【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ機の遊技盤裏面に装備される制御基板収納ボックスのコネクタ部構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のパチンコ機における遊技盤の裏面に取付けられる制御基板収納ボックスにおいては、例えば制御基板を収納するケース体とこの制御基板に実装されるROM、IC、ヒューズ等の実装部品を覆うカバー体とからなり、また、この制御基板には実装部品を覆うカバー体の外部位置には、例えば雄コネクタが複数箇所露出状に配設されて外部配線が雌コネクタを介して接続するようになっており、雄コネクタはプリント配線により実装部品と接続され、雄コネクタとカバー体との間にはプリント配線のプリントパターンの一部が露出する形態が取られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、この従来の制御基板収納ボックスでは、雄コネクタとカバー体との間にプリント配線のプリントパターンの一部が露出する形態を取ることから、この露出されたプリントパターンを切断して、不正基板に接続する不正が行われる恐れのある問題がある。
本発明は、上記従来の問題点に鑑み、制御基板収納ボックスのコネクタ部に対する不正を防止することのできる制御基板収納ボックスのコネクタ部構造を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記技術課題を解決するために、請求項1の発明は、ケース体とこれに取り付けられるカバー体を備えて、前記ケース体に納められる制御基板の実装面に実装部品が装備されて、この実装部品は前記カバー体により覆設されるとともに、このカバー体の外側の実装面には前記実装部品にプリント配線により所定のプリントパターン露出されて接続された各種のコネクタが配設された制御基板収納ボックスであって、
前記ケース体には、当該ケース体の周囲に立ち上がる側壁が形成され、前記実装部品が実装される実装面を上向き状態で且つ前記各種のコネクタが当該ケース体の所定の側壁側に位置した状態で前記制御基板が収められるとともに、当該ケース体の側壁に複数の封印ボス部が切断可能な開封部を介してそれぞれ側方へ突出状に形成され、
前記カバー体は、前記各種のコネクタの配設部分に対応して前記ケース体の側壁よりも内側に所定間隔を隔てる凹壁部が形成されることにより、前記制御基板の各種のコネクタの配設部分を除いて覆うとともに、前記複数の封印ボス部のそれぞれに対応して封印締着部が切断可能な開封部を介して側方へ突出状に形成され、
前記凹壁部の下端部には、その下端部から前記ケース体の側壁にわたって延び且つ前記制御基板の各種のコネクタの配設部分を覆うために単数または複数のコネクタが挿通される窓部が貫設される遮蔽部材が一体形成され、
前記窓部の孔縁と、前記各種のコネクタとの間の間隔は、前記制御基板のプリント配線に対して不正部品の接続を不能とする僅かな間隔に設定されることで、前記プリント配線を保護する構成にしてあるとともに、前記複数の封印締着部と前記複数の封印ボス部のうちから1つの封印締着部と封印ボス部とを封印締着部材で封印することで、前記ケース体と前記カバー対とを取り外し不能に封印し、その封印した状態で前記開封部を切断することにより前記ケース体と前記カバー体とを取り外し可能とし、再度次の封印締着部と封印ボス部とを封印締着部材で封印することで、前記ケース体と前記カバー対とを取り外し不能に封印したことを特徴とする。
請求項2の発明は、ケース体とこれに取り付けられるカバー体を備えて、前記ケース体に納められる制御基板の実装面に実装部品が装備されて、この実装部品は前記カバー体により覆設されるとともに、このカバー体の外側の実装面には前記実装部品にプリント配線により所定のプリントパターン露出されて接続された各種のコネクタが配設された制御基板収納ボックスであって、
前記ケース体には、当該ケース体の周囲に立ち上がる側壁が形成され、前記実装部品が実装される実装面を上向き状態で且つ前記各種のコネクタが当該ケース体の所定の側壁側に位置した状態で前記制御基板が収められるとともに、当該ケース体の側壁に複数の封印ボス部が切断可能な開封部を介してそれぞれ側方へ突出状に形成され、
前記カバー体は、前記各種のコネクタの配設部分に対応して前記ケース体の側壁よりも内側に所定間隔を隔てる凹壁部が形成されることにより、前記制御基板の各種のコネクタの配設部分を除いて覆うとともに、前記複数の封印ボス部のそれぞれに対応して封印締着部が切断可能な開封部を介して側方へ突出状に形成され、
前記カバー体の凹壁部の下端部と前記ケース体の側壁にわたって、前記カバー体とは別部材で形成され且つ前記制御基板の各種のコネクタの配設部分を覆うために単数または複数のコネクタが挿通される窓部が貫設される遮蔽部材が設けられるとともに、該遮蔽部材の内端部が前記凹壁部の下端部に抑え込まれて固定され、
前記窓部の孔縁と、前記各種のコネクタとの間の間隔は、前記制御基板のプリント配線に対して不正部品の接続を不能とする僅かな間隔に設定されることで、前記プリント配線を保護する構成にしてあるとともに、前記複数の封印締着部と前記複数の封印ボス部のうちから1つの封印締着部と封印ボス部とを封印締着部材で封印することで、前記ケース体と前記カバー対とを取り外し不能に封印し、その封印した状態で前記開封部を切断することにより前記ケース体と前記カバー体とを取り外し可能とし、再度次の封印締着部と封印ボス部とを封印締着部材で封印することで、前記ケース体と前記カバー対とを取り外し不能に封印したことを特徴とする。
請求項3の発明は、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の制御基板収納ボックスであって、
前記遮蔽部材は、その外縁部に前記ケース体の側壁上部に係合する係合縁を有していることを特徴とする。

【発明の効果】
請求項1の発明によれば、制御基板の実装面に配設された実装部品はカバー体により覆われ、このカバー体により覆われない凹壁部の外側の制御基板上に露出して配設された各種のコネクタと覆われた実装部品とが接続される。
また、凹壁部の下端部からケース体の側壁にわたって一体形成された遮蔽部材の窓部に対し、単数または複数のコネクタが挿通された状態において、窓部の孔縁と、各種のコネクタとの間の間隔が、制御基板のプリント配線に対して不正部品の接続を不能とする僅かな間隔に設定されることで、制御基板のプリント配線が保護される。このため、制御基板のプリントパターンに対し細工する不正を防止することができる。
更に、封印締着部と封印ボス部とを封印締着部材で封印してケース体とカバー対とを取り外し不能に封印することで、制御基板収納ボックスの不正開封を防止するようになっている。そして、その封印状態を複数回行うことができる。
また、請求項2の発明によれば、制御基板の実装面に配設された実装部品はカバー体により覆われ、このカバー体により覆われない凹壁部の外側の制御基板上に露出して配設された各種のコネクタと覆われた実装部品とが接続される。
また、凹壁部の下端部からケース体の側壁にわたり、且つカバー体とは別部材で形成された遮蔽部材の窓部に対し、単数または複数のコネクタが挿通された状態において、窓部の孔縁と、各種のコネクタとの間の間隔が、制御基板のプリント配線に対して不正部品の接続を不能とする僅かな間隔に設定されることで、制御基板のプリント配線が保護される。このため、制御基板のプリントパターンに対し細工する不正を防止することができる。
また、カバー体に対し遮蔽部材を別体とする構成とすることで、パチンコ機の機種により制御基板に配設される実装部品のカバー体は共通であるが、コネクタの大きさ、位置が異なる場合、遮蔽部材を取替えるだけで対処することができるのでコスト的に有利となる経済性を有する。
更に、封印締着部と封印ボス部とを封印締着部材で封印してケース体とカバー対とを取り外し不能に封印することで、制御基板収納ボックスの不正開封を防止するようになっている。そして、その封印状態を複数回行うことができる。
請求項3の発明によれば、遮蔽部材の係合縁がケース体の側壁に係合する構成とすることで、遮蔽部材と制御基板の間に針金等のこじ入れを阻止できてプリントパターンの破損を防止することができるとともに、この係合縁をケース体の側壁に係合することで、これを位置決め部として容易に組付けることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
(第1の実施形態)
次に、本発明の実施形態を構成するものではないが本発明の前提となる実施形態を図面にしたがって説明すると、図1は制御基板収納ボックス10の平面図、図2は図1のA−A線断面図を示すもので、この制御基板収納ボックス10は合成樹脂材からなるもので、制御基板11を収納するケース体12と、このケース体12に取付けられて制御基板11を覆うカバー体25とより構成され、この制御基板収納ボックス10は周知のようにパチンコ機の遊技盤の裏面に組付けられる図示しない裏カバー(詳しくは役物保護カバーあるいは裏機構板等に相当する)に取外し可能に取付けられる。

このケース体12は略長方形状の底板13とその四周には所定の高さで立上がる側壁14a,14b,14c,14dが形成されるとともに、その側壁14a,14bの角部は所定の角度で切欠き状に斜状壁15が形成されている。また、底板13の斜状壁15側を挟む対角の図示隅部には基板取付用ボス16a,16bが立設され、また、斜状壁15側には同斜状壁15を底辺とする所定の三角頂点位置にはカバー取付用基準ボス17が立設されている。また、側壁14a,14b,14c,14dおよび斜状壁15の上縁には制御基板11を同一面に嵌込む嵌込み凹部18が連続して凹設されている。

このように形成されたケース体12の嵌込み凹部18に同一面に嵌込まれる制御基板11は同嵌込み凹部18に嵌込まれる略長方形状に形成されて、その嵌込み上面側が実装面20とされ、この実装面20のカバー体25で覆われる部分には図示はしないがROM、IC、ヒューズ等の部品が実装されている。また、この制御基板11の所定の位置には放熱板21a,21bが配設されている。

また、この制御基板11のケース体12の斜状壁15を挟む側壁14a,14b側には2P電源コネクタRCNおよびコネクタCN1〜CN7が配設され、このコネクタCN1〜CN7は例えば雄タイプのもので略長方形状の保護基板(コンタクトシェル)22には所定のピッチで複数本のコンタクト端子23がそれぞれ立設され、2P電源コネクタRCNおよび各コネクタCN1〜CN7のコンタクト端子23は、制御基板11に実装された部品に図示はしないが実装面20に所定のプリントパターンで接続されたプリント配線が接続されている。このように実装部品を配設した制御基板11はケース体12の嵌込み凹部18に嵌込まれ、また、基板取付用ボス16a,16bとカバー取付用基準ボス17にはカバー体25と共締め固定するようになっている。このように制御基板11を嵌込んだケース体12にはカバー体25が実装部品を覆うように取付けられている。

このカバー体25は変形四辺形状に形成されており、ケース体12と合せ型されるもので、天板26の四周には図示のようにケース体12の側壁14aより所定の間隔h1を有して平行状に所定の高さの凹壁部27aと,同じくケース体12の側壁14bより所定の間隔h2を有して平行状に凹壁部27bが、また、ケース体12の側壁14c,14dと突き合わせ整合する側壁27c,27dが形成され、また、凹壁部27a,27b間には、ケース体12の斜状壁15と突き合わせ整合する斜状壁28が形成されるとともに、この斜状壁28は接続壁29a,29bにより凹壁部27a,27bに一連に接続されている。

また、凹壁部27aと側壁27cの対応する所定の位置には制御基板11に配設した放熱板21a,21bの一部を露出して放熱する凹部30が凹設されている。また、天板26には図示はしないが制御基板収納ボックス10内で発生する熱を逃がすための小径の放熱孔26aが多数貫設されている。

また、凹壁部27a,27bの側壁27c,27d側の下部には制御基板11に重合して基板取付用ボス16a,16bに共締めする取付部31a,31bが形成され、この凹壁部27bの下部側の取付部31bと接続壁29b間にはコネクタCN3〜CN7に向けて所定の張出し幅h3で張出して各コネクタCN3〜CN7に対し指で雌型コネクタ35を抜き差しし易くするためのフランジ状の遮蔽部材32が一体に形成されている。

また、このフランジ状の遮蔽部材32は図2に示すように、その張出し先端下面には制御基板11に当接する縁部33が長手方向に沿って形成され、同遮蔽部材32の先端面34は制御基板11に直列状に配設され、かつ凹壁部27bに平行にして位置された保護基板22に対し、僅かの間隔tを有して対設するように位置されて取付けられるように形成され、この遮蔽部材32はコネクタCN3〜CN7の各コンタクト端子23に接続されたプリント配線のプリントパターンを遮蔽するとともに、先端面34と保護基板22との間隔tは、コンタクト端子23に雌型コネクタ35を着脱可能とする間隔tで、かつ外部から各プリントパターンに対し不正(他の不正部品を切断接続)不能な間隔tで取付けられるように設けられている。

また、凹壁部27a側にも同様のフランジ状の遮蔽部材36が設けられている。この遮蔽部材36は接続壁29aより放熱凹部30を跨ぎ、コネクタCN1,CN2と対設する所定の範囲に設けられ、この遮蔽部材36は所定の幅h3に形成され、同遮蔽部材36の先端下面には長手方向に沿って縁部37が形成され、同縁部37の先端面38はコネクタCN1,CN2の保護基板22の対し、各コンタクト端子23に接続されたプリント配線のプリントパターンを遮蔽するとともに、先端面34と保護基板22との間隔tは、上記遮蔽部材32と同様にコンタクト端子23に雌型コネクタ35を着脱可能とする間隔tで、かつ外部から不正不能な間隔tで取付けられるように設けられている。

このように凹壁部27a,27bに遮蔽部材32,36を一体に形成したカバー体25は、ケース体12に形成した基板取付用ボス16a,16bおよびカバー取付用基準ボス17に対し固定用ビスにより止着することにより、側壁14c,27cと側壁14d,27dおよび斜状壁15,28は突き合わせ状に整合されて制御基板11の実装面20に配設されたROM、IC、ヒューズ等の実装部品はカバー体25で覆われ、このカバー体25により覆われない凹壁部27a,27bの外側の制御基板11上に露出して配設されたコネクタCN1,CN2およびコネクタCN3〜CN7と覆われた実装部品とを接続した各プリント配線のプリントパターンは凹壁部27a,27bの下部側に形成した遮蔽部材32,36により遮蔽されている。

この遮蔽部材32,36のプリントパターンの遮蔽状態にあっては、その先端面34,38はコネクタCN1,CN2およびコネクタCN3〜CN7の保護基板22に対し、外部から不正不能な間隔tで位置固定するように取付けられているので、同プリントパターンに対し細工する不正を防止することができる。
なお、遮蔽部材32,36の先端面34,38と各コネクタCN1〜CN7の保護基板22との間隔tを、プリント配線のプリントパターンを遮蔽するとともに、コンタクト端子23に雌型コネクタ35を着脱可能として不正不能な間隔tで取付けられるように構成したが、例えば先端面34,38を所定の角度で上方に開拡するテーパー面に形成して、テーパー面下部を保護基板22に当接する構成としてもよい。

(第2の実施形態)
次に、本発明の実施形態を構成する第2の実施形態を図3ないし図11にしたがって説明する。この第2実施形態の制御基板収納ボックス40は上記制御基板収納ボックス10とほぼ同様に制御基板41を収納するケース体42と、このケース体42に取付けられて制御基板41を覆うカバー体55とより構成されている。

このケース体42は略長方形状の底板43とその四周には所定の高さで立上がる側壁44a,44b,44c,44dが形成されるとともに、その側壁44a,44bの角部は所定の角度で切欠き状に斜状壁45が形成されている。また、底板43の斜状壁45を挟む対角の図示隅部には基板取付用ボス46a,46bが立設され、また、斜状壁45側には同斜状壁45を底辺とする所定の三角頂点位置にカバー取付用基準ボス47が立設されている。また、側壁44a,44b,44c,44dおよび斜状壁45の上縁には制御基板41を同一面に嵌込む嵌込み凹部48が連続して凹設されている。また、このケース体42の側壁44cには所定の間隔でカバー体55を回動可能に掛合する掛合ピン49aと支持片49bとからなる掛合部49が形成されている。

また、ケース体42の嵌込み凹部48に同一面に嵌込まれる制御基板41は上記基板11と同様に嵌込み凹部48に嵌込まれる略長方形状に形成されて、その嵌込み上面側が実装面50とされ、この実装面50のカバー体55で覆われる部分には図示はしないがROM、IC、ヒューズ等の部品が実装されている。また、この制御基板41の所定の位置には放熱板51a,51bが配設されている。

また、この制御基板41のケース体42の斜状壁45を挟む側壁44a,44b側には2P電源コネクタRCNおよびコネクタCN1〜CN7が配設され、このコネクタCN1〜CN7は例えば雄タイプのもので略長方形状の保護基板52には所定のピッチで複数本のコンタクト端子53がそれぞれ立設され、2P電源コネクタRCNおよび各コネクタCN1〜CN7のコンタクト端子53は、制御基板41に実装された部品に図示はしないが実装面50に所定のプリントパターンで接続されたプリント配線が接続されている。このように実装部品を配設した制御基板41は基板取付用ボス46a,46bおよびカバー取付用基準ボス47にカバー体55に固定用ビスにより共締め固定するようになっている。このように制御基板41を取付けたケース体42にはカバー体55が実装部品を覆うように取付けられている。

このカバー体55は上記カバー体25とほぼ同様に変形四辺形状に形成されており、ケース体42と合せ型されるもので、天板56の四周には図示のようにケース体42の側壁44aより所定の間隔h1を有して平行状に所定の高さの凹壁部57aと,同じくケース体42の側壁44bより所定の間隔h2を有して平行状に凹壁部57bが、また、ケース体42の側壁44c,44dと突き合わせ整合する側壁57c,57dが形成されている。また、凹壁部57a,57b間には、ケース体42の斜状壁45と突き合わせ整合する斜状壁58が形成されるとともに、この斜状壁58は接続壁59a,59bにより凹壁部57a,57bに一連に接続されている。

また、凹壁部57aと側壁57cの対応する所定の位置には制御基板41に配設した放熱板51a,51bの一部を露出して放熱する凹部60が凹設されている。また、天板56には制御基板収納ボックス40内で発生する熱を逃がすための小径の放熱孔56aが多数貫設されている。また、側壁57cにはケース体42の側壁44cに形成した掛合部49の掛合ピン49aに回動可能に掛合するフック部61が形成されている。また、凹壁部57a,57bの側壁57c,57d側の上部には天板56と同位にケース体42の側壁44a,44bの上方へ臨む取付部62が形成され、この両取付部62の下面にはケース体42の基板取付用ボス46a,46bと対応して有底筒状形状で下孔を有する取付支持体62aが垂設され、基板取付用ボス46a,46bにビス着するようになっている。また、斜状壁58を底辺とする所定の三角頂点位置にはカバー取付用基準ボス47と整合する有底で段差筒形状(図15参照)の取付支持体63が形成されている。

また、このケース体42に制御基板41を嵌込み、カバー体55を型合せした状態で、例えば斜状壁45,58および側壁44d,57dの側壁44aと取付部62寄りには制御基板収納ボックス40を封印する封印部群65が配設され、この封印部群65は、封印ビス67によって封印可能な複数(図では4個の場合を例示する)の封印部66を備えている。なお、この封印群65は同一に構成されているので側壁44d,57d側の封印部群65について図6ないし図10を参照して説明し、他の封印部群の説明は省略する。なお、図6は封印部群65の平面図、図7は封印部66の封印状態を示す断面図、図8は封印ビス67の仮止め状態の断面図、図9は封印部66の分解断面図、図10は封印ビス67の説明図である。

先ず、封印ビス67について図10を参照して説明する。図10において、封印ビス67は、締めつけは可能であるが、弛めを不可能としたワンウエイタイプのネジであり、(a)は封印ビス67の平面図、(b)は正面図、(c)は底面図、(d)はネジ山68aの断面図である。封印ビス67は、図(a)〜(c)に示すように、ネジ山68aを外周に有する軸部68と、十字ドライバー等の回動操作部材と係合する係合孔69aを上面に有する頭部69とからなる。頭部69の係合孔69aは、十字ドライバー等による回動工具の締めつけ方向(図(a)中、矢印A方向参照)に関しては係合し、逆に弛め方向(図(a)中、矢印B方向参照)に関しては非係合となる形状に形成されている。また軸部68のネジ山68aには、図(b)及び(c)に示されるように円周上に4ヶ所の溝部68bがネジ山68aと交差状に形成されている。またネジ山68aのネジ山角は、図(d)に示されるように上下非対称となっている。

上記の構成を有する封印ビス67は、回動工具による締めつけを可能とする一方、回動工具の弛め方向(図9(a)中、矢印B方向参照)に対する頭部69の係合力を小さくしかつ弛め方向のネジ山68aの回動抵抗を大きくすることにより、締めつけ状態からの取り外しが不能となっている。なお、このような封印ビス67には、例えば日東精工株式会社製の商品名;ギザタイト、品番GTP3XLを使用することができ、あるいは実開昭59−47114号公報、特開平3−103607号公報に開示されたネジを代用することも可能である。

次に、封印部66について説明する。図9に示すようにケース体42の側壁42dには、有底状の下孔70aを有する封印ボス部70が開封部70bを介して側方へ突出状に形成されている。またカバー体55の側壁57d側には、ケース体42の封印ボス部70に対応して封印締着部71が開封部71bを介して側方へ突出状に形成されている。両開封部70b,71bは、平面的に見てほぼ同じ幅の首状に細く形成されており、ニッパー、カッター等の切断工具により切断可能となっている。また封印ボス部70と封印締着部71との合わせ面には、相互に嵌まり合う円形の係合凸部72aと係合凹部72bとからなる係合手段が設けられている。

また、封印締着部71は、ほぼ円筒状に形成されており、図示下端部にビス孔71aを有しており、そのビス孔71aより図示上方部分にビス保持部73を有している。ビス保持部73の上半部には、周方向に2個のスリット74が形成されている(図6参照)。また図において、封印ビス67の頭部69の外径をd1、軸部68の外径をd2としたとき、ビス保持部73の内径D1、ビス孔71aの口径D2、封印ボス部70の下孔の内径D3は、D1<d1、D2>d2、D3<d2の寸法関係を満たすように形成されている。また封印締着部71は、封印ビス67を収容可能な高さを有している。

次に、本発明の実施形態を構成する第3の実施形態を図12ないし図16にしたがって説明する。この第3実施形態の制御基板収納ボックス90は上記した第2実施形態の制御基板収納ボックス40とほぼ同様に形成され、異なる点は上記カバー体55に一体に形成した遮蔽部材80,83を別体に構成したことである。

また、この制御基板91のケース体92の斜状壁95を挟む側壁94a,94b側には上記と同様に2P電源コネクタRCNおよびコネクタCN1〜CN7が配設され、このコネクタCN1〜CN7は例えば雄タイプのもので保護基板52には所定のピッチで複数本のコンタクト端子53がそれぞれ立設され、2P電源コネクタRCNおよび各コネクタCN1〜CN7のコンタクト端子53は、制御基板91に実装された部品に図示はしないが実装面99に所定のプリントパターンで接続されたプリント配線が接続されている。このように実装部品を配設した制御基板91はケース体92の嵌込み凹部98に嵌込まれるとともに、基板取付用ボス96a,96bおよび取付用基準ボス97とサブカバー115を介してカバー体100と固定用ビスにより共締め固定するようになっている。このように設けられたケース体92にはカバー体100が取付けられている。

また、この制御基板収納ボックス90はカバー体100に対しサブカバー115を別体とする構成としたので、パチンコ機の機種により制御基板91に配設される実装部品のカバー体100は共通であるが、コネクタの大きさ、位置が異なる場合、サブカバー115を取替えるだけで対処することができるのでコスト的に有利となる経済性を有する。
