Claims (8)
- 一定の内径を有して液体を実質的に軸方向に導く管状中空体(1)からなり、中空体(1)の外側にあるモーター固定子(7)によって回転させられる磁気支承式搬送部材(4)が中空体(1)の中に軸方向に整列して配置され、かつ磁気支承を有する搬送部材(4)が回転翼(11)を備えている液体の軸方向搬送のための装置において、
磁気支承が流体支承と組み合わせられており、
搬送部材(4)の支承が能動的に(actively)安定化された軸方向磁気支承、受動的(passive)半径方向磁気支承及び半径方向流体支承(13)を有しており、
半径方向流体支承は、搬送部材(4)と結合された中空円筒形の回転対称支持リング(13)であって、該支持リング(13)が、モーター回転子(8)において前記液体が導かれる側の先端のみに配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 支持リング(13)が回転翼(11)と同じ半径方向寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 支持リング(13)と回転翼(11)が結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 支持リング(13)が、搬送部材(4)の回転翼(11)への流入の調節のための半径方向輪郭(profile)を設けることができる半径方向寸法(厚さ)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 回転翼(11)が全長にわたり支持リング(13)によって半径方向に画定されるような軸方向長さで、支持リング(13)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 管形中空体(1)の内側に対向する支持リング(13)の走行面(14)が非常運転特性と、さらに生体適合性(bio−compatible)を備えた表面被覆を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 支持リング(13)の内面(16)が輪郭(15)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 支持リング(13)の走行面(14)が走行線(17)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
