Description
本形態では、凝集剤とそれを製造する装置および方法を説明する。先ず、図1を参照して、本形態の凝集剤を製造する装置を説明する。図1(A)は、凝集剤を製造する製造装置10Aの模式図であり、図1(B)は他の形態の製造装置10Bの模式図である。
本形態では、第1の実施の形態の中で、図2に示すCMP排水処理装置17または固液分離装置16に適用可能な濾過機構を説明する。

Claims (9)
- 濃縮されたCMP排水から抽出された粒子状のシリカを含む流体中に、ハロゲンイオン、若しくは、ハロゲンイオンを含む化合物を添加する添加手段と、
前記流体中に電極対から溶出させた鉄イオンを導入して、前記シリカと前記鉄イオンとを化合させた凝集剤を生成する生成手段とを具備することを特徴とする凝集剤製造装置。 - 前記電極対の極性の切替を行いながら前記凝集剤を生成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の凝集剤製造装置。
- 前記電極対から溶出する前記鉄イオン量は、前記流体に含まれる前記シリカと結合する前記鉄イオンの量よりも多いことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の凝集剤製造装置。
- 前記鉄イオンの少なくとも一部は、鉄の三価のイオンであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れかに記載の凝集剤製造装置。
- 前記鉄イオンを酸化させる酸化剤を添加する酸化剤添加手段を具備することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れかに記載の凝集剤製造装置。
- 前記酸化剤は過酸化水素またはオゾンであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の凝集剤製造装置。
- 前記鉄イオンと前記酸化剤により酸化された前記鉄イオンとが混在するように、前記酸化剤の添加量を調節することを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6記載の凝集剤製造装置。
- 酸性を示す物質を前記流体に添加する添加手段を具備することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7の何れかに記載の凝集剤製造装置。
- 濃縮されたCMP排水から抽出された粒子状のシリカを含む流体中に、ハロゲンイオン、若しくは、ハロゲンイオンを含む化合物を添加すると共に鉄を含む電極対を浸漬して、前記電極対に電圧を印加することで、前記電極対から鉄イオンを溶出させ、前記鉄イオンと前記シリカとを化合させて凝集剤を生成することを特徴とする凝集剤の製造方法。
