Description

【0001】
▲1▼ 粘着剤がコールドフローしてはみ出し、不必要な部分についてしまう;
▲2▼ 保護紙(離型紙)が粘着剤より剥がれにくい;
▲3▼ ゴキブリ等の有害小生物は体重が軽く、敏捷でしかも脚力が強いので取り逃がすことが多く、捕獲率が低い;
▲1▼ 捕獲具に適用した際にコールドフローによるはみ出しがなく;
▲2▼ 離型紙の剥離性が良く;
▲3▼ 捕獲率が高く、かつ;
成分(1):重量平均分子量50000〜500000、スチレン含有量10〜30モル%のA−B−A型スチレン−ジエン系ブロック共重合体;
成分(2):軟化点が65℃以上の粘着付与性樹脂;
成分(3):25℃で液状の粘着付与性樹脂;
成分(1):スチレン−ジエン系ブロック共重合体;
成分(2):軟化点が65℃以上の粘着付与性樹脂;
成分(3):25℃で液状の粘着付与性樹脂;
【0026】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an adhesive for capturing harmful small organisms such as cockroaches and mice.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various adhesives for capturing this kind of harmful small organisms are known. For example, JP-A-9-143443 discloses (1) 100 parts by weight of a rubber component comprising a blend of natural rubber and / or synthetic natural rubber and styrene rubber (blend ratio 8/2 to 4/6), and (2) weight. 10 to 30 parts by weight of an ABA type styrene-diene block copolymer having an average molecular weight of 100,000 to 500,000, a styrene content of 10 to 30 mol%, and a coupling rate of 80% or less; and (3) a weight average molecular weight. A pressure-sensitive adhesive containing 30 to 70 parts by weight of a softener containing at least 10 parts by weight of liquid polyisoprene having a molecular weight of 20000 to 50000 is proposed.
[0003]
Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-54764 discloses (1) a block copolymer rubber alone or a mixture with other rubber containing at least 25% by weight of the rubber, and (2) a tackifying resin having a softening point of 60 ° C. or lower. , An adhesive material having a specific range of viscosity and retention time.
[0004]
Further, Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-38100 discloses (1) natural rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, polyisobutylene rubber, butyl rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, acrylic rubber, styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer. (2) Tackifying resin 40 to a thermoplastic elastomer comprising at least one of a polymer, a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, an ethylene-1-butene copolymer, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and an acrylic polymer. ~ 150 parts by weight (3) Viscoelasticity having a specific range of viscosity and retention time in which 10 to 250 parts by weight of a softening agent such as process oil, animal and vegetable oils, paraffins, waxes, polybutene, and liquid polyisobutylene rubber are added. Materials are also disclosed.
[0005]
However, conventional adhesives for capturing pests have the following performance problems when applied to traps:
(1) The pressure-sensitive adhesive cold-flows and sticks out to unnecessary parts;
(2) Protective paper (release paper) is harder to peel off than adhesives;
▲ 3 ▼ Pests such as cockroaches are light weight, agile, and strong leg strength, so they are often missed and capture rate is low;
(4) Poor maintenance (preservability) of capture performance.
Various studies have been made on such problems, but no pressure-sensitive adhesive that overcomes these problems has yet been proposed.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention was devised in view of the current state of the prior art:
(1) No protrusion due to cold flow when applied to a trap;
(2) Good release property of release paper;
▲ 3 ▼ High capture rate and;
(4) An object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive for capturing small organisms with good maintainability of capture performance.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies on the components of an adhesive suitable for capturing small organisms in order to achieve the above object, the present inventors have completed the present invention.
[0008]
That is, the present invention is an adhesive for capturing small organisms, comprising the following components (1) to (4) as essential components:
Component (1): ABA type styrene-diene block copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 to 500,000 and a styrene content of 10 to 30 mol%;
Component (2): Tackifying resin having a softening point of 65 ° C. or higher;
Component (3): a tackifying resin that is liquid at 25 ° C .;
Component (4): Liquid rubber containing liquid polybutene having a number average molecular weight of 200 to 2500 (however, the total amount of component (2) and component (3) is 55 to 200 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of component (1)) Parts by weight).
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The pressure-sensitive adhesive of the present invention is designed to be suitable for capturing small organisms, and contains the following components (1) to (4) as essential components:
Component (1): Styrene-diene block copolymer;
Component (2): Tackifying resin having a softening point of 65 ° C. or higher;
Component (3): a tackifying resin that is liquid at 25 ° C .;
Component (4): Liquid rubber containing polybutene.
[0010]
As the styrene-diene block copolymer of the component (1), an ABA type having a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 to 500,000 and a styrene content of 10 to 30 mol% is used. As the block copolymer, any of those conventionally used in known pressure-sensitive adhesives can be used. For example, styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer, styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer, and hydrogenated products thereof. Can be used.
[0011]
Component (1) may further contain natural rubber and / or synthetic natural rubber. In this case, the addition amount of natural rubber and / or synthetic natural rubber is preferably ¼ or less, more preferably 8 or less of the weight of the block copolymer. The reason is that if the weight of the natural rubber and / or synthetic natural rubber exceeds 1/4 of the weight of the block copolymer, the melt viscosity of the adhesive at the melting temperature becomes too high, making it difficult to apply it to a trap. Because there is.
[0012]
The tackifying resin having a softening point of 65 ° C. or higher for the component (2) is added to increase the cohesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive at room temperature, and prevents protrusion due to cold flow when applied to a trap. Also, it has the effect of improving the peelability of the release paper. Any resin can be used as long as it has a softening point of 65 ° C. or higher. For example, dammar, gum rosin, and wood rosin that are compatible with styrene, which is the main component of component (1), and has high tackifying properties. Natural resins, polymerized rosins, partially hydrogenated rosins, glycerin ester rosins, modified rosins such as pentaeslit ester rosins and their derivatives, terpene resins, terpene phenol resins, xylene resins, petroleum resins and their water An additive resin or a styrene resin can be used. At this time, one type of resin that is compatible with styrene and sufficiently imparts tackiness may be selected and used, or two or more types of resins that are highly tackifiable and resins that are highly compatible with styrene. May be used in combination.
[0013]
In the adhesive of the present invention, a tackifier resin that is liquid at 25 ° C. (component (3)) is also used in addition to the tackifier resin of component (2). As described above, the tackifying resin of component (2) increases the cohesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive at around room temperature (5 to 50 ° C.), but on the other hand, it tends to deteriorate cold resistance, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive performance varies depending on the use temperature. There is a risk of it. As a result of repeated trial and error, the present inventors have found that the problem is that the resin having a lower softening point than the resin of component (2), that is, a tackifying resin (component (component ( It was found that the problem can be solved by blending 3)).
[0014]
As the component (3), a xylene resin low polymer, a terpene resin low polymer, a rosin modified resin, that is, a rosin methyl ester and a hydrogenated rosin methyl ester, a rosin triethylene glycol ester, and Hydrogenated rosin triethylene glycol ester, rosin diethylene glycol ester, hydrogenated rosin diethylene glycol ester, and the like are recommended. A rosin having one OH group in the molecule, formed by reacting metal sodium and alcohol with a rosin ester that has an attractive effect on small organisms such as cockroaches and reducing the ester to form an alcohol hydroxyl group. A liquid resin (trade name: Abitol: manufactured by Rika Hercules) is most recommended.
[0015]
In the present invention, the tackifying resin of component (2) and component (3) is based on 100 parts by weight of component (1) in order to impart to the adhesive a high adhesive force necessary for capturing small organisms. 55 parts by weight to 200 parts by weight, preferably 100 parts by weight to 200 parts by weight. When the total amount of tackifying resin added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive is less than 55 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the component (1), the pressure-sensitive adhesive performance as a capture pressure-sensitive adhesive, particularly the pressure-sensitive adhesive force, is insufficient and exceeds 200 parts by weight. And the adhesive becomes too resin-like, and the elasticity of the required adhesive is hindered. The pressure-sensitive adhesive of the present invention has a sufficient adhesive strength to capture harmful small organisms such as cockroaches that are light in weight, agile, and strong in leg strength because the blending ratio of the tackifying resin is defined in this way. So the capture rate of harmful small organisms is high.
[0016]
Moreover, the compounding quantity of a component (2) is 50 to 150 weight part with respect to 100 weight part of component (1), Preferably it is preferable that it is 80 to 120 weight part. The reason is that when the amount of component (2) added is less than 50 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of component (1), it is difficult to obtain sufficient adhesive strength, and when it exceeds 150 parts by weight, the elasticity of the adhesive is reduced. This is because there is a risk of damage.
[0017]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the compounding quantity of a component (3) is 5 to 50 weight part with respect to 100 weight part of component (1), Preferably it is 20 to 50 weight part. This blending amount of the component (3) is set so that the blending ratio with respect to the component (2) is 1/30 to 1. That is, when the blending ratio of the component (3) to the component (2) is less than 1/30, the adhesive strength depending on the use temperature when only the tackifying resin (component (2)) having a softening point of 65 ° C. or higher is used. The complementary effect of the liquid resin (component (3)) that eliminates variation is difficult to obtain, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if the blending ratio exceeds 1, the influence of the liquid resin (component (3)) is too great, and the adhesive may be cold-flowed when used near room temperature (5 to 50 ° C.).
[0018]
Next, the component (4) is a liquid rubber containing polybutene, and has a function of preventing the adhesive force of the adhesive from changing with time. This component (4) is for improving the maintainability of the trapping performance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, that is, for providing the pressure-sensitive adhesive with a “stickiness” for preventing the trapped material from being removed. Is blended into. In the pressure-sensitive adhesive that does not contain the component (4), good tackiness is obtained, but lacks “stickiness (stickiness)” as a trapping pressure-sensitive adhesive. On the other hand, in the pressure-sensitive adhesive in which only the component (1) and the component (4) are blended without blending the component (2) and the component (3), sufficient tackiness is obtained, but the tackiness is sufficient. I can't get it.
[0019]
The liquid rubber of component (4) must contain polybutene, and as this polybutene, a liquid rubber having a number average molecular weight of 200 to 2500 is used. The reason for this is that when the number average molecular weight exceeds 2500, the molecular weight becomes too large, and not only the desired “stickiness” (stickiness) cannot be imparted to the adhesive, but also the melt viscosity is increased. This is because, when the molecular weight is less than 200, the melt viscosity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is lowered too much, and as a result, the “stickiness” (stickiness) necessary for the trapping pressure-sensitive adhesive cannot be obtained.
[0020]
Component (4) can also contain liquid rubber other than liquid polybutene. The liquid rubber is not particularly limited, and liquid polyisoprene, liquid polybutadiene, liquid SBR, liquid NBR, liquid IIR, liquid CR, liquid silicone rubber, liquid urethane rubber, liquid polysulfide rubber, and the like are appropriately selected and used. It is done.
[0021]
Component (4) is preferably blended in an amount of 10 to 100 parts by weight, preferably 10 to 50 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of component (1). The reason for this is that if the blending amount of component (4) is less than 10 parts by weight, the effect of imparting tackiness is poor, and if it exceeds 100 parts by weight, the amount is too large, leading to stringing of the adhesive. In addition, this compounding amount of the component (4) is within a range in which the mixing ratio of the component (4) to the component (2) and the component (3) does not deteriorate the adhesive performance of the trapping adhesive and can easily give a stickiness. This is also preferable from this point.
[0022]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive of the present invention is used to effectively capture harmful small organisms such as cockroaches that are light in weight, agile, and strong in leg strength. For example, according to experiments, the length of the body surface that contacts the adhesive surface of the walking cockroach is about 1 mm at a minimum, and the adhesive force that can capture the cockroach completely with such a small ground is 0.5 N. / Mm (measured at 20 ° C.) or more. Therefore, in order to obtain a sufficient capture rate of harmful small organisms, the adhesive strength (180 degree peeling) of the adhesive according to the present invention is a polytetrafluoride that substitutes the strength of adhesive strength against hair, feathers and skin of small organisms. The adhesive strength to the ethylene plate is desirably at least 5 N / cm (measured at 20 ° C.).
[0023]
Application of the pressure-sensitive adhesive of the present invention to the catching device can be performed by any conventionally known method, but application by melt coating is preferred. For example, the pressure-sensitive adhesive of the present invention is applied to the heat-resistant release surface of the heat-resistant release paper by melt coating, and the heat-resistant release paper is placed on at least a part of the trap body so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive application surface is in contact with the at least part. Thus, the adhesive of the present invention can also be applied indirectly by pasting together. In this case, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is preferably a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive having a melt viscosity of 5,000 to 100,000 mmPa · s at a coating temperature of 140 to 220 ° C. The reason for this is that when the melt viscosity is less than 5000 mmPa · s at a temperature of 140 ° C., the viscosity as an adhesive is too low, and when applied to a trapping tool, the adhesive sticks out and the release paper is sufficiently peeled off. This is because there is a risk of disappearing. On the other hand, when the melt viscosity exceeds 100000 mmPa · s at a temperature of 220 ° C., the melt viscosity is too high and application to the trap itself may be difficult.
[0024]
The capture adhesive of the present invention includes process oil, animal and vegetable oil, polymer plasticizer, compound plasticizer, paraffin as necessary, in addition to the above four essential components (1) to (4). Softeners such as waxes, fillers, colorants, cross-linking agents, accelerators, antioxidants, anti-aging agents, fragrances, attractants, feeds, oil residues and the like can be appropriately blended.
[0025]
