Description
まず、実施の形態1にかかる被検体内位置検出システムについて説明する。本実施の形態1にかかる被検体内位置検出システムは、被検体1の内部に導入され、被検体内導入装置の一例として機能するテストカプセル2と、テストカプセル2の被検体1内部における位置の検出を行う位置検出装置3と、位置検出装置3によって検出されたテストカプセル2の位置情報を表示する表示装置4と、位置検出装置3と表示装置4との間の情報の受け渡しを行うための携帯型記録媒体5とを備える。

の関係が成立する。本実施の形態1にかかる被検体内位置検出システムは、後述するように(1)式に示す関係に基づいてテストカプセル2の位置を検出することとしている。

次に、実施の形態2にかかる被検体内位置検出システムについて説明する。本実施の形態2にかかる被検体内位置検出システムは、被検体内導入装置として定磁場発生手段のみならず所定の機能実行部および無線部を備えたカプセル型内視鏡と、定磁場発生手段より生じる定磁場に基づいて、被検体内におけるカプセル型内視鏡の位置の検出結果に基づいてカプセル型内視鏡から送信された無線信号を受信する複数のアンテナを切り替える位置情報導出装置とを備えた構成を有する。

Claims (6)
- 被検体内に導入され、該被検体内を移動する被検体内導入装置と、前記被検体に固定され、前記被検体内部における前記被検体内導入装置の位置を取得する位置検出装置と、を備えた被検体内位置検出システムであって、
前記被検体内導入装置は、
定磁場を前記被検体外部に出力する磁場発生手段と、
前記磁場発生手段の磁極配列方向を地表面に対して垂直に維持する磁極配列方向維持手段と、
を備え、
前記位置検出装置は、
一方向の磁場成分の強度を検出する磁場強度検出手段と、
前記磁場強度検出手段の検出方向を地表面に対して垂直に維持する磁場検出方向維持手段と、
前記磁場強度検出手段によって検出された磁場強度に基づいて前記被検体内における前記被検体内導入装置の位置を導出する位置情報導出手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする被検体内位置検出システム。 - 前記位置検出装置は、前記磁場度検出手段を複数備え、
前記位置情報導出手段は、前記複数の磁場強度検出手段において検出された磁場強度に基づいて前記被検体内導入装置と前記複数の磁場強度検出手段のそれぞれとの間の距離を導出し、導出した距離に基づいて前記被検体内導入装置の位置を導出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の被検体内位置検出システム。 - 前記被検体内導入装置は、
前記被検体内情報を取得する所定の機能実行手段と、
前記機能実行手段によって取得された前記被検体内情報を無線送信する無線送信手段と、
をさらに備え、
前記位置検出装置は、前記無線送信手段から送信された無線信号を受信する受信手段をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の被検体内位置検出システム。 - 前記受信手段は複数配置され、
前記位置検出装置は、前記位置情報導出手段によって導出された前記被検体内導入装置の位置に基づいて、無線信号の受信に使用する前記受信手段を選択する選択手段をさらに備えた特徴とする請求項3に記載の被検体内位置検出システム。 - 前記機能実行手段は、
前記被検体内を照射する照明手段と、
前記照明手段によって照射された領域の画像を取得する撮像手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の被検体内位置検出システム。 - 前記位置検出装置は、前記撮像手段によって取得された画像と、該画像の取得時における前記被検体内導入装置の位置とを対応づけて記憶する記憶手段をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の被検体内位置検出システム。
