本発明は、圃場に栽培された根菜類等の野菜を収穫する野菜収穫機の技術分野に属する。

従来、下記特許文献1に記載されるように、走行車体に、野菜を圃場から取上げ搬送する収穫搬送装置と、運転席を有する運転部と、前記収穫搬送装置により圃場から取上げ搬送された野菜を搬送するコンベアであって搬送中の野菜の中から不良品等を取り除く選別作業を選別作業者が行えるよう搬送部上方を開放状態とした選別コンベアと、該選別コンベアの外側方に選別作業者が着座する作業者用座席を設けた野菜収穫機があった。また、下記特許文献1に記載の野菜収穫機では、選別コンベア6の下方に作業者用座席を収容できる空間を確保して、そこに機体の外側部に設けた作業者用座席の一つを上下軸心回りに回動させて移動させ収納する構成としている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この種の野菜収穫機において、選別作業者が着座する作業者用座席を設ける場合、作業者用座席と機外との作業者の移動の容易さを考慮すると、選別コンベアの外側方に作業者用座席を設ける必要がある。しかし、そうすると、作業者用座席は機体の外側部に位置するものとなって、機体のコンパクト化を妨げるものとなる。上記特許文献1に記載の野菜収穫機では、選別コンベアの下方に作業者用座席を移動させ収納する構成としているが、選別コンベアの下方に作業者用座席を収容できる空間を確保できる機体構成に限定され、また、そのような空間を確保するために、逆に、他の装置をコンパクトに機体に配置できず、結局、機体全体のコンパクト化の妨げとなることもある。ところで、選別コンベアの上方の空間を利用して、そこに、上記特許文献1に記載のもののように作業者用座席を水平移動させる構成をとると、作業者用座席が選別コンベアに対して高い位置に配置されるものなり、選別作業がやり難くなる。また、選別された野菜は選別コンベアの終端部から落下して下方に載置されているコンテナに収容されるが、選別コンベアからコンテナの底部までの落下距離が一定であるため、コンテナが空又は野菜の収容量が少ないうちは野菜が落下の衝撃で傷付いてしまうことがある。そこで、本発明は、選別作業者が着座する作業者用座席を、その座席を収容する空間を別途確保することなく、また、作業者用座席を選別作業しやすい高さに設定することに何ら規制するものではなく、機体内側にある選別コンベアをうまく回避して収納できるようにすると共に、コンテナに収容される野菜が傷付くことを防止することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上述した課題を解決するために、次の如き技術的手段を講じた。
すなわち、走行車体(1)の左側に野菜を圃場から取上げ搬送する収穫搬送装置(3)を設け、走行車体(1)の右側に運転席(4)を備える運転部(5)を走行車体(1)の前側に設け、運転部(5)より後側で収穫搬送装置(3)より右側に前記収穫搬送装置(3)により圃場から取上げ搬送された野菜を搬送し、搬送中の野菜の中から不良品等を取り除く選別作業を選別作業者が行えるように搬送部上方を開放状態にすると共に終端側を上側に傾斜させた選別コンベア(6)を設け、該選別コンベア(6)の外側方に選別作業者が着座する作業者用座席(8)を設けると共に、選別コンベア(6)の搬送終端部下方に選別コンベア(6)により搬送された野菜をコンテナ(K)に受入れて収容する野菜収容コンテナ台(25)を設け、前記選別コンベア(6)の搬送終端側下方で且つコンテナ台(25)の上方に、ダンパー(48)を備えるコンテナ(K)を載置するダンプ(45)を設け、該コンテナ台(25)の側方に収穫した野菜を収容したコンテナ(K)を前後方向列状に配置するキャリヤ(7)を機体後部側から前部側にかけて設け、前記作業者用座席(8)の支持フレーム(30)をキャリヤ(7)の外側から上方にのびるように設けるとともに該支持フレーム(30)の基部を機体左右方向の回動軸心(Q)回りに回動可能にしてキャリヤ(7)に設け、キャリヤ(7)を選別コンベア(6)の左右方向外側で機体前後方向の回動軸心(R)回りに回動可能に設け、作業者用座席(8)の収納時には作業者用座席(8)の支持フレーム(30)を機体後方に回動させ、キャリヤ(7)を上方に折畳むように回動させて作業者用座席(8)が選別コンベア(6)の後方側に位置する状態に移動するよう構成したことを特徴とする野菜収穫機としたものである。

【作用】
本発明の野菜収穫機は、操縦者が運転部(5)に搭乗して運転席(4)に着座し機体を操縦して走行車体(1)により機体を自走させる。そして、収穫搬送装置(3)により、野菜を圃場から取上げ搬送する。収穫搬送装置(3)により取上げ搬送された野菜は、収穫搬送装置(3)から引継いで選別コンベア(6)が搬送し、選別コンベア(6)の搬送終端部下方に設けたダンパー(48)を備えるダンプ(45)に載置されたコンテナ(K)に受入れられると共に、コンテナ(K)に収容された収穫物の重量が増すとダンプ(45)がダンパー(48)に抗して次第に下降してコンテナ(K)がコンテナ台(25)に収容される。コンテナ(K)に収容されるまでに、野菜は、搬送部上方を開放状態とした選別コンベア(6)で搬送されるが、ここで、選別コンベア(6)の外側方に設けた作業者用座席(8)に着座する選別作業者が不良品等を取り除く選別作業を行う。コンテナ(K)に野菜が満杯になったら、空のコンテナ(K)と交換する。野菜が満杯になったコンテナ(K)は、作業者用座席(8)の下方に機体後部側から前部側にかけて設けたキャリヤ(7)に前後方向列状に配置する。収穫作業が終了して、作業者用座席(8)を機体に収納するときは、作業者用座席(8)を機体左右方向の回動軸心(Q)と機体前後方向の回動軸心Rとで回動して機体内側方向に移動させ選別コンベア(6)の搬送方向下手側に位置する状態に収納する。

【発明の効果】
発明は、選別コンベア(6)の外側に設けられた作業者用座席(8)は機体の外側部に位置するので、作業者は作業者用座席(8)から機外へと容易に移動することができる。
また、コンテナ(K)に収容される収穫物の重量が増すほどダンプ(45)がダンパー(48)に抵抗してコンテナ台(25)まで降下するため、コンテナ(K)に収穫物が収容される際の落下距離を小さくすることができる。
そして、作業者用座席(8)の支持フレーム(30)の回動軸芯(Q)を回動支点として機体後方に回動させると共に、キャリヤ(7)の回動軸心(R)を回動支点として上方に回動させることによって、側にある選別コンベア(6)を回避しつつ選別コンベア(6)の搬送方向下手側の開放空間を利用してキャリヤ(7)とともに作業者用座席(8)を機体内側に収納できるので、機体がコンパクトになると共に、機体の運搬や格納が効率的に行える。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の一形態としての野菜収穫機を、図1〜図5に示している。この人参収穫機の走行車体1は、接地部側に左右一対の走行クローラ2、2を有し、上部一側には人参の葉茎部を挟持して引き抜きながら後方上方に向けて揚上搬送する収穫搬送装置3を設け、この収穫搬送装置3の右横側部に運転席4を有する運転部5と、この運転部の後方位置で収穫物を後方に向けて送る選別コンベア6を配設している。

また、前記運転部5と選別コンベア6との右横側部にはコンテナを載置するキャリヤ7と、選別作業者が着座して選別コンベア6上での収穫物の選別作業を行う作業者用座席8を配置している。
収穫搬送装置3は、左右に対設する一対の搬送ベルト9,9からなり、始端側が地面近くに位置し、終端側が後方上方に位置するごとく上下方向に傾斜させて設けている。搬送ベルト9,9の終端側下方近くには、上下3段の挟持送りベルト10a,10b,10cが配設され、これら挟持送りベルトの搬送経路途中部には人参の葉茎部を切断処理するカッター11が装備されている。また、搬送ベルト9,9の始端側前方には、圃場に植わっている人参の葉茎部を引き起す縦回し引起し装置12及び横回し引起し装置13を備えている。更に、搬送ベルト9,9の始端部下方には、土中に侵入して人参周辺の土壌を砕く振動ソイラ14を備え、人参の引き抜きを容易にしている。そして、特に、収穫搬送装置3とこれに付随する各装置は収穫支持フレーム15によって支持され、横支軸16を支点として上下動する構成であり、油圧伸縮駆動装置17の伸縮作動により昇降リンク機構18を介して搬送装置の始端側が上下に昇降動するようになっている。

運転部5は、運転席4と前側の各種操作レバーを配した操作ボックス19等からなる。運転席4の下方にはエンジン20が搭載され、該エンジンから収穫搬送装置3やその他各装置を駆動し、且つ、走行ミッションケース内のミッション装置を介して前記走行クローラ2、2を駆動する構成になっている。

選別コンベア6は、受け入れた収穫物を後方に向けて搬送するようになっており、終端側が上位となるよう適宜に傾斜させて設けている。そして、この選別コンベア6には、収穫搬送装置3の終端側から落下する収穫物が残葉処理コンベア21と残葉処理ローラ22とからなる残葉処理装置23によって処理され、この処理された収穫物を受け入れて横方向に揚上搬送する揚上コンベア24によって送り込まれるようになっている。選別コンベアの終端部下方位置にはコンテナKを載せる受台25を設置してあり、この受台25の後方には後方上方に向けて傾斜するガイド枠26が連設されている。前記受台25上のコンテナK内に収穫物が一杯に収容されると、側方のキャリヤ7上に持ち運んで載置するようになっている。

コンテナキャリヤ7は、機体側の内側端部を前後方向の軸27回りに回動固定自在に枢着してあり、該キャリヤ7が軸27を支点として機体前後方向の軸心R回りに回動可能として、略水平方向に展開した状態となってその上面にコンテナKを載置可能とした作業姿勢と、該作業姿勢から上方に回動して起立した収納姿勢とに位置変更可能な構成としている。また、キャリヤ7の主要部分をキャリヤフレーム28に架設する数個のローラ29・・・によって構成し、載置するコンテナを移動し易くしている。なお、キャリヤ7の前後には補助キャリヤ7a,7bを連設し、横軸芯P回りに折り畳み自在に構成している。

作業者用座席8は、前記選別コンベア6側に向いて選別作業者が着座できる構成である。また、そのために背もたれ部を選別コンベア6側とは反対側の外側に位置するように設けている。作業者用座席8は、支持フレーム30を介して前記キャリヤフレーム28に装着支持している。支持フレーム30は、作業者用座席8が機体後方側に向けて横倒し状態となるよう機体左右方向の軸心Q回りに回動可能に取付けている。また、作業者用座席8に選別作業者が着座可能な状態で、支持フレーム30が機体左右方向の軸心Q回りに回動しないよう規制する手段を別途設ける。作業者用座席8が横倒し状態にあるときは、該座席部8が選別コンベア6の後端より後方に位置し、そして、前記キャリヤ7を軸27を支点として機体内側へ回動し収納したとき、選別コンベア6の後方空間内に納められるようになっている。支持フレーム30の固定手段は、支柱30側に枢着した係止フック31とキャリヤフレーム28から突設した係止ピン32との係合によりロックする構成としている。

また、走行車体1の左側に、野菜を圃場から取上げ搬送する収穫搬送装置3を設け、走行車体1の右側に、運転席4を有する運転部5を走行車体1の前側に設け、運転部5の後方に、前記収穫搬送装置3により圃場から取上げ搬送された野菜を搬送するコンベアであって搬送中の野菜の中から不良品等を取り除く選別作業を選別作業者が行えるよう搬送部上方を開放状態とした選別コンベア6を搬送方向が機体後方になるように設け、該選別コンベア6の右外側方に選別作業者が着座する作業者用座席8を設け、選別コンベア6の搬送方向下手側において選別コンベア6により搬送された野菜をコンテナKに受入れて収容する野菜収容コンテナ台25を設けるとともに、該作業者用座席8の下方に収穫した野菜を収容したコンテナKを前後方向列状に配置するキャリヤ7を機体後部側から前部側にかけて設けた野菜収穫機において、前記作業者用座席8の支持フレーム30をキャリヤ7の外側から上方にのびるように設けるとともに該支持フレーム30の基部を機体左右方向の回動軸心Q回りに回動可能にしてキャリヤ7に設け、キャリヤ7を選別コンベア6の左右方向外側で機体前後方向の回動軸心R回りに回動可能に設け、作業者用座席8の収納時には、作業者用座席8の支持フレーム30を機体後方に回動させ、キャリヤ7を上方に折畳むように回動させて作業者用座席8が選別コンベア6の後方側に位置する状態に移動するよう構成したことを特徴とする野菜収穫機としたものである。

従って、上記構成の野菜移植機は、選別コンベア6の外側方に設けられた作業者用座席8は、機体の外側部に位置するものとなって作業者用座席8と機外との作業者の移動が容易に行えるものであり、また、作業者用座席8を選別作業しやすい高さに設定し、また、選別コンベア6の下方に作業者用座席8を収容する空間を確保しなくても、機体内側にある選別コンベア6を回避し、且つ、選別コンベア6の搬送方向下手側の開放空間を利用して機体内側に収納できて機体をコンパクトにでき、機体の運搬、格納が効率的に行える。しかも、キャリヤ7とともに作業者用座席8を機体内側に収納できて、一層、機体をコンパクトにでき、機体の運搬、格納が一層効率的に行える。

選別コンベア6は、コンベア駆動モータ42によってコンベア駆動軸43を回転駆動する構成であり、クラッチレバー44の操作でスイッチSWを入切し、前記コンベア駆動モータ42の駆動を断続するように構成している。

次に、残葉処理装置23について説明する。
残葉処理装置23は、矢印F方向に回転する残葉処理コンベア21と、このコンベア21上において平面視で始端側がコンベア回転方向前位に終端側が後位となるよう傾斜状態に対設する残葉処理ローラ22とからなり、両者の作用によって人参の残葉を摺り落すように構成している。

残葉処理ローラ22は、図14に示すように、その終端側が平面視で揚上コンベア24上にはみ出るように構成している。これによると、残葉処理装置23から揚上コンベア24上への人参残葉処理後の引継ぎが確実になる。また、残葉処理ローラ22の終端部は、これの軸受部50を図15に示すようにローラ内に内臓するようにし、軸受部がローラ端面よりはみ出ないように構成することによって人参の詰まりを防ぎ、揚上コンベア24上への引継ぎが確実なものとなる。

図16及び図17に示すものは、残葉処理コンベア21の平ベルト21a裏側に突起21bを設け、ベルトローラ51,51に設けた溝52に係合させて、平ベルト21aの軸方向へのズレを防止するように構成している。そして、前記突起21bは、残葉処理が作用しない側、即ち、残葉処理ローラ22の始端側位置に設けることにより、安定した残葉処理作用を期待することができる。

また、図18に示すものは、残葉処理装置23の残葉処理コンベア21の搬送方向が機体進行方向に対して左側から右側方向に搬送するものにおいて、この残葉処理装置23全体を、残葉処理コンベア21の送り方向側が低くなるように、つまり、背面視で機体の右側が左側より低くなるように傾斜角αをもたせた構成としている。左側クローラが溝にはまり込み、本機が左側に傾くと、残葉処理装置のコンベア21では送り方向が昇り傾斜になるため、人参が送れなくなって滞留し、身切りが発生するものであった。上記構成による場合は、本機が左側に傾いたとしても残葉処理コンベア21による搬送能力が劣らないので、上記問題点は解消されるものとなる。

また、残葉処理コンベア21及び揚上コンベア24は、図19,図14に示すように、2つのコンベアを3枚の側板53a,53b,53cで仕切って一体的に構成することにより、両コンベア21,24が互いに接合する側部が共通の側板53bで構成され、よって、両コンベア21,24をできるだけ接近させることができ、収穫物の引継ぎが良くなり、又、軽量・コンパクトに構成することができる。

各側板53a,53b,53cの繋ぎとして各ベルトローラの軸受保持を締付固定方式とし、各側板間の剛性を図るようにしている。つまり、各ベルトローラ51等の軸受メタル54…を側板53に対しボルトなどで締付固定することにより剛性を確保する構成としている。
