Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ventilation gallery applied to electrical equipment boxes such as control panels, instrument panels, and computer-related servers installed indoors.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Regarding the present invention, a ventilation gallery composed of a gallery main body and a filter loaded therein is known (see Patent Document 1). The gallery main body is formed of a plastic molded product in which a louver wall is formed in a multi-stage shape at a front opening of a quadrangular frame portion, and a flange wall is formed over the periphery of the front surface. When installing the ventilation gallery, insert the frame part into the mounting opening on the wall surface from the wall outer surface side, and hold the peripheral wall of the mounting opening inside and outside with the presser fittings and flange walls fastened at the four corners of the inner surface of the frame part The gallery body can be fixed to the wall inseparably. When performing forced ventilation, the fan unit can be attached using nuts that are insert-fixed to the four corners of the inner surface of the frame.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-37508 (page 2, Fig. 1)
[0004]
The ventilation gallery of the present invention includes a main body case that is mounted in the mounting opening, a filter that is accommodated in the main body case, and a cover that covers the front opening of the main body case. This type of ventilation gallery is commercially available. (Rittal Co., Ltd., trade name filter fan unit). In this case, the fan unit can be mounted using the insertion holes provided at the four corners of the inner surface of the main body case, as in the previous ventilation gallery.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When attaching the ventilation gallery according to Patent Document 1 to the wall surface, after loading the gallery main body into the mounting opening from the wall outer surface side, wrap around the wall inner surface side and fix the four press fittings on the inner surface of the gallery main body with screws. It takes a lot of work to install the ventilation gallery. Depending on the opening position of the mounting opening, it is necessary to support and hold the gallery main body loaded in the mounting opening so that it does not fall down. Two people are required to install the ventilation gallery, and an extra cost is required accordingly. There are also disadvantages.
[0006]
In this regard, in the case of a commercially available ventilation gallery, the engagement claw is provided on both the left and right sides of the main body case, so that the temporarily assembled state can be maintained simply by pushing the main body case into the mounting opening from the wall outer surface side, Since the body case can be fixed by screwing in from the outer wall surface side, it is not necessary to go around to the inner surface side of the wall, and the ventilation gallery can be easily attached. However, since the louver wall is provided on the outer surface side of the front opening of the main body case, there is a disadvantage that the cover protrudes greatly (10 mm or more) from the wall surface when the ventilation gallery is mounted on the wall surface. That is, it is easy for other objects to come into contact with the cover, and in the worst case, the cover may be damaged.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a ventilation gallery that can reduce the trouble of mounting on a wall surface and can minimize the projecting dimension of the cover from the front surface of the wall, thereby preventing contact with other objects. An object of the present invention is to provide a ventilation gallery in which a body case can be temporarily attached by one touch, and thus can be quickly installed with less effort.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As shown in FIG. 1, the ventilation gallery of the present invention includes a main body case 2 attached to the mounting opening 1 on the wall surface, a filter 3 accommodated in the main body case 2, and a breathable cover 4 that covers the front surface of the main body case 2. And. The main body case 2 is provided with a breathable housing portion 5 for housing the filter 3, a flange 6 projecting from the opening periphery of the housing portion 5, and a peripheral wall of the mounting opening 1 provided around the housing portion 5. A first engaging claw 16 is provided. The main body case 2 includes a pair of case division frames 2A and 2B divided by a dividing line that crosses the flange 6 and the housing portion 5, and a hinge piece 15 that connects the division edges of the case division frames 2A and 2B. It is characterized by being.
[0009]
Between the cover 4 and the main body case 2 above, the second engaging claw 24 elastically deformable to maintain the mounted state of the cover 4 engage with each other, are provided with engagement step 25. Thus, the second engagement claw 24 is operated from the outer surface of the cover 4 so that the engagement state between the second engagement claw 24 and the engagement step portion 25 can be released.
[0010]
The cover 4 includes a cover frame 20 that fits inside the housing portion 5 of the main body case 2, a louver wall 21 that divides the inner surface of the cover frame 20 into a multi-stage shape, and a cover flange 22 that is formed to protrude from the front periphery of the cover frame 20. [Effects of the invention]
In the ventilation gallery according to the present invention, the main body case 2 is composed of a pair of case division frames 2A and 2B and a hinge piece 15 connecting the division edges of both division frames 2A and 2B. The main body case 2 can be temporarily assembled and loaded into the mounting opening 1 by pressing the bent portion and flattening the entire case while fitting the main body case 2 refracted to the mounting opening 1. The trouble of attaching the case 2 to the wall surface can be saved, and the ventilation gallery can be quickly attached with less trouble. In the state in which the main body case 2 is mounted on the mounting opening 1, the first engagement claw 16 can be engaged with the peripheral wall of the mounting opening 1 to maintain the temporarily assembled state of the main body case 2. The worker who supports the main body case 2 in the temporarily assembled posture can be omitted, and the main body case 2 can be assembled by only one worker, and the work for installing the ventilation gallery is required accordingly. Cost can be reduced (claim 1).
[0016]
The cover 4 attached to the main body case 2 may be separated from the main body case 2 due to external force such as external vibration or contact with another object. In order to reliably prevent the cover 4 from falling off and the filter 3 from separating, a second engaging claw 24 and an engaging step portion 25 that are engaged with each other are provided between the cover 4 and the body case 2. The cover 4 is prevented from separating and falling off. The filter 3 needs to be maintained or inspected, such as being replaced or cleaned as necessary. In that case, it is necessary to remove the cover 4 from the main body case 2. For this purpose, the second engagement claw 24 is operated from the outer surface of the cover 4, and the second engagement claw 24 and the engagement step portion 25 are connected. The engaged state can be released (claim 2).
[0017]
According to the cover 4 constituted by the cover frame 20 fitted in the accommodating portion 5, the louver wall 21 on the inner surface of the cover frame 20, and the cover flange 22, the cover frame is attached in the state where the cover 4 is assembled to the main body case 2. 20 and most of the louver wall 21 can be accommodated in the accommodating portion 5 and the members protruding to the outer surface of the wall can be limited to the cover flange 22 and the main body case 2 only. A ventilation gallery can be obtained that can be minimized and thus prevent the cover 4 from coming into contact with other objects as much as possible (claims 3 and 6).
[0018]
According to the cover 4 has a pair of cover divided frame 4A-4B formed separately, by connecting with the cover connection body 42, 43 was what each cover divided frames 4A-4B, and if both the cover divided frames 4A-4B The cover 4 is pressed against the main body case 2 with one touch by pressing the bent portion and flattening the entire cover while fitting the cover 4 refracted in a mountain shape to the receiving portion 5 of the main body case 2. It can be loaded, and the labor of attachment can be saved correspondingly (claims 4 and 7).
[0019]
According to the ventilation gallery in which the main body case 2 is composed of a pair of case division frames 2A and 2B having a point-symmetric relationship with each other, both the case division frames 2A and 2B can be made into the same part. Compared to simultaneous molding, the manufacturing cost of the mold can be saved, and the molding cost for each of the case dividing frames 2A and 2B can be saved, and the ventilation gallery can be provided at a low cost. Even when either one of the case dividing frames 2A and 2B is damaged, the damaged dividing frame may be replaced, and the replacement cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the entire main body case 2 is replaced. Since the case dividing frames 2A and 2B connected by the pair of case connecting bodies 39 and 40 can be refracted to each other, the entire case is flattened by pressing the bent portion while fitting the main body case 2 refracted in a mountain shape to the mounting opening 1. Thus, the main body case 2 can be temporarily assembled and loaded into the mounting opening 1 with one touch, and the mounting work on the wall surface can be saved as in the case of the main body case 2 (claim 5).
[0020]
【Example】
Embodiment 1 FIGS. 1 to 6 show an embodiment of a ventilation gallery according to the present invention. In FIG. 2, the ventilation gallery includes a main body case 2 attached to a mounting opening 1 opened on the wall surface of the electric equipment box, a dustproof filter 3 housed in the main body case 2, and an opening on the front surface of the main body case 2. It is comprised with the cover 4 which can be ventilated to cover.
[0021]
2 and FIG. 3, the main body case 2 includes a breathable accommodating portion 5 that accommodates the filter 3, and a flange 6 that projects to the opening periphery of the front surface of the accommodating portion 5. The accommodating portion 5 includes a square frame-shaped peripheral wall 8, a lattice body 9 that divides the rear surface opening of the peripheral wall 8 in a breathable manner, and a triangular mounting wall 10 that closes four corners on the rear surface of the lattice body 9. . Screw holes 11 for fastening the body case 2 to the peripheral wall of the mounting opening 1 are formed at the four corners of the flange 6. A similar screw hole 12 is formed in each mounting wall 10, and this screw hole 12 is used when a fan unit 30 described later is mounted.
[0022]
In order to mount the main body case 2 on the mounting opening 1 with one touch, the main body case 2 is composed of a pair of left and right divided frames (case divided frames) 2A and 2B. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the divided frames 2A and 2B are equally divided on the left and right by a vertical dividing line passing through the left and right centers of the upper and lower flanges 6 and the accommodating portion 5. The upper and lower three places are connected by an inverted V-shaped hinge piece 15. It should be noted that the three of the divided frames 2A and 2B and the hinge piece 15 are integrally formed at the same time.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 1, the two divided frames 2A and 2B can be refracted in a mountain shape with the hinge piece 15 as the center, and in a state where the whole is flattened, the divided edges of the two divided frames 2A and 2B are in close contact with each other. The flanges 6 and the lattice bodies 9 can be made continuous. As shown in FIG. 3, the left and right divided frames 2A and 2B in the free state are adjacent to each other through a small gap.
[0024]
When the main body case 2 is attached to the mounting opening 1, in order to maintain the mounting state of the main body case 2, the outer peripheral walls 8 of both the divided frames 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B facing each other are engaged with the peripheral wall of the mounting opening 1. An engaging claw (first engaging claw) 16 is integrally formed, and an engaging piece 17 that is engaged with the previous peripheral wall is integrally bulged near the upper and lower divided edges of the peripheral wall 8. . In FIG. 1, the engaging claw 16 includes a claw arm 16a projecting from the rear surface of the flange 6 along the peripheral wall 8, and an engaging step portion 16b provided in a multi-stage shape on the claw arm 16a. In order to facilitate elastic deformation in the left-right direction, the engaging claw 16 is separated from the peripheral wall 8. The reason why the engaging step portion 16b is formed in a multi-stage shape is to cope with the difference in the thickness of the wall surface of the electric equipment box. The engaging piece 17 cooperates with the flange 6 to clamp the peripheral wall of the mounting opening 1 from inside and outside (see FIG. 6).
[0025]
The filter 3 is made of an open-cell foamed plastic sheet or a mat formed by entanglement of fibers, and the outer shape is formed in a square shape in accordance with the inner shape of the previous accommodating portion 5. . In order to correct the decrease in the air flow rate due to clogging, the filter 3 is replaced with a new filter at regular intervals.
[0026]
The cover 4 includes a quadrangular cover frame 20 that fits into the accommodating portion 5 of the main body case 2, a louver wall 21 that divides the inner surface of the cover frame 20 into a multi-stage shape, and a cover that projects from the front periphery of the cover frame 20. It consists of a plastic molded product integrally formed with the flange 22. A peripheral wall 23 that covers the outer peripheral surface of the flange 6 of the main body case 2 is formed integrally with the peripheral edge of the cover flange 22.
[0027]
In order to maintain the mounting state of the cover 4 with respect to the main body case 2, an engaging claw 24 and an engaging step portion 25 that are engaged with each other are provided between the two and the four. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, an engagement claw (second engagement claw) 24 is provided near one corner of the flange 6 of the main body case 2, and the engagement step portion 25 is provided on the cover frame 20 side. Is provided. Since the engaging claw 24 faces the outer surface of the cover through the opening of the cover flange 22, the cover 4 is detached from the main body case 2 by releasing the engagement of the engaging claw 24 through the opening when necessary. be able to.
[0028]
The procedure for assembling the ventilation gallery configured as described above will be described below. First, the main body case 2 is assembled to the mounting opening 1. As shown in FIG. 1, the two divided frames 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B in a free state are refracted in a mountain shape around the hinge piece 15, and the left and right walls of the peripheral wall 8 are fitted into the mounting opening 1. Next, the upper and lower walls of the peripheral wall 8 are fitted into the mounting opening 1 while pressing the center of refraction as shown by the arrows to flatten the entire body case 2. In a state in which the entire peripheral wall 8 is fitted in the mounting opening 1, the divided edges of the two divided frames 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B are in close contact with each other, and the hinge piece 15 protrudes from the inner surface of the housing portion 5. That is, the main body case 2 can be temporarily assembled and attached to the mounting opening 1 by a one-touch operation that only presses the center of refraction. The hinge piece 15 protruding from the inner surface of the accommodating portion 5 is also useful for preventing the filter 3 from moving.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 4, the four engaging claws 16 provided on the left and right sides of the peripheral wall 8 engage with the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the mounting opening 1 to prevent the flange 6 from being lifted from the wall surface. Similarly, the upper and lower engaging pieces 17 are engaged with the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the mounting opening 1. At this time, the left and right divided frames 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B are subjected to a force to move away from each other by the elasticity of the hinge piece 15, and stick to each other. Therefore, the engaging claw 16 can maintain the engaged state with the peripheral wall of the mounting opening 1 and can continue to maintain the temporarily assembled state.
[0030]
In the above state, the flange 6 is fastened and fixed with the screws 29 inserted into the screw holes 11 at the four corners. Next, after the filter 3 is fitted and mounted in the housing portion 5, the cover frame 20 is loaded into the housing portion 5, whereby the filter 3 is sandwiched and held between the rear surface of the cover frame 20 and the lattice body 9, and the cover flange 22 is in close contact with the flange 6. Thus, in the state where the cover 4 is attached to the main body case 2, as shown in FIG. 5, the total thickness of both flanges 6 and 22 only protrudes from the wall surface. Compared to the above, the protruding dimension of the cover 4 can be reduced.
[0031]
In the state where the cover 4 is assembled to the main body case 2, as shown in FIG. 6, the engaging claw 24 and the engaging step portion 25 provided between the two and 4 are engaged with each other. There is no separation. When exchanging the filter 3, the engaging claw 24 facing the opening 26 is disengaged to remove the entire cover 4 from the main body case 2, and after replacing the old and new filter 3, Refit. Although the ventilation gallery can be used alone, as shown in FIG. 11A, a plurality of ventilation galleries can be attached and used in an adjacent state.
[0032]
When forcedly ventilating the electrical equipment box, the fan unit 30 is mounted on the inner surface side of the main body case 2. As shown in FIG. 4, the fan unit 30 includes unit parts in which a flat motor 32 and an axial fan 33 are arranged inside a fan frame 31 that also serves as a wind guide tube, and mounting brackets at four corners of the fan frame 31. Are provided with screw holes 35 (see FIG. 5). The fan unit 30 can be integrated with the main body case 2 by screwing the screw 36 into the screw hole 35 through the screw hole 12 from the accommodating portion 5 side. When the fan unit 30 is not used together, it is not necessary to fasten and fix the flange 6 with the screw 29, and the mounting state of the main body case 2 only by the engaging force of the engaging claw 16 that engages with the peripheral wall of the mounting opening 1. Can continue to maintain.
[0033]
Example 2 FIGS. 7 and 8 show another example of the ventilation gallery of the present invention. Here, the point that the main body case 2 is constituted by a pair of left and right divided frames 2A and 2B in which the left and right centers of the flange 6 and the accommodating portion 5 are divided by a vertical dividing line is basically different from the previous embodiment. The pair of left and right divided frames 2A and 2B are the same component and have a point-symmetric relationship with each other. In the vicinity of the joining edge of each of the divided frames 2A and 2B, a pair of coupling bodies (case coupling bodies) 39 and 40 that are engaged with each other and couple the divided frames 2A and 2B to each other are formed.
[0034]
One connecting body 39 is composed of a round shaft integrally formed with the lattice frame 9, and the other connecting body 40 is composed of a U-shaped socket that engages with the previous round shaft. In each of the divided frames 2A and 2B, the round shaft-like connecting body 39 and the socket-like connecting body 40 are paired with each other, and the connection centers of the respective pairs coincide with each other. By linking, a refractable main body case 2 is obtained, and the main body case 2 can be attached to the mounting opening 1 with a single touch in the same manner as in the previous embodiment. Since others are the same as the previous embodiment, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same members, and descriptions thereof are omitted. The same applies to the following embodiments.
[0035]
Example 3 FIGS. 9 and 10 show another example of the cover 4. In this case, the cover 4 is composed of a pair of upper and lower divided frames (cover divided frames) 4A and 4B obtained by dividing the cover frame 20 and the cover flange 22 along a horizontal dividing line. A pair of connecting bodies (cover connecting bodies) 42 and 43 are formed on the joint edges of the upper and lower divided frames 4A and 4B to engage with each other and connect the divided frames 4A and 4B. One connecting body 42 is composed of a round shaft formed at the joining edge of the cover frame 20 on the upper half side, and the other connecting body 43 is composed of a U-shaped socket formed at the joining edge of the cover frame 20 on the lower half side. . On the upper and lower walls of the cover frame 20, a pair of left and right engaging legs 44 that are elastically deformable are formed.
[0036]
By engaging and connecting the connecting bodies 42 and 43, the refractable cover 4 can be obtained. Similarly to the previous embodiment, the cover 4 can be attached to the main body case 2 with one touch, and the engaging legs 44 in the attached state can be obtained. As shown in FIG. 10, it protrudes out of the case through a through hole 45 provided in the main body case 2 and engages with the peripheral wall of the mounting opening 1. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 11 (b), when a plurality of ventilation galleries are attached to the left and right laterally long mounting openings 1, the engagement legs 44 engage with the peripheral wall of the mounting opening 1, whereby the cover 4 And the main body case 2 can be fixed inseparably.
[0037]
In the first embodiment, the left and right divided frames 2A and 2B are divided equally on the left and right, but this is not necessary, and the divided frames can be formed in an asymmetric shape, for example, one of the divided frames is formed larger than the other. Further, the dividing line may be any of vertical, horizontal and diagonal, and if necessary, the dividing line can be divided along a curved line or a waveform dividing line. The engaging claw 24 can be formed on the peripheral wall 8 side, and the claw free end can be opposed to the flange 6.
[0038]
In the divided frames 2A and 2B described in the second embodiment, hinge bosses are provided integrally with the lattice frame 9, and the hinge bosses adjacent to each other in the vertical direction can be connected with pins or shafts.
