これまでに実施されている分岐器内におけるレール締結の手段は、大別してボルト締結方式と、線ばねクリップ方式とがある。
このうちボルト締結方式は、いずれの態様も、ボルトの緩みによる締め直し、定期的締結管理が必要で保守手間がかり、万一ボルトの緩みを放置しておくとレールふく進が発生し、不転換事故が起こる危険性を孕んでいる。
他方、線ばねクリップ方式では、ポイント床板又は一般タイプレートを弾性締結した場合、過大荷重が発生するとクリップの損傷及び軌間の拡大により脱線の危険性がある。加えて敷設された分岐器のレール交換時にクリップを完全に外さなければならないため作業性が悪い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記実情に鑑みてなされたもので、線ばねクリップを利用しながら、通常荷重はばねで受け、過大荷重が発生した場合には床板の門型ゲートで受けてクリップの損傷及び軌間拡大による脱線の危険をなくし、又敷設された分岐器のレール交換時にクリップを完全に外すことなく、予め床板にセットしておいてレールを設置した時にずらしてはめ込むことができ、さらには一つ工具により脱着可能な、弾性レール締結装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明は、分岐器内において横圧を受ける構造として、レールRを支持する床板1と;ブリッジ2cの両端に設けた両門柱2aの内側に当込み溝2bが形成され、床板1上に一体的に設けられたクリップ受け門型ゲート2と;上面における前記レールR側に段部4aが形成された段付き歯型緩止め座金4と;下面における前記レールRとの反対側に段部3bが形成され、先端部3aがレールRの上腹部及びベース部に当接するレールブレス3と;中央山部5aの両側に外側折返し端5bが形成された略W型屈曲線ばねクリップ5とを備える。

【発明の作用並びに効果】
本発明は、以上のようで、図1のレールブレス3を使用する態様(横圧を受ける構造)においても、図4の直接レールRのベースを押圧する態様(横圧を受けない構造)においても、ばねの力でワンタンッチ締結可能であり、弾性化により衝撃力の緩和ができて部品の長寿命化を図れ、構造の簡潔化を実現するという線ばねクリップ使用による共通効果が得られる他に、これまでの線ばねクリップ方式には期待できない次のような特有の効果をもたらす。

(イ)通常の荷重はばねで受け、過大荷重が発生した場合には床板のクリップ受け門型ゲート2で受けて、クリップの損傷及び軌間拡大による脱線の危険をなくす。
(ロ)敷設された分岐器のレール交換時にクリップを完全に外すことなく、予め床板にセットしておいてレールを設置した時にずらしてはめ込むので作業性に優れる。
(ハ)略W型屈曲線ばねクリップ5の外側折返し端が、門型ゲート2の両門柱2aの内側の当込み溝2b、2b間に挟着されるから、ばね応力が常に安定確実に保持される。

図1乃至図3に、横圧を受ける構造が示される。即ち、床板1上に、両門柱2aの内側に線ばねクリップの外側折返し端当込み溝2bを設けたクリップ受け門型ゲート2を一体的に設ける。
