【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この洗眼器は構造が簡単で、重量も軽く取り扱いの便利な優れたものではあるが、その構造上ポリプロピレンやポリエチレン等の一般的な合成樹脂により一般的な成形方法では形成が困難で、例えば、ゴム等の柔軟な材料を用いて射出成形により形成することは可能である。しかしながら、ゴム等の柔軟な材料を洗眼器に使用する場合には、直接的或いは間接的に接触する眼球や皮膚に悪影響を及ぼすものもあるため、使用できる柔軟な材料に制限があり、しかもそれらはシリコンゴムやブチルゴム等の一般に高価なものとなる。

本発明は上記した点に鑑みなされたもので、高価な材料は部分的に必要最小限に止めて、主要部分を合成樹脂により形成することができて全体的なコストダウンを図れ、また、軽量で、構造も簡単な洗眼器を提案する。また、顔に当たる部分を柔軟で弾力性のある部材により形成することにより、噴出液が溢れたり,洩れたりすることがなく、洗浄も容易に行える洗眼器を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第1の手段として、以下の通り構成した。即ち、合成樹脂製の本体2と、該本体に着脱可能に嵌着するとともに、柔軟で弾力性に富む材質であるシリコンゴム又はブチルゴムより形成してなる補助部材3とからなり、上記本体2は、有底の蛇腹筒5上端開口縁部より外方へフランジ状底壁6を延設するとともに、該底壁周縁部より上方へフード筒7を立設してなる本体形成筒部9aと、本体形成筒部上端縁より上方へ延設した切除筒部9bとからなるブロー成形品9を、切除筒部9bを切断除去することにより形成した本体であり、上記補助部材3は、蛇腹筒5の上端開口縁部に周縁部を密嵌した噴出孔13付きの底板14を有するとともに、底板14周縁部より上方へ延設した連結板15を介してフード筒7上端部に被覆嵌着した環状のカバー枠16を延設してなる補助部材であることを特徴とする洗眼器として構成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

図面に示す如く、本発明の洗眼器1は、本体2と、補助部材3とを備えている。
