【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a polishing cloth holding device for holding a polishing cloth disposed opposite to a game ball to be transported, and in particular, by winding a used polishing cloth from one end, The present invention relates to a polishing cloth clamping device attached to a lifting and polishing apparatus configured to replace a polishing cloth with a new portion fed from a supply roll.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a device for lifting a pachinko ball as a game ball from the lower part to the upper part of the pachinko island, there is known a lift polishing apparatus that lifts the game ball while polishing it with a belt-like polishing cloth.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 9, the lifting and polishing apparatus 801 is erected at the center of a pachinko island 803 in which a plurality of pachinko machines 802 are arranged in parallel. Pachinko balls used in each pachinko machine 802 are collected in a lower tank 805 disposed in the lower center of the pachinko island 803 through a collection basket 804 installed below the pachinko machine 802. Thereafter, it is taken into the lift polishing apparatus 801 and polished while being transported toward the upper tank 806 disposed on the upper stage of the pachinko island 803. Then, the polished pachinko balls are resupplied from the upper tank 806 to the respective pachinko machines 802 through the replenishment rod 807.
[0004]
FIG. 10 shows an EE cross section of the lift polishing apparatus of FIG. As shown in FIG. 10, the back surface of the polishing cloth 811 inside the guide frame 810 is supported by a guide rail 813 in which a plurality of grooves are formed in parallel corresponding to the pachinko balls 812. The polishing cloth 811 is disposed to face a plurality of pachinko balls that are fed in parallel by the lifting belt 814 and is pressed against the pachinko balls 812 by the elastic force of the elastic mat 815.
[0005]
FIG. 11 is a DD longitudinal sectional view of the lift polishing apparatus of FIG. 9 and shows a state in which the polishing pad 811 is attached. As shown in FIG. 11, an upper and lower driven roller 821 and a driving roller 822 are provided inside a guide frame 810 of the lifting and polishing apparatus 801, and a plurality of backup rollers 823 are arranged at predetermined intervals between both rollers. It is set up. An endless ring-shaped lifting belt 814 is stretched around these rollers, and a driving roller 822 is driven to rotate by a motor 824, whereby the lifting belt 814 is rotated.
[0006]
By the way, in the lift polishing apparatus 801, when the polishing cloth 811 is used for a predetermined time, a dirty portion of the polishing cloth 811 is wound up and an unused portion that is not dirty is used.
[0007]
Therefore, the polishing cloth 811 is securely locked to the outside of the guide frame 810 so that the polishing cloth 811 does not move following the lifting direction of the pachinko balls 812 when the lifting polishing apparatus 801 is operated. A tensioner 830 and a holder 840 serving as a clamping device configured to open the polishing cloth 811 are wound up and down.
[0008]
As such a clamping device, in Patent Document 1, a bar member serving as a clamping member is prepared, an eccentric shaft of the bar member is supported on a support plate, and an operation handle for rotating the bar member around the eccentric shaft is a bar. There is described a structure in which a resistance plate is disposed on a member and is opposed to a rod member via a polishing cloth. In this clamping device, when the lifting and polishing apparatus is in operation, the arc member on the side facing the eccentric shaft side is pressed against the polishing cloth, and the polishing cloth is clamped by the arc and the resistance plate to lift the pachinko ball. Abrasive cloth is locked to the direction.
[0009]
When the polishing cloth is wound, the rod member is rotated around the eccentric shaft by operating the operation handle, and the polishing cloth is released by separating the arc member on the side opposite to the eccentric shaft side of the rod member from the polishing cloth. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the technique described in Patent Document 1 has a problem that the efficiency of the polishing cloth winding operation is low because the operation handle has to be operated each time the polishing cloth is wound.
[0012]
Further, each time the rod member rotates, a load is applied to the eccentric shaft of the rod member and the bearing portion of the support plate that supports the rod shaft, which causes a problem that the durability of the clamping device is lowered.
[0013]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems of the prior art, and provides an abrasive cloth clamping device capable of improving the efficiency of the winding operation of the abrasive cloth and the durability of the apparatus itself. The purpose is to do.
[0014]

[0017]
The present invention operates as follows.
In use, the polishing cloth (20) is formed between the edge (102a) of the protruding member (102) and the rear edge (107) of the clamping member (104) and between the clamping member (104) and the resistance member (120). It is bridged to pass through. When the polishing cloth (20) is bridged, the rotating shaft (110) is once pulled out to remove the clamping member (104), and the polishing cloth (20) is bridged as described above and then the clamping member (104). Is set to the original position, and then the pivot shaft (110) is returned to the support mechanism (103, 103a, 105, 108, 110, etc.). By properly setting the polishing cloth (20) in the clamping device (100), the base member (101) is moved from the protruding member (102) side to the front edge (106) side by the biasing means (134). Urged in the direction, thereby tensioning the polishing cloth (20).
[0018]
When tension is applied to the polishing cloth (20), the polishing cloth (20) linearly connects the top of the edge (102a) of the protruding member (102) and the front edge (106) of the holding member (104). The rear edge (107) of the clamping member (104) is pressed and lifted away from the resistance member (120) by the polishing cloth (20). As a result, the clamping member (104) rotates about the rotation axis (110), the front edge (106) side is pressed against the resistance member (120), and a force for clamping the polishing cloth (20) is generated. . The polishing cloth (20) is firmly clamped and fixed between the front edge (106) of the clamping member (104) and the resistance member (120) by this clamping force.
[0019]
On the other hand, when the polishing cloth (20) is pulled from the front edge portion (106), the holding force as described above does not occur. Therefore, the polishing cloth (20) can be held without any special opening operation. It can be pulled out from the front edge (106) side of (104). Therefore, if the used polishing cloth (20) is wound up from the front edge portion (106) side of the clamping member (104), the replacement work to a new portion sent out from the supply roll can be easily performed. The efficiency of the winding operation of the polishing cloth (20) is improved.
[0020]
Further, since it is not necessary to remove the clamping member (104) every time the polishing cloth (20) is wound, the burden on the clamping mechanism and the supporting mechanism (103, 103a, 105, 108, 110, etc.), for example, the rotation shaft (110) and the load on the support plate can be reduced, and the durability of the clamping device (100) itself can be improved.
[0021]
In the case where the pivot shaft (110) is arranged close to the front edge portion (106), when the rear edge portion (107) is lifted by the stretched polishing cloth (20), the lever is used. The front edge (106) side is pressed toward the resistance member (120) with a larger force. As a result, the polishing cloth (20) can be firmly held and locked.
[0022]
In the case where the handle portion (111) is formed by bending the end portion of the rotation shaft (110) into an L shape, the rotation shaft (110) can be easily inserted and removed. Further, when the support mechanism (103) is provided with a locking means (112) for locking the handle (111) in a state where the rotation shaft (110) is set, the falling of the rotation shaft (110) is prevented. Is done.
[0023]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Each figure shows an embodiment of the present invention.
The polishing cloth clamping apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention is used as the tensioner 100 and the holder 200 in the same lift polishing apparatus as that shown in FIGS.
[0024]
1 to 7 show a tensioner 100 as an abrasive cloth clamping device according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the tensioner 100 has a slide plate 101 as a base member, and a protruding member 102 having an edge portion 102 a protruding along one side of the slide plate 101. Support plates 103 are erected from both sides of the slide plate 101 orthogonal to the protruding member 102.
[0025]
Between the support plates 103, a sandwiching member 104 having a width that just fits between them is inserted. The sandwiching member 104 includes a substantially rectangular bottom surface, a support receiving plate 105 erected so as to face the support plate 103 from two opposite sides of the bottom surface, and a front surface formed on the other two opposite sides of the bottom surface. It is composed of an edge portion 106 and a rear edge portion 107. The protruding member 102 is adjacent to the side of the rear edge 107 and forms an edge 102a protruding from the side of the resistance member 120 described later. As shown in FIG. 3, each support receiving plate 105 is formed with a round hole 108 having substantially the same size at a position corresponding to the insertion hole 103 a formed in the support plate 103. The round hole 108 is opened by being shifted toward the front edge 106 rather than the center of the rear edge 107 and the front edge 106.
[0026]
In a state where the insertion hole 103a provided in the support plate 103 and the round hole 108 formed in the support receiving plate 105 of the holding member 104 are aligned, a pin 110 as a rotation shaft is formed so as to penetrate these holes. Inserted as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the pin 110 is formed by bending an end portion of a rod-shaped member having a circular cross section into an L shape, and an end portion bent into the L shape forms a handle portion 111. The holding member 104 is pivotally supported by a pin 110 inserted so as to pass through the insertion hole 103 a of the support plate 103 and the round hole 108 formed in the support receiving plate 105 of the holding member 104.
[0027]
On one outer surface of the support plate 103, there is provided a pin fixing portion 112 for locking the handle portion 111 of the pin 110 that is inserted and set so as to pivotally support the holding member 104. The pin fixing portion 112 has a U-shaped cross section so as to receive the handle portion 111 of the pin 110.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a resistance plate 120 as a resistance member is provided in a portion of the slide plate 101 facing the clamping member 104. The resistance material 120 is made of canvas (flax cloth) for obtaining a static frictional force, and is affixed to the slide plate 101 over the full width of the holding member 104 in the left-right direction. Note that an extremely thick cotton fabric may be attached as the resistance plate 120.
[0029]
When the slide plate 101 and the bottom surface of the clamping member 104 are substantially parallel, the hole positions of the insertion hole 103a and the round hole 108 are set so that a slightly larger gap is generated between the slide plate 101 and the sandwiching member 104 than when one polishing cloth passes. . The support mechanism for the clamping member 104 includes a support plate 103, an insertion hole 103a, a support receiving plate 105, a round hole 108, a pin 110, and the like.
[0030]
The tensioner 100 is slidably attached to the back surface of the guide frame 10 of the lift polishing apparatus along the longitudinal direction thereof. As shown in FIG. 2, two long holes 131 extending in the sliding direction are formed in the slide plate 101 in parallel. A rectangular mounting plate 133 is screwed to the guide frame from the outside of the slide plate 101 through screws 132 through the long holes 131. Even when the screw 132 is tightened, a gap that allows the slide plate 101 to slide is secured between the guide frame 10 and the mounting plate 133.
[0031]
1 and 2 indicate the direction of tension applied to the polishing pad 20 by urging the slide plate 101 downward by the spring 134. Moreover, the arrow B of FIG. 1 has shown the extraction direction (winding direction) at the time of winding up the used abrasive cloth 20. As shown in FIG.
[0032]
The mounting plate 133 also functions as a stopper that regulates the slidable range of the slide plate 101. One end of a spring 134 as an urging means is locked to the end of the slide plate 101 opposite to the side on which the protruding member 102 is provided, and the other end of the spring 134 is locked to the back surface of the guide frame 10. The tensioner 100 is urged by the spring 134 in the direction of arrow B in FIG. The holder 200 has the same configuration as that of the tensioner 100 except that the holder 200 is non-slidably attached to the guide frame 10, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0033]
3 to 6 show a procedure for attaching the polishing cloth 20 to the tensioner 100. First, as shown in FIG. 3, with the pin 110 removed and the holding member 104 removed from the slide plate 101, the polishing pad 20 is placed over the front surface of the slide plate 101. Then, the holding member 104 is brought close to the slide plate 101 from the side of the polishing pad 20 so that the positions of the round hole 108 of the holding member 104 and the insertion hole 103a of the support plate 103 of the slide plate 101 are aligned, as shown in FIG. Set it at such a mounting position.
[0034]
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the pin 110 is inserted so as to penetrate the insertion hole 103 a and the round hole 108, and the pin 110 is turned as shown in FIG. 5 to fit the handle portion 111 into the pin fixing portion 112. FIG. 6 shows a state where the polishing cloth 20 has been set. As a result, the polishing pad 20 is stretched between the protruding member 102 and the rear edge portion 107 and between the bottom surface of the clamping member 104 and the resistance plate 120.
[0035]
When the spring 134 is contracted as shown in FIG. 7A, no tension is generated in the polishing pad 20. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7B, the slide plate 101 is pulled and slid in the direction indicated by the arrow C in the drawing from the protruding member 102 side, thereby forming a state where the spring 134 is extended. In this state, the polishing pad 20 is pulled from the front edge portion 106 side to loosen the polishing pad 20. When the hand is released from the slide plate 101, the slide plate 101 is urged downward as indicated by an arrow F in FIG. 7B by its own weight and the pulling force of the spring 134, and tension is applied to the polishing pad 20.
[0036]
In this way, when tension is applied to the polishing cloth 20 that is bent and stretched between the edge portion 102a of the protruding member 102 and the rear edge portion 107 of the clamping member 104, the edge portion of the protruding member 102 is Polishing cloth 20 is stretched between 102a and the front edge portion 106 of the clamping member 104, and a force for rotating the clamping member 104 acts in the direction indicated by the arrow D in FIG. That is, when the polishing cloth 20 is tight, the rear edge 107 of the clamping member 104 is lifted away from the resistance plate 120 and the slide plate 101. When the rear edge 107 is displaced in a direction away from the resistance plate 120 or the slide plate 101, the posture of the front edge 106 of the holding member 104 is changed so as to approach the resistance plate 120.
[0037]
When the leading edge 106 is pressed against the resistance plate 120 as the trailing edge 107 of the clamping member 104 is lifted, the force that holds the polishing pad 20 between the leading edge 106 and the resistance plate 120 according to the lever principle. Occurs, and the polishing pad 20 is firmly fixed. That is, considering the pin 110 as a fulcrum, the rear edge 107 of the clamping member 104 as a power point, and the front edge 106 of the clamping member 104 as an action point, even if the tension of the polishing cloth 20 acting on the rear edge 107 is small, The longer the distance from the pin 110 to the rear edge 107 and the shorter the distance from the pin 110 to the front edge 106, the greater the force acting on the front edge 106 and The clamping force can be increased.
[0038]
In this way, by arranging the pins 110 so as to be close to the front edge portion 106 side, when the rear edge portion 107 is lifted by the stretched polishing cloth 20, the lever 110 The side is pressed toward the resistance member 120 with a larger force, and the polishing pad 20 can be firmly held. Further, since the clamping force acts only when tension is applied, it becomes easier to pull out the polishing cloth 20 from the front edge portion 106 side, and the efficiency of the winding operation of the polishing cloth 20 is improved.
[0039]
FIG. 8 schematically shows a state in which the tensioner 100 and the holder 200 are attached to the guide frame 10 and a state in which the polishing pad 20 is bridged. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the part similar to FIG. 9, and those description is abbreviate | omitted. The arrow E in the figure indicates the direction of lifting the pachinko balls. The tensioner 100 is the winding side of the polishing pad 20, and the holder 200 is the sending side of the polishing pad 20.
[0040]
While the pachinko ball is being lifted, the polishing cloth 20 is pulled in the lifting direction indicated by the arrow E in FIG. 8 and the polishing cloth 20 tends to sag in the tensioner 100, but the tensioner 100 is attached downward by the spring 134. Therefore, the polishing pad 20 is maintained in a state of being erected with an appropriate tension. As a result, the rear edge portion 107 of the clamping member 104 is lifted by the polishing cloth 20 in the direction indicated by the arrow D in FIG. 7B, and a force for holding the polishing cloth 20 by the front edge portion 106 and the resistance plate 120 is generated. The state is maintained and the polishing pad 20 is firmly held.
[0041]
On the other hand, when the used polishing cloth 20 is wound up, the holder 200 is unpinned to form an open state and polished from the tensioner 100 side in the direction of arrow F in FIGS. 7B and 8. Pull the fabric 20. In this case, the tensioner 100 is not pinched as described above. Therefore, with respect to the tensioner 100, the polishing pad 20 can be pulled out from the front edge portion 106 side of the holding member 104 without removing the pin 110. When pulling the polishing cloth 20 in the direction of arrow F, as shown in FIG. 8, the polishing cloth 20 is pulled slightly diagonally away from the guide frame 10, not parallel to the guide frame 10. For this reason, the front edge portion 106 side of the clamping member 104 is lifted away from the resistance plate 120, the force for clamping the polishing pad 20 is reduced, and the polishing pad 20 can be easily pulled out and wound.
[0042]
Therefore, if the used polishing cloth 20 is wound up from the front edge portion 106 side of the clamping member 104, the replacement work to a new part fed out from the supply roll can be easily performed, and the winding work of the polishing cloth 20 is performed. Increases efficiency. Further, since it is not necessary to remove the pin 110 and remove the pinching member 104 each time the polishing cloth 20 is wound, the burden on the pinching mechanism and the support mechanism, for example, the pin 110 for supporting the pinching member 104 on the support plate, The burden of the insertion hole 103a and the round hole 108 which receives this can be reduced, and the durability of the clamping device itself can be improved.
[0043]
The embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings. However, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and the present invention can be modified or added without departing from the scope of the present invention. included. For example, in the embodiment, the slide plate 101 is biased by the spring 134, but the biasing means is not limited to the spring.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
According to the sandwiching device of the polishing cloth according to the present invention, the sandwiched polishing cloth is clamped so that it cannot be pulled out from one side and can be pulled out from the other side. At the time of taking, the polishing cloth can be pulled out without performing an operation for releasing the sandwiched state, and the efficiency of the polishing cloth winding operation is improved.
[0045]
Further, since it is not necessary to move the clamping member to the open state every time the polishing cloth is wound, the burden on the clamping mechanism and the support mechanism can be reduced, and the durability of the clamping device itself can be improved.
[0046]
Further, since the holding member is removably supported by the pivotable shaft, the structure is simplified, the processing is simple, and the manufacturing cost of the apparatus can be reduced.
[0047]
Further, since the pinching member can be removed by removing the rotation shaft, it is not necessary to bridge the polishing cloth through a narrow gap, and the replacement work to a new polishing cloth can be easily performed.
