Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an easy-open packaging bag useful for packaging vegetables, root vegetables, fruits, cut flowers, mushrooms and the like (hereinafter referred to as fruits and vegetables).
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, the development of new storage technology that distributes while maintaining the freshness and quality at the time of harvest of fruits and vegetables has been promoted, but among them the gas concentration of the storage atmosphere is the most effective means of maintaining the freshness of fruits and vegetables. Attention is focused on CA packaging that controls to a specific composition.
Fruits and vegetables, after harvesting, carry out various substance metabolisms and carry out a respiratory action in order to maintain life activity, and absorb oxygen and release carbon dioxide by respiration.
The strength of the respiratory action varies depending on the type, quality, and location of the fruits and vegetables, but respiration causes damage to taste-related components such as sugar and organic acids, resulting in a decrease in freshness. Therefore, in order to maintain the quality of fruits and vegetables, it is important to suppress respiratory action.
[0003]
In order to suppress the respiratory action, it is necessary to maintain the oxygen concentration above the limit oxygen concentration for maintaining the respiratory action of fruits and vegetables, and the carbon dioxide concentration below the limit carbon dioxide concentration. The conditions are lower oxygen and higher carbon dioxide concentration than carbon concentration.
However, in the case of packaged fruits and vegetables, the balance between the permeation of oxygen through the film and the permeation of carbon dioxide is not balanced, and if the concentration is excessively low and high, the bag is anaerobic and the respiratory action is aerobic. Rotates from an artificial breath to an anaerobic breathing state. Therefore, it is necessary to use a film with high gas permeability in order to maintain the packaging bag of fruits and vegetables with a high respiration rate at a specific gas composition concentration.
[0004]
In general, among plastic films, low-density polyethylene films with relatively high gas permeability, unstretched polypropylene films, biaxially-stretched polypropylene films, etc. are used as packaging materials for fruits and vegetables, and those having a thickness of 20 to 30 μm. The oxygen permeation amount of the film is several thousand CC / m 2 · day · atm. However, even when fruits and vegetables are sealed and packaged with these films, the oxygen permeability is insufficient, and the quality of the low oxygen and high carbon dioxide progresses too much. There is a tendency to lead to a decline.
As a technique for improving the gas permeability of these films, for example, in JP-A-6-165636, a non-porous polyethylene resin layer is laminated on a perforated film in which innumerable minute holes are closed, and oxygen and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-53445 discloses a packaging bag provided with one or more apertures having a specific total aperture area ratio with respect to the total film area. Yes.
[0005]
These technologies are intended to wrap fruits and vegetables with plastic film and to maintain a certain proportion of the balance between oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration inside the packaging bag. When removing fruits and vegetables, it is necessary to open the packaging bag. However, these techniques do not specifically consider this openability.
Unstretched plastic film used for packaging fruits and vegetables has large elongation and poor tear propagation, so to open it, use a knife such as scissors or a knife, or forcefully tear the film and open it. I was taking it out.
[0006]
In addition, in the case of a stretched film such as biaxially stretched polypropylene or a laminated film in which a heat-fusible resin is laminated to it, the elongation of the film is small and the tearability propagation property is not a problem, but no tear starting point such as a notch is provided. Similarly, there is no choice but to open it with a blade in the same way. If you try to open it forcibly, the bag may tear at once and the contents may pop out or the contents may be crushed.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has a sufficient air permeability that does not inhibit the respiration of fruits and vegetables, and is shielded from outside air to such an extent that it maintains a gas composition that exhibits a CA preservation effect, and is sufficiently strong as a packaging material for fruits and vegetables. And an easily openable packaging bag that can be easily opened with a weak finger force.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention comprises a bag provided with a band-shaped scar group extending in a direction crossing the body part, and the band-shaped scar group has a notch whose length is longer than the width, the length direction of which is 90 ° ± with respect to the transverse direction. It is an easy-opening freshness-keeping packaging bag that is arranged so as to be positioned at an angle of 20 °.
That is, the present invention is as follows.
1. The bag is provided with a band-like scar group extending in a direction crossing the body part, and the band-like scar group has an incision having a length longer than the width, and the length direction is an angle of 70 ° to 110 ° with respect to the transverse direction. An easily openable freshness-keeping packaging bag, which is provided by pressing a film between a jig provided with an elongated blade edge and a receiving roll or a receiving plate so as to be positioned at the position.
2. The easy-open freshness-keeping packaging bag described in 1 above, wherein the bag is made of a polyolefin resin film.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
First, the easily openable freshness-keeping packaging bag according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 are examples of plan views of the packaging bag of the present invention. The packaging bag 1 is sealed with a seal portion 4 and is provided with a band-like scar group 3 extending in a direction crossing the body portion 2.
FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the band-shaped scar group 3 in part A in FIG. 1, and the incision 6 having a length longer than the width is formed with respect to the direction in which the length of the band-shaped scar group 3 crosses the body part 2. A plurality of rows are arranged so as to be positioned at an angle of 90 ± 20 °.
The angle is ideally 90 °, but may be shifted within a range of ± 20 °.
[0010]
Moreover, the direction crossing the trunk | drum of a packaging bag means that a strip | belt-shaped scar group crosses the part in which a packaged article is accommodated as shown in FIGS. 1-3, and the arrangement | positioning direction shown in the figure and 90 It may be arranged in a direction intersecting at an angle.
It is preferable that the band-shaped scar group 3 is formed of notches 6 that are not missing, that is, have few openings.
The incision 6 is damage to the film layer caused by being spread or partially cut. If there is no omission, no fragments are separated from the film layer when these incisions occur. Say that.
[0011]
Specifically, the notch 6 has a length of about 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm, preferably about 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm, and a width of about 1/10 to 1/100 of the length, preferably Is a cut 6 that penetrates a film of about 1/20 to 1/50.
The arrangement of the cuts 6 is not particularly limited, but is preferably staggered as shown in FIG. 4, and the repeat pitch in the transverse direction of the band-shaped scar group 3 is 5 mm or less, preferably 3 mm or less. It is preferable to arrange them.
In the packaging process and distribution stage, the folded part and the sealed part of the edge of the packaging bag are the places where the force is most easily applied, and the broken bag often occurs from this part.
[0012]
And since the notch 6 located in the edge part 5 of the packaging bag 1 at an angle different from that of the present invention has the same action as the I notch, a band shape in which this notch is arranged in a biaxially stretched film having good tear propagation properties. When the scar group 3 is applied, it is particularly easy to break the bag. However, in the present invention, the band-shaped scar group 3 in which the notch 6 is positioned at the specific angle is applied in a direction crossing the body portion of the bag. It is possible to suppress unintended destruction of the packaging bag with the notch 6 at the starting point of bag breaking.
That is, when some force is applied to the belt-like scar group 3, a force for tearing the packaging bag 1 in a direction parallel to the length direction of the cut 6 is generated. Since they are arranged so as to be positioned at an angle of about 90 ° with respect to the transverse direction, the tearing force of the packaging bag 1 does not go in the inner direction of the bag, so the end of the packaging bag 1 is the starting point of the breakage. The bag breakage is less likely to occur.
[0013]
The packaging bag 1 can be opened easily by picking the film of the part to which the band-like scar group 3 is applied with the left and right index fingers and the thumb and pulling it left and right.
The notches 6 penetrating the film communicate with the inside and the outside of the packaging bag 1 and have only slits in the form of long and narrow slits. By setting it as the scar group 3, sufficient air permeability which does not inhibit the respiration of fruit and vegetables is provided, and it can block | block from external air to such an extent that the gas composition which exhibits the CA preservation effect is maintained.
[0014]
The required air permeability from the band-shaped scar group 3 varies depending on the type of film, the size of the packaging bag, and the type and amount of fruits and vegetables to be packaged. Is selected by changing the number of bands of the band-shaped scar group 3 to be applied to the packaging bag.
The method of applying the cut 6 to the film is not particularly limited. For example, the film is pressed between a jig provided with a predetermined elongated blade edge on the circumference of the metal rotating disk or the plane of the metal plate, the receiving roll, and the receiving plate. Is made by
The method of applying the band-shaped scar group 3 to the film may be applied in advance in a separate process from packaging, or may be applied continuously at the same time as packaging by incorporating a device in a machine for packaging fruits and vegetables.
[0015]
The fruits and vegetables are packaged by a method in which a bag is made in advance and then the contents are put into the bag and heat-sealed, or a continuous bag-making and packaging method in which the above-mentioned bag is simultaneously packaged.
As another example of the packaging bag, a so-called drawstring bag in which the opening of the bag is sealed with an adhesive tape or a string or a wire may be used.
The types of films of the packaging bag 1 are low density polyethylene resin film, medium density polyethylene resin film, high density polyethylene resin film, linear low density polyethylene resin film, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin film, stretched polypropylene resin film. Among films such as polyolefin films such as stretched polypropylene resin films, stretched polystyrene resin films, polyvinyl chloride resin films, and polymethylpentene resin films, relatively high gas permeable films or laminated films thereof are used. .
[0016]
In order to prevent dew condensation on the inner surface of the packaging bag due to the breathing action of fruits and vegetables, the above-mentioned film subjected to anti-fogging treatment is also preferably used.
In addition, the packaging bag 1 may be printed with an indication indicating an opening position, an opening direction, or the like with an arrow or the like.
The packaging bag of the present invention is not limited to packaging vegetables such as leafy vegetables such as green onions, spinach, pineapple, and allied vegetables such as eggplants, tomatoes, peppers, etc. It is also useful as a packaging bag.
[0017]
【Example】
(Example 1)
On the outer peripheral surface of a metal disk having a diameter of 80 mm and a thickness of 6 mm, the blade base width is 0.5 mm and the height is 0.45 mm so that the length direction of the blade is perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the disk. Fine protrusions with sharp tips were arranged in a zigzag pattern in seven rows so that the repetition pitch in the thickness direction of the disk was 0.5 mm and the repetition pitch in the circumferential direction of the disk was 2.0 mm.
This metal disk is 5 so that the center line of the projecting blade forming region band is located at five positions of 65 mm, 135 mm, 185 mm, 235 mm, and 285 mm from the end of the biaxially stretched polypropylene film having a width of 340 mm and a thickness of 20 μm. A film provided with a band-shaped scar group 3 penetrating through a band width of 3.5 mm that is continuous in parallel with the length direction of the film by continuously pressing with a rubber-coated receiving roll that rotates together with this disk. Obtained.
[0018]
The incisions constituting the band-shaped scar group 3 are arranged such that the length direction thereof is arranged at an angle of 90 ° with respect to the length direction of the film.
Two sheets of this film are stacked so that the positions of the band-shaped scar group 3 overlap and are cut off and sealed by fusing, so that four sides of 220 mm × 340 mm having a total of ten band-shaped scar groups 3 on the front and back of the bag. A four-side sealed bag with one of them opened was obtained.
In this bag, the pineapple immediately after harvesting was put from the open end and sealed.
[0019]
500 bags were made, but no bags were broken during packaging.
This bag could be easily opened by picking up the film to which the band-like scar group 3 was attached with the left and right index fingers and the thumb and pulling it left and right.
Next, 20 bags packed with this komatsuna were put into one cardboard box, and 20 boxes were transported by truck for about 2000 km, but there were no bags that were broken during transportation.
In addition, the bag was stored in a cooling case in which cold air pours from above. However, no condensation was formed in the bag, and the fresh state as freshly harvested with the naked eye was maintained for 15 days.
[0020]
(Comparative Example 1)
For comparison, a bag in which komatsuna was packaged was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the band-shaped scar group 3 was not provided.
When this bag was stored in the above cooling case, condensation occurred in the bag, and the fresh state just after harvesting with the naked eye was limited to 9 days.
Also, this bag could not be torn open by hand.
[0021]
(Comparative Example 2)
For comparison, a four-side sealed bag having one of four sides opened in advance is manufactured in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the blade length direction is parallel to the circumferential direction of the disk. However, the film was easy to cut during bag making.
500 bags of Komatsuna were packaged in this bag, and 67 bags were broken from the seal portion of the bag to which the band-shaped scar group 3 was given during the packaging operation.
In this case, since the cuts of the band-shaped scar group 3 are arranged at an angle of 0 ° with respect to the length direction of the film, they are arranged at an angle of 90 ° with respect to the seal edge. It seems that the stress concentration force applied to the seal part is directed to the inside of the bag.
[0022]
(Example 2)
Two metal disks of Example 1 are arranged so that the center line of the projecting blade forming region band is located at two positions of 65 mm and 95 mm from the end of a biaxially stretched polypropylene film having a width of 160 mm and a thickness of 20 μm, By continuously pressing with a rubber-coated receiving roll that rotates with this disk, a film provided with a band-shaped scar group 3 having a continuous band width of 3.5 mm parallel to the film length direction was obtained.
[0023]
The cuts 6 constituting the band-shaped scar group 3 are arranged such that the length direction thereof is at an angle of 90 ° with respect to the length direction of the film.
This film was packaged with green onions while continuously making a bag with a horizontal pillow packaging machine with a vertical seal width of 10 mm to obtain a packaging bag having a width of 70 mm and a length of 660 mm.
Although 300 packaging bags were manufactured, there was no broken bag.
These bags were stored in the same cooling case as in Example 1, but no condensation was observed in the bags, and the bags were kept fresh for 7 days with the naked eye.
[0024]
(Comparative Example 3)
For comparison, a bag in which green onions were packaged was obtained in the same manner as in Example 2 except that the band-shaped scar group 3 was not applied.
When this bag was stored in the above cooling case, dew condensation occurred in the bag and the color turned yellow in 2 to 3 days.
Also, this bag could not be torn open by hand.
(Comparative Example 4)
Except for changing the band-like scar group 3 to be 45 mm and 115 mm from the end of the biaxially stretched polypropylene film so that the position of the band-like scar group 3 is located at the folded portion of the bag, it is the same as in Example 2. Although it was packaged by a horizontal pillow packaging machine, the film was frequently cut during the packaging operation.
[0025]
