Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure for attaching an umbrella shaft and handle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The structure for attaching the handle to the shaft shaft of the umbrella includes a press-fit adhesive structure in which the shaft rod is press-fitted into a shaft rod insertion hole provided in the handle, and a screw shaft portion is formed at the end of the shaft rod. A screw joint structure in which a screw shaft portion of a shaft rod is screwed into a screw hole of a handle is known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the former press-fit adhesive structure, in the case of a metal shaft, in order to increase the adhesive strength with the handle, the surface of the handle attachment end portion of the shaft is subjected to knurling or bobbining, or crimped and deformed. It is necessary to press into the shaft shaft insertion hole of the handle in a state where an adhesive is applied to the surface of the handle attachment end, and to insert it to a predetermined depth, which requires labor and a great deal of labor. It was difficult for the workers. Moreover, it was not possible to ship until the adhesive was dried and had a predetermined strength.
[0004]
On the other hand, in the screw joint structure, the work itself can be performed easily and easily, but since the orientation of the handle at the end of screwing is not constant, it is limited to the attachment of a straight rod-like handle, for attaching a handle with a direction such as a U-shape. Not only can not be used, but also because the mating depth between the handle and the shaft rod becomes shallow, the stress concentrated on the screw fitting part between the handle and the shaft rod during use, especially in the case of a wooden handle There is a fatal problem that the screw hole of the handle is easily deformed and rattles easily and cannot be used for a long time.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An object of the present invention is to provide an umbrella handle mounting structure that can solve the conventional problems as described above, and the means thereof is shown with reference numerals of embodiments to be described later. The handle 1 is provided with a shaft rod insertion hole 3 and a locking hole 4 penetrating between the inner peripheral surface of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the handle 1. The configured handle attaching end 2a has a locking tool 5 that is urged in the protruding direction by an elastic body (U-shaped spring material 6) that is freely retractable from the outer peripheral surface of the handle attaching end 2a. Is inserted into the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1 and the locking tool 5 is fitted and locked to the locking hole 4 so that the handle 1 and the shaft rod 2 in the handle mounting structure umbrella which is adapted to couple said the shaft rod 2, the annular member 10 is fitted slidably in the axial杆長direction, the annular body 0 has a configuration which is pressed into the gap between the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the shaft rod 2 and the handle 1.
[0006]
In carrying out the present invention having the above-described configuration, the shaft hole insertion hole 3 of the handle 1 extends from the opening end to a position near the locking hole 4 in parallel with the shaft hole insertion hole length direction. It is possible to form the locking guide guiding inclined groove 9 whose side 4 is shallow.
[0007]
Moreover, the locking tool immersion preventing means for preventing the locking tool 5 from entering the handle mounting end portion 2a from the locking tool exit / retract hole 7 provided on the peripheral wall of the handle mounting end portion 2a of the shaft 2. (Spacer 8) can be added. In this case, a U-shaped spring material 6 is used as the elastic body for urging the locking tool 5, the locking tool 5 is attached to at least one outer side of the U-shaped spring material 6, and the locking tool immersion preventing means is provided. As described above, it is possible to interpose an elastic spacer 8 that prevents both ends of the U-shaped spring material 6 from narrowing within a predetermined interval.
[0008]
In addition, the annular body can be provided with a flange portion that comes into contact with the end face of the handle, and the annular body is formed so as to be thinner toward the tip side so that the outer peripheral surface of the annular body is inclined. be able to.
[0009]
Since the locking hole 4 opens on the outer peripheral surface of the handle 1, the handle 1 and the shaft rod 2 can be detached by pushing the locking tool 5 from the outer opening end of the locking hole 4. However, a cap 17 that closes the outer opening end of the locking hole 4 can be attached.
[0010]
Further, when the depth of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1 is deep and uneven with respect to the length of the handle attachment end portion 2a of the shaft rod 2, the depth of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1 is increased. When the elastic body 12 is housed and the handle attachment end 2a of the shaft 2 is inserted into the shaft insert hole 3 of the handle 1 to the depth at which the lock 5 is engaged with the lock hole 4, the handle is attached. The end 2a can be configured to compress the elastic body 12.
[0011]
In addition, the rotation of the handle 1 around the shaft rod 2 is prevented by the fitting of the locking tool 5 and the locking hole 4, but in order to prevent stress concentration on the locking tool 5, A projection 13 projecting inwardly from the shaft rod insertion hole 3 is formed, and a recess groove 14 having a required length from the tip of the handle attachment end portion 2a of the shaft rod 2 is parallel to the shaft rod length direction. In this case, the shaft rod 2 and the handle 1 can be prevented from rotating relative to each other by fitting the concave groove 14 and the projection 13 together.
[0012]
Further, since the locking hole 4 is opened on the outer peripheral surface of the handle 1, the processing of the locking hole 4 is simplified. In this case, a shaft rod is formed at the end of the handle 1 on the shaft rod 2 side. When the ball clasp 15 slidable in the length direction is externally fitted, when the ball clasp 15 is at least in the retracting non-operating position, the outer opening end of the locking hole 4 is blocked by the ball clasp 15. Can be configured.
[0013]
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In FIGS. 1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a handle made of a synthetic resin, and a handle attachment end 2a of a shaft 2 made of metal pipe. A shaft rod insertion hole 3 is provided. The shaft rod insertion hole 3 has a draft angle in which the back end side has an inner diameter substantially the same as the outer diameter of the shaft rod 2 and the opening end side is slightly larger in diameter, and the radius is closer to the side closer to the back end. A locking hole 4 penetrating in the direction is provided.
[0014]
The handle attachment end portion 2a of the shaft rod 2 is provided with a locking tool 5 that fits into the locking hole 4 when it is inserted to the vicinity of the back end of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1. This locking tool 5 is fixed to one end outer side of a U-shaped spring material 6 (which uses a leaf spring, but can also use a spring wire material) that can be inserted into the handle mounting end 2a of the shaft rod 2. The U-shaped spring member 6 is inserted into the handle attachment end portion 2a of the shaft rod 2 in a state where the distance between both ends is narrowed against its elasticity, and the shaft rod 2 A locking tool 5 is fitted and protruded by an elastic return force of the U-shaped spring material 6 in a locking tool retracting hole 7 provided on the peripheral wall of the handle attachment end 2a.
[0015]
In addition, it is also possible to attach the locking tool 5 to the both outer sides of the U-shaped spring material 6 and project the locking tool 5 on both sides in the diameter direction of the handle mounting end portion 2a of the shaft rod 2. It is also possible to provide a plurality of independent fasteners 5 urged in the protruding direction by an elastic body such as a U-shaped spring material 6. When the plurality of locking tools 5 are provided, the shaft 1 insertion hole 3 of the handle 1 is provided with a plurality of locking holes 4 corresponding to the locking tools 5.
[0016]
A spacer 8 made of rubber or the like is interposed between both end portions of the U-shaped spring material 6. This spacer 8 is fixed to the inner side of one end of the U-shaped spring material 6 by an appropriate means such as adhesion, and the locking tool 5 is locked against the elasticity of the U-shaped spring material 6. When the spacer 8 is pushed in, the spacer 8 restricts the distance between the both ends of the U-shaped spring material 6 from being narrowed within a certain distance, whereby the locking tool 5 is pivoted from the locking tool retracting hole 7. A locking tool immersion preventing means for preventing the hook 2 from coming off into the handle attaching end 2a is configured.
[0017]
On the inner peripheral surface of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1, the locking hole 4 side becomes shallower in parallel with the length direction of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 from the opening end to a position near the locking hole 4. A stopper guide inclined groove 9 is formed. A synthetic resin annular body 10 is externally fitted to the shaft rod 2 so as to be slidable in the shaft rod length direction. The annular body 10 has a flange portion 11 that comes into contact with the end surface of the handle 1, and is inclined so that the outer peripheral surface of the thin portion 10b between the flange portion 11 and the tip 10a becomes thinner toward the tip 10a side. It has been.
[0018]
When attaching the handle 1 to the handle attachment end 2a of the shaft 2, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A, the locking tool 5 protruding from the handle attachment end 2a of the shaft 2 is attached to the handle 1 side. The handle mounting end 2 a of the shaft rod 2 is inserted into the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1 in a state of being fitted to the deepest opening end of the locking tool guide inclined groove 9. As a result, the locking tool 5 moves toward the locking hole 4 while being retracted against the elasticity of the U-shaped spring material 6 inwardly by the locking tool guiding inclined groove 9 on the handle 1 side. become. Then, when the handle attachment end portion 2a of the shaft rod 2 is inserted into the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1 to a depth corresponding to the locking hole 4, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3B, The locking tool 5 projects and fits into the locking hole 4 by the elastic restoring force of the U-shaped spring material 6. After that, as shown in FIG. 2, the annular body 10 that is externally fitted to the shaft 2 in advance is slid toward the handle 1, and the tip 10 a of the tapered thin portion 10 b is inserted into the shaft 1 insertion hole of the handle 1. 3 is inserted into the annular gap between the open end of the shaft 3 and the shaft 2, and in this state, the annular body 10 is further strongly moved toward the handle 1 until the flange portion 11 of the annular body 10 abuts the end face of the handle 1. As shown in FIG. 1, the taper-shaped thin portion 10b is pressed into the annular gap between the opening end of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1 and the shaft rod 2 as shown in FIG. The attachment of the handle 1 to 2 is completed.
[0019]
The handle 1 attached to the shaft rod 2 as described above is prevented from coming off from the shaft rod 2 and rotating around the shaft rod 2 by the fitting of the locking tool 5 and the locking hole 4. In addition, while the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1 has a draft, an annular gap between the opening end of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 and the shaft rod 2 is filled with the annular body 10. Therefore, the movement of the handle 1 with respect to the shaft rod 2 is reliably prevented.
[0020]
When it is necessary to replace the handle 1 such as when the handle 1 is damaged or when it is desired to use a handle 1 with a different design, a thin rod-like body is attached to the locking hole 4 opened on the surface of the handle 1. By inserting the locking tool 5 in the locking hole 4 against the elasticity of the U-shaped spring material 6, the locking tool 5 is retracted inward from the locking hole 4. At this time, since the spacer 8 restricts the pushing of the locking tool 5 by the resistance, it is possible to prevent the locking tool 5 from being easily disengaged into the shaft 2. Thus, if the handle 1 is pulled in the direction in which the handle 1 is pulled out from the shaft rod 2 with the locking tool 5 retracted inward from the inside of the locking hole 4, the handle 1 can be extracted from the handle mounting end 2a of the shaft rod 2. I can do it. Thereafter, the new handle 1 may be attached to the handle attachment end 2a of the shaft 2 by the attachment method described above. Since the spacer 8 is made of an elastic body, when the locking tool 5 is assembled into the handle mounting end 2a of the shaft 2, the locking tool 5 and the U-shaped spring material 6 are connected to the handle mounting end of the shaft 2. The space between both ends of the U-shaped spring material 6 can be reduced so that the spacer 8 is strongly compressed against elasticity until it can be inserted into the portion 2a.
[0021]
It should be noted that an adhesive tape is previously applied to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft rod 2 located in the vicinity of the opening end of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1 in the attached state without using the annular body 10, that is, in the attached state. May be filled with an annular gap between the open end of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 and the shaft rod 2. However, when the annular body 10 having the flange portion 11 is used as in the above embodiment, the end portion of the locking tool guide inclined groove 9 opened on the end surface of the handle 1 is closed by the flange portion 11. You can also
[0022]
FIG. 4 shows a preferred modification example in which the depth of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1 is longer than the length of the handle attachment end 2a of the shaft rod 2, but there is a variation in the length. . That is, an elastic body 12 such as rubber is housed inside the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1, and the handle attachment end 2 a of the shaft rod 2 is moved to a depth at which the locking tool 5 engages with the locking hole 4. When the handle 1 is inserted into the shaft insertion hole 3 of the handle 1, the handle attachment end 2 a compresses the elastic body 12. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, in the middle of inserting the handle attachment end 2 a of the shaft 2 into the shaft insertion hole 3 of the handle 1, it is between the locking tool 5 and the locking hole 4. The remaining distance L1 is larger than the remaining distance D2 from the tip of the handle mounting end 2a of the shaft rod 2 to the elastic body 12 at this time. With this configuration, when the handle 1 is attached to the shaft 2, a compression reaction force of the elastic body 12 acts between the shaft 2 and the handle 1 in a direction to separate the two from each other. Therefore, even if there is some variation in the depth of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1, the handle 1 can be attached to the shaft rod 2 without rattling only by changing the compression reaction force of the elastic body 12 slightly. I can do it.
[0023]
FIG. 5 shows a modification in which means for preventing the relative rotation between the shaft rod 2 and the handle 1 is more powerfully incorporated. That is, a protrusion 13 projecting inward is formed in the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1, and a recess groove 14 having a required length from the tip is formed on the handle attachment end 2 a of the shaft rod 2. Relative rotation between the shaft rod 2 and the handle 1, that is, rotation of the handle 1 with the shaft rod 2 as the center of rotation is prevented by fitting the recessed groove 14 and the projection 13. I am doing so. In the illustrated example, the protrusions 13 and the recessed grooves 14 are formed at two locations in the diameter direction, but the number of the protrusions 13 and the recessed grooves 14 may be one or three or more. Further, the concave groove 14 on the shaft rod 2 side is formed by indenting and deforming the peripheral wall of the shaft rod 2 inward, but a notch groove is formed on the peripheral wall of the shaft rod 2 from its tip, The notched groove may be the recessed groove 14. Of course, it is also possible to provide a ridge-shaped protrusion 13 that continues over the entire length of the shaft rod insertion hole 3 of the handle 1, and to form a recessed groove 14 in the handle attachment end portion 2 a of the shaft rod 2 over the entire length thereof.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 6, the shaft rod 2 is made of metal at the tip of the wooden shaft rod main body 2b, in addition to the case where the entire length including the handle attachment end portion 2a is composed of one metal pipe material. It may be formed by connecting the handle attaching end 2a made of a pipe material.
[0025]
FIG. 7 shows a modification in the case where the ball clamp 15 is attached to the end portion of the handle 1 on the shaft rod 2 side. The ball clamp 15 is formed of an annular body that is externally fitted to an annular base 16 that is fitted and fixed to the end of the handle 1 on the side of the shaft 2 so as to be slidable within a certain range in the length direction of the shaft 2. Then, the advancing action position (the position shown in the figure) that fits around the distal ends of the spans assembled around the shaft shaft 2 of the closed umbrella, and the retreats that are retracted and removed from the distal ends of the spans In FIG. 7A, the locking hole 4 is moved to a position where the outer opening end of the locking hole 4 on the handle 1 side is closed by the annular base 16. (Locking tool 5 on the shaft shaft 2 side) is provided. Accordingly, when the ball retainer 15 is in either the advanced operation position (shown position) or the reverse non-operation position, the outer open end of the locking hole 4 is blocked by the ball retainer 15. . Further, in FIG. 7B, the outer opening end of the locking hole 4 on the handle 1 side is disengaged from the annular base 16, and when the ball clamp 15 is moved to the advanced operation position as shown, In the state where the outer opening end is exposed and the ball retainer 15 is moved to the retracted non-operating position, the outer opening end of the locking hole 4 is blocked by the ball retaining 15. The handle 1 can be exchanged by operating the stopper 5.
[0026]
Each of the above modifications can be combined. Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 7A, the outer opening end of the locking hole 4 is closed with an appropriate fixing plug such as a putty, or as a locking hole that does not open on the surface of the handle 1 from the beginning. The handle 1 can be configured not to be exchanged. However, in the case of the locking hole 4 opening on the surface of the handle 1, as shown by a virtual line in FIG. A removable cap 17 can also be attached.

【The invention's effect】
The handle mounting structure of the umbrella of the present invention can be implemented and used as described above. According to the handle mounting structure of the present invention, the knurling process and the adhesive for the shaft rod are performed during the handle mounting operation. Without any auxiliary work such as application, spooling, caulking, etc., simply inserting the handle attachment end of the shaft rod into the handle shaft insertion hole of the handle prevents the handle from coming off and rotating relative to the shaft rod. It can be attached to the handle, and the labor and labor of the handle attaching work can be greatly reduced, and the cost can be reduced. Even an elderly person can easily engage in the assembling work of the umbrella. In addition, there is no inconvenience that it can not be collected unless the adhesive is dried, the design of the handle is limited like a screw joint structure, and the handle is prone to rattling due to aging. No. In addition, since the locking hole on the handle side penetrates, it is easy to remove the handle once assembled by pushing the locking tool from the outer opening end of this locking hole. Replacement, replacement of a damaged handle, or replacement with a handle of another design can be easily and easily performed. Furthermore, according to the configuration of the present invention, even when the handle is made of synthetic resin and the draft is provided in the shaft rod insertion hole, the handle can be firmly attached without rattling, and the shaft can be wound with tape or the like. The workability is better than the above work, and the tape protruding from the handle does not deteriorate the appearance.
[0028]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the handle attachment end portion of the shaft rod is inserted into the shaft shaft insertion hole of the handle, the locking tool is automatically turned into the locking hole by the locking guide guiding inclined groove. The pattern can be guided more easily, and the handle can be attached more easily.
[0029]
Further, according to the structure of claim 3, when the handle is assembled to the shaft rod or when the locking tool is retracted from the surface of the shaft mounting end portion of the shaft rod for replacement of the handle, the engagement is mistakenly made. The stopper is not pushed in too much to fall into the handle attachment end portion of the shaft rod, and the handle attaching operation and the handle changing operation can be performed more easily. In this case, according to the structure of Claim 4, the structure of a locking tool immersion prevention means becomes simple and it can implement at low cost.
[0030]
Furthermore, according to the structure of claim 5, when the annular body that is externally fitted to the shaft rod is press-fitted into the gap between the shaft rod and the shaft shaft insertion hole, the flange that the annular body has Can be pushed strongly into the handle side until the part comes into contact with the end face of the handle, and when a locking tool guide inclined groove is provided in the handle shaft insertion hole, the end of this locking tool guide inclined groove Can be closed by the flange portion.
[0031]
Moreover, according to the structure of Claim 7, even when the handle is made of a synthetic resin and a draft angle is provided in the shaft rod insertion hole, the handle can be firmly attached without rattling, and the shaft rod can be attached to the shaft rod. The workability is better than the work of winding the tape, and the tape protruding from the handle does not deteriorate the appearance.
[0032]
Moreover, according to the structure of Claim 8, even when there is some dispersion | variation in the depth of the shaft rod insertion hole provided in a handle | steering_wheel, a handle | steering_wheel can be assembled | attached firmly with respect to a shaft rod.
[0033]
Moreover, according to the structure of Claim 9, compared with the case where the relative rotational force which acts between a handle | steering wheel and a shaft rod is received only by a locking tool, a locking tool or a locking hole is damaged. Can be prevented and the service life can be extended.
[0034]
Furthermore, according to the structure of the tenth aspect, the locking hole may be opened on the outer peripheral surface of the handle. When a ball clamp is attached to the end of the ball, when the ball clamp is at least in a non-retreating position, the outer opening end of the locking hole can be closed by the ball clamp, There is no need to use dedicated means to plug the outer open end of the hole .
