported between the support bodies has been considered (for example, Patent Documents). 1). And each support body of such a chair is comprised by arrange | positioning a pair of side-plate member in parallel at predetermined intervals, for example, The space which opens at least ahead and upwards is provided among them, and a memo is provided in the said space. There is one that can accommodate a table (for example, see Patent Document 2). Moreover, the support body of the specification which has not attached the memo stand can consider what has arrange | positioned the front board member in the front surface so that side board members may be connected in order to coat | cover front opening. [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a case, since each support is configured using the same member, the configuration and combination of each member is selected according to the preference of the purchaser, the installation location of the chair, or the like. It is impossible to construct a support using any one member. Thus, for example, a mode in which a support is used as a support and the front plate member and the side plate member are used as a panel member that covers the front and sides of the support is also conceivable. However, in this case, the configuration and combination of the panel members are usually standardized to some extent, and various appearances are formed by changing the configuration of the panel members according to the needs of the purchaser. This is not expected. For this reason, there arises a problem that the request of the purchaser cannot be flexibly handled. In addition, since each of the panel members has a flat plate shape that cannot be bent or bent, for example, when covering the front and sides of the support column, a pair of side plate members are integrated with both side ends of the front plate member. The manufacturing process inevitably increases, and the mounting work becomes complicated.
[0005]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems, and its main purpose is to customize and purchase the configuration and combination of panel members covering the support so that they can be selected from a plurality of patterns. An object of the present invention is to provide a panel mounting structure capable of forming various appearance decorations according to the preference, installation location, or cost of a person.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the panel member mounting structure of the present invention is provided upright. 3 or more provided intermittently A support of Adjacent to each other In a structure comprising a supported body whose both ends are supported by a support body, a panel member mounting structure applied when the panel member covering the support body is mounted on the support body in a standing posture. , Covering the supports located at both ends of the three or more supports The panel member is in front of the support And one side where the supported body is not located 1st panel member which coats When Of the support Others where the support is located Covering the sides single Second panel member When It is made using Among the three or more supports, a panel member that covers a support located at a position other than both ends includes a first panel member that mainly covers the front of the support, and a pair that mainly covers both sides of the support. A second panel member, and At least said each The first panel member is a single plate-like member set so as to be bent or bent using a slit formed at a predetermined location, And it has a height dimension substantially the same as a support | pillar main body among the support | pillars which are the said support body, Each said 2nd panel has a height dimension smaller than a support | pillar main body, These One or both of the first panel member and the second panel member are selectively attached to the support.
[0007]
If this is the case, the configuration of the panel member can be customized so that it can be selected from at least three patterns of a pattern consisting of only one of the first panel member and the second panel member, or a combination of both. Therefore, the panel member can be attached to the support in a desired pattern according to the installation location, cost, purchaser / user's preference, and the like, and an appearance that can meet various demands can be formed. In addition, by devising the surface makeup of the first panel member and the second panel member, it is possible to easily form a variety of appearances such as a unity feeling, a high-class feeling, or a retro-looking appearance. Can be expensive. Further, since the first panel member is a single member set to be bent or curved, it is possible to cover the front side of the support body and at least the side edge on the front side using the single first panel member. Further, by appropriately changing the shape of the first panel member, it is possible to cover the front and side of the support, and the front and side of the column can be combined by combining three plate-like members. Compared to the case of the previous example of covering, the manufacturing process can be simplified and the cost can be reduced effectively.
[0008]
In addition, if the first panel member mainly covers the front side and one side of the support, and the second member mainly covers the other side of the support, the appearance is moderate. The surface other than the back of the support that does not matter can be covered with each of the above panel members one by one, combining a total of three sheets of one first panel member and two second panel members. Compared to the case of attachment, the number of parts can be effectively reduced, and attachment work can be easily performed.
[0009]
In particular, the first panel member integrally includes a core material positioned on the inward surface side and a decorative material positioned on the outward surface side in a state where the first panel member is bent or curved using the slit. It is preferable that the slit is formed in a predetermined position of the core member along the height direction, and the opening dimension thereof is set to gradually increase toward the inward surface. If it does in this way, the 1st panel member can be made to be bendable or bendable in the location where a slit exists by the very simple operation | work which forms a slit in a core material. In addition, by adopting a double structure consisting of a core material and a decorative material, the outward surface can be protected by the decorative material, and the problem that the core material can be divided when a slit is provided can be effectively eliminated. At the same time, the strength of the first panel member itself can be increased and it can be suitably used. Furthermore, if the opening size of the slit is set so as to gradually increase toward the inner surface, an effective bending angle can be realized by bringing the opening edges close to each other. Further, for example, if the decorative material is flexible to some extent, the bending or bending operation can be performed more smoothly, and the usability is excellent. In addition, a desired appearance can be realized by printing and painting the decorative material.
[0010]
In particular, if the slit is a so-called V-groove having a substantially triangular shape in a plan view, the opposing opening edges can be brought into close contact with each other without any gap, and the strength of the bent portion can be effectively increased. Further, for example, if the angle of the apex of the substantially triangular shape, that is, the angle at which the opposing opening edges intersect is set to approximately 90 degrees, the slit can be bent at a substantially right angle. Further, the bending angle can be adjusted to a desired angle by arbitrarily changing the angle at which the opposed opening edges intersect.
[0011]
On the other hand, the slit has a substantially trapezoidal shape in a plan view, and a sawtooth portion having a sawtooth shape in plan view composed of a plurality of irregularities is provided in the height direction in the core material region corresponding to the top side of the slit. If the first panel member is to be bent using the slit, the adjacent concavities and convexities constituting the sawtooth portion are in close contact with each other, and the opening edges facing each other are formed. A part of will be hit. As a result, a portion corresponding to the sawtooth portion of the first panel member is curved in appearance, and the appearance of the portion can be made more suitable. In addition, those which are curved in this way are particularly safe and more practical.
[0012]
Further, if the first panel member is attached to a position taken forward of the support body, the appearance of the structure can be freely formed to some extent without depending on the side view shape of the support body. Can do. For example, even when the side width dimension of the support is set to be relatively small, if the side width dimension of the first panel member is set to be large, a sense of stability and a high-class appearance can be easily created. . Thus, the appearance of the structure can be improved by appropriately setting the shape of the first panel member. In addition, since the structure for increasing the support strength can be adopted without considering the appearance of the support, the original function of the support can be imparted without impairing the substantial stability.
[0013]
As a specific embodiment, the first panel member is set to be foldable by using the slits formed at two predetermined locations, and the first panel member is bent toward the inward surface side by bending. In the formed space, a shape-retaining member provided with a contact portion that contacts the support in the mounted state attached to the support is disposed, and the first panel member is disposed so that the contact is applied to the support. What is attached to a support body can be considered. In this way, the first panel member can be kept bent by the shape-retaining member while ensuring the above-described effects, and the first panel member is subjected to an impact or the like from the outside. However, it is possible to impart an appropriate strength that is not easily deformed. Moreover, the attachment state of a shape-retaining member, the 1st panel member, and a support body can be made favorable by applying the contact part of the said shape-retaining member to a support body.
[0014]
When both the first panel member and the second panel member are attached to the support, in order to conceal the gap that may be generated between the two members and form a suitable appearance, a joint material is formed at the joint of both members. May be arranged.
[0015]
In particular, if the joint material is provided integrally at one end of the first panel member or the second panel member, the joint material can be positioned between the two members by the operation of joining the two members. The jointing work of the joint material can be easily performed, and it is excellent in usability.
[0016]
Specifically, it is preferable that the supported body is a seat and the structure is a chair.
[0017]
Moreover, the chair which concerns on this invention is a chair which utilized the attachment structure of said panel member, Comprising: A pair of support body provided by standing and the seat supported between the said support bodies are provided. Yes, one or both of a first panel member mainly covering the front side of the support and a second panel member mainly covering the side of the support are selectively attached to the support. And
[0018]
If it is such, it can select from a some pattern according to a user's preference, a cost surface, etc., and can form a desired external appearance. Moreover, it can be set as the external appearance which has a suitable texture by printing on the surface of each panel member, and can be set as a practical chair.
[0019]
Further, as a chair that can be used preferably in a theater or the like, a plurality of the support bodies are provided intermittently, and the seat is supported between the support bodies so as to be able to get up. Examples of the support include a first panel member that mainly covers the front and one side of the support, and a second panel member that mainly covers the other side of the support. In this way, a plurality of chairs can be installed in parallel, and the number of parts can be effectively reduced according to the location of the support.
[0020]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a panel member mounting structure and a chair C employing the panel member mounting structure according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0021]
First, the chair C that employs the mounting structure will be described.
[0022]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the chair C is preferably used in a theater or the like, and is mainly adjacent to the support column 1 according to the present invention, which is provided in a plurality of intermittently standing positions. It comprises a seat 2 that supports both ends of the column 1 and a back 3 that supports both ends of the column 1 adjacent to each other like the seat 2. In the following description, the normal viewing direction in the sitting posture seated on the chair C is defined as the front.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 3, the column 1 includes a column main body 11 having a square pipe shape made of, for example, aluminum die cast, a grounding unit 12 that contacts the upper surface F <b> 1 of the floor body F, and a seat support unit that supports the seat 2. 13. The column main body 11 is provided with a pair of screw holes 11a at the upper end portion of the side surface, and one screw hole 11b is provided at a substantially central portion of the side surface. Further, a plate nut 11c is provided on the inner surface of the lower end portion on the front surface 1a side. Furthermore, the armrest fixing member E is attached to the inner space of the upper end by an appropriate means so that the upper surface thereof is flush with the upper end of the column main body 11. The grounding portion 12 is positioned at the lower end of the column main body 11 and has a substantially oval shape in plan view having a predetermined thickness, and has through holes 12a penetrating in the thickness direction in the vicinity of both front and rear end portions. The column main body 11 is erected and fixed by welding or the like at a substantially central portion in plan view of the grounding portion 12. The seat support portion 13 is provided slightly on the lower end side from the center in the height direction on both side surfaces of the column main body 11, and has a substantially L-shaped engagement collar portion 13 a in side view and a substantially downward U-shape in side view. And a cover portion 13b that covers the engaging flange 13a from above and from the front and rear, and is integrally provided by welding or the like. The seat support portion 13 is fixed to the column main body 11 by welding or the like at a predetermined location. Moreover, the support | pillar 1 located in both ends provides the seat support part 13 only in the inward surface side. In addition, in the support | pillar 1 of both ends, let the side where the seat 2 is located be an inward surface side, and let the side where the seat 2 is not located be an outward surface side.
[0024]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the seat 2 has a seat surface 21a on which a seated person can sit, and covers a seat body 21 made of, for example, a hollow urethane material that opens to the bottom surface side, and the opening. It has.
[0025]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the spine 3 is attached in a standing posture on the back side of the back body 31, for example, a back body 31 made of, for example, urethane material that can be touched by the seated person in the sitting position. A back plywood 32 made of a medium fiber material is integrally provided. For example, a decorative cloth having the same color is sewn on the surfaces of the back body 31 and the seat body 21. The back ply board 32 and the seat back member 22 have the same tone on their surfaces.
[0026]
Next, a method for assembling the chair C using these members will be briefly described with reference to FIGS. 4 and FIG. 8 to be described later, for convenience of explanation, the seat 2 is omitted and the spine 3 is indicated by an imaginary line.
[0027]
First, each column 1 is fixed to the upper surface F <b> 1 of the floor body F at a predetermined distance in accordance with the width dimension of the seat 2 and the back 3. Specifically, the through hole 12a formed in the grounding portion 12 and the anchor screw hole (not shown) provided in the floor body F are overlapped, and a bolt (not shown) is inserted into the through hole 12a. The support column 1 is fixed to the floor body F by screwing together. And the support | pillar 1 and the seat 2 are attached integrally to the engagement collar part 13a of the seat support part 13 formed in the side surface of the support | pillar 1 installed in this way so that the attachment shaft 23 of the seat 2 may be supported. In this mounting state, by rotating the seat 2 about the mounting shaft 23, a rising operation can be performed between the use position O where the seat surface 21a faces upward and the storage position P where the seat surface 21a faces rearward. It is configured as follows. On the other hand, both side ends of the back ply board 32 integrally provided with the back main body 31 are fixed to the back mounting member D by an appropriate means, and the back mounting member D is fixed to the screw holes 11a and 11b provided in the column main body 11. The back 3 and the column 1 are integrally attached by fastening the bolt B2 and fixing it to the column 1.
[0028]
Thus, in the present embodiment, the first panel member 4 that mainly covers the front of the column 1 and the second panel member 5 that mainly covers the side of the column 1 are attached to the column 1.
[0029]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the first panel member 4 uses a pair of slits S formed so as to be approximately corresponding to the width dimension of the front surface of the column main body 1. It is a single plate-like member set so as to be bendable in the direction of the arrow in a). The first panel member 4 has substantially the same height as the column main body 11 and is a core material made of, for example, a medium fiber material located on the inward surface side in a bent state (FIG. 5B). 41 and a decorative material 42 made of, for example, a PEP sheet (registered trademark) that is located on the outward face side and has flexibility. And it has the front coating | coated part 43 which can coat | cover the front of the support | pillar 1, and a pair of side coating | coated part 44 which continues from the both ends of the front coating | coated part 43. FIG.
[0030]
The slit S is a so-called V-shaped groove formed along the height direction of the core member 41 and having a substantially triangular shape in a plan view in which the opening size is set so as to gradually increase toward the inward surface. (See (a)). Further, the angle A at which the pair of opposed opening edges S1 intersect is set to approximately 90 degrees. By setting in this way, when the first panel member 4 is bent so that the respective opening edges S1 are in close contact, the bending angle becomes a right angle. Further, a shape-retaining member 6 is provided in a space formed on the inward surface side by bending the first panel member 4 so as to retain the bent state of the first panel member 4 in a substantially U shape in plan view (see FIG. 6).
[0031]
As shown in FIGS. 4, 6, and 7, the shape retaining member 6 has a height dimension smaller than the height dimension of the first panel member 4 and is made of, for example, oak material having a substantially square pillar shape. A contact portion 61 that protrudes rearward from the region of the other back surface 6b and hits the front surface 1a of the column main body 11 when attached to the column 1 is provided at the lower end of the back surface 6b. When the shape retaining member 6 and the first panel member 4 are attached, the upper end of the shape retaining member 6 is substantially aligned with the upper end of the first panel member 4, and the front covering portion 43 is brought into close contact with the front surface 6a of the shape retaining member 6. The portions are appropriately bonded or the like so that the side cover portions 44 are substantially in close contact with both side surfaces 6c of the shape retaining member 6. Moreover, the screw insertion hole 46 which penetrates the contact part 61 of the 1st panel member 4 and the shape-retaining member 6 in the front-back direction is formed in the lower end part of the 1st panel member 4 and the shape-retaining member 6 (refer FIG. 6). ). In order to prevent the head of the bolt B1 from projecting to the front surface of the first panel member 4, a counterbore hole that opens forward and accommodates the head of the bolt B1 is formed around the screw insertion hole 46. . Further, armrests 7 made of, for example, oak are integrally attached to the upper ends of the first panel member 4 and the shape retaining member 6 by appropriate means.
[0032]
Similarly to the first panel member 4, the second panel member 5 is a single plate comprising a core material made of, for example, a medium fiber material and a decorative material made of, for example, a PEP sheet (registered trademark) having flexibility. It is a shape-like member and makes a substantially trapezoidal shape in a side view (see FIG. 4). The second panel member 5 has a height dimension slightly smaller than the height dimension from the upper end of the column main body 11 to the upper surface of the seat support portion 13, and has a screw insertion hole 51 in the vicinity of the upper end. Further, the joint material 52 is integrally provided over substantially the entire front edge. As shown in FIG. 7, the joint material 52 is substantially I-shaped in a plan view made of an elastic material such as rubber, for example, and is formed on the side of the first panel member 4 by a pair of opposing holding walls 52a. It is set so that the vicinity of the rear edge of the covering portion 44 can be held.
[0033]
Next, the attachment procedure to the support | pillar 1 of the 1st panel member 4 and the 2nd panel member 5 is demonstrated. In the present embodiment, the panel member used at the both ends and the column 1 positioned at the center are slightly different in the panel member to be used and the mounting method. First, the procedure for attaching each panel member to the column 1 positioned at the center will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0034]
The first panel member 4 integrally provided with the shape retaining member 6 and the armrest 7 is brought in front of the column 1 fixed to the floor F in advance, and the armrest 7 is attached to the upper surface of the shape retaining member 6 and the column main body 11. And the lower end of the first panel member 4 is placed on the upper surface of the grounding portion 12. Then, a plate nut 11c provided on the column main body 11 is pressed against the front surface 1a of the column main body 11 by pressing the contact portion 61 of the shape retaining member 6 and inserting the bolt B1 inserted into the screw insertion hole 46 from the front of the first panel member 4. The first panel member 4 and the shape-retaining member 6 are attached to the column 1 by being fastened to each other. A cap K is attached to conceal the head of the bolt B1. Further, the armrest 7 is fixed to the support column 1 via the armrest fixing member E so as to restrict relative movement. Next, the second panel member 5 is brought to one side of the column 1. Then, the second panel member 5 is brought into close contact with the first panel member 4 so that the vicinity of the rear edge portion of the side covering portion 44 of the first panel member 4 is sandwiched by the sandwiching wall 52a of the joint material 52, The second panel member 5 is attached to the column 1 by fastening the bolt B2 inserted into the screw insertion hole 51 from the side into the screw hole 11a provided in the column body 11. The second panel member 5 is attached to the other side of the column 1 in the same procedure as described above.
[0035]
Next, the attachment procedure of each panel member to the support | pillar 1 located in both ends is demonstrated with reference to FIG.8 and FIG.9.
[0036]
Panel members 8 in which the first panel member 4 is slightly deformed are attached to the front and lateral sides of the support column 1 located at both ends.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 9, the first panel member 8 has one side so as to be able to cover the lateral side of the support column 1 with the side surface covering portion 84 in a state where the first panel member 8 is bent using the slit S. The width dimension of the side covering portion 84 is set larger than the width dimension of the other side covering portion 84. Other configurations are substantially the same as those of the first panel member 4. The shape-retaining member 6 is provided in the bent space, and the second shape-retaining member 9 is integrally provided in a region extending from the substantially central portion to the rear end of the side covering portion 84 by adhesion or the like. The second shape-retaining member 9 is configured such that the back surface 9a is gradually inclined forward from the upper end portion toward the lower end portion, and a space 9S opening forward is formed at the lower end portion. The procedure for attaching the first panel member 8 to the support column 1 is substantially the same as the procedure for attaching the first panel member 4, and only the following points are different. That is, the second shape-retaining member 9 integrally attached to the first panel member 8 is brought close to the back mounting member D fixed to the support column 1 and inserted into the screw insertion hole D1 of the back mounting member D from the side. The first panel member 8 is attached to the column 1 by tightening the bolt B3, which is not shown, provided on the second shape retaining member 9. In addition, the 2nd panel member 5 is attached to the side of the inner surface side of this support | pillar 1 in the procedure similar to the attachment procedure to the support | pillar 1 located in the said center. In the present embodiment, the basic tone of the decorative materials 42 and 82 of the first panel members 4 and 8 is the same as that of the sheet affixed to the surfaces of the back ply board 32 and the seat back member 22.
[0038]
As described above, the panel member mounting structure according to the present embodiment mainly includes the first panel member 4 that covers the front of the column 1, the first panel member 8 that mainly covers the front and sides of the column 1, and mainly Since the second panel member 5 that covers the side of the support column 1 is selectively combined and attached to the support column, it can be installed in a desired pattern according to the installation location, cost, purchaser / user preference, etc. A panel member can be attached to a support | pillar, the external appearance which can respond to various requests | requirements can be formed, and it can be made highly practical. Moreover, since the 1st panel member 4 or 8 is one plate-shaped member set so that bending is possible using the slit S formed in the predetermined location, it is the front of the support | pillar 1 combining three plates. Compared with the conventional panel member which coat | covered, the simplification of a manufacturing process and the reduction of cost can be aimed at effectively.
[0039]
In particular, the first panel member 8 mainly covers the front and one side of the column, and the second member 5 mainly covers the other side of the column. When covering the outer surface other than the rear side of the support column 1 which is not so worrisome, it is only necessary to attach the members 8 and 5 to the support column one by one. Can be performed easily.
[0040]
In particular, when the first panel member 4 or 8 is bent using the slit S, the core material 41 or 81 located on the inward surface side and the decorative material 42 or 82 located on the outward surface side are integrated. Therefore, the first panel member 4 or 8 may be bent at a position where the slit S exists by an extremely simple operation of forming the slit S in the core member 41 or 81. it can. Moreover, since the double structure which consists of the core material 41 or 81 and the decorative material 42 or 82 is employ | adopted, an outward surface can be protected by the decorative material 42 or 82, and when a slit S is provided, a core material is provided. The problem that 41 or 81 can be split can be effectively eliminated, and the strength of the first panel member 4 or 8 itself can be effectively increased, which can be suitably used. Moreover, since the slit S is formed along the height direction at a predetermined location of the core material 41 or 81, and the opening dimension is set so as to gradually increase toward the inward surface, the opening edges S1 By making them close to each other, an effective bending angle can be realized. In addition, since the decorative material 42 or 82 is formed of a material that is flexible to some extent, the bending work can be performed more smoothly, and it is excellent in usability. In addition, by applying printing or painting to the decorative material 41 or 81, for example, it is possible to easily realize a desired appearance such as a unity feeling, a high-class feeling, or a retro-looking appearance. It can be formed easily.
[0041]
In particular, since the slit S is a so-called V-shaped groove having a substantially triangular shape in plan view, the opposing opening edges S1 can be brought into close contact with each other without any gap, and the strength of the bent portion can be effectively increased. Further, in the present embodiment, the angle A of the substantially triangular apex, that is, the angle A at which the opposed opening edges S1 intersect is set to approximately 90 degrees. The member 4 or 8 can be bent at a substantially right angle.
[0042]
In addition, since the first panel member 4 or 8 is attached to the position where the first panel member 4 or 8 is taken out forward of the support column 1 via the shape-retaining member 6, even when the side width dimension of the support column 1 is set to be relatively small. If the side width dimension of the first panel member is set to be large, it is possible to easily bring out a sense of stability and luxury in appearance. That is, the appearance can be freely formed to some extent without depending on the side view shape of the column 1.
[0043]
Furthermore, the shape-retaining member 6 provided with the contact portion 61 that contacts the support column 1 is disposed in a space formed on the inward surface side by bending the first panel member 4 or 8, and the contact portion 61 is applied to the support column 1. Since the first panel member 4 or 8 is attached to the support column 1, the bent shape of the first panel member 4 or 8 can be suitably maintained by the shape retaining member 6, and the first panel member 4 or 8 Appropriate strength can be imparted to 8. Moreover, by attaching the contact portion 61 to the support column 1, it is possible to improve the attachment state of the shape retaining member 6 and the first panel member 4 or 8 and the support column 1.
[0044]
In particular, since the joint material 52 is integrally provided at the front end portion of the second panel member 5, the joint between the two members can be obtained by a simple operation of joining the second panel member 5 to the first panel member 4 or 8. The material 52 can be positioned, the gap which may arise between both members can be concealed, and a suitable external appearance can be formed.
[0045]
In addition, the chair C according to the present embodiment uses the above-described panel member mounting structure, and is supported between the three support columns 1 that are provided to stand up intermittently, and can be raised. It comprises two seats 2 configured, and covers the first panel member 8 that covers the front and lateral sides of the support 1 positioned at both ends, and the lateral side of the inward plane. The second panel member 5 is attached, while the other panel 1 is attached with a first panel member 4 covering the front and a second panel member 5 covering each side. Therefore, it is possible not to interfere with the seat 3, and it is possible to effectively reduce the number of parts depending on the arrangement place of the support column 11.
[0046]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made to the shape and specific configuration of each part without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0048]
For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the slit 10S has a substantially trapezoidal shape in plan view, and has a sawtooth shape in plan view made up of a plurality of irregularities in the region of the core member 1041 corresponding to the top side of the slit 10S. The sawtooth portion 10S2 may be formed continuously along the height direction. When such a slit 10S is used to bend in the direction of the arrow in the figure, adjacent concavities and convexities constituting the sawtooth portion 10S2 are in close contact with each other and a part of the opening edge 10S1 facing each other. Will win. As a result, the portion corresponding to the sawtooth portion 10S2 is curved in appearance, and the appearance of the portion can be made more suitable. In addition, such a curve is particularly excellent in safety and is more practical.
[0049]
The joint material 52 may be provided integrally with the first panel member 4 or 8. Furthermore, it does not attach to any member and may be used as a separate and independent member.
[0050]
Further, by changing the angle at which the opening edges of the slits intersect each other, a desired bending angle or bending state can be realized, and it can be made to correspond to the shape of the object to be covered.
[0051]
It goes without saying that the columns, seats, and the like in the present embodiment can be assembled by appropriately increasing or decreasing the number according to the installation location and cost.
[0052]
In addition, the panel member mounting structure according to the present embodiment can also be provided on a desk or rack having a top plate or a shelf plate supported by a support column.
[0053]
In addition, various changes may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the configuration of the panel member is customized so that it can be selected from at least three patterns of a pattern for mounting either the first panel member or the second panel member, or a pattern for mounting both. Therefore, the panel member can be attached to the support in a desired pattern according to the installation location, cost, purchaser / user preference, and the like, and an appearance that can meet various demands can be formed. In addition, by devising the surface makeup of the first panel member and the second panel member, it is possible to easily form a variety of appearances such as a unity feeling, a high-class feeling, or a retro-looking appearance. Can be expensive. Further, since the first panel member is a single member set to be bent or bent, it is possible to cover the front side and the front side edge of the support body using a single first panel member. As compared with the case where the front and sides of the support are covered by combining three plate-like members, the manufacturing process can be simplified and the cost can be effectively reduced.
