Description

The present invention relates to a spray product for an air conditioner in which a chemical solution is less rebounded when sprayed onto fins provided in the air conditioner.

In recent years, easy-to-use air conditioner spray products have been developed in order to remove dirt and bad odors from home air conditioners. In order to allow the chemical solution to reach the inside through the fins provided in the air conditioner, this spray product is devised to narrow the injection region or increase the injection force (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). ).
JP-A-11-92795 (page 1-6) JP 2000-273001 A (pages 1-8)

However, in the conventional product, the injection area is narrowed or increased, so that the chemical solution rebounds when spraying on the fins provided in the air conditioner, and the chemical solution adheres to the floor or the user. was there.
Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a spray product for an air conditioner in which the chemical solution is less rebounded when sprayed onto the fins provided in the air conditioner even if the conventional injection force is maintained or increased. is there.

As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, the present inventors have found that the relationship between the extension direction of the fins of the air conditioner and the injection pattern affects the rebound of the chemical solution. As a result of further investigation on the requirements for reducing the rebound of the chemical solution, the present inventors have found that the object can be achieved by the air-conditioner spray products described in the following (1) to ( 4 ).
(1) An air conditioner spray that includes an injection unit that injects a chemical solution in an elliptical shape with respect to the surface, and injects a chemical solution with the fin extending direction and the major axis direction of the ellipse aligned with a fin provided in the air conditioner. Product,
The injection unit is
A nozzle hole with a diameter of 0.5 to 1 mm;
A spray product for an air conditioner having a pair of protrusions having a width of 50 to 80% with respect to the diameter of the nozzle hole and a protrusion height of 0.1 to 1 mm at symmetrical positions across the nozzle hole .
(2) The spray product for an air conditioner according to (1), wherein the sprayed chemical liquid has an average particle size of 100 to 200 μm.
(3) The spray product for an air conditioner according to (1) or (2), wherein the chemical solution is an aerosol.
(4) A method for injecting a chemical solution using the spray product for an air conditioner according to (1), with the fin extending direction and the major axis direction of the ellipse being made to coincide with each other.

The spray product for an air conditioner of the present invention can reduce the rebound of the chemical liquid when sprayed on the fins provided in the air conditioner even if the conventional spray force is maintained or increased. In addition, since the chemical liquid can be sprayed evenly on the fins of the air conditioner, the chemical liquid can be effectively applied. As a result, an excellent cleaning effect can be obtained.

The spray product for an air conditioner of the present invention (hereinafter also referred to as “spray product of the present invention”) is provided with an injection portion for injecting a chemical solution in an elliptical shape, and is used as an aerosol product, a manual spray product, or the like. Can do.

Next, the spray product of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. As illustrated in FIG. 1, an injection button 1 including a base portion 1 a and an injection portion 1 b is connected to a valve 5 and attached to a main body 4. The main body 4 is filled with a chemical solution. Further, as shown in FIG. 2 in an enlarged manner, an injection hole 2 (diameter D: 0.5 to 1 mm) is opened on the injection surface 1c of the injection unit 1b. Furthermore, a pair of protrusions 3a and 3b protrude on the injection surface 1c at symmetrical positions with the injection hole 2 therebetween. In addition, although there is no restriction | limiting in the protrusion width W of protrusion 3a, 3b, it is desirable to set it as 50 to 80% with respect to the diameter D of the nozzle 2. Further, the protrusions 3a and 3b have a protrusion height H of 0.1 to 1 mm, and the peripheral wall B of the protrusions 3a and 3b is provided so as to be substantially perpendicular to the nozzle hole 2 as shown in FIG. Or you may incline in the reverse taper shape, ie, the direction which covers the nozzle hole 2, or the reverse direction. Note that the projections 3a and 3b may be divided into a plurality of pieces so as to form one projection as a whole. By providing such protrusions 3a and 3b, the spread in the protrusion direction during injection is suppressed, so that the protrusions 3a and 3b expand in the opening direction. As a result, the injection pattern becomes elliptical. Furthermore, by adjusting the length of the protrusion height H and the inclination of the peripheral wall B, the shape of the ellipse can be changed as appropriate. Further, since the protrusions 3a and 3b come into contact with the injected chemical liquid, it is preferable to use a material that is resistant to the chemical liquid. For example, a resin such as polyacetal, polybutylene terephthalate, or nylon may be used. Specifically, a wide nozzle F-180 (0.8) (manufactured by Maruichi Company) or the like can be used as the injection unit 1b. Further, instead of the injection button 1, a trigger type cap 8 as shown in FIG. The trigger-type cap 8 includes a cover portion 9 fitted to the upper end portion of the main body 4 (see FIG. 1) and an operation portion 10 pivotally supported by the cover portion 9. Furthermore, the operation part 10 is comprised from the injection part 1b similar to the description in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, and the operation lever 11 for operation called the trigger provided in the downward direction.

When injecting the chemical liquid from the injection unit of the present invention to the fins of the air conditioner, the major axis direction of the injection region 7 that is elliptical as shown in FIG. For this purpose, the extending direction of the fins and the direction connecting the protrusions 3a and 3b are made perpendicular. Moreover, if the injection | pouring part 1b is made rotatable, the arrangement | sequence of protrusion 3a, 3b can be adjusted according to the extending | stretching direction of a fin with a normal use form. That is, the injection unit 1b as illustrated is effective when the fins are elongated in the vertical direction.

In the case of injection from a distance of about 20 cm from the injection portion of the present invention to the fin, it is preferable to have an elliptical shape having a major axis of 10 to 20 cm and a minor axis of 5 to 10 cm. Moreover, it is preferable that the average particle diameter of the chemical | medical solution injected will be 100-200 micrometers. This average particle size is obtained as a D50 value (particle size at the time when the volume of the detected particles is accumulated and the accumulated value becomes 50%) at an injection distance of 50 cm based on the Rosin Ramler calculation method. is there.

The spray product of the present invention may have an injection force of 49 mN / 5 cm or more, preferably 98 mN / 5 cm or more in order to allow the chemical solution to reach not only the fins of the air conditioner but also the inside thereof. Further, the injection amount is 75 to 180 g / 30 seconds, preferably 90 to 150 g / 30 seconds.

In order to achieve such an injection force and injection amount, the spray product of the present invention is preferably an aerosol product. For example, by increasing the diameter of the valve stem and under tap holes, the vapor tap is reduced or eliminated. Or increase the internal pressure to adjust to the desired conditions. Specifically, the stem hole diameter is 0.5 mm × 2 to 1.2 mm × 3, the under tap hole diameter is 2.0 to 2.2 mm, the vapor tap hole diameter is 0.3 to 2 mm or none, the internal pressure Is 0.3 to 0.5 Mpa.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples below, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.

Example 1: Rebound test Using a commercially available air conditioner spray product (air conditioner cleaning spray; manufactured by Earth Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., hereinafter also referred to as “commercial product”) and the spray product of the present invention described in FIG. A test was conducted. In the spray product of the present invention, a product obtained by replacing the jet part of the commercial product with that shown in FIG. 2 (wide nozzle F-180 (0.8) (manufactured by Maruichi)) was used. The nozzle hole diameter was 0.8 mm in all cases, and the conditions were the same except for the injection part.

Thermal paper was wrapped around a can of an air conditioner spray product, the chemical solution was sprayed from the distance of about 5 cm to the fin of the air conditioner for 10 seconds, and the rebound of the chemical solution from the fin to the hand was observed by observing the wetness of the thermal paper. At the same time, thermal paper was laid about 1 meter below the air conditioner, and the bounce to the floor was observed in the same way.

As a result of the test, in the commercially available product, the chemical solution was jetted in a substantially circular shape, and the bounce to the can was seen. On the floor surface, the bounce was seen to a distance of 18 cm from the bottom of the air conditioner. On the other hand, in the spray product of the present invention, the chemical solution was injected in an elliptical shape, and no rebound was confirmed on either the can or the floor surface. When the average particle diameter (D50) was measured, it was about 244 μm for the commercial product and about 109 μm for the spray product of the present invention.

Example 2 Cleaning Test The following test was conducted using the spray product of the present invention described in FIG. Apply 50g of artificial dirt (a mixture of beef tallow, soybean oil, fatty acid, chloroform and red pigment) to the fins of the air conditioner, spray the air conditioner spray product from a distance of about 5cm for about 30 seconds, and visually check the removal status of the red pigment And the cleaning effect was evaluated. In order to further improve the accuracy of the test, the chemical solution sprayed on the fin was collected and dried, and the weight of the artificial dirt contained therein was measured. The removal rate (%) was calculated from the relationship with the amount of artificial dirt applied.

As a result of the test, the artificial dirt applied to the fins was washed cleanly. The removal rate at this time was 99%, and it was confirmed that the cleaning effect was excellent.

In addition, when the application area and the spraying force for the fins of the air conditioner were measured, the spray product of the present invention had an application area that was about three times that of a commercially available product, and the spraying power was about 1.5 times greater. It is considered that an excellent cleaning effect without unevenness was obtained.

On the other hand, if the injection force increases, it seems that the rebound from the fins of the air conditioner increases. However, the spray product of the present invention has no rebound and has an unexpected effect.
