Description
Claims (4)
- 一端に支点を有し、他端に力点を有し、支点と力点の間に作用点を有する梃子部材と、
この梃子部材の作用点に連結され、梃子部材を回動させることにより、その軸方向に移動するシャフトと、
このシャフトの駆動方向先端に固設された押圧板と、
上記力点で上記梃子部材を回動自在且つ上記駆動方向を横切る方向に移動自在に支持した第1支持機構と、
上記支点で上記梃子部材を回動自在且つ上記駆動方向を横切る方向に移動自在に支持した第2支持機構と、
上記第1支持機構を上記駆動方向に付勢して上記支点を中心にして上記梃子部材を回動させることにより上記押圧板を駆動する第1駆動機構と、
上記第2支持機構を上記駆動方向に付勢して上記力点を中心にして上記梃子部材を回動させることにより上記押圧板を駆動する第2駆動機構と、
を備えていることを特徴とするプレス機構。 - 上記第1および第2支持機構の摺動摩擦は、上記梃子部材に作用する応力が上記作用点で相殺される値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレス機構。
- 上記梃子部材の支点から作用点までの距離、力点から作用点までの距離、上記第1支持機構の摺動摩擦、および上記第2支持機構の摺動摩擦は、上記摺動摩擦に起因して上記梃子部材に作用する応力が上記作用点で相殺されるように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレス機構。
- 上記支点から上記作用点までの距離と上記力点から上記作用点までの距離が等しく、上記第1および第2支持機構の摺動摩擦が等しいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプレス機構。
