Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to the technical field of automatic packaging machines, and specifically relates to a rotary cutter device suitable for use in an automatic packaging machine such as a rotary automatic packaging machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there is a rotary automatic packaging machine described in Patent Document 1, for example. Moreover, regarding the rotary cutter device for automatic packaging machines, for example, there is one described in Patent Document 2.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-355303 A [Patent Document 2]
JP 2000-219217 A [0004]
This type of automatic rotary packaging machine
(1) Fold a long wrapping film along the longitudinal direction, and feed the wrapping film in the lateral direction, while feeding the wrapping film to the wrapping film so that the wrapping film is substantially perpendicular to the wrapping film at a certain interval. Forming a bag part, and a filling device for filling each bag part with a certain amount of filling material,
(2) a sealing device that laterally seals the upper opening of each bag portion;
(3) A rotary cutter device that cuts a longitudinal intermediate portion of the vertical seal portion is provided.
(4) Between the sealing device and the cutter device, suspend and hold the vicinity of the lateral seal portion of the continuum of the packaged product from above, and also from the upper side of the lateral seal portion of the packaged product one by one by the cutter device. Some have a holding means for suspending and holding and transferring to a predetermined position.
[0005]
And as for the said rotary cutter apparatus, as shown in FIG. 9 which clarified the structure of patent document 2,
(5) A pair of left and right rotary cutters A, B provided with a cutter-receiving blade AK and a cutter upper blade BK for cutting the vertical seal portion on the peripheral surface;
(6) a pair of left and right rotating shafts AT and BT to which the pair of left and right rotating cutters A and B are fixed;
(7) The automatic packaging machine between the cutter receiving blade AK and the cutter upper blade BK by rotating the pair of rotary shafts AT and BT in a relative direction as shown in FIG. Is provided with a drive mechanism (not shown) for cutting 52 ′ and separating the intermediate portion of the seal portion 52 (specifically, the vertical seal portion) of each packaged product 65... .
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional rotary cutter device, the blade surfaces of the cutter-receiving blade AK and the cutter upper blade BK are linearly formed as shown in FIGS. 9 (A) and 9 (C). The receiving blade AK and the cutter upper blade BK are provided in parallel to the axes of the rotation axes AT and BT. Therefore, when the vertical seal 52 of the packaged product 65 is cut 52 ', the cutter receiving blade AK and the cutter upper blade BK are cut 52' by surface contact or line contact. There is a problem that a residue is generated, and there is also a problem that it is difficult to adjust for accurately contacting the cutting edges of both the blades.
[0007]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9 (a), the cutter receiving blade AK is provided so as to be tilted, for example, 3 ° counterclockwise with respect to the rotation axis AT, while the cutter upper blade BK is opposite to the rotation axis BT. It has been considered to solve the above-mentioned problem by providing an inclination of 3 ° clockwise, for example.
[0008]
Thus, when the cutter receiving blade AK and the cutter upper blade BK are tilted in the opposite directions, the contact form of each other becomes a substantially point state, and the contact point moves while being pressed from end to end of the vertical seal portion. An action can be formed. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of uncut portions due to the imbalance of the cutting pressure, compared to the cutting operation in a line contact state when the cutter-receiving blade AK and the cutter upper blade BK are not tilted.
[0009]
However, in the conventional rotary cutter device shown in Patent Document 2 and FIG. 9, the blade surfaces of the cutter-receiving blade AK and the cutter upper blade BK are shown in FIGS. Therefore, when the cutter-receiving blade AK and the cutter upper blade BK are tilted in opposite directions, the axial radius distance of the cutting surfaces of the linear cutter-receiving blade AK and the cutter upper blade BK is reduced. From the central part, it becomes slightly longer as it goes to both ends.
[0010]
Therefore, when the sealing portion 52 of the packaged product 65 is cut using the rotary cutter device configured as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 1 of Patent Document 2 and FIG. 3, both end portions of the sealing portion 52 can be sufficiently cut.
