本発明は印刷機(例としてオフセット印刷)の印刷ユニット内に計測器等を取付け取り外しが容易に出来、3方向の位置調整を可能とする取り付けジグに関する。

【従来の技術】
過去印刷機の印刷ユニット内に取り付け取り外しを必要とする機器類が常設された経過はあるが、その位置出しに高精度再現性は必要なく、単に簡易的取り付け取り外しを行うジグだけであった。また、これら設置された機器類は他作業の妨げを考慮して取り外しが出来ることは前述したが、印刷機内側の取り付けジグは依然として印刷機内に常設されることは多々あるケースである。そして、前記印刷機内側取り付けジグは印刷機内諸々の作業実施において、作業の効率低下をもたらす場合が少ないくないのが過去の経過である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の課題を解決するために、本発明は、印刷機内諸々の作業実施の効率を下げることなく、位置出し高精度再現性を簡易的構造により得ることが出来、機器類取り付けも容易であるジグを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に示す発明は、印刷機内フレーム側面に固定した起立する底面と突き当て面を有する基本部品(1)と、取り付け機器類を取り付け固定する内面を有する空間を備え、前記基本部品の底面と接触する下面、及び前記突き当て面に接触する側面を有する上部品(2)とからなり、前記上部品を、基本部品に接触固定すると共に、前記上部品の前面の対角する位置に、側面前方から基本部品後面後方に突出する、前記基本部品(1)、上部品(2)をフレームに固定する固定ネジを設けたことを特徴とする投げ込み式ジグである。

請求項2に示す発明は、前記上部品は、側面に外部から空間(10)へ貫通して設けられた機器類調整ネジを備えていることを特徴とする投げ込み式ジグである。

以上により印刷機内側の取り付けジグの設定は完了である。これらの状況で必要な機器類(3)を空間(10)に挿入し、固定するが、位置決めとして上部品(2)の内面(8)に機器類(3)側の面(9)を接触させなければ、高精度位置再現性が得られない。

以下に本発明に関して図2(a)・(b)で具体的に説明する。

図2は基本部品(1)と上部品(2)を既に組み合わせた図であり、図2(a)は上面図、図2(a)は側面図である。基本部品(1)の外観寸法は、縦80mm×横60mm×高さ10mmである。本発明に関わる投げ込み式ジグの運用方法では、例えば、機器類を取り外した後に上部品(2)も外すので、実際には厚み10mmの部品のみが印刷機内フレーム側面に残ることになる。

また、上部品の外観寸法は、縦75mm×横55mm×高さ40mmである。本発明に関わる投げ込み式ジグでは、機器類を設置した際の3方向調整を可能としているが、前記基本部品をフレームに固定する固定ネジ(11)、及び前記基本部品と上部品をフレームに固定する固定ネジ(12)、前記基本部品と上部品を固定する固定ネジ(13)(14)により回転方向調整を可能とすることにより2方向同時に調整するように製作している。更にネジ(15)により機器類が設置された場合の位置決めを行い、ナット(16)でネジ(15)の位置ずれを防止できるようにした。

ネジ(15)の調整は、マイクロメータヘッド等を採用することにより更に高精度位置決めが可能である。実際に設置される機器類は空間(10)に挿入され、ネジ(15)に突き当てることにより位置精度を維持できる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によると、印刷機内諸々の作業実施の効率を下げることなく、位置出し高精度再現性を簡易的構造により得ることが出来、機器類取り付けも容易である投げ込み式ジグを提供することが出来た。
