【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、調味料や飲料等の飲食品、化粧品、薬品、洗剤等で液状、ペースト状、粉状を呈した物及び、これらに小体積の固形物を混在した物を内容物として包装した分配包装体に関し、更に詳しくは、これら内容物をポケット部に収容してある分配包装体を、片手の指でつまんで折り曲げて、折り曲げにより生じた開口部から注出する際に、例え固形物が混在した内容物であっても注出途中で開口部を固形物で閉塞することなくスムーズに注出できるような構造とした分配包装体に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、指でつまんで折り曲げ操作することにより、内容物を簡単に注出できる小型の分配包装体が提案され市場に供されている。(特許文献1及び2参照)

すなわち、これら分配包装体はいずれも、比較的堅固で平坦なシート状の蓋の裏面に可撓性を有する容器体の周縁部を固着してポケット部を形成し、このポケット部の中に内容物を封入すると共に、蓋の表面中央を通る軸線を、該蓋を折り曲げ易いようにするために蓋材の厚さの半分程の切れ目(ハーフカット)等を施した折り曲げ線として形成し、さらには内容物の注出を容易にするために該軸線の中心にはピラミッド状或いは円錐台状等の突起を設けた構造としてある。
そして使用に際しては、該包装体を指間に挟み、その蓋の上記軸線を中心として該ポケット部の両側を圧するように蓋をV字型に折り曲げし、この蓋の折り曲げ線上や線上に設けた突起等を破壊することにより生ずる開口部から内容物を注出するものである。

また、上記特開昭63−162460号公報や実公平3−1419号公報に記載された分配包装体はいずれも蓋の折り曲げ線の下方に「連通部」が設けてあり、各ポケット部はこの連通部と連通する構造としてある。そして、これら連通部は折り曲げ線の下方で両側のポケット部の側壁上端同士を尖状に合せ連結した形状(図6の断面図参照)としてあったり、ポケット部の上端を水平に折り曲げて水平面で連結した形状(図5の斜視図参照)としてある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、これら従来の分配包装体は包装体を指間に挟み、その蓋の軸線を中心としてポケット部の両側を圧するように蓋をV字状に折り曲げると、それに伴って前記連通部におけるポケット同士の連結部分が上方(蓋の裏面方向)へ持ち上げ(盛り上げ)られ、折り曲げによって蓋に形成された開口部を蓋の裏側からくさび状の栓となって閉塞したり、完全に遮断する場合がある。その結果、内容物のスムーズな注出が阻害されたり、あるいは内容物に小体積の固形物が混在しているものにあっては、開口部に固形物が詰まり易くなり、注出不能になるという問題があった。

本発明の目的は、このような問題点を解消し、使用に際して蓋の折り曲げによって破断形成された開口部が、連通部を形成するポケット同士の連結部分によって再び塞がれることがなく、小固形物を含む内容物であっても、開口部からスムーズに注出でき得る構造とした分配包装体を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決する手段として、本発明分配包装体は、表面の中央部にハーフカット部を設けた折り曲げ線を有する硬質材の蓋と、その蓋の裏面に周縁部を固着され折り曲げ線の両側にポケット部を有する可撓性部材の容器体とからなり、それぞれのポケット部は蓋の折り曲げ線に添ってその下方に略水平面を備える構造とした連通部に連通してある包装体において、前記水平面の長手方向両端からそれぞれ内方への所定長さを水平面として存置し、残余の部分の幅方向両端を斜め下方へ切り取った形状としたことを特徴とする。なお、前記斜め下方へ切り取った形状の切り取りはじめの部分を、以下、「稜線部」という。

このような構造とすることにより、蓋の折り曲げに際して流通部の下方の水平面が上方に持ち上げられて、前記所定域部分が蓋の裏面と衝接して折り曲げ開口部の一部が閉塞されることになっても両所定域の水平面を連設してある区間は開口部を前記稜線部で線上に跨ぐことになるだけで閉塞するまでには至らない。すなわち、稜線部は、その両側の水平面が蓋部と衝接し係止されることによって、蓋の折り曲げが進行しても水平面で両側を支えられている状態になるので、それ以上持ち上げられることはなく、また両側を斜面としているにもかかわらず、くさびとなって開口部に打ちこまれて閉塞する状態とはならない。しかも、この稜線部の両側を斜め下方へ延設した斜面を形成してあることによってポケット内の内容物はさらに開口部からの滑り出し注出をスムーズにされる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図面に基き、その実施例をもって説明する。
図1は、本発明に係る分配包装体の一実施例Qの外観を示す斜視図であり、図2は図1の一部切欠斜視図である。また、図3は図2の要部拡大図であり、図4は図1のX−X線断面図である。図5は水平面状の流通路を有する従来の分配包装体の一例を示す一部切欠斜視図、図6は尖端状の流通路とした従来の分配包装体の他の例を示す側断面図であり、図7は図5の要部拡大図である。

図1において、分配包装体(以下、たんに「包装体」ともいう)Qの蓋1は合成樹脂(例えばポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、或いはポリスチレン共重合体)等の折り曲げることができる程度の硬質材で製され、その厚さは320μm程としてある。この蓋1の表面中央の折り曲げ線(軸線ともいう)上にはハーフカット2が施されると共にハーフカット2を施された突起3が形成されている。これにより蓋1の折り曲げ時にハーフカット2を施した突起3及び軸線が破断して開口部が生じやすいような構造とされている。図中の符号4は上部周縁を蓋1の裏面に固着させた容器体であって、蓋1の両側にポケット部5,5を形成した構造としてある。また、このポケット部5,5には固形物Kを混ぜた内容物Aが収容され(図4参照)、折り曲げ線の下方の空間連通部6を介して互いに連通可能な構造としてある(図2参照)。

本実施例の包装体1の連通部6は連通空間を形成する底面を水平面6’,6’とこれをつなぐ稜線部7と該稜線部7の両側を下方に傾斜した傾斜面7’,7’とで形成してある(図3参照)。したがって、図5及び図6に示す従来の包装体Q,Qのようにポケット部5,5間の連通部6を水平面6’や尖線(稜線)7でつないであるような単純な形状ではなく、これらを上下方向に立体的に組み合わせた形状とされ可撓性部材からなる容器体4が保管中においても変形し難いより保形性を高めた構造とされている。
なお、本実施例において、図面上は同一の構成、作用を有する包装体の各部
分は便宜上同一の符号を付す。

以下、本発明分配包装体の作用を実施例の使用態様でもって説明する。
分配包装体Qは前記の構成からなり、ポケット部5,5に収容してある固形物K入りの内容物Aは蓋1の裏面と容器体4の上面の周縁部との固着部分で完全密封されている。この内容物Aを注出するに際しては、まず分配包装体Qの蓋1の表面を下方に向けハーフカット2を施された折り曲げ線を中心として蓋1の両端を指でつまみ、折り曲げ線を介してその両側に形成したポケット部5,5を互いに引き寄せるようにV字形に折り曲げる。この折り曲げ操作により、まず折り曲げ線上のハーフカット部2が破断開口して内容物の注出口が形成される。そのまま折り曲げ操作を進めることで、連通部6が上方(蓋1の裏面の方向)へ押し上げられ、水平面6’,6’が蓋1の裏面と衝接し係止される。この時、水平面6’,6’はその衝接箇所のみにおいて、前記破断開口の一部域を包装体Qの内部から実質的に閉塞することになるが、そのことで連通部6全体の持ち上がりが阻止されると共に、水平面6’,6’の間を連架する稜線部7はそれ以上持ち上がることはなくなり、稜線部7に対応する蓋1の開口部分はくさびを打ち込んだ閉塞状態とはならず開口状態が維持される。したがって、そのまま蓋1の折り曲げ操作を進めることで、内容物Aは固形物を混合したものであっても、稜線部7に対応する開口部分から包装体1の開口部分からスムーズに注出される。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、本発明分配包装体は、蓋の折り曲げ線下方の連通部の形状を、蓋の折り曲げによって生ずる開口部を閉塞しない構造としてあるので、内容物に固形物が混在したものでも開口部に固形物のつまりなどをなくしてスムーズに注出できる。
また、連通部の形状は水平面と稜線及び斜面等を立体的に組み合わせた形状としてあるので可撓性部材の容器体であっても、保管中の型崩れのし難いものとなり、見栄えのよい分配包装体として製することができる。
