Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a construction method of a floor structure constructed using a floor structure of a building, in particular, a concrete panel, an ALC panel, and the like, and a nozzle for filling joint material into a joint portion where the floor board and the floor board are joined.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a method of forming a floor structure using an ALC floor panel or the like is such that an ALC floor panel or the like is horizontally arranged on the upper surface of a panel support member such as an H-shaped steel, and then the arranged floor panel and floor panel are arranged. The floor panels are joined by filling joint material such as mortar into the joint gap formed in the butting portion.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Mortar is generally used for filling the joint material into the joint gap formed by the butt portion between the floor panel and the floor panel.
The filling operation of the mortar into the joint gaps formed between the arranged floor panels is usually performed manually using a plastering triangular trowel or the like, which is troublesome.
[0004]
In addition, mortar used for filling joints is put in containers such as buckets, and the containers such as buckets are transported to the work site for work. In addition to floor panels that are used for filling joints, There is a problem that the floor panel in the vicinity is also soiled with mortar.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has the following configuration in order to solve the above-described problems.
According to the present invention, a plurality of concrete floor panels are arranged in a horizontal direction on the upper surface of a floor panel support member, and a tip of a joint material nozzle is inserted into a joint groove formed by abutting each of the arranged floor panels. The floor structure of a concrete floor panel in which the mortar pumped from the mortar pump of the filling device is discharged and filled into the joint groove from the discharge port of the joint material nozzle to form a joint part, and the floor panels are joined together. This is the construction method of the object.
[0006]
Further, the diameter of the joint material nozzle inserted into the joint groove is formed to be smaller than the width of the joint groove to be inserted, and the opening surface thereof is positioned facing the opening in the longitudinal direction of the joint groove or opened obliquely upward. The construction method of the floor structure of the concrete floor panel which discharges mortar from the opening surface and forms a joint part.
[0007]
Furthermore, the opening surface of the mortar discharge port of the joint material nozzle that fills the joint groove with the mortar of the mortar filling device that is inserted into the joint groove formed by abutting each of the arranged floor panels is from the mortar pump of the joint material nozzle. A joint material nozzle formed so that an angle formed by a straight line connecting the center portion on the pressure feed hose mounting side and the discharge port center portion of the joint material nozzle and a substantial surface of the discharge port is smaller than 90 degrees; It is that.
[0008]
The tip of the mortar filling nozzle is inserted into the joint groove formed by abutting the floor panels arranged as described above, and the mortar pumped from the mortar pump of the mortar filling device is discharged from the joint material nozzle. Since the joint is formed by discharging and filling into the joint groove from the outlet, the work time can be shortened unlike the conventional construction method in which the joint material is filled with mortar of joint material manually using a plastering triangular iron etc. Work on top is easy.
[0009]
The opening surface of the discharge port of the joint material nozzle has a straight line connecting the central portion of the joint material nozzle on the side of the pressure hose attached from the mortar pump and the central portion of the discharge port of the joint material nozzle, and the substantial portion of the discharge port. The angle formed by the flat surface is smaller than 90 degrees, and the opening surface of the discharge port of the joint material nozzle is opened in the longitudinal direction of the joint groove or obliquely upward at the time of construction. Since it is discharged uniformly without stagnation, the mortar filling amount in the joint groove does not become excessive or insufficient.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on examples with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, a floor panel supporting member 2 made of H-shaped steel that supports a floor panel, that is, an ALC floor panel 1 is disposed, and the ALC floor panel 1 is laid in the horizontal direction of the upper surface of the floor panel supporting member 2. The end portion 1a of the ALC floor panel 1 is notched in an L shape, and the joint groove 3 is formed by laying the L-shaped notched end portion 1a. A reinforcing bar 8 is arranged in the joint groove.
[0011]
A joint material nozzle 4 for filling a joint material mortar 7 into the joint groove 3 is inserted. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the joint material nozzle 4 to be inserted has an opening surface 5a of the mortar discharge port 5 at the center C1 on the attachment side of the pressure hose 6 from the mortar pump (not shown) of the mortar filling device. And an angle θ formed by a straight line L connecting the center portion C2 of the opening surface of the discharge port 5 of the joint material nozzle 4 and a substantial surface of the discharge port 5 is formed to be smaller than 90 degrees. The nozzle 4 is formed.
The diameter of the joint material nozzle 4 is smaller than the diameter of the joint groove 3 to be inserted.
[0012]
The joint material nozzle 4 connected to the pumping hose 6 from the mortar pump of the mortar filling device (not shown) is inserted into the joint groove 3 formed by abutting the L-shaped notch end portion 1a of the ALC floor panel 1. However, the opening surface 5 a of the discharge port 5 of the joint material nozzle 4 inserted into the joint groove is positioned opposite to the longitudinal opening surface of the joint groove 3 or obliquely upward.
[0013]
While the mortar 7 pumped from the pumping hose 6 from the mortar pump of the mortar filling device is discharged into the joint groove 3 from the discharge port 5 of the joint material nozzle 4, the inside of the joint groove 3 is slid in the direction of arrow A in that state. By moving, the joint groove 3 is filled with mortar of joint material. Thereafter, the mortar 7 filled in the joint groove is smoothed with a triangular trowel or the like.
[0014]
Since the discharge opening surface of the joint material nozzle 4 does not come into contact with the bottom surface 3a or the side wall 3b of the groove in the joint groove 3, it is always open, so that the mortar 7 pumped and discharged is in one place. Since there is no stagnation, the mortar 7 does not overflow from the joint groove 3.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is as described above, the conventional construction in which the mortar filling operation into the joint groove formed between the arranged ALC floor panels is normally performed manually using a triangular trowel for a plasterer or the like. Unlike the law, experience and skill are not required, and filling work of joint mortar can be performed easily and in a short time.
[0016]
In addition, mortar used for filling joints is sent from a place away from the construction site by a pressure hose, so it is put in a conventional container such as a bucket, and the container such as a bucket is carried to the work site for work. Since there is no such thing, the floor panel is filled with joint materials, and the nearby floor panel is not stained with mortar, so the finish is beautiful.
[0017]
In addition, since the opportunity to do the bending work can be decreased by arranging the cylindrical joint between the joint nozzle and the mortar pressure feeding hose, the filling work is easy.
