Description

【0001】

In the lighting fixture formed in the shape, when the fall prevention mechanism is configured and the guide member is provided, the fall prevention mechanism, the guide member, and the mounting member are arranged in phase with each other. .
[0017]
The lighting fixture of this invention is demonstrated. The lighting fixture 1 shown in FIGS. 1-4 is comprised by mounting | wearing with the cover body 21 to the fixture main body 11 attached to a ceiling surface.
The instrument main body 11 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, and a lamp 31 such as an annular fluorescent lamp is attached.
Further, attachment members 13, 13... For attaching the cover body 21 to the instrument body 11 are attached to the peripheral edge of the instrument body 11.
In the following description, for the sake of convenience, the surface of the luminaire 1 shown in FIG. 2 is defined as a side surface, and the surface of the luminaire 1 illustrated in FIG. 3 is defined as a front surface (rear surface). That is, let the left-right direction in FIG. 2 be the front-back direction of the lighting fixture 1, and let the left-right direction in FIG.
[0018]
In the attachment member 13, a cover receiving member 13 b protrudes from the main body 13 a so as to be able to advance and retreat outward, and the cover receiving member 13 b is engaged with the lower surface of the attachment frame portion 22 formed at the upper end portion of the cover body 21. Thus, the cover body 21 is attached to the instrument body 11.
A pair or a plurality of attachment members 13 are provided at the positions of two opposing sides of the instrument body 11. In this embodiment, they are arranged on the left and right sides.
[0019]
In addition, the lighting device 1 includes a fall prevention mechanism 35 for preventing the cover body 21 from falling.
The fall prevention mechanism 35 is disposed in a direction orthogonal to the direction connecting the pair or plural pairs of attachment members 13 disposed on the two sides of the instrument body 11. In this embodiment, they are arranged on the front and rear sides.
[0020]
A locking member 12 that constitutes a fall prevention mechanism 35 is attached to one side of the instrument body 11 in the front-rear direction.
The locking member 12 is formed by bending a linear member, and left and right side guide portions 12a and 12a that are suspended from the instrument body 11 at a predetermined interval, and a fall prevention portion that is horizontally provided in the horizontal direction. 12b.
[0021]
The side guide portion 12a has a lower end bent outward and is formed in a substantially “J” shape or a substantially “L” shape in a side view.
The fall prevention part 12b is connected to the tip part of both side guide parts 12a and 12a.
[0022]
On the other hand, a claw member 23 a that protrudes inward in the horizontal direction is formed on one side of the attachment frame portion 22 of the cover body 21 at a position corresponding to the locking member 12.
The claw member 23 a provided on the side corresponding to the locking member 12 constitutes a fall prevention mechanism 35 together with the locking member 12 on the instrument body 11 side.
[0023]
In a state in which the cover body 21 is attached to the instrument main body 11 by the attachment members 13, 13,..., The claw member 23a of the cover body 21 is located between the side guide portions 12a, 12a, and the side guide portion 12a. Protrudes inward than. Further, in a state where the cover body 21 is attached to the instrument main body 11, the fall prevention unit 12b is positioned below the nail member 23a with a predetermined interval, and the fall prevention unit 12b includes the nail member 23a and the nail member 23a. It is not locked to the lower surface of the mounting frame portion 22.
[0024]
A guide member 16 formed in the same shape as the locking member 12 is attached to one side portion of the instrument body 11 on the opposite side to the side on which the fall prevention mechanism 35 is configured.
That is, the guide member 16 is formed by bending a linear member, and the left and right side guide portions 16a and 16a suspended from the instrument main body 11 at a predetermined interval, and the connecting portion horizontally provided in the horizontal direction. 16b. The side guide portion 16a has a lower end bent toward the inside, and is formed in a substantially “J” shape in a side view. The connecting portion 16b is connected to the tip end portions of the side guide portions 16a and 16a, and is disposed on the front and rear inner sides of the side guide portions 16a.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 2, the lower end portion of the side guide portion 16a of the guide member 16 and the lower end portion of the side guide portion 12a of the locking member 12 are bent in the same direction (left side in FIG. 2), and the guide The member 16 and the locking member 12 are constituted by the same member, and are respectively attached to the front and rear opposite ends of the instrument body 11 in the same posture.
[0026]
On the other hand, a claw member 23b that protrudes inward in the horizontal direction is formed on one side of the attachment frame portion 22 of the cover body 21 at a position corresponding to the guide member 16.
The cover body 21 is configured by pressure forming or the like of a synthetic resin sheet. When the body of the cover body 21 is molded, the claw members 23a and 23b are also integrally molded at the same time.
[0027]
In a state in which the cover body 21 is attached to the instrument main body 11 by the attachment members 13, 13..., The claw member 23 b of the cover body 21 is located between the side guide portions 16 a and 16 a in the left-right direction. However, the claw member 23b is located on the front and rear outside of the connecting portion 16b, and the connecting portion 16b, the claw member 23b, and the mounting frame portion 22 do not overlap in plan view.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, when the cover body 21 mounted by the attachment members 13, 13... Is detached from the instrument body 11 and falls downward, the claw member 23a of the cover body 21 is provided. Alternatively, the attachment frame portion 22 is locked to the locking member 12.
Further, the claw member 23b or the attachment frame portion 22 located on the opposite side to the claw member 23a does not engage with the connecting portion 16b of the guide member 16 and falls as it is.
[0029]
As a result, the cover body 21 is hung on the locking member 12 while the side on which the claw member 23b is formed is rotated downward and the side on which the claw member 23a is formed is locked to the locking member 12. Will be.
That is, when the cover body 21 attached to the instrument main body 11 is removed, the claw member 23a or the attachment frame portion 22 of the cover body 21 and the locking member 12 of the instrument main body 11 constituting the fall prevention mechanism 35. And the cover body 21 can be prevented from falling.
[0030]
As described above, the cover body 21 includes the claw member 23a that is locked to the locking member 12 of the instrument main body 11, and the claw member 23a is formed integrally with the cover body 21. Compared with the case where the claw member formed separately from the cover body is attached to the cover body, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.
Further, the claw member 23a protruding inward from the attachment frame portion 22 is formed over a certain range of one side of the cover body 21 (for example, when the length of one side of the cover body 21 is L1, the claw member 23a is formed by a length L2), and it is possible to reinforce the mounting frame portion 22 as if the mounting frame portion 22 were formed with ribs, thereby preventing the cover body 21 from being deformed or warped. be able to.
When the cover body 21 is deformed or warped, a gap is formed between the instrument body 11 and the cover body 21 due to the deformation or warpage, and the appearance looks worse, light leakage occurs, or the lighting apparatus 1 Insects may invade inside, but the formation of the claw member 23a makes it possible to prevent such problems from occurring.
[0031]
Moreover, the fall prevention mechanism 35 comprised by the nail | claw member 23a and the latching member 12 is arrange | positioned in the direction orthogonal to the direction which connects the attachment members 13 * 13 provided in two right and left sides of the instrument main body 11. FIG.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 6, if the attachment members 13, 13 are removed, the cover body 21 attached to the instrument body 11 can be greatly opened with one side suspended by the locking member 12. Thus, the replacement work of the lamp 31 can be easily performed.
[0032]
The claw member 23a is a protrusion that protrudes inward in the horizontal direction from the mounting frame portion 22 of the cover body 21, and the locking member 12 includes side guide portions 12a and 12a that are substantially "J" -shaped in side view and these. Is configured by a fall prevention portion 12b that connects the two, and can guide both sides and the lower side of the claw member 23a.
Therefore, the locking member 12 can not only suspend the cover body 21 but also position the cover body 21 left and right.
That is, when the cover body 21 is attached to the instrument body 11, the claw member 23a is inserted into the locking member 12, so that the cover body 21 can be positioned in the left-right direction by the side guide portions 12a and 12a. The mounting operation of the cover body 21 can be facilitated.
[0033]
Since the locking member 12 is formed by bending the linear member to form the side guide portions 12a and 12a and the fall prevention portion 12b, the locking member 12 can be configured easily and inexpensively.
Further, the side guide portions 12a and 12a are formed in a substantially “J” shape bent outward and the fall prevention portion 12b is disposed outside the side guide portions 12a and 12a. When the instrument body 11 is mounted, the fall prevention portion 12b is positioned below the claw member 23a or the attachment frame portion 22, and the fall of the cover body 21 can be reliably prevented.
[0034]
As described above, the locking member 12 is provided on one side of the instrument body 11, and the guide member 16 formed of the same member as the locking member 12 has the same posture on the other side facing the one side. Is provided.
Here, for example, as shown in FIG. 7A, the locking member 12 is provided only on one side of the instrument body 11, and the guide member 16 is provided.ButOtherwise, when the cover body 21 is to be attached to the instrument body 11 in a state of being displaced in the front-rear direction, the cover body 21 is in a state where a part of the attachment members 13 are engaged with the cover body 21. Can be attached to the instrument body 11 (for example, in FIG. 7A, the cover body 21 is shifted to the locking member 12 side, and the right mounting member 13 in FIG. ing.).
As described above, it is not preferable that the cover body 21 is attached to the instrument main body 11 with some of the attachment members 13 being locked, because the cover body 21 easily falls off the instrument main body 11.
[0035]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7B, when the guide member 16 is provided as in the case of the present lighting fixture 1, the cover body 21 is attached in a state of being displaced in the front-rear direction with respect to the fixture body 11. In such a case, since the side guide portions 16a and 16a of the guide member 16 are bent inward from the vicinity of the attachment frame portion 22, the guide member 16 comes into contact with the attachment frame portion 22 and the like of the cover body 21, The attachment member 13 does not engage with the cover body 21, and the cover body 21 cannot be attached to the instrument body.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the cover body 21 from being attached to the instrument main body 11 in a state in which some of the attachment members 13 are locked and easily fall off.
[0036]
Further, since the guide member 16 is composed of the same member as the locking member 12 and includes the side guide portions 16a and 16a, the side guide portions 16a are provided on both sides of the claw member 23b as shown in FIG. -It can be guided by 16a.
Therefore, when the cover body 21 is mounted on the instrument body 11, not only one side of the cover body 21 is guided by the locking member 12, but also the other side of the cover body 21 is guided by the guide member 16. Therefore, the left and right positioning when the cover body 21 is mounted can be reliably and accurately performed.
Moreover, since the latching member 12 and the guide member 16 can be comprised by a common member, the number of parts can be reduced and cost reduction can be achieved.
[0037]
Moreover, the cover body 21 comprised with a synthetic resin is obtained by shape | molding a sheet-like synthetic resin as mentioned above. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8A, the synthetic resin sheet 55 wound up in a roll shape is cut into a predetermined length and softened by applying heat, and then shown in FIG. 8B. As described above, the cover body 21 is formed as shown in FIG.
[0038]
The synthetic resin sheet 55 that is a synthetic resin material for molding the cover body 21 does not warp very much in the short direction (X direction in FIG. 8A), but in the longitudinal direction (FIG. 8A Warpage may occur in the Y direction).
This warp also remains in the cover body 21 molded from the synthetic resin sheet 55. For example, when the Y direction of the synthetic resin sheet 55 corresponds to the side where the claw members 23a and 23b of the cover body 21 are formed. Further, warpage in the vertical direction occurs on the side where the claw members 23a and 23b are formed.
[0039]
When the warp occurs on each side of the cover body 21, the warp occurs between the instrument body 11 and the cover body 21 due to the warp. In some cases, a gap may be formed in the light fixture 1 and the appearance may be deteriorated, light leakage may occur, or insects may enter the lighting apparatus 1.
In addition, a gap is generated between the cover body 21 and the instrument main body 11 due to the warpage, and the cover receiving member 13a of the attachment member 13 cannot lock the cover body 21. In some cases, it may become impossible to attach to the camera.
On the other hand, when the warp is generated on the side where the claw members 23a and 23b are formed, there is no obstacle to wearing the cover body 21 in particular.
[0040]
Moreover, in this lighting fixture 1, the Y direction of the synthetic resin sheet 55 in which warpage is likely to occur corresponds to the side where the claw members 23a and 23b of the cover body 21 are formed. Determines the molding direction.
That is, the attachment members 13, 13... Are arranged on the side of the cover body 21 corresponding to the X direction (short direction) of the synthetic resin sheet 55, and the claw member 23 a is arranged on the side corresponding to the Y direction (longitudinal direction). -23b is arranged.
By comprising in this way, the mounting defect to the instrument main body 11 of the cover body 21 reduces, and the cover body 21 will be mounted | worn reliably.
[0041]
In this embodiment, the locking member 12 on the instrument body side and the claw member 23a on the cover body 21 side, and the guide member 16 on the instrument body side and the claw member 23b on the cover body 21 side are provided.
Are respectively arranged at the left and right center positions of the instrument body 11, and therefore the cover body 21 can be attached with the front-rear direction reversed.
However, when it is not desirable that the one side of the cover body 21 and the other side are attached in reverse, such as when different characteristics are provided on one side of the cover body 21 and the other side opposite thereto, As shown in FIG. 9, the left and right positions can be shifted from each other on the lighting device 1 including the locking member 12 and the claw member 23 a and the guide member 16 and the claw member 23 b.
[0042]
In other words, shifting to the left and right positions different from each other means that the arrangement positions in the direction orthogonal to the line connecting the locking member 12 and the claw member 23a and the guide member 16 and the claw member 23b are different from each other. .
By disposing the left and right positions in this way, the cover body 21 can be mounted only in one direction, and the mounting direction is not mistaken.
[0043]
In this embodiment, since the attachment frame portion 22 is formed integrally with the main body of the cover body 21, the claw members 23 a and 23 b formed integrally with the attachment frame portion 22 are also formed on the cover body 21. Although it is formed integrally with the main body, the same effects as in this example can be achieved even in the following cases.
For example, in the case of a cover body in which a decorative wooden frame is attached as a mounting frame portion to a main body made of synthetic resin, a claw member that protrudes inward is integrally formed on the wooden frame, and this wooden The claw member can constitute a fall prevention mechanism.
In this way, by forming the claw member integrally with the wooden frame, it is not necessary to separately form the claw member to be locked to the locking member 12 of the instrument body 11 with a metal fitting or the like, and the number of parts can be reduced. Cost can be reduced.
[0044]
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the above-described locking member 12 is configured to have a short vertical dimension, and the fall prevention portion 12 b is attached to the cover frame 21 with the cover body 21 attached to the instrument body 11. It can also comprise so that it may contact | abut to the lower surface of the part 22 or the nail | claw member 23a.
In this case, there is no gap between the locking member 12 and the cover body 21 in the state in which the cover body 21 is attached to the instrument main body 11, and the cover body 21 is supported by the locking member 12. It becomes.
Therefore, even if the side of the cover body 21 where the claw member 23 a is formed is warped, the warpage can be suppressed by the locking member 12, and there is a gap between the instrument body 11 and the cover body 21. Can be prevented.
[0045]
Further, as shown in FIG. 11, the cover member 21 is supported by the locking member 12 in a state where the cover member 21 is attached to the instrument body 11 with no vertical gap between the locking member 12 and the cover member 21. In this case, the side guide portion 12a of the locking member 12 may be formed in a straight line (substantially “I” shape).
By adopting such a shape, the locking member 12 can be easily formed, and cost can be reduced.
[0046]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 12, the locking member 12 and the guide member 16 described above can be configured to be wide.
That is, the left and right widths of the locking member 12 and the guide member 16 are extended to the length of one side of the cover body 21, and the side guide portions 12b and 16b of the locking member 12 and the guide member 16 are A side (vertical side in FIG. 12) orthogonal to a side (horizontal side in FIG. 12) where the locking member 12 and the guide member 16 are arranged in the mounting frame portion 22 of the cover body 21 can be guided. I am doing so.
In this case, the fall prevention portion 12b of the locking member 12 can lock the lower surface of the mounting frame portion 22 of the cover body 21, and the side guide portions 12b and 16b can guide the left and right sides of the mounting frame portion 22. Therefore, unlike the cover body 21 described above, it is not necessary to form the claw members 23a and 23b, and the same cover body as the conventional cover body can be used.
The locking member 12 and the guide member 16 of the present embodiment are configured by bending a linear member, but are configured by other members such as a plate-like member or a rod-like member made of synthetic resin or the like. You can also
[0047]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 13, even when the instrument main body 11 and the cover body 21 are formed in a substantially circular shape in plan view, the locking member 12 and the claw member are formed in the same manner as when formed in a substantially square shape. The fall prevention mechanism 35 comprised by 23a can be provided. Further, the guide member 16 and the claw member 23b may be provided at a position opposite to the fall prevention mechanism 35.
In the case of the luminaire 1 shown in FIG. 13, the two mounting members 13, 13 are arranged at positions facing each other, and the fall prevention mechanism 35 (the locking member 12 and the claw member 23 a), the guide member 16, and the claw The member 23b is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the line connecting the attachment members 13 and 13. The fall prevention mechanism 35 is arranged between the two attachment members 13.
Thus, even when the fixture main body 11 and the cover body 21 are substantially circular, the fall prevention mechanism 35 of the present proposal can be provided, and the fall prevention mechanism 35 is applied to the lighting fixture 1 having a wide range of specifications. Is possible.
[0048]
As shown in FIG. 14, even when the instrument main body 11 and the cover body 21 are formed in a substantially circular shape in plan view, the fall prevention portion 12 b of the locking member 12 is provided with the mounting frame of the cover body 21. The lower surface of the portion 22 can be configured to be locked, and the guide member 16 can be configured to guide the inner peripheral surface of the mounting frame portion 22 of the cover body 21.
Thus, the fall prevention mechanism 35 is configured and the cover body 21 is positioned with respect to the instrument body 11 while using the same cover body as the conventional cover body without forming the claw members 23a and 23b on the cover body 21. It becomes possible.
In FIG. 14, the guide member 16 is disposed at a position facing the locking member 12, and the attachment members 13 and 13 are disposed in a direction orthogonal to the direction connecting the locking member 12 and the guide member 16. Yes.
[0049]
When the cover member 21 is not formed with the claw members 23a and 23b, as shown in FIG. 15, the locking member 12, the guide member 16, and the mounting members 13 and 13 are in phase with each other. It is also possible to arrange them at different positions.
[0050]
