JP 2001-169602 A

However, in recent years, the number of people who perform kitchen gardens has increased, and in ordinary households, even conventional walking type tillage devices sometimes lack storage space.

Therefore, it has been desired to develop a small and light tillage device that is light and compact, and that can be easily used by women and elderly people in general households.

In the present invention, a support portion and a tilling shaft portion rotatably supported by the support portion are provided, and the support portion is formed by extending the intermediate body in the vertical direction, and an upper end portion of the intermediate body. A gripping body is provided to form a handle, while a pivot shaft of the tillage shaft is pivotally supported at the lower end of the intermediate body, and in the vicinity of the axis of the intermediate body extending in the vertical direction in side view. A tilling device in which the axis of the pivot support shaft is arranged, and the tilling shaft portion incorporates an electric motor for rotationally driving the tilling shaft portion, and a battery connected to the electric motor is installed in the battery case. The intermediate body has a lower half piece extending in the vertical direction, an upper half piece that can be inserted into and removed from the lower half piece, and extended in the vertical direction, and both upper and lower half pieces. An adjustment body for adjusting expansion and contraction, and the rear surface of the battery case, The half pieces are concave part fittable to extend vertically to form, while providing the locking piece receptacle in the rear one side about the same concave portion, the operation piece to the rear face the other side A battery case is provided, and in the middle of the lower half piece, a middle part of the battery case locking body extending in the left-right direction is pivotally supported via a pivot pin having an axis line in the front-rear direction. A locking piece is formed at one end of the locking body, while an operating piece is formed at the other end of the battery case locking body to lock the battery case locking body to the locking piece receiver. The battery case latching body is rotated by the elastic biasing force in a state in which the lower half piece is fitted with the concave portion of the battery case so as to rotate in the direction in which the piece is locked. The locking piece is locked to the locking piece receiver, and the operation piece comes into contact with the operation piece receiver to rotate the battery case locking body. Is braking, there is provided a plow, characterized in that so as to lock the battery case via the battery case locking body in the lower half piece.

(1) In the present invention described in claim 1, while comprising a support part and a tilling shaft part rotatably supported by the support part, the support part is formed by extending the intermediate body in the vertical direction. A gripping body is provided at the upper end portion of the intermediate main body to serve as a handle, while the pivot shaft of the tillage shaft portion is pivotally supported at the lower end portion of the intermediate main body and extends vertically in a side view. The axis of the rotation support shaft is disposed in the vicinity of the axis of the intermediate body.

In this way, since the axis of the rotation support shaft is disposed in the vicinity of the axis of the intermediate body extending in the vertical direction in a side view, the grip body provided at the upper end of the intermediate body is gripped. The handle operation to be performed can be performed easily, and the operator's fatigue can be reduced. As a result, it is possible for a general household woman and an elderly person to perform tillage work for a long time.

In addition, according to the present invention, an electric motor that rotationally drives the tillage shaft portion is incorporated in the tillage shaft portion, and a battery connected to the electric motor is incorporated in the battery case. A lower half piece that extends, an upper half piece that can be inserted into and removed from the lower half piece and extends in the vertical direction, and an adjustment body that adjusts expansion and contraction of both upper and lower half pieces. On the rear surface portion of the battery case, a concave portion that can be fitted with the lower half piece is formed by extending in the vertical direction, and a locking piece receiver is provided on one side of the rear surface around the concave portion. On the other hand, an operation piece receiver is provided on the other side of the rear surface, and a pivot pin with an axis in the front-rear direction is provided in the middle part of the lower half piece with the middle part of the battery case locking body extending in the left-right direction. One side that forms a locking piece at one end of the battery case locking body An operation piece is formed on the other end of the battery case locking body, and the battery case locking body is elastically biased so as to rotate in a direction in which the locking piece is locked to the locking piece receiver. With the recess of the battery case fitted to the lower half piece, the battery case locking body is rotated by the elastic biasing force, and the locking piece is locked to the locking piece receiver, The operation piece abuts on the operation piece receiver to restrict the rotation of the battery case locking body, and the battery case is locked to the lower half piece via the battery case locking body.

In this way, the intermediate body has a lower half piece extending in the vertical direction and an upper half piece that can be inserted into and removed from the lower half piece and extended in the vertical direction by the adjustment body. Therefore, the operator can perform the tilling work in an easy posture by appropriately expanding and contracting the intermediate body according to the physique of the worker. As a result, the worker's fatigue can be reduced also from this point.
Moreover, at the time of storage, the storage space of the tilling device can be reduced by contracting the intermediate body to the shortest state.

Further , the operating piece of the battery case locking body is pushed downward against the elastic bias, for example, by lowering the operating piece of the battery case locking body upward, and the engaging piece is engaged with the locking piece. Make sure that the receiving piece does not interfere.
Then, after fitting the concave portion of the battery case to the lower half piece, when the hand is released from the operation piece, the battery case locking body is rotated by the elastic biasing force, and the locking piece is received by the locking piece receiving portion. The operation piece comes into contact with the operation piece receiver from below and the rotation of the battery case engagement body is restricted.
As a result, the battery case is locked to the locking piece via the locking piece receiver and is fixed to the lower half piece, and the battery case can be easily attached.
Moreover, when removing a battery case, it can remove easily by following the procedure opposite to the attachment procedure mentioned above.

A shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is a tilling device according to the present invention. The tilling device A includes a support portion 1, a tilling shaft portion 2 rotatably supported by the support portion 1, and the tilling device. A rotation drive unit 3 (see FIG. 6) that is built in the shaft unit 2 and that drives the tillage shaft unit 2 to rotate is provided. M is an operator.

Below, the structure of the support part 1, the tilling shaft part 2, and the rotation drive part 3 is demonstrated concretely.

[Description of Support Unit 1]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the support portion 1 includes a support portion body 4 that supports the tilling shaft portion 2, a support portion intermediate body 5 that extends upward from the support portion body 4, and the support portion intermediate body. 5 and a gripping body 6 extending rearward from the upper end of the grip 5. The gripping body 6 serves as a handle.

And the support part main body 4 is formed in the front gate type | mold from the left-right pair of upper and lower extension pieces 7,7 and the left-right extension piece 8 erected between the upper end parts of both the upper and lower extension pieces 7,7. The elongated pieces 7, 7, and 8 are each formed in a hollow pipe shape.

Further, the support part intermediate body 5 includes a support base 9 fixed to the left and right extension pieces 8 of the support part main body 4, an intermediate main body 10 having a lower end part fixed to the support base 9 and extending vertically. A resistance rod 12 attached to the lower part of the intermediate body 10 via an attachment body 11 is provided.

The support base 9 supports a battery case 13 containing a battery (not shown) and the intermediate body 10.

The intermediate body 10 includes a hollow pipe-shaped lower half piece 14 extending in the vertical direction, a hollow pipe-shaped upper half piece 15 that is detachable in the lower half piece 14 and extends in the vertical direction, And an adjusting body 16 for adjusting the expansion and contraction of the upper and lower half pieces 15 and 14.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the adjusting body 16 has a middle portion 17a of the sandwiching piece 17 formed in an arc shape along the outer peripheral surface of the upper portion of the lower half piece 14, and the middle portion 17a of the middle portion 17a. The left and right end portions 17b and 17b are arranged opposite to each other so as to extend rearward in parallel to the left and right sides, and the right and left end portions 17b and 17b are penetrated by sandwiching bolts 18 having an axis line in the left and right direction. A female screw piece 19 is screwed to the tip of the clamping bolt 18 penetrating further outward, and a rotating operation piece 20 is attached to the female screw piece 19.

Here, a plurality of (three in this embodiment) longitudinal grooves 21, 21, 21 extending in the vertical direction are formed on the upper portion of the lower half piece 14 at intervals in the circumferential direction. The upper part of the half piece 14 can be expanded and contracted in the radial direction.

In this way, by rotating the female screw piece 19 forward / reversely via the turning operation piece 20, the left and right side end portions 17b, 17b are adjusted to approach / separate via the clamping bolt 18, and The upper and lower portions of the half piece 14 can be adjusted.

Therefore, when adjusting the expansion and contraction of the upper half piece 15 inserted into the lower half piece 14, the diameter of the lower half piece 14 is adjusted by expanding the lower half piece 14 by operating the rotating operation piece 20 as described above. The upper half piece 15 can be fixed by sliding the upper half piece 15 appropriately in the vertical direction, and then adjusting the diameter of the lower half piece 14 by operating the turning operation piece 20.

Further, in the middle part of the lower half piece 14, a middle part of the battery case locking body 22 extending in the left-right direction is pivotally supported via a pivot pin 23 having an axis line in the front-rear direction. A hook-shaped locking piece 24 is formed at the left end portion of the case locking body 22, while an operation piece 25 is formed at the right end portion of the battery case locking body 22.

Moreover, a torque spring 26 is attached to the pivot pin 23, and the battery case locking body 22 is locked by the torque spring 26 in the locking direction of the locking piece 24 (counterclockwise around the pivot pin 23 in FIG. 5). It is elastically biased to rotate. Reference numeral 34 denotes an upward movement restricting pin for restricting upward movement of the battery case 13.

Here, in the central portion of the rear surface of the battery case 13, a concave portion 27 into which the lower half piece 14 can be fitted is formed by extending in the vertical direction, and the rear left side portion with the concave portion 27 as a center. A pocket-shaped locking piece receiver 28 is provided on the rear side, and an operation piece receiver 29 is provided on the right side of the rear surface.

Then, an engaging piece 30 is provided to project downward at the front lower center of the battery case 13, while a handle piece 31 is provided at the upper end of the battery case 13. Reference numeral 32 denotes a main switch provided in the battery case 13.

In this way, when the battery case 13 is mounted on the support base 9, the battery case 13 is placed on the support base 9 and is engaged with the engagement receiving piece 33 provided at the front end of the support base 9. The mating piece 30 is engaged, and the recess 27 of the battery case 13 is fitted to the lower half piece 14.

At this time, as shown by a one-dot chain line in FIG. 5, the operation piece 25 of the battery case locking body 22 is pushed downward against the elastic bias of the torque spring 26 to lock the battery case locking body 22. The piece 24 is pulled upward so that the locking piece receiver 28 does not interfere with the locking piece 24.

Then, after fitting the concave portion 27 of the battery case 13 to the lower half piece 14 and then releasing the hand from the operation piece 25, the battery case locking body 22 is rotated by the elastic biasing force of the torque spring 26. While the locking piece 24 is locked to the locking piece receiver 28, the operation piece 25 contacts the operation piece receiver 29 from below, and the rotation of the battery case locking body 22 is restricted.

As a result, the battery case 13 is locked to the locking piece 24 via the locking piece receiver 28 and is fixed to the support base 9 and the lower half piece 14, and the battery case 13 is placed on the support base 9. Easy to install.

Further, when removing the battery case 13 from the support base 9, the battery case 13 can be easily removed by following the procedure opposite to the attachment procedure described above.

The gripping body 6 is connected to the upper end of the upper half piece 15, and a hand switch 35 is arranged along the lower side of the gripping body 6. When it is held together, it can be turned on and the rotation drive unit 3 described later can be started. On the other hand, when the hand holding the grasping body 6 is loosened, it is turned off and the rotation drive unit 3 is turned on. It can be stopped.

The start / stop operation of the rotation drive unit 3 by the hand switch 35 can be performed by turning on the main switch 32 provided in the battery case 13, and when the main switch 32 is turned off, Even if the hand switch 35 is operated, the rotation drive unit 3 is prevented from starting.

[Description of tillage shaft 2]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 6, the tilling shaft portion 2 has its axis line directed in the left-right direction to the lower end portions of the pair of left and right upper and lower extension pieces 7, 7 provided on the support body 4. A pair of left and right rotation support shafts 40 and 40 are attached, and a tilling shaft 41 is rotatably installed between the both rotation support shafts 40 and 40.

Here, a male threaded portion 53 is formed at the outer end of the rotating support shaft 40, and the male threaded portion 53 is inserted into an insertion hole 54 formed at the lower end of the vertically extending piece 7, A female screw body 56 is screwed to a portion of the male screw portion 53 protruding outward from 54 via a washer 55.

In this manner, by attaching / detaching the female screw body 56, the tilling shaft 41 can be attached / detached to / from the support body 4 via the rotation support shafts 40, 40.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the axis L2 of the pivot shaft is disposed in the vicinity of the axis L1 of the intermediate body 10 that extends in the vertical direction in a side view.

The tilling shaft 41 is rotatably attached to the outer peripheral surfaces of the respective rotation support shafts 40, 40 via bearings 42, 42, between the outer peripheral edge portions of the both end wall bodies 43, 43. A cylindrical tilling shaft main body 44 is interposed, and a plurality of tilling claws 46 are attached to the outer peripheral surface of the tilling shaft main body 44 through the tilling claw mounting pieces 45 at intervals in the same circumferential direction. Also attached with a gap. 47 is a tillage claw mounting bolt.

Further, intrusion prevention bodies 48 and 48 such as mud are attached to the respective rotation support shafts 40 and 40 to prevent the mud and the like from entering the tilling shaft 41.

That is, the muddy soil intrusion prevention body 48 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the rotation support shaft 40 to cover the outer side of the end wall body 43, and the ring-shaped end wall body covering piece 49, A cylindrical rotating shaft main body covering piece 50 that extends from the periphery to the side of the tilling shaft main body 44 and covers the outer periphery of the outer peripheral surface of the tilling shaft main body 44 in a superposed state, and is attached to the end wall body covering piece 49 The blocking wall 52 is configured to block the space 51 between the end wall body covering piece 49 and the end wall body 43.

Thus, even if mud or the like enters from the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the rotating shaft main body covering piece 50 and the outer peripheral surface of the tilling shaft main body 44, the intruding mud or the like is rotated by the blocking piece 52. It prevents the 40 outer peripheral surface from being reached, and prevents the occurrence of a problem that the rotating drive unit 3 is damaged by the entry of mud or the like into the rotating drive unit 3 described later. Yes.

[Description of Rotation Driving Unit 3]
As shown in FIG. 6, the rotation drive unit 3 includes an electric motor 60 and a speed reduction mechanism 61. The electric motor 60 has a right end connected to the right rotation support shaft 40, and a left end. The drive shaft 62 protrudes from the portion toward the left side, and the drive shaft 62 and the tilling shaft main body 44 are interlocked and connected via the speed reduction mechanism 61.

The speed reduction mechanism 61 is a planetary gear mechanism that performs two-stage speed reduction. A first sun gear 63 is coaxially attached to the drive shaft 62, and a first inner gear 64 is attached to the outer periphery of the first sun gear 63 as a gear support 65. A plurality of first primary gears 66 are meshed between the first inner gear 64 and the first sun gear 63, and these first primary gears 66 are connected to the carrier 67. Are connected together.

The carrier 67 is provided with a second sun gear 68, and a plurality of second primary gears 69 are engaged with the second sun gear 68, and each second primary gear 69 is connected to the gear support 65 and the left rotation. The second inner gear 71 is engaged with the outer periphery of the second primary gear 69 while being rotatably attached to a flange-shaped gear support piece 70 formed on the moving support shaft 40. The outer peripheral surface is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the tilling shaft main body 44. 72 is a first primary gear support shaft, 73 is a second sun gear support shaft, and 74 is a second primary gear support shaft.

Here, the drive shaft 62, the first sun gear 63, the second sun gear 68, and the second sun gear support shaft 73 are arranged on the same axis.

The electric cord 75 connecting the electric motor 60 to the battery is provided in the hollow pipe-like support body 4 and the center of the right pivot 40 as shown in FIGS. The embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above. In the present embodiment, the following actions and effects occur.

(1) Since the rotation shaft 3 that rotatably supports the tiller shaft 2 is built in the tiller shaft 2 that is rotatably supported by the support portion 1, the power transmission mechanism is minimized. It can be made compact, and the tilling device A itself can be made lightweight and compact.

Therefore, it can be easily used by women and elderly people in ordinary households and can easily perform tillage work. Moreover, since the tilling device is compact, there is no shortage of storage space for the tilling device A even in ordinary households.

(2) Since the tillage shaft portion 2 is detachably attached to the support portion 1, the necessary tillage shaft portion can be obtained by preparing a plurality of the tillage shaft portions 2 including the rotation drive portions 3 having different driving forces. The required tillage work can be appropriately performed by simply changing to 2, and maintenance of the tiller shaft portion 2 can be easily performed.

(3) Since the tillage shaft 2 is driven by the electric motor 60, generation of noise and vibration can be suppressed, and generation of exhaust gas can be eliminated.

(4) Since a relatively heavy battery is attached to the lower part of the support part 1, the weight of the battery is prevented from jumping up by the reaction force that the tilling shaft part 2 receives from the field scene through the tilling claws 46. Can be effectively utilized, the tillage function can be stabilized, and the tillage work efficiency can be improved.

(5) Since the axis L2 of the rotation support shaft 40 is disposed in the vicinity of the axis L1 of the intermediate main body 10 extending in the vertical direction in a side view, the gripping body 6 provided at the upper end of the intermediate main body 10 The handle operation performed by gripping can be performed easily, and the fatigue of the operator can be reduced. As a result, it is possible for a general household woman and an elderly person to perform tillage work for a long time.

(6) Since the intermediate body 10 can be vertically adjusted by the adjustment body 16, the operator can plow in an easy posture by adjusting the intermediate body 10 according to the physique of the operator. Work can be done. As a result, the worker's fatigue can be reduced also from this point.

Further, at the time of storage, the storage space of the tilling device A can be reduced by contracting the intermediate body 10 to the shortest state by the adjusting body 16.

FIG. 7 shows a cultivating device A as another embodiment. The cultivating device A has the same basic structure as the cultivating device A described above, but the structure of the adjusting body 16 of the intermediate body 10. And the shape of the support body 4 is different.

That is, the adjustment body 16 is formed by penetrating the positioning hole 80 in the left-right direction at the upper part of the lower half piece 14, while the plurality of adjustment holes 81 are spaced apart in the vertical direction at the lower part of the upper half piece 15. The upper half piece is formed by penetrating in the left-right direction, aligning one of the required adjustment holes 81 with the positioning hole 80, and inserting the positioning pin 82 into the both holes 80, 81 so as to be freely inserted and removed. 15 expansion / contraction adjustments are possible.

The support body 4 is formed of a vertically extending piece 7 and a left and right extending piece 8 having an outer end connected to the upper end of the vertically extending piece 7.
