この発明は、複数の同形の商品を各々区切って収容し、保管や運搬を行う仕切付包装用箱に関する。

従来、紙製の一枚のブランクシートを打ち抜いて形成され、ワンタッチで組み立てられる仕切付包装用箱がある。仕切付包装用箱は、例えば、1枚のブランクシートから一体的に打ち抜かれた箱体形成片であり、箱体を形成する四側面と、糊付片上蓋片と底蓋片が一体に設けられている。一側面の側方に糊付片を介して複数の仕切片が等間隔に連接されている。仕切付包装用箱は、組立状態で仕切片により箱内部が区切られる。このため緩衝性が高く、例えばガラス製のバイアル瓶等、壊れやすい商品を保護することができる。

一方、紙製の一枚のブランクシートを打ち抜いて形成された包装用箱は、破棄処分する際に、包装用箱を簡単につぶすことができるものとして、実公平7−48505号公報に開示されているような折り畳み容易な箱が提案されている。この箱は、外底板の先端中央付近に摘み部が設けられ、摘み部の両脇からこの外底板の基端部の折罫線両端部に達する一対の切離用弱化線が設けられている。そして外底板の、切離用弱化線の外側に位置する三角形の部分は、外底版の内側に位置する内底板に貼り付けられる貼着部となる。この折り畳み容易な箱は、使用後に処分する際は、外底板の摘み部を引き起こして切離用弱化線を切断する。外底板の貼着部は内底板の取り付けられたまま、外底板が分割され側面の形状維持機能を解除する。これにより側面は折り畳み可能となる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、一枚のブランクシートから一体的に打ち抜かれた箱体形成片により形成された仕切付包装用箱であり、前記箱体形成片には、互いに平行に連接された側面と、前記側面の一つから一体に設けられ前記箱体形成片の組立状態で前記箱体形成片の一部に糊付けされ箱体の開口部を閉鎖し開封時に開かれる上蓋片と、前記側面の一つから上蓋片と反対側の端部に一体に設けられ箱体の反対側の開口部を閉鎖する内側底蓋片と、前記内側底蓋片が設けられた前記側面に対して略平行に位置する側面の端部に一体に設けられ前記内側底蓋片の外側に糊付けされる外側底蓋片が設けられている仕切付包装用箱である。前記外側底蓋片は、連接された前記側面と反対側の先端部のほぼ全長にわたって前記内側底蓋片に糊付けされている。そして、糊付けされた部分と前記外側底蓋片が連接する側面の折罫線との間には、前記外側底蓋片の一対の側縁部に達する分割用の断続した切込線が設けられ、前記切込線は前記内側底蓋片に重ねられている。

以下、この発明の実施形態について図面に基づいて説明する。図1〜図3は、この発明の第一実施形態を示すもので、この実施形態の仕切付包装用箱10は、図3に示す箱体形成片11が、紙製等の一枚のブランクシートを打ち抜いて形成されている。この箱体形成片11は、側面12,14,16,18が一体に連接して形成されている。さらに側面12の側縁部には、仕切付包装用箱10の組立状態で側面18の内側に糊付される糊付片20が設けられている。糊付片20,側面12,14,16,18は各々折罫線22,24,26,28で区切られている。
