Description

【0001】

C.I. Direct Blue236,203,202,15,199、C.I. Acid Blue7,9,C.I. Acid Yellow1、C.I. Acid Red 227,87,92,52,94,289、C.I.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a banknote coloring ink composition. In particular, the present invention relates to an ink composition for coloring as a security measure for banknotes stored inside a trunk during cash transportation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, many cash transports only store cash inside the trunk, and there are alarm buzzers, emergency flashing flashlights, etc. attached to the trunk for security measures during transport.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in these methods, if the trunk body is wrapped in a blanket, the volume of the alarm buzzer will be reduced, the flashing light will be hidden, it will not be used, the alarm buzzer, the function of the flashing light will be destroyed, etc. It was only a warning means after the outbreak.
[0004]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a coloring ink composition for preventing theft of banknotes during cash transportation.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, banknotes, wherein the aqueous medium 100 parts by weight, the silicone surfactant 10 to 20 parts by weight can be used for water-based paints, in that it consists of three components of water-soluble dye 0.1-10.0 parts by weight It is an ink composition for coloring.
[0006]
By using the ink composition of the present invention, banknotes can be effectively colored, and the stolen banknotes are identified when a theft accident occurs during cash transportation.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
[0008]
The aqueous medium used in the present invention is composed of water and a miscible organic solvent, and the solvent constituting the aqueous medium used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is miscible with water. Those that do are preferred. For example, alcohols such as ethanol, isopropanol and n-butanol; ether alcohols such as methyl cellosolve, ethyl cellosolve, butyl cellosolve, methyl carbitol and ethyl carbitol; ether esters such as methyl cellosolve acetate and ethyl cellosolve acetate; benzene, toluene and xylene Aromatic hydrocarbons such as: methyl ketones such as methyl ethyl ketone and methyl isobutyl ketone; esters such as ethyl acetate and butyl acetate; cyclic ethers such as dioxane and tetrahydrofuran.
[0009]
Examples of the water-based silicon additive used in the present invention include polyethylene oxide-modified silicone, polyethylene oxide / polypropylene oxide-modified silicone, organopolysiloxane alkylene oxide adduct, and siloxane-oxyalkylene. Specific examples of the surfactant include SZ-1311 and SZ-1313 manufactured by Nihon Unitika Co., Ltd .; SRX-274C manufactured by Toray Silicon Co., Ltd .; B-4113 manufactured by Goldschmidt Co., Ltd .; Shin-Etsu KF353A, KF351A, KF945A manufactured by Chemical Co., Ltd .; SH30PA manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Co., Ltd .; L7001 manufactured by Nihon Unicar Co., Ltd., and the like.
[0010]
The colorant used in the present invention is a water-soluble dye.
[0011]
As water-soluble dyes, all those having good solubility in water are used. Specific examples of water-soluble dyes include C.I. I. Direct Blue 236, 203, 202, 15, 199, C.I. I. Acid Blue 7, 9, C.I. I. [0012]
The ink composition of the present invention is a three-component composition comprising 10 to 20 parts by weight of a silicon-based surfactant that can be used in an aqueous paint and 0.1 to 10.0 parts by weight of a water-soluble dye, based on 100 parts by weight of the aqueous medium. Is added.
[0013]
When the amount of the silicon-based surfactant is less than 1 part by weight, the permeability is lowered, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if it exceeds 20 parts by weight, the ink tends to precipitate, which is not preferable. Moreover, when there are few compounding quantities of water-soluble dye than 0.1 weight part, a color is not attached to a banknote and it is unpreferable. Conversely, if it exceeds 10.0 parts by weight, it is difficult to dissolve in the ink, which is not preferable.
[0014]
In addition to the above components, other additives can be blended in the composition of the present invention. Examples of such additives include preservatives and antifreeze agents.
[0015]
