Claims (18)
- 電気デバイス要素と、
少なくとも熱融着樹脂層を含み、該熱融着樹脂層同士を対向させて前記電気デバイス要素を包囲し、対向した前記熱融着樹脂層同士が外周部で熱融着されることによって、前記熱融着された領域を熱融着部とするとともにその内側の空間を電気デバイス要素収納部として前記電気デバイス要素を封止した外装フィルムとを有し、
前記熱融着部は、前記電気デバイス要素収納部に向かって突出した突出融着部を有し、
対向した前記外装フィルムの少なくとも一方に、前記電気デバイス要素収納部に露出する部位および外気と接する他の部位を有するように、前記突出融着部を含む連続した領域で、架橋処理された樹脂からなる架橋構造部が形成されているフィルム外装電気デバイス。 - 前記外装フィルムには、前記電気デバイス要素収納部に連通した入り江状の非熱融着領域が形成されるように前記熱融着部が形成され、前記非熱融着領域に前記突出融着部が位置している請求項1に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 前記架橋構造部が、前記熱融着部の前記突出融着部にのみ形成されている請求項1または2に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 外気と連通し且つ前記電気デバイス要素収納部と連通しないガス開放部を前記外装フィルムの外周部に有し、前記架橋構造部は前記外気と接する他の部位として該ガス開放部と接した領域を含んでいる請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 前記ガス開放部は、対向する前記外装フィルム同士が熱融着されていない領域として形成されている請求項4に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 前記ガス開放部にチューブが接続されている請求項5に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 前記チューブは、対向する前記外装フィルムに挟まれて、外周面が前記外装フィルムと接着されている請求項6に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 前記チューブは、前記熱融着樹脂と同種の樹脂からなり熱融着によって前記外装フィルムと接着されている請求項7に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 前記架橋構造部は、前記外装フィルムの熱融着樹脂層に架橋処理を施すことで形成されている請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 前記架橋構造部は、前記外装フィルムに融着された、架橋処理された樹脂シートによって形成されている請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 電気デバイス要素を、少なくとも熱融着樹脂層を含む外装フィルムで包囲し、対向した外装フィルムの外周部同士を熱融着することによって、熱融着された領域を熱融着部とするとともにその内側の空間を電気デバイス要素収納部として前記電気デバイス要素を封止するとともに、前記熱融着部に、前記電気デバイス要素収納部に向かって突出する突出融着部を設けたフィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法であって、
前記電気デバイス要素収納部に露出する部位と外気と接する他の部位とを有するように、前記外装フィルムの前記突出融着部を含む連続した領域で、対向する前記外装フィルムの少なくとも一方に、架橋処理された樹脂からなる架橋構造部を形成する工程と、
前記架橋構造部を形成した外装フィルムで、前記熱融着樹脂層を対向させて前記電気デバイス要素を挟んで包囲する工程と、
前記電気デバイス要素を包囲することによって対向した前記外装フィルムの外周部同士を熱融着し、前記電気デバイス要素を封止する工程とを有するフィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法。 - 前記架橋構造部を形成する工程では、前記熱融着部の前記突出融着部にのみ前記架橋構造部を形成する請求項11に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記架橋構造部を形成する工程は、前記外装フィルムの前記架橋構造部を形成すべき領域に電子線を照射することを含む請求項11または12に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記外装フィルムを熱融着して前記電気デバイス要素を封止する工程は、外気と連通するガス開放部を、前記外装フィルムの外縁から前記架橋構造部の前記他の部位にわたって前記外装フィルムを熱融着しない領域を設けることによって形成することを含む請求項11ないし13のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記ガス開放部にチューブを接続する工程をさらに有する請求項14に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記チューブを接続する工程は、対向する前記外装フィルム間に前記チューブを挟み、前記チューブと前記外装フィルムとを接着することを含む請求項15に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記架橋構造部を形成する工程は、前記外装フィルムの熱融着樹脂層に架橋処理を施すことを含む請求項11ないし16のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記架橋構造部を形成する工程は、前記外装フィルムに、架橋処理された樹脂シートを融着することを含む請求項11ないし16のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法。
