【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、サービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報が印刷された配送伝票を用いて所定のサービスを提供するサービス提供方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、配送物に貼付される配送伝票に、所定のサービスを提供するためのサービス情報を印刷しておき、このサービス情報を用いて商品を販売する等といった所定のサービスを提供するサービス提供方法が考えられている。

このサービス提供方法においては、所定のサービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報が印刷された配送伝票が貼付された配送物が配送先に配送された後、配送物の配送先となる受取人がこのサービス特定情報が印刷された配送伝票あるいは該配送伝票のうちサービス特定情報が印刷された部分を、例えば、指定された店舗に持参することによって、サービス特定情報によって特定されるサービスが配送物の受取人に提供される。また、配送物の受取人が、インターネット上の所定のサイトにアクセスし、このサイトにサービス特定情報を送信することによっても、サービス特定情報によって特定されるサービスが配送物の受取人に提供される（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

また、複数枚のシートが剥離可能に接着されて構成される配送伝票において、互いに接着される複数枚のシートのうち、表出面とはならないシートあるいはシートの一部のみに所定の情報を印刷しておき、それにより、所定の情報が、複数枚のシートが接着された状態では外部から視認不可能とし、シートが剥離された状態で視認可能とする技術が考えられている（例えば、特許文献２参照。）。

そこで、複数枚のシートが剥離可能に接着されて構成される配送伝票に対して、互いに接着される複数枚のシートのうち、表出面とはならないシートあるいはシートの一部のみに所定のサービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報を印刷しておき、複数枚のシートが剥離された場合のみこのサービス特定情報を視認可能とし、それにより、配送伝票が貼付された配送物の受取人が配送物を受け取った後にこの配送伝票を剥離し、配送伝票に印刷されたサービス特定情報を指定した場合に、このサービス特定情報によって特定されるサービスを配送物の受取人に提供することが考えられる。

このようなサービス提供方法においては、サービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報を配送物の受取人にのみが認識することができるため、配送物の受取人にのみ所定のサービスを提供することができるようになる。

また、配送情報が印刷されたシートの裏面に、透明若しくは半透明の粘着剤保護層を剥離可能に接着し、この粘着剤保護層の反対側の面に、この配送伝票を荷物に貼付するための透明若しくは半透明の粘着剤層を形成し、この粘着剤層側から粘着剤保護層に対して所定の情報を逆像で印刷しておき、配送情報が印刷されたシートが荷物から剥離された際に、粘着剤保護層に印刷された情報を外部から視認可能とする配送伝票が考えられている（例えば、特許文献３参照。）。

このような配送伝票を用いた場合においても、サービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報を粘着剤保護層に印刷しておけば、サービス特定情報を配送物の受取人のもが認識することができるようになり、それにより、配送物の受取人にのみ所定のサービスを提供することができるようになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述したように、複数枚のシートが剥離可能に接着されて構成される配送伝票に対して、互いに接着される複数枚のシートのうち、表出面とはならないシートあるいはシートの一部のみに所定のサービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報を印刷しておき、複数枚のシートが剥離された場合のみこのサービス特定情報を視認可能とし、それにより、配送伝票が貼付された配送物の受取人が配送物を受け取った後にこの配送伝票を剥離し、配送伝票に印刷されたサービス特定情報を指定した場合に、このサービス特定情報によって特定されるサービスを配送物の受取人に提供するものにおいては、複数枚のシートが互いに剥離可能に接着された状態では、シートに印刷されたサービス特定情報を認識することができない。

ここで、一般的に、複数枚のシートが互いに剥離可能に接着されて構成される配送伝票においては、複数枚のシートが互いに接着された後に宛先等の配送情報が印刷されることになるため、配送情報が印刷されるタイミングにおいては、その配送伝票に印刷されたサービス特定情報が外部から視認不可能となっている。そのため、配送情報を印刷する際にその配送伝票に印刷されたサービス特定情報を認識することができず、それにより、配送伝票に印刷されるサービス特定情報を配送先毎に異なるものとした場合にその管理方法が煩雑となり、宛先毎に異なるサービスを提供することが困難であるという問題点がある。

本発明は、上述したような従来の技術が有する問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、複数枚のシートが互いに剥離可能に接着されて構成される配送伝票を用いたサービス提供方法において、配送伝票が貼付された配送物の配送先毎に異なるサービスを容易に提供することができるとともに、このサービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報を配送先のみに通知することができる配送伝票を用いたサービス提供方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明は、
サービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報が印刷された第１のシートと、配送情報が印刷されるための領域が設けられた第２のシートとが、前記サービス特定情報が前記第２のシートによって隠蔽されるように重ね合わされた状態で互いに剥離可能に接着され、前記第１のシートには、前記サービス特定情報を管理するための管理コードが印刷されており、前記第２のシートには、前記第１のシートに接着された場合に前記管理コードが視認可能となる穴部が設けられている配送伝票を用いたサービス提供方法であって、
前記第１のシートに前記サービス特定情報及び管理コードを印刷するとともに、前記サービス特定情報と前記管理コードとを互いに対応づけてデータベースに登録する処理と、
前記第１のシートと前記第２のシートとを接着する処理と、
前記第２のシートに前記配送情報を印刷する際に前記第１のシートに印刷された前記管理コードを読み取り、該管理コード、または該管理コードと対応づけて前記データベースに登録された前記サービス特定情報と前記第２のシートに印刷される配送情報とを対応づけて前記データベースに登録する処理と、
前記サービス特定情報が指定された場合に、前記データベース内にて該サービス特定情報と対応づけられた前記配送情報を検索し、前記サービス特定情報によって特定されるサービスを前記配送情報に応じた形態で前記サービス特定情報の指定元に提供する処理とを有する。

また、サービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報が印刷された第１のシートと、配送情報が印刷されるための領域が設けられた第２のシートとが、前記サービス特定情報が前記第２のシートによって隠蔽されるように重ね合わされた状態で互いに剥離可能に接着されて構成され、前記第１のシートは、前記第２のシートと接着された場合に該第２のシートと重ね合わされず表面が視認可能となる領域を有し、該領域に、前記サービス特定情報を管理するための管理コードが印刷されている配送伝票を用いたサービス提供方法であって、
前記第１のシートに前記サービス特定情報及び管理コードを印刷するとともに、前記サービス特定情報と前記管理コードとを互いに対応づけてデータベースに登録する処理と、
前記第１のシートと前記第２のシートとを接着する処理と、
前記第２のシートに前記配送情報を印刷する際に前記第１のシートに印刷された前記管理コードを読み取り、該管理コード、または該管理コードと対応づけて前記データベースに登録された前記サービス特定情報と前記第２のシートに印刷される配送情報とを対応づけて前記データベースに登録する処理と、
前記サービス特定情報が指定された場合に、前記データベース内にて該サービス特定情報と対応づけられた前記配送情報を検索し、前記サービス特定情報によって特定されるサービスを前記配送情報に応じた形態で前記サービス特定情報の指定元に提供する処理とを有する。

また、配送情報が印刷されるための領域が設けられた配送情報シートと、前記配送情報シートの裏面に剥離可能に接着され、他方の面には前記配送情報シートを配送物に貼付するための粘着剤層が形成され、サービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報が印刷された配送情報シート剥離層とからなり、前記配送情報シート剥離層には、前記サービス特定情報を管理するための管理コードが印刷されており、前記配送情報シートには、前記配送情報シート剥離層に接着された場合に前記管理コードが視認可能となる穴部が設けられている配送伝票を用いたサービス提供方法であって、
前記配送情報シート剥離層に前記サービス特定情報及び管理コードを印刷するとともに、前記サービス特定情報と前記管理コードとを互いに対応づけてデータベースに登録する処理と、
前記配送情報シートに前記配送情報を印刷する際に前記配送情報シート剥離層に印刷された前記管理コードを読み取り、該管理コード、または該管理コードと対応づけて前記データベースに登録された前記サービス特定情報と前記配送情報シートに印刷される配送情報とを対応づけて前記データベースに登録する処理と、
前記サービス特定情報が指定された場合に、前記データベース内にて該サービス特定情報と対応づけられた前記配送情報を検索し、前記サービス特定情報によって特定されるサービスを前記配送情報に応じた形態で前記サービス特定情報の指定元に提供する処理とを有する。

（作用）
上記のように構成された本発明においては、サービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報及びこのサービス特定情報を管理するための管理コードが印刷された第１のシートと、配送情報が印刷されるための領域が設けられた第２のシートとが、サービス特定情報が第２のシートによって隠蔽されるように重ね合わされた状態で互いに剥離可能に接着されて構成される配送伝票であって、第２のシートについて、第１のシートと接着された場合に第１のシートに印刷された管理コードが視認可能となるような穴部が設けられた配送伝票を用い、サービス特定情報によって特定されるサービスを提供する場合に、第１のシートにサービス特定情報及び管理コードをそれぞれ印刷する際に、第１のシートに印刷されるサービス特定情報と管理コードとを互いに対応づけてデータベースに登録しておき、第１のシートと第２のシートとを接着した後、さらに、第２のシートに配送情報を印刷する際に、第１のシートに印刷され、穴部を介して視認可能となっている管理コードを読み取り、この管理コード、またはこの管理コードと対応づけてデータベースに登録されたサービス特定情報と第２のシートに印刷される配送情報とを対応づけてデータベースに登録しておく。その後、サービス特定情報が指定された場合に、データベース内にてこのサービス特定情報と対応づけられた配送情報を検索し、サービス特定情報によって特定されるサービスを配送情報に応じた形態でサービス特定情報の指定元に提供する。

このように、データベース内にて第２のシートによって隠蔽されるサービス特定情報と配送情報とが互いに対応づけられているので、サービス特定情報が指定された場合にこのサービス特定情報に対応づけられた配送情報を認識することができ、それにより、配送伝票が貼付された配送物の配送先毎に異なるサービスを提供することが容易にできるようになるとともに、このサービスを特定するためのサービス情報を配送先のみに通知することができる。

また、第２のシートに上述したような穴部が設けられておらず、第１のシートに、第２のシートと接着された場合に第２のシートと重ね合わされず表面が視認可能となる領域が設けられ、該領域に管理コードが印刷された配送伝票を用いた場合においても、上述したものと同様にして、サービス特定情報によって特定されるサービスが提供される。

また、第２のシートが、第１のシートと接着された際にサービス特定情報に重なる領域に、第２のシートの透過性を低下させる加工が施されているものにおいては、第２のシートを透かしてサービス特定情報が視認可能となってしまうことを防ぐことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。

図１は、本発明の配送伝票の実施の一形態を示す図であり、（ａ）は積層構造を示す断面図、（ｂ）は（ａ）に示したサービス情報シート１ａを示す図、（ｃ）は（ａ）に示した配送情報シート１ｂを示す図、（ｄ）は（ｂ）に示したサービス情報シート１ａ表面に（ｃ）に示した配送情報シート１ｂを接着した状態を示す図である。

本形態は図１（ａ）に示すように、粘着剤８ｂを介して剥離紙９が裏面に貼付された第１のシートであるサービス情報シート１ａの表面に接着剤８ａを介して第２のシートである配送情報シート１ｂが剥離可能に接着されて構成されている。

また、サービス情報シート１ａは図１（ｂ）に示すように、サービスを提供する所定のサイトにアクセスするためのアクセスコードや、サービスの提供に応募するための応募コード等からなるサービス特定情報２と、サービス特定情報２を管理するための管理コード７がそれぞれ所定の領域に印刷されている。なお、アクセスコードとしては、サービスを提供する所定のサイトにアクセスするためのＵＲＬがそのまま印刷されているとともに、このＵＲＬが二次元コードとして印刷されている。また、管理コード７は、バーコード情報として印刷されている。なお、このサービス特定情報２は、サービス情報シート１ａと配送情報シート１ｂとが互いに重ね合わされるように剥離可能に接着された際に、配送情報シート１ｂの片３ｂの下に配置されるような領域に印刷されている。

また、配送情報シート１ｂは図１（ｃ）に示すように、スリット４ａを介して切り離し可能に連接された２つの片３ａ，３ｂから構成されており、一方の片３ａには、貼付される配送物の配送先や配送元、あるいは品名等からなる配送情報を印刷するための配送情報印刷領域５ａが設けられており、また、他方の片３ｂには、貼付される配送物の配送先や配送元、あるいは品名等からなる配送情報を印刷するための配送情報印刷領域５ｂと、配送物の受取人が受領印を押下するための押下領域６とが設けられているとともに、サービス情報シート１ａ上に配送情報シート１ｂが重ね合わされるように剥離可能に接着された際に、サービス情報シート１ａに印刷された管理コード７が外部から視認可能となるような穴４ｂが形成されている。

また、配送情報シート１ｂに設けられるスリット４ａは、サービス情報シート１ａと配送情報シート１ｂとの接着加工後に配送情報シート１ｂに対してスリット加工されるものであって、サービス情報シート１ａにおいては、配送情報シート１ｂの片３ａの下に配置される領域と片３ｂの下に配置される領域とが連接した状態が保たれている。

本形態は図１に示すように、互いに剥離可能に接着されることにより配送伝票１を構成するサービス情報シート１ａ及び配送情報シート１ｂを印刷するとともに、サービス情報シート１ａに印刷されるサービス特定情報と管理コードとを互いに対応づけて対応情報データベース７３に登録するプレ印刷工程１０と、プレ印刷工程１０にて印刷されたサービス情報シート１ａと配送情報シート１ｂとを互いに剥離可能に接着することにより配送伝票１を作製する接着工程２０と、接着工程２０にて作製された配送伝票１に配送情報を印刷するとともに、配送伝票１を構成するサービス情報シート１ａに印刷された管理コードを読み取りこの管理コードに対応づけて対応情報データベース７３に登録されているサービス特定情報を検索し、検索されたサービス特定情報と配送伝票１に印刷された配送情報とを対応づけて対応情報データベース７５に登録する配送情報印刷工程３０と、インターネット６０に接続可能に構成され、配送伝票１を構成するサービス情報シート１ａに印刷されたサービス特定情報が、携帯電話機等の端末５０からインターネット６０を介して送信されてきた場合に、送信されてきたサービス特定情報によって特定されるサービスを該サービス特定情報に対応づけて対応情報データベース７５に登録されている配送情報に応じた形態に加工して端末５０に提供する情報提供サーバ４０とから実現される。

以下に、上記のような構成におけるサービス提供方法について説明する。

まず、図１及び図２に示した配送伝票１が配送物に貼付されて配送されるまでの処理について説明する。

図３は、図２に示した構成において配送伝票１が配送物に貼付されて配送されるまでの処理を説明するためのフローチャートである。

まず、プレ印刷工程１０において、互いに剥離可能に接着されることにより配送伝票１を構成するサービス情報シート１ａ及び配送情報シート１ｂが印刷される。

プレ印刷工程１０を行うサービス情報シート印刷部１１においては、所定のサービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報及びそのサービス内容が登録されたサービス情報データベース７１が参照され、図１（ｂ）に示したような、サービス特定情報２及び管理コード７を含むサービス情報シート１ａが印刷される（ステップＳ１）。なお、サービス情報データベース７１においては、提供されるサービスの内容や、このサービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報が互いに対応づけて登録されている。さらに、サービス情報データベース７１の内容としては、少なくともサービス特定情報２が登録されていればよく、サービス内容については、配送情報印刷後に、対応付けられた配送情報（荷受人）に応じてサービス内容を決定することも可能である。

その際、対応情報登録部１３において、サービス情報シート１ａに印刷されたサービス特定情報２と管理コード７とが互いに対応づけられて対応情報データベース７３に登録される（ステップＳ２）。

また、プレ印刷工程１０を行う配送情報シート印刷部１２においては、図１（ｃ）に示したような、サービス情報シート印刷部１１にて印刷されたサービス情報シート１ａに貼付される配送情報シート１ｂが印刷される（ステップＳ３）。なお、配送情報シート印刷部１２においては、必要に応じて配送伝票データベース７２が参照され、バーコード等からなる配送管理コードを配送情報シート１ｂに予め印刷しておくことも考えられる。

このようにプレ印刷工程１０にて印刷されたサービス情報シート１ａ及び配送情報シート１ｂは、接着工程２０に送られ、接着工程２０を行う配送伝票接着部２１において、プレ印刷工程１０にて印刷されたサービス情報シート１ａ上に配送情報シート１ｂが重ね合わされて剥離可能に接着され（ステップＳ４）、サービス情報シート１ａと配送情報シート１ｂとからなる配送伝票１が作製される。接着工程２０においてサービス情報シート１ａと配送情報シート１ｂとが互いに重ね合わされて剥離可能に接着されると、図１（ｄ）に示したように、サービス情報シート１ａに印刷されたサービス特定情報２が配送情報シート１ｂによって外部から視認不可能となるとともに、サービス情報シート１ａに印刷された管理コード７が配送情報シート１ｂに設けられた穴４ｂを介して外部から視認可能な状態となる。なお、配送情報シート１ｂのうち、サービス情報シート１ａと接着された際にアクセスコードや応募コードと重なる領域に、塗りつぶしや網掛け等といった配送情報シート１ｂの透過性を低下させるような加工を施すことにより、配送情報シート１ｂを透かしてアクセスコードや応募コードが視認可能となってしまうことを防ぐことができる。

このように接着工程２０にて作製された配送伝票１は、配送情報印刷工程３０に送られ、配送情報印刷工程３０において、配送伝票１が貼付される配送物の配送情報が配送情報シート１ｂの配送情報印刷領域５ａ，５ｂに印刷される。

配送情報印刷工程３０においては、配送情報シート１ｂの配送情報印刷領域５ａ，５ｂに配送物の配送情報が印刷される前に、管理コード読取部３１において、サービス情報シート１ａに印刷された管理コード７が読み取られる（ステップＳ５）。なお、サービス情報シート１ａの表面には配送情報シート１ｂが接着されているものの、サービス情報シート１ａに印刷された管理コード７は配送情報シート１ｂに設けられた穴４ｂを介して外部から視認可能となっているため、サービス情報シート１ａから配送情報シート１ｂを剥離することなく管理コード７を読み取ることができる。

次に、対応情報登録部３３において、対応情報データベース７３が参照され、管理コード読取部３１にてサービス情報シート１ａから読み取られた管理コード７に対応づけられたサービス特定情報が検索される（ステップＳ６）。

また、配送情報印刷部３２において、配送情報データベース７４が参照され、配送情報シート１ｂに設けられた配送情報印刷領域５ａ，５ｂに、配送先や配送元、あるいは配送される品物の品名等の配送情報が印刷される（ステップＳ７）。

その際、対応情報登録部３３において、ステップＳ６にて対応情報データベース７３から検索されたサービス情報と、ステップＳ７にて配送情報シート１ｂに印刷される配送情報とが互いに対応づけられて対応情報データベース７５に登録される（ステップＳ８）。なお、配送情報データベース７４には、配送物毎に、配送先や配送元、配送される品物の品名の他に、配送管理コードや配送先の顧客ＩＤ等の情報が登録されている。

配送情報印刷工程３０にて配送情報が印刷された配送伝票１は、その後、サービス情報シート１ａから剥離紙９が剥離されて粘着剤８ｂによって所定の配送物に貼付され、配送伝票１が貼付された配送物が、配送伝票１に印刷された配送情報に従って配送されることになる。

次に、上述した処理にて作製された配送伝票１を用いたサービス提供方法について説明する。

配送物が配送先に配送され、配送情報シート１ｂに設けられた押印領域６に配送物の受取人が受取印を押下した後、配送情報シート１ｂのうち受領票となる片３ｂのみをサービス情報シート１ａから剥離する。ここで、配送情報シート１ｂは、粘着剤によって配送物に貼付されたサービス情報シート１ａに対して剥離可能に貼付されており、かつ、スリット４ａによって片３ａと片３ｂとが分離可能に構成されているため、配送物に貼付された配送伝票１のうち、受領票となる配送情報シート１ｂの片３ｂのみを配送物から剥離することができる。

配送物に貼付された配送伝票１から配送情報シート１ｂの片３ｂのみを剥離すると、サービス情報シート１ａに印刷されたサービス特定情報２が視認可能な状態となる。

その状態において、インターネット６０に接続可能な端末５０にて、サービス特定情報２に含まれるアクセスコードが読み取られ、あるいは入力されると（ステップＳ１０１）、読み取られ、あるいは入力されたアクセスコードによって指定される情報提供サーバ４０のサイトにアクセスされ、情報提供サーバ４０のサイト管理部４１から、応募コードを入力するための応募コード入力画面が送信される（ステップＳ１０２）。

情報提供サーバ４０のサイト管理部４１から送信された応募コード入力画面が端末５０にて受信、表示された後（ステップＳ１０３）、端末５０にて、サービス情報シート１ａに印刷されたサービス特定情報２に含まれる応募コードが読み取られ、あるいは入力されると（ステップＳ１０４，Ｓ１０５）、情報提供サーバ４０のサービス情報検索部４２において、対応情報データベース７５が参照され、端末５０にて読み取られた応募コードに対応づけられて登録された配送情報が検索される（ステップＳ１０６）。対応情報データベース７５においては、サービスを特定するためのサービス特定情報と、このサービス特定情報を構成するアクセスコード及び応募コードが印刷された配送伝票に印刷された配送情報とが互いに対応づけて登録されているため、端末５０にて読み取られた応募コードによって配送物の配送先を特定することができる。なお、サービス情報シート１ａに印刷された二次元コードに応募コードを含ませておくことにより、ステップＳ１０２〜Ｓ１０５の処理を省略させることも考えられる。

また、情報提供サーバ４０において、サービス情報データベース７１が参照され、端末５０にて読み取られ、あるいは入力された応募コードに対応づけられたサービス特定情報によって特定されるサービスの内容が検索される（ステップＳ１０７）。なお、サービスの内容としては、例えば、端末５０を介しての着信音いわゆる着メロの提供や、動画あるいは静止画データの提供や、オンラインクーポンやお買い得情報の提供等が挙げられる。
