Claims (5)
- 板ガラス8をエア浮上させるためにエアを吐出するエア吐出板11を有するエアチャンバ12と、該エアチャンバ12にエアを供給するエア吐出ファン13が設けられているファンハウジング14とを含むエア吐出機10と、
前記エア吐出機10の外周面の隣接部に設けられ、板ガラス8を所定方向に移送させる複数のローラー22を有するローラー移送機20と、
前記エア吐出機10の中央部に配置され、ローラー移送機20上を移送されて来た板ガラス8をその場で回転させるターニング機30とを備え、
前記ローラー移送機20は、前記エア吐出機10の縦方向及び横方向に2つの対で設けられ、かつ縦方向の1対のローラー移送機20と横方向の1対のローラー移送機20とが昇降駆動機6によって交代して作動位置に上昇し、
前記ターニング機30は、支持台31の上面に配置されて昇降ロッド32aを有する昇降シリンダ32と、
前記昇降ロッド32aの先端部に一体に連結される昇降板33と、
前記昇降板33と一体型で結合されて昇降し、回転軸34aを有するターニングモータ34と、
前記回転軸34aの先端部に結合され、その上面には吸着孔35aが形成され、底面に真空ホース36が連結されているターンテーブル35とを備えることを特徴とする板ガラスの方向転換装置。 - 前記2対のローラー移送機20の外周面の隣接部に、それぞれエア吐出機10の枠から離れている板ガラス8の底面をエア支持するための補助エア吐出機40を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の板ガラスの方向転換装置。
- 前記補助エア吐出機40は、上面に複数の補助エア吐出孔41aを有する補助エア吐出板41と、
前記補助エア吐出板41の底面に設けられる補助エアチャンバ42と、
前記補助エアチャンバ42とエア吐出機10のファンハウジング14との間に配置され、前記エア吐出ファン13から吐出されるエアを分岐して上方にガイドする補助エア案内部43とを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の板ガラスの方向転換装置。 - 前記補助エア吐出機40の上面の両端部には、エア吐出機10上に進入及び排出される板ガラス8が側方へ外れることを防止するため、板ガラス8よりも高く突き出された離脱防止部材44を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の板ガラスの方向転換装置。
- 前記離脱防止部材44は、補助エア吐出機40上面の両端部から上方へ延長突出される直立軸44aと、該直立軸44aの外周面に軸着される回転ローラー44bとを備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の板ガラスの方向転換装置。
