Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a moisturizing supporter that is attached to a foot and prevents the skin (keratin) from drying on the sole, particularly the buttocks.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Dry in socks that are worn directly on the foot and absorb sweat or moisture generated when the shoe is worn or protect the foot, such as in winter, when the skin is extremely dry and keratinized. As preventive socks, those that are directly worn on the foot to suppress the escape of moisture and prevent keratinization of the skin of the foot part, especially the heel part by drying, have been conventionally used. One example of such conventional anti-drying socks is disclosed in Utility Model Registration No. 3032803, which is shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is a schematic sectional view of a conventional anti-drying sock.
[0003]
In FIG. 4, the conventional anti-drying sock 100 has a double structure of a stretchable inner layer 101 and an outer layer 102, and just surrounds the heel-corresponding portion when worn between the inner layer 101 and the outer layer 102. It is the structure formed by interposing the substantially bag-shaped non-breathable sheet | seat 103 of the magnitude | size of this. The non-moisture permeable sheet 103 is sewn around the inner layer 101 and held at the wrinkle corresponding position outside the inner layer 101.
In the conventional anti-drying socks 100, moisture or moisture escape from the skin is blocked by the non-breathable sheet 103 in a worn state, so that it is possible to prevent the skin of the heel portion from being dried and keratinized.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional anti-drying socks are configured as described above, and are manufactured by a procedure in which the inner layer 101 and the outer layer 102 are knitted and sewn in a sock shape, and then a moisture-impermeable sheet 103 is sewn and the inner and outer layers are overlapped. For this reason, the manufacturing process is complicated and time-consuming. In addition, since the non-breathable sheet 103 is not completely integrated with the sock heel part, there is a risk that it will be uncomfortable when worn, and there is a risk that it will be partially broken because it does not expand and contract integrally. It had the problem that. In addition, it is inevitable that the entire sock is thick due to the double structure of the inner layer 101 and the outer layer 102, and there is a problem that it is difficult to wear even if trying to change the appearance by wearing another sock on the outside It was.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems. It is a thin and simple structure that can be worn with another sock on the outside, but it can reliably prevent moisture from escaping and prevent drying of the skin, making it easy to manufacture and reducing costs. An object of the present invention is to provide a moisturizing supporter that improves the affinity with the skin and is excellent in wearing feeling.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Moisturizing supporter according to the present invention is organized as a substantially cylindrical body having elasticity, the moisturizing supporter for covering a portion including at least the heel portion of the foot, supporter inner surface surrounding at least the heel portion in the attached state of the foot A non-moisture permeable substantially sheet-like body made of a synthetic resin material is heat-pressed and integrated at a predetermined portion of the material, and the substantially sheet-like body is heated toward the outer surface while being attached to the inner surface of the substantially tubular body. is crimped, the synthetic resin material from the stitches of the substantially cylindrical body corresponding to at least the bottom surface of the heel portion is extended, it is shall slip projection which projects outwardly of the substantially cylindrical body is formed. As described above, in the present invention, a non-moisture permeable substantially sheet-like body is integrally disposed by thermocompression bonding on a predetermined portion including a substantially cylindrical ridge that forms a moisture retention supporter, and the moisture retention supporter is provided with a moisture permeable property. By giving, the substantially sheet-like body crimping part that is firmly integrated is not easily damaged by any movement of the foot, and the anti-drying function can be maintained in a certain state without deviating from the heel position. In addition to protecting the skin from drying, the skin can be prevented from becoming keratinized, and the thermocompression bonding of the substantially sheet-like body can be performed in a very short time, so that the production efficiency can be improved and the cost can be reduced. In addition, since the substantially sheet-like body is integrated with the supporter, sufficient strength can be obtained even if the thickness is reduced, the discomfort for the existence of the substantially sheet-like body can be reduced, and the wearing feeling can be improved. The moisturizing supporter does not need to have a double structure, and socks with excellent design can be worn on the outside as a thin structure.
[0007]
Further , by positioning the substantially sheet-like body part on the inner surface side of the moisturizing supporter and bringing the substantially sheet-like body part into direct contact with the foot, there is no gap between the non-moisture permeable substantially sheet-like body part and the foot. The substantially sheet-like body portion can follow the movement of the foot to reliably suppress the escape of moisture, and further improve the anti-wrinkle performance. Furthermore, since the synthetic resin material of the non-moisture permeable sheet-like body is heated and extended from the inner surface corresponding to the ridge portion of the substantially cylindrical body knitted in a mesh shape, the synthetic resin is moved to the outside of the substantially cylindrical body. The material protrudes to form an anti-slip projection, and the fall due to slipping when the supporter is mounted can be prevented.
[0008]
In addition, in the moisturizing supporter according to the present invention, the substantially sheet-like body contains far-infrared radiation ceramics and / or is coated as necessary.
As described above, in the present invention, the far-infrared radioactive ceramic is included in the substantially sheet-like body, and the substantially sheet-like body portion in contact with the foot is provided with a function peculiar to the far-infrared radioactive ceramic, thereby providing the substantially sheet-like body of the foot. In addition to preventing the escape of moisture at the contact area, far-infrared radiation is emitted from the far-infrared radioactive ceramics in a substantially sheet-like body. It exerts a favorable influence on the substantially sheet-like body contact portion of the foot, such as exerting a deodorizing action, and the quality as a product can be improved.
[0009]
Moreover, the moisturizing supporter according to the present invention is such that the substantially sheet-like body contains silk protein and / or is coated as necessary.
As described above, in the present invention, silk protein is contained in a substantially sheet-like body, and a function specific to the silk protein is imparted to the substantially sheet-like body portion in contact with the foot. In addition to preventing air from escaping to the outside, it has excellent moisture conditioning performance of silk protein, including breathability and hygroscopicity to excess moisture. It can be adjusted to give a moist and comfortable feeling to the substantially sheet-like body contact portion of the foot, and the touch can be greatly improved.
[0010]
Moreover, the moisturizing supporter according to the present invention is such that the substantially sheet-like body contains chitosan and / or is coated as necessary.
As described above, in the present invention, chitosan is contained in the substantially sheet-like body, and the function of peculiar to chitosan is given to the substantially sheet-like body portion in contact with the foot. In addition to preventing the growth of microorganisms that are the basis of unpleasant odors on the substantially sheet-like body, Chitosan's excellent antibacterial and deodorant performance can be demonstrated, while moisturizing feet such as wrinkles, Chitosan, which is mild to the skin, can safely keep the moisture-impermeable part clean and improve the quality of the product.
[0012]

The support body 10 is made of nylon and polyurethane elastic yarn as a raw material, knitted into a substantially continuous cylindrical shape, and then sewed with each opening end as a rib portion 11 by a knitting method similar to a conventional sock. It is knitted and configured to cover the space between the instep and the middle part of the arch and the ankle when worn. The rib portion 11 is knitted by a knitting method that provides a stronger restoring force even when the amount of elongation is the same as that of the other portions, and is configured to prevent displacement during wearing. The supporter body 10 may be made of cotton, silk, or other unburned fibers in addition to or in addition to nylon and polyurethane elastic materials.
[0014]
The non-moisture permeable sheet 20 is formed of a substantially sheet-like body mainly composed of a polyurethane resin, overlapped with a flange portion of the supporter body 10 and integrally heat-pressed to the supporter body 10 over the entire surface. A chemical (coating agent) in which a plurality of substances are mixed is applied to the surface of the moisture-impermeable sheet 20. As this chemical, an aqueous solution of far-infrared radiation ceramics (silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, etc.), silk protein (fibroin) powder, chitosan powder, etc. are mixed at a predetermined ratio to obtain a uniform dispersed state. Use the agent.
[0015]
Next, the manufacturing process of the moisturizing supporter according to this embodiment will be described. First, after knitting an integral substantially cylindrical body appropriately provided with a shape such as a collar as the supporter body 10, if appropriate end processing such as sewing each open end of the substantially cylindrical body, The supporter body 10 is in a completed state.
[0016]
After the supporter main body 10 is obtained, the attachment of the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 to the supporter main body 10 is a state in which the supporter main body 10 turned upside down, particularly the heel portion, is normally put on the foot and stretched. Forcibly stretches up, down, left and right. A non-breathable sheet 20 cut and aligned in a predetermined shape is applied to the stretched supporter body 10 just on the heel portion of the supporter body 10, and the non-breathable sheet 20 is heat-pressed to the supporter body 10 with a press device. And integrate. In this way, in the heel portion, the entire surface of the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is firmly integrated with the supporter body 10 in a state in which the knitted structure of the supporter body 10 is eaten, and is not easily separated even if the supporter body 10 is deformed and stretched.
[0017]
Next, the usage state of the moisturizing supporter according to the present embodiment will be described. Put the tip of the foot into the opening of one end of the moisturizing supporter 1 and put it on the foot 50 as it is, pull up the opening of the one end to the ankle part, and place the other end of the opening just around the back of the foot 50 from the arch. When the moisturizing supporter 1 is exactly aligned with the position where the foot 50 is to be worn, the supporter is put on. The moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is thin, and even when compared to a normal supporter or sock without the moisture-impermeable sheet 20, the feeling of wearing hardly changes.
[0018]
In this state, each part of the supporter body 10 fits and comes into close contact with the foot 50, and the rib portion 11 holds the position of the opening of the supporter body 10, so that even when walking, the movement of the foot 50 becomes large. The support body 10 is not greatly displaced with respect to the foot 50, the positional relationship between the non-moisture permeable sheet 20 and the heel is not changed, and moisture escaping from the skin of the heel portion is in direct contact with the heel portion. It can be surely prevented by the wet sheet 20, and the moisture of the skin can be kept securely by preventing the heel portion from drying.
[0019]
In addition, since the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is located on the inner surface of the supporter body 10, the heat retention effect by the far-infrared radiation of the far-infrared radiation ceramic component coated on the surface of the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 together with the moisturizing action, the silk protein component Moisture-adjusting action associated with hygroscopicity, antibacterial action by chitosan component, deodorizing action, and the like are added, and in a bag, a comfortable wearing feeling is obtained in combination with moisture maintenance by moisturizing. On the other hand, the toe portion of the foot 50 is exposed to the outside of the supporter body 10, so that air permeability to each toe can be secured, and even if the moisturizing supporter 1 is worn at bedtime, the foot 50 does not feel uncomfortable and sleeps. Does not disturb.
[0020]
From the wearing state of the moisturizing supporter 1, socks can be further worn on the outside as required, and the thin supporter body 10 does not float on the surface via the outer socks. Will not be damaged. Furthermore, the toes are not covered with the supporter main body 10, and the toes can be prevented from stuffy.
[0021]
Thus, in the moisture retention supporter according to the present embodiment, the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is integrally disposed by thermocompression bonding on the flange portion of the supporter main body 10 to impart moisture-impermeable properties to the supporter flange portion. Non-moisture permeable sheet 20 that is integrated into the body is not easily damaged by any movement of the foot, and the anti-drying function can be maintained in a constant state without shifting from the heel position, and the skin of the heel portion is dried. Thus, the skin can be prevented from being keratinized and the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 can be heat-pressed in a very short time, so that the production efficiency can be improved and the cost can be reduced. Moreover, even if the non-moisture permeable sheet 20 is integrated with the supporter main body 10, sufficient strength can be obtained even if the thickness is reduced, the uncomfortable feeling with respect to the presence of the non-moisture permeable sheet 20 can be reduced, and the wearing feeling can be improved. .
[0022]
( Second embodiment of the present invention)
A moisturizing supporter according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 3 , the moisturizing supporter according to the present embodiment includes a non-moisture permeable sheet 20 that is integrally heated and pressure-bonded on the inner side of the heel portion of the supporter body 10, similar to the moisturizing supporter 1 according to the first embodiment. In addition to the configuration, this heating and pressure bonding is applied to the thermoplastic resin sheet attached to the inner surface of the heel portion of the supporter body 10, and the thermoplastic resin is pressed out from the stitches of the supporter body 10 corresponding to the bottom surface of the heel portion. Thus, the anti-slip protrusion 21 is formed.
[0023]
Next, the manufacturing operation and function of the moisturizing supporter according to this embodiment based on the above configuration will be described. First, as in the case of the above-described embodiment, the moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is attached to the inner side of the heel portion of the supporter body 10, and the ridge portion of the supporter body 10 is expanded by extending the heel portion of the supporter body 10 from a plurality of directions. The moisture-impermeable sheet 20 is heated and pressed from the inside of the supporter body 10 in which the stitch 12 is expanded.
[0024]
This heating, the thermoplastic resin material moisture impermeable sheet 20 by pressing together with entering the stitch 12 is extruding from the stitch 12 which is expanded to form a non-slip protrusion 21. The thermoplastic resin material is pressed out from the stitches 12 that have entered and expanded into the stitches 12 to form the anti-slip projections 21, so that the non-moisture permeable sheet 20 can be firmly attached to the supporter body 10 in a thrown manner. And the anti-slip | projection protrusion part 21 can be formed reliably.
Further, by forming the anti-slip protrusion 21 on the flange portion of the supporter body 10, it is possible to prevent a fall due to slipping or the like during mounting.
[0025]
In the moisturizing supporter according to each of the above embodiments, a sheet made of a thermoplastic resin is used as the moisture-impermeable sheet 20, but other components can be used as long as they can be firmly integrated with the supporter body 10. It can also be configured to use a substantially sheet-like material that is impermeable to moisture. In particular, a strong and inexpensive material and a material with a good fit can be selected to further reduce costs and increase product value. You can also.
[0026]
Further, in the moisture retention supporter according to each of the above embodiments, the chemical composition in which a plurality of functional substances are mixed is applied to the surface of the non-moisture permeable sheet 20. It can also be made into the structure which kneads in a resin material and makes each component contain in the moisture-impermeable sheet 20, and it is hard to lose various substances through washing etc., and can maintain the function of each substance for a long period of time. .
Furthermore, in the moisturizing supporter according to each of the above embodiments, the supporter has a toe portion that is open, but a sock-type supporter that does not open the toe portion may be used.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the non-moisture permeable substantially sheet-like body is integrally disposed by thermocompression bonding in a predetermined portion including the substantially cylindrical body ridge forming the moisture retention supporter, and the moisture retention supporter is not permeable. By giving wetness, the substantially integrated sheet-like body crimping part that is firmly integrated is not easily damaged by any movement of the foot, and the drying prevention function can be maintained in a constant state without shifting from the heel position, The skin of the heel portion is protected from drying to prevent keratinization of the skin, and the thermocompression bonding of the substantially sheet-like body can be performed in a very short time, so that the production efficiency can be improved and the cost can be reduced. In addition, since the substantially sheet-like body is integrated with the supporter, sufficient strength can be obtained even if the thickness is reduced, the discomfort for the existence of the substantially sheet-like body can be reduced, and the wearing feeling can be improved. The moisturizing supporter does not need to have a double structure, and a thin structure can be worn on the outside with a sock with excellent design.
[0028]
Further, according to the present invention, the substantially sheet-like body portion is positioned on the inner surface side of the moisturizing supporter, and the substantially sheet-like body portion is brought into direct contact with the foot, whereby the moisture-impermeable substantially sheet-like body portion and the foot are There are no gaps between them, and the substantially sheet-like body portion follows the movement of the foot, so that the escape of moisture can be reliably suppressed, and the anti-drying performance can be further enhanced.
[0029]
Further, according to the present invention, the far-infrared radioactive ceramic is included in the substantially sheet-like body, and the substantially sheet-like body portion of the foot is provided with a function peculiar to the far-infrared radioactive ceramic at the substantially sheet-like body portion in contact with the foot. In addition to preventing the escape of moisture at the contact area, far-infrared radiation is emitted from the far-infrared radioactive ceramics in a substantially sheet-like body. It exerts a favorable influence on the substantially sheet-like body contact portion of the foot, such as exerting a deodorizing action, and has an effect of improving the quality as a product.
[0030]
In addition, according to the present invention, the silk protein is contained in the substantially sheet-like body, and the function specific to the silk protein is given to the substantially sheet-like body portion in contact with the foot. In addition to preventing air from escaping to the outside, it has excellent moisture conditioning performance of silk protein, including breathability and hygroscopicity to excess moisture. To provide a moist and comfortable feeling to the substantially sheet-like body contact portion of the foot, and has the effect of greatly improving the touch.
[0031]
In addition, according to the present invention, chitosan is included in the substantially sheet-like body, and a function peculiar to chitosan is given to the substantially sheet-like body portion in contact with the foot. In addition to preventing the growth of microorganisms that are the basis of unpleasant odors on the substantially sheet-like body, Chitosan's excellent antibacterial and deodorant performance can be demonstrated, while moisturizing feet such as wrinkles, Chitosan, which is mildly irritating to the skin, can safely maintain the clean state of the moisture-impermeable portion and has the effect of improving the quality of the product.
[0032]
Furthermore, since the synthetic resin material of the non-moisture permeable sheet-like body is heated and extended from the inner surface corresponding to the ridge portion of the substantially cylindrical body knitted in a mesh shape, the synthetic resin is moved to the outside of the substantially cylindrical body. The material protrudes to form an anti-slip projection, which has the effect of preventing a fall due to slipping when the supporter is mounted.
