尚、処理槽37内に搬送された使用済みの液肥中のアンモニウムイオン及び当該処理槽37内にて変換されたアンモニウムイオンは前記混合槽50に搬送され、前記処理槽35からの硝酸イオンと所定の比率で混合されて、水耕栽培システム60に供給されるサイクルを繰り返す。

Claims (8)
- 予め大便から分離されている尿に尿素分解促進酵素を含む物質を添加することにより、リンを含む不溶性の沈殿物を形成し、
該沈殿物を回収した後の上澄みを電気化学的手法により処理して当該上澄み中のアンモニアを硝酸に転換して、この硝酸と前記電気化学的手法による処理を施さない上澄みとを混合することにより、アンモニアと硝酸が所定比率で混合された液肥を製造することを特徴とする尿処理方法。 - 使用済みの前記液肥を電気化学的手法により処理することにより、該液肥中の硝酸をアンモニアに還元して当該液肥のアンモニア/硝酸比を調整することを特徴とする請求項1の尿処理方法。
- 予め大便から分離されている尿に尿素分解促進酵素を含む物質を添加することにより、リンを含む不溶性の沈殿物を形成し、
該沈殿物を回収した後の上澄み中の窒素化合物並びにリン化合物を、電気化学的手法により処理することを特徴とする尿処理方法。 - 前記電気化学的手法に用いる一方の電極を、次亜ハロゲン酸、又は、オゾン、若しくは、活性酸素を発生させることが可能な導電体とし、他方の電極を、鉄を含む導電体とすることを特徴とする請求項3の尿処理方法。
- 前記尿素分解促進酵素として、ウレアーゼを含む物質を添加することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の尿処理方法。
- 前記ウレアーゼを添加するために、糞を前記尿に混合することを特徴とする請求項5の尿処理方法。
- 前記糞を混合した場合の前記尿のpHが7.5以上となる範囲で前記糞を前記尿に混合することを特徴とする請求項6の尿処理方法。
- 前記尿に前記尿素分解促進酵素を添加して放置する間、若しくは、沈殿物を回収した後の上澄みに凝集剤を添加することにより、リンを含む不溶性の沈殿物を形成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7の何れかに記載の尿処理方法。
