Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a parapet cosmetic material and a top end face covering structure that covers and protects the top end of a parapet of a building, and is particularly effective for maintaining the appearance of the building while maintaining a waterproof effect. The present invention relates to a decorative material and a top end face covering structure.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, this type of top end surface covering structure, that is, a top end surface covering structure that covers the parapet top end surface B and is effective for maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the building while maintaining the waterproof effect is shown in FIG. There have been disclosed ones in which an outer decorative material 52 is attached to one side of a headboard body 51 installed so as to cover an end face to form a headboard (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-41600, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-71687). ).
[0003]
In this way, if the cap body 51 and the exterior cosmetic material 52 are formed separately, and the exterior cosmetic material 52 is engaged with the cap body 51, a different external shape can be imparted only by replacing the exterior cosmetic material 52 alone. In addition to being able to change the pattern at a low cost, it can be attached to an existing headboard to add design.
[0004]
However, simply attaching the exterior cosmetic material 52 to the headboard body 51 as described above may cause the exterior cosmetic material 52 to be detached due to an extremely large earthquake or the like. It is necessary to provide the exterior decorative material 52 with an engagement structure corresponding to the engagement receiving structure. That is, there is an inconvenience that the exterior decorative material 52 must be prepared for each shape of the headboard body 51.
[0005]
Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, the present invention can form the cap material and the decorative material separately and combine them to cover the top end surface so that the decorative material can be securely fixed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a top end face covering structure and a parapet decorative material constituting the top end face covering structure that can connect the decorative material without being constrained by the shape of the cap lumber and still ensure the rain.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a parapet makeup having a structure that includes a housing fixing surface portion, a side wall surface portion, and a top surface portion, and has a configuration in which one side edge of the top surface portion is folded downward to form a winding portion. The parapet cosmetic material is fixed to the top end surface by fixing the frame fixing surface portion to the top end surface, and the cap wood is fixed to the top end surface. Attaching to the holder material, disposing the other end of the capwood on the side wall surface side of the wrapping portion in the parapet cosmetic material, and sealing between the wrapping portion of the parapet cosmetic material and the capwood. did.
[0007]
If the top end surface covering structure is formed in this way, the decorative material can be fixed to the top end surface alone, so that there is no possibility that the decorative material is detached from the top end surface even by a large earthquake or strong wind. Furthermore, if one side end part of the shade wood is placed in the parapet cosmetic material, and the sealing treatment is performed between the parapet makeup material and the shade wood, the makeup material and the shade wood can be connected so as to be able to stop water, Even if the cap lumber does not have a special engagement receiving structure or engagement structure, the decorative material can be connected, and the rain performance can be ensured. Moreover, the external shape of the decorative material can be arbitrarily designed, and design can be effectively imparted to the top end portion.
[0008]
Moreover, the top end surface covering structure of the present invention includes a housing fixing surface portion, a side wall surface portion, and a top surface portion, and forms a winding portion by folding one side edge of the top surface portion downward, and further, this winding portion end portion. A parapet decorative material having a configuration in which a standing wall portion is formed on a wall, a cap wood, and a cap holder material for fixing the cap tree. Fixed to the end face, the cap lumber is attached to the cap holder material fixed to the top end face, and the other end of the cap lumber is arranged on the side wall surface side of the standing wall section in the parapet cosmetic material. A biasing member may be mounted in the decorative material, and the standing wall portion of the parapet decorative material may be brought into contact with the shade wood by the biasing member. Even in such a configuration, the same effect as described above can be obtained.
[0009]

Next, the construction method of the top end surface covering structure 1 will be described. First, the decorative material 2 is fixed to one side end portion of the top end surface B in the short direction. Next, the headboard holder materials 4, 4,... Are arranged and fixed at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the top end surface B, and then the headwood 3 is mounted and fixed on the headboard holder materials 4, 4,. What is necessary is just to perform the sealing process 19 for the corner part of the U-shaped cross section formed by the standing wall part 9 and the top plate surface part 11.
[0019]
Since the top end surface covering structure 1 is configured as described above, that is, the decorative material 2 itself is fixed to the top end surface B by itself, the decorative material 2 can be applied to the top end surface B even by a strong wind or a large earthquake. There is no risk of leaving. Moreover, in the connecting structure of the decorative material 2 and the shaded wood 3, the shaded wood 3 is placed in the entraining portion 8 of the decorative material 2, that is, in the space surrounded by the frame fixing surface portion 5, the side wall surface portion 6, the top surface portion 7, and the entrained portion 8. As long as one side end portion is arranged, the gap between the top surface portion 7 of the decorative material 2 and the top plate surface portion 11 of the cap lumber 3 will be described in detail. By the horizontal surface 8b, the standing wall portion 9 and the top plate surface portion 11 Since the formed corner portion only needs to be sealed 19, both the caps 3 can be connected even if they do not have a special engagement receiving structure or engagement structure. It is possible to reliably prevent rainwater or the like from entering the inside of the shaded wood 3, that is, the top end face B side.
Furthermore, the external shape of the decorative material 2, that is, the design shape composed of the lower bent piece 5b, the side wall surface portion 6, the top surface portion 7, etc., for example, each portion is provided with a bulging portion, or each portion is provided with a wavy portion, It can be designed arbitrarily such as curving or providing an uneven portion.
[0020]
FIG. 3 is a view showing a modification of the top end face covering structure 1.
That is, instead of performing the sealing process 19 on the corner formed by the horizontal surface 8b, the standing wall portion 9 and the top plate surface portion 11 in the top end surface covering structure 1, the biasing member 20 is mounted in the decorative material 2, From the space between the standing wall portion 9 and the top plate surface portion 11 such that the lower end portion of the standing wall portion 9 is brought into pressure contact with the top plate surface portion 11 of the cap lumber 3 or is surely brought into contact without pressure contact. It can also be configured so that rainwater or the like does not enter the interior of the decorative material 2 and the shaded wood 3, that is, the top end face B side.
[0021]
Here, the urging member 20 is made of a material having elasticity, and has an appropriate width. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the urging member 20 a and the upper surface portion substantially conform to the internal shape of the decorative material 2. 20b and the locking piece portion 20c are integrally formed, and when the lower end portion of the upright portion 20a is applied to the entering corner portion composed of the housing fixing surface portion 5 and the side wall surface portion 6 and mounted in the decorative material 2, the upper surface portion 20b is It can be formed so as to come into contact with the lower surface of the top surface portion 7 of the decorative material 2, and the lower end portion of the locking piece 20 c abuts on the hanging surface 8 a of the decorative material 2 and presses it downward due to its elasticity. Furthermore, in this case, as shown in FIG. 3, a locking convex portion 21 is formed on the upper surface of the housing fixing surface portion 5 of the decorative material 2, and the lower end of the vertical surface portion 20 a is formed between the locking convex portion 21 and the side wall surface portion 6. It can also be formed to lock the part.
[0022]
FIG. 4 shows a top end face covering structure 30 different from the top end face covering structure 1.
[0023]
The top end face covering structure 30 covers the top end face B with a waterproof sheet material 31 instead of the shade wood 3 in the top end face covering structure 1, and the decorative material 2 is placed on the top end face B from above the waterproof sheet material 31. The waterproof sheet material 31 is fixed to the top end face B, and the design of the parapet top end is provided by the arrangement of the decorative material 2.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the decorative material 2 used for the top end surface covering structure 30 is provided with an uneven shape, a corrugated shape, an embossed shape on the back surface of the housing fixing surface portion 5 and the like. It is preferable to form a shape 32 that functions as a stop.
