Claims (2)
- 主動力源から出力される動力を第1電動機と伝達部材とに分配する動力分配装置と、該伝達部材と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に有段変速機を介して連結された第2電動機と、前記第1電動機及び/又は第2電動機により発電された電力を蓄電すると共にそれら第1電動機及び/又は第2電動機へ電力を供給する蓄電装置とを、備えた車両用動力伝達装置において、前記有段変速機における変速動作中に前記第2電動機の出力トルクを低下させるトルクダウン制御を行う第2電動機トルクダウン制御手段と、該第2電動機トルクダウン制御手段によるトルクダウン制御に際して前記蓄電装置の入力制限量に応じて前記第2電動機のトルクダウン量を制限する第2電動機トルクダウン制御制限手段とを、備えた車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置であって、
前記第1電動機の出力トルクを低下させるトルクダウン制御を行う第1電動機トルクダウン制御手段を含み、
前記第2電動機トルクダウン制御制限手段は、前記有段変速機に備えられた摩擦係合要素の係合力を制御するための作動油の油温が所定温度よりも低いこと、及び前記蓄電装置の入力制限量が所定値よりも大きいことの2つの条件のうち少なくとも一方の条件が満たされる場合には、該条件が満たされない場合と比較して前記第2電動機のトルクダウン量の制限を緩和すると共に、前記第1電動機トルクダウン制御手段により前記第1電動機の出力トルクを低下させるトルクダウン制御を行うものであることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記第2電動機トルクダウン制御制限手段は、前記2つの条件のうち少なくとも一方の条件が満たされる場合には、前記第2電動機のトルクダウン量の制限を禁止すると共に、前記第1電動機トルクダウン制御手段により前記第1電動機の出力トルクを低下させるトルクダウン制御を行うものである請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
