机の天板の後側に立設されるデスクトップパネルとしては、硬質の芯板の表面に、ピン刺し可能な軟質板を重合したものが一般的である。

上記軟質板としては、多孔もしくは繊維質の断熱性板やコルク板等が一般に使用されているが刺し止められるピンの長さを考慮すると、その厚さは約10mmあることが望ましく、またこのような軟質板は、硬質の芯板の表裏面に貼り合わされるのが通例である。

しかして、このようなデスクトップパネルを机上へ立設するためには、パネルに支持金具を取り付けなければならないが、十分な取付け強度を持たせ、しかもパネル全体としての十分な剛性と平面性を持たせるためには、パネルにおける硬質の芯板の厚さを、かなり厚くしなければならない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、従来のデスクトップパネル装置における上記問題点を解消するべく、
芯板を極力薄くし、しかも、デスクに対する所要の取付強度を有するようにしたデスクトップパネル装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
(1) 左右端部付近に、下端部から上方を向く嵌合孔を設け、かつ左右の嵌合孔の下端部間にわたって、断面下向きコ状の凹溝を設けてなるデスクトップパネルの前記嵌合孔を、机の天板上に立設しうるようにした剛質の支持枠における横杆で連結された縦杆に上方から嵌合するとともに、デスクトップパネルの前記凹溝を、支持枠における前記横杆に上方から嵌合する。

(2) 上記(1)項において、デスクトップパネルを、硬質の芯板の表裏面に、ピン刺し可能な軟質板を重合したものとし、前記芯板を切欠いて、前記嵌合孔と凹溝を形成する。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は、机上に立設するようにしたデスクトップパネル装置を示し、(10)はデスクトップパネル、(20)はその支持枠である。

デスクトップパネル(10)は、図2〜図5に示すように、重合して、接着その他により固着した2枚の硬質の芯板(11)(11)の表面に、ピン刺し可能な多孔質もしくは繊維質の絶縁板等の軟質板(12)を、接着その他により固着し、かつ軟質板(12)の表面および各側端面に亘って、繊維質の表皮材(13)を、重合もしくは貼着して形成されている。
