本発明は、T溝付き定盤上に機器を固定する際に用いられる固定装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図3は複数条のT溝4が条設されたT溝定盤を示すもので、1aは表面図、1bは側面図を示す。T溝4には通常駒落としと称される切り欠き5が設けられており試験設備などの機器10を前記T溝定盤上に固定する際は、図4に示すようなTナット7を定盤の切り欠き5よりT溝4内に挿入した後、基礎ボルト6で固定している。機器を何らかの理由によって定盤上を移動させる必要がある場合には、Tナット7に代えて図5のような舟形Tナット8を、用いてきた。機器を移動させる必要がある場合と無い場合とでナットの形状が異なるのは、Tナット7を用いた場合、一般に前記T溝4には、Tナット7をT溝4に落とし込むための切りかき5がT溝4の何カ所かに設けられており、その切り欠き5はT溝の下部の幅の広い部分と同じか又はそれ以上となっているため、Tナット7がここを通過する時T溝の軸方向からずれ、切り欠き5に引っかかって機器の移動を阻害する原因になり、移動させる場合には舟形Tナット8を使用する必要があるからである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
図6は舟形Tナット8の使用状態を示したもので、この舟形Tナット8を用いた場合には、この舟形Tナット8をT溝4に入れるための舟形Tナット挿入用スペース9をどこかに用意する必要がある。一般的にはそれは定盤の両端もしくは片側の端となる。このことにより定盤の大きさは機器を設置する為に必要な大きさよりも舟形Tナット挿入用スペース9の分だけ大きくなるし、既に定盤の両端もしくは片側に舟形Tナット挿入用スペース9がない状態でT溝定盤が設置されている場合は追加工事が発生する。

上記のように、従来のTナット7ではTナット7が定盤のT溝4に設けられた切り欠き5の部分にさしかかった時に切り欠き5に引っかかる、舟形Tナット8では前記問題点は解決されるが、定盤の設置スペースが大きくなるか又は既設の定盤に設置しようとした場合そのままでは使えないといった問題点を有している。

本発明の第一は、複数のT溝と、このT溝の任意部に設けられ、T溝の表面幅よりも大に形成された切り欠きを有するT溝定盤に機器を固定するための固定装置において、
前記切り欠きより挿入され、その一部に回り止め部材が植設された2個のナットと、
前記T溝の表面より挿入される長方形状部に連設され、略中央部に前記切り欠きより挿入される凸部を有するT状部材を設け、このT状部材の略中央部に機器固定用の基礎ボルトと螺合するネジ孔と、前記T溝に沿ったT状部材の長手方向左右に貫通孔と回り止め部材の係合孔を穿設し、
前記各ナットとT状部材とを固定ボルトで固定するように構成したことを特徴とする定盤へ機器を固定するための固定装置である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図1及び図2を参照しつつ説明する。なお、図1は使用状態を説明する分解斜視図、図2はナットの斜視図である。

本発明の組み合わせ型舟形Tナットは、略中央部に凸部1aを有するT状部材1と、固定ボルト2及びナット3との組み合わせにより構成される。T状部材1は、長方形状に形成されてその左右に貫通孔1bが穿設されており、またT状部材1の幅寸法は、定盤表面に穿設されたT溝4の溝幅よりやや小さな幅寸法を有してT溝4内に嵌入されるようになっている。略中央部に設けられた凸部1aは、切り欠き5より小さな径を有し、且つT溝4の定盤表面溝部よりは大の径をした板状、もしくは円形状よりなり、この凸部1aを切り欠き5より挿入してT溝4に沿って移動可能なように形成されている。また、この凸部1aの位置にはT状部材1と凸部1aを貫通するネジ孔1cが螺設されている。

ナット3は、図2で示すように例えば丸状をなして、切り欠き5よりの挿脱は可能であるが、T溝4からは抜けでない大きさに形成され、回り止め部材としてスプリングピン3aが植設されている。なお、T状部材1にはこのピン3aと嵌合する穴が穿設されている。

次に機器10を定盤上に固定する場合について説明する。先ず、機器10にあけられた基礎ボルト6を通すための穴がT溝4の真上にくるように機器10をT溝定盤上に設置する。
T溝4内の円形状の切り欠き5からT溝4の幅の広い部分へ、1個のナット3を回り止めのスプリングピン3aを上にして挿入し、次に同じ切り欠き5に凸部1aを位置させながらT状部材1をT溝の幅の狭い部分に、下部の板をT溝4の幅の広い部分に挿入し、次に他の1個のナット3を前記と同じようにT溝へ挿入する。

次に、T状部材1の両端の穴1bに上部から固定ボルト2を挿入し、この固定ボルト2でT溝4内に挿入されている円筒状のナット3に螺合させることによってT状部材1に組み付ける。前記凸部1aの位置に螺設されたネジ孔1cが、機器10にあけられた基礎ボルト6を通す為の穴の真下にくるまで、組み合わせられたT状部材1と丸ナット3を移動する。

組み合わせられたT状部材1と丸ナット3が上記位置に達した後、機器10の基礎ボルト用の穴に基礎ボルト6を通し、凸部1aの位置に螺設されたネジ穴1cに基礎ボルト6をネジ止めする。機器を移動する場合には、前記基礎ボルト6をゆるめると、組み合わされたT状部材1と丸ナット3がT溝内を移動することによりT溝に沿った動きをする。

なお、回り止めをスプリングピンにする事で、ナット3が円筒状の切り欠き5を通過する時の引っかかりによる影響を更に少ないものにしている。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明は、T溝4内に設けられた円筒状の切り欠き5を使って固定用の舟形Tナットを組み立てるようにしたものであるから、従来のような舟形Tナット挿入用スペース9を不要にしている。このことにより定盤設置スペースを小さくできるし、舟形Tナット挿入スペース9がない既設定盤をそのまま使って移動機器の固定を行うこともできる。また、従来では、スペースがないない場合には、定盤の前後の床を掘り舟形Tナット挿入用スペース9を作る必要を作っていたが、本発明においては、そのような作業は不要となり、コスト、工事期間の面で大変有用である。
また、丸ナット3を2個組み合わせT状部材1の前後に取り付けることで、機器の左右方向のスムースな動きを可能にするなどの効果を有している。
