本発明は、精米機から排出される糠を糠取出用タンクに溜め、糠取出用タンクに設けられた開閉自在の糠取出口を開けることで糠を外部に取出自在とされた精米設備の糠回収取出装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
コインや紙幣などの各種貨幣を投入することにより自動的に精米作業を行ういわゆるコイン式精米設備は知られている。このようなコイン式精米設備において、比較的簡単な構成で製造コストの増加を抑えながら、精米作業で発生する糠を客室側からも取出すことができる設備として、本出願人は以下に述べる構造を既に提案している。

図11〜図13に示すように、仕切壁1により建屋2の内部が、利用客が自由に出入りできる客室3と、係員などが出入り可能な機械室4とに仕切られており、機械室4に、精米機5からの発生した糠Aを回収するとともに精米作業で発生する糠Aを客室3側からも取出すことができる糠回収取出装置10を設けている。

糠回収取出装置10は、精米機5から発生した糠Aを空気とともに吸引して下流側に送出する送風装置11と、この送風装置11の下流側に接続されて、糠Aと空気とを分離するサイクロン12と、サイクロン12で分離された糠Aを回収する回収用容器13とを備えているだけでなく、これらに加えて、送風装置11とサイクロン12とを接続する接続通路14、15の途中に介装された糠取出用タンク16と、機械室4内に配設され、糠取出用タンク16の糠取出口17から排出された糠を受ける袋体18を客室3側から出し入れできる糠取出部19とを備えている。そして、仕切壁1の開口部20に設けられた糠取出用扉21を開けて糠取出部19に袋体18を置いた状態で、糠取出口17に開閉自在に取付けられた開閉シャッタ22を図示しない開閉レバーを操作して糠取出口17を開けることで、袋体18内に糠Aを取出すことができるようになっている。

図1、図2に示すように、このコイン式精米設備においても、仕切壁1により建屋2の内部が、利用客が自由に出入りできる客室3と、係員などが出入り可能な機械室4とに仕切られている。客室3には、玄米などの精米対象穀物を投入する投入ホッパ6や、精米機5で精米した白米を排出して一時的に溜める白米ホッパ7などが設けられている。機械室4には、精米機5や、投入ホッパ6からの送り通路8が設けられているだけでなく、精米機5からの発生した糠Aを回収するとともに精米作業で発生する糠Aを客室3側からも取出すことができる糠回収取出装置30が設けられている。
