Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a hose used in a vacuum cleaner, and a vacuum cleaner, and in particular, an exhaust gas recirculation (exhaust recirculation) that recirculates exhaust from an electric blower built in a vacuum cleaner body to a suction tool or the like via a hose and a pipe. (Circulation) type vacuum cleaner and hose.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general floor-moving type electric vacuum cleaners, all exhaust from the electric blower built in the main body of the vacuum cleaner is exhausted to the outside through an exhaust port formed on the back side of the main body. Since all the exhaust from is exhausted, it is blown out to the outside with considerable momentum. Therefore, there is a problem in that dust that stagnates on the floor surface or carpet rises due to the exhaust air and diffuses into the room.
[0003]
For the purpose of reducing exhaust air blown out to the outside or increasing the dust collection effect, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 39-36553 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-135595, There has been proposed an electric vacuum cleaner in which a hose, a pipe, and a suction tool connected to a vacuum cleaner main body are formed with an exhaust passage for returning part or all of exhaust from an electric blower together with an intake passage.
[0004]
In the above, the hose and the pipe are configured in a double structure, the intake flow path is formed on the inside, the exhaust flow path is formed on the outside, and when the bellows-like hose has a concentric double structure, the outer hose Has a large diameter and the inner hose has a small diameter.
[0005]
In general, a bellows-like hose is formed in a cylindrical shape by winding a strip-shaped long member made of resin, and is formed in a spiral shape by fusing the joints of adjacent long members. Therefore, the hose formed with a small diameter is more likely to contract in the tube axis direction than the hose formed with a large diameter, and the hose with a small diameter has a property that it tends to shrink in the tube axis direction over time. Have.
[0006]
Therefore, as in the above prior art, in the case where the hose has a double structure, when the inner hose and the outer hose are assembled to the same length, when the inner hose contracts due to a change in diameter, with the contraction of the inner hose, While the inner hose is applied with a force pulled in the extension direction by the outer hose, the outer hose is applied with a force in the contracting direction, so that both the inner hose and the outer hose are constantly loaded. There is a problem that durability of the outer hose is lowered.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention relates to an electric vacuum cleaner provided with a hose capable of preventing breakage due to a change in diameter, in which exhaust from an electric blower built in a vacuum cleaner body is recirculated to a suction tool or the like via a hose and a pipe. It is an issue to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0009]
Further, the vacuum cleaner hose of the present invention is composed of an outer hose and an inner hose, and each hose is formed in a tubular shape by winding a long member and fusing a joint portion; A vacuum cleaner hose comprising a first connecting pipe disposed on one end side of the outer hose and the inner hose and a second connecting pipe disposed on the other end side of the outer hose and the inner hose. The inner hose is longer than the outer hose.
[0011]
In addition, the vacuum cleaner of the present invention has an intake passage and an exhaust passage for recirculating exhaust air from the electric blower in a hose, a connecting pipe, and a suction tool connected to a vacuum cleaner body incorporating the electric blower. A vacuum cleaner comprising: an outer hose, an inner hose, an outer hose, and a first connecting pipe disposed on one end side of the inner hose; the outer hose and the other end of the inner hose. An exhaust passage and an intake passage are formed from the second connecting pipe, and the inner hose is made longer than the outer hose.
[0012]
It is desirable that an intake flow path be formed by the inner hose and an exhaust flow path be formed between the outer hose and the inner hose.
[0013]

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a cylindrical outer pipe 18 and a plurality of supports on the outer pipe 18. It has a double structure composed of the inner pipe 19 integrally formed by the rib 19a.
[0019]
One end of the outer pipe 18 attached to the hose connection port 5 is formed with a locking claw 18a that is locked to a locked portion 5a provided in the hose connection port 5, while the other end is An outer rib 18b formed in a screw shape is formed to be inclined with respect to the tube axis direction.
[0020]
The inner pipe 19 is formed longer than the outer pipe 18 so that one end side attached to the hose connection port 5 protrudes into the dust collection chamber 9 from the hose insertion port 9a. On the other hand, the other end side of the inner pipe 19 is also formed longer than the outer pipe 18, and an inner rib 19b that is inclined in the same direction as the outer rib 18b of the outer pipe 18 is formed on the outer peripheral side. Reference numeral 20 denotes a cylindrical cover provided so as to cover a connection portion between the main body side hose connection portion 17 and the hose 21.
[0021]

Projecting to communicate with the inside of the dust collection chamber 9, and the inside of the inner pipe 19 becomes the intake passage A2. Further, the outer pipe 18 communicates with the exhaust flow path B1 in the cleaner body 1, and the space between the outer pipe 18 and the inner pipe 19 becomes the exhaust flow path B2.
[0022]
Reference numeral 21 denotes a hose having one end attached to the hose connecting portion 17 on the main body side and the other end attached to a hose connecting portion 27 to be described later, and a double structure comprising an outer hose 22 and an inner hose 23 as shown in FIG. It has become.
As shown in FIG. 6, the outer hose 22 is formed into a tubular shape by spirally winding a long member formed in a band shape, and the central portion in the width direction of the long member and the long member. Spiral ridges 22b and 22c are respectively formed on the joint portion 22a of the member.
[0023]
In this embodiment, the long member is formed of a translucent resin (styrene elastomer in this embodiment), and the protrusions 22b and 22c are milky white on the resin (polypropylene in this embodiment). It is formed by adding a coloring agent.
[0024]
Conductive coils 22d and 22e as signal lines are respectively provided in the protrusions 22b and 22c. The coils 22d and 22e are tin-plated. When the coils 22d and 22e are disposed in the milky white ridges 22b and 22c, the coils 22d and 22e are difficult to see.
[0025]
The outer hose 22 is one of the long members adjacent to the coil 22b while the coil 22e is preliminarily disposed and the long member formed with the protrusion 22c so as to cover the coil 22e is spirally wound. It is formed by winding the side 22, that is, the joining portion 22 a so as to be positioned, and covering the coil 22 b with a milky white resin that becomes the protrusion 22 b and heat-sealing the joining portions 22 a of the adjacent long members. The
[0026]
The outer hose 22 is formed of a translucent resin, and the protrusions 22b and 22c are milky white, so that the appearance of the hose 21 can be shown small, and the coil 22d that is a signal line, 22e becomes difficult to see and the appearance can be improved. Further, since the coils 22d and 22e, which are signal lines, are difficult to see, the user can be prevented from feeling uneasy.
[0027]
Furthermore, since the coils 22d and 22e are tin-plated, the coils 22d and 22e are less noticeable in the ridges 22b and 22c formed in milky white, and the appearance can be further improved.
In addition, since the coils 22d and 22e are disposed at positions away from the joint portion 22a of the long member, the coils 22d and 22e are joined with a gap between adjacent long members when the outer hose 22 is formed. Even in this case, the coils 22d and 22e are not exposed to the inside of the outer hose 22, and inconveniences such as a short circuit of the coils 22d and 22e can be prevented.
[0028]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, the inner hose 23 is formed in a tubular shape by spirally winding a long member, and a central portion in the width direction of the long member and a joint portion 23a of the long member. Helical projections 23b and 23c are formed respectively.
[0029]
In the present embodiment, the inner hose 23 is made of a long member made opaque with a resin (styrene elastomer) colored by adding a colorant, and the protrusions 22b and 22c are also long. It is formed of a resin (polypropylene) having the same color as the scale member.
[0030]
Similarly to the outer hose 22, the inner hose 23 spirally winds a long member on which the ridge 23c is formed in advance, and the joint 23a of the adjacent long members is used as a resin to become the ridge 23b. It is formed by heat sealing.
[0031]
First, the hose 21 is screwed in the inner hose 23 into the inner rib 19b. At this time, one end side to which the hose 21 of the inner pipe 19 is connected protrudes from one end side of the outer pipe 18. The inner hose 23 can be inserted and attached once. Therefore, the inner hose 23 can be easily attached.
[0032]
Next, as in the case of the inner hose 23, the outer hose 22 is screwed into the outer rib 18b, and the mounting of the hose 21 to the main body side hose connecting portion 17 is completed. At this time, the inside of the inner hose 23 communicates with the intake flow path A2 of the main body side hose connection part 17 to become the intake flow path A3, while the exhaust between the outer side hose 22 and the inner hose 23 is exhausted by the main body side hose connection part 17. It communicates with the flow path B2 and becomes the exhaust flow path B3.
[0033]
The inner hose 23 is set longer than the outer hose, and in a state where both ends of the inner hose 23 and the outer hose 22 are connected to the main body side hose connecting portion 17 and the hose connecting portion 27 of the grip portion 24, respectively. As shown in FIG. 2, the inner hose 23 is assembled in a loose state in the outer hose 22.
[0034]
Reference numeral 24 denotes a grip portion to which the hose 21 is connected at one end side and a connecting pipe 32 to be described later is attached to the other end side. A handle portion 35 to which the connecting pipe 32 is attached and one end side of the handle portion 35 are freely rotatable. And a hose connection portion 27 to which the hose 21 is connected on the other end side.
[0035]
The hose connecting portion 27 has a double structure including a cylindrical outer pipe 28 and an inner pipe 29 integrally formed with the outer pipe 28 by a support rib 29a. A cover 31 is provided so as to cover.
[0036]
Outer ribs 28 a and inner ribs 29 a having the same inclination as the outer ribs 18 b and inner ribs 19 b of the main body side hose connection portion 17 are formed on the outer circumferences of the outer pipe 28 and the inner pipe 29, respectively. Since the inner hose 23 and the inner hose 23 can be twisted in the same direction, the assembling work is facilitated.
[0037]
At this time, the space between the outer pipe 28 and the inner pipe 29 communicates with the exhaust passage B3 of the hose 21 to form an exhaust passage B4. Further, the inside of the inner pipe 29 communicates with the intake flow path A3 in the hose 21 and becomes the intake flow path A4.
[0038]
The handle portion 35 includes a U-shaped tubular portion 25 and a handle 26 extending above the tubular portion 25, and a mounting opening 25a to which the connecting pipe 32 is mounted is formed. A clamp 25b is provided on the top of the opening 25a. In addition, a cylindrical portion 30 is formed in the interior, which communicates with the mounting opening 25a and into which the end portion of the inner pipe 29 is inserted. The cylindrical portion 30 communicates with the intake flow path A4 of the inner pipe 29 and takes in the intake air. In addition to the flow path A5, the space between the outer side of the cylindrical portion 30 and the outer periphery of the grip portion 24 is connected to the exhaust flow path B4 formed by the inner pipe 29 and the outer pipe 28, thereby forming the exhaust flow path B5.
[0039]
Reference numeral 32 denotes a connection pipe which is locked to the clamp 25b and is attached to the attachment opening 25a of the grip portion 24, and is formed by connecting two pipes 32a. As shown in FIG. 9, the connecting pipe 32 includes an outer cylindrical portion 32b having a substantially circular cross section and an inner cylindrical portion 32c that is eccentric to the outer cylindrical portion 32b and whose upper portion is integrally formed with the outer cylindrical portion 32b. A crescent-shaped space is formed by the inner cylindrical portion 32c and the outer cylindrical portion 32b. When the connecting pipe 32 is attached to the grip portion 24, the inner tubular portion 32c communicates with the intake passage A5 of the grip portion 24 to form the intake passage A6 therein, and the outer tubular portion 32b. The inner cylindrical portion 32c communicates with the exhaust passage B5 of the grip portion 24 to form an exhaust passage B6.
[0040]
Further, the exhaust passing through the exhaust passage B6 is clean air from which dust has been removed through the dust collection bag 10 and the fine dust filter 12 of the cleaner body 1, and therefore is clogged with dust like the inner cylindrical portion 32c. Focusing on the fact that it is not necessary to form a substantially circular cross section in consideration, in this embodiment, the exhaust passage B6 is formed in a substantially crescent shape as described above, and the outer cylindrical portion 32b is formed in a substantially circular cross section. In addition, the connecting pipe 21 is made compact.
[0041]
Reference numeral 33 denotes a suction tool connected to the connection pipe 32. The joint pipes 33a and 33b to which the connection pipe 32 is connected are formed in a concentric double structure, and a fitting portion with the connection pipe 32 is connected to the connection pipe 32. It has the same shape.
[0042]
Thus, when the electric vacuum cleaner configured as described above is used, the air mixed with the dust sucked from the suction tool 33 by the suction of the electric blower 14 causes the intake passage A5 of the connection pipe 32 and the suction air of the hose 21 to be sucked. It is taken into the cleaner body 1 through the flow path A3. In the vacuum cleaner main body 1, dust is removed by the dust bag 10, and the purified air is sucked into the electric blower 14 through the fine dust filter 12 to cool the electric blower 14.
[0043]
A part of the exhaust from the electric blower 14 is discharged to the outside through the exhaust hole 6 of the cleaner body 1, and the other passes from the exhaust passage B 1 of the cleaner body 1 to the exhaust passage B 3 of the hose 21. At this time, since the direction of the protrusions 22b and 22c of the outer hose 22 and the direction of the protrusion 23 of the inner hose 23 are formed in the same direction, it flows between the outer hose 22 and the inner hose 23 by the protrusion 23. Ventilation resistance to air is reduced, and loss in the exhaust passage B3 of the hose 21 can be suppressed.
[0044]
Then, after passing through the exhaust passage B3 of the hose 21, it passes through the exhaust passage B6 of the connection pipe 32 and circulates to the suction tool 33, and again takes in the intake air of the connection pipe 32 together with the dust raised by the exhaust air. It will circulate to channel A6.
[0045]
By recirculating part of the exhaust as described above, the exhaust air blown to the outside is reduced and weakened, so that it is possible to effectively suppress the dust in the room being cleaned.
[0046]
The inner hose 23 is set longer than the outer hose, and in a state where both ends of the inner hose 23 and the outer hose 22 are connected to the main body side hose connecting portion 17 and the hose connecting portion 27 of the grip portion 24, respectively. Can be assembled in a loose state in the outer hose 22, so that even if the inner hose 23 contracts due to changes in age, the inner hose 23 itself contracts without applying a load to the outer hose 22. It can absorb and can prevent the outer hose 22 and the inner hose 23 from being damaged.
[0047]
Since the exhaust of the electric blower is circulated as in the present embodiment, the hose having a double structure is difficult to check even if the inner hose 23 is damaged. Therefore, as in the present embodiment, the inner hose 23 It is extremely important that the inner hose 23 is prevented from being damaged by assembling it in a loosened state.
[0048]
Furthermore, by loosening the inner hose 23 in the outer hose 22, the cross-sectional shape between the inner hose 23 and the outer hose 22 changes in an irregular manner. Since an exhaust passage that does not contain dust is provided between the outer hose 22 and the outer hose 22, no clogging occurs in the outer hose 22.
[0049]
Since the winding direction of the inner hose 23 and the winding direction of the outer hose 22 are the same, the inner hose 23 and the outer hose 22 are easily bent and twisted in the same direction. Accordingly, when the hose 21 is twisted or bent while the cleaner body 1 is in use, the outer hose 22 and the inner hose 23 follow each other and are twisted or bent. As for 23, the flexibility of hose 21 is ensured, without mutually resisting torsion and bending.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
[0052]
According to claim 1 of the present invention, even when the inner hose contracted by aging, can be absorbed shrinkage inside the hose itself without imposing a load to the outer hose, it can prevent damage to the outer hose.
[0053]
Further, even when the outer hose extends due to a change in diameter, since the inner hose is formed longer than the outer hose, the inner hose can cope with the extension of the outer hose, and the inner hose can be prevented from being damaged.
[0056]
According to claim 2 of the present invention, even when the inner hose contracts due to aging, the inner hose itself can absorb the contraction without applying a load to the outer hose, and the outer hose can be prevented from being damaged.
[0057]
In addition, even when the outer hose is extended due to changes in diameter, the inner hose is set in a slack state at the hose assembly stage, so the inner hose can cope with the extension of the outer hose and can prevent the inner hose from being damaged. .
[0058]
According to claim 3 of the present invention, even when the inner hose contracts due to aging, the inner hose itself can absorb the contraction without applying a load to the outer hose, and the outer hose can be prevented from being damaged.
[0059]
In addition, even when the outer hose is extended due to changes in diameter, the inner hose is set in a slack state at the hose assembly stage, so the inner hose can cope with the extension of the outer hose and can prevent the inner hose from being damaged. .
[0060]
Furthermore, when the inner hose is loosened in the outer hose, the cross-sectional shape between the inner hose and the outer hose changes in an irregular shape. Since the space is an exhaust passage that does not contain dust, no clogging occurs in the outer hose.
