Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dish-type brush (side brush) for a road sweeper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In Patent Document 1, a steel wire holding disk is composed of sector pieces divided into four pieces in the circumferential direction, and steel hairs are inserted into each sector piece so as to incline radially outward as it goes downward along the thickness direction. Steel bristle breakage prevention metal fittings that provide a slot and fold the bristle into the square hole part and insert it closely in the radial direction, and prevent breakage of the base part of the bristle between the bristle slots Is arranged. Although the thing of patent document 2 is not the dish-type brush for garbage trucks, it is a circular brush which folded the bundled steel wire into two and fitted the resin pipe in the root part. This resin pipe is for preventing damage when a steel wire is attached to a disk with a wire. In Patent Document 3, a number of steel wires are bent and held in a steel wire holder to form a unit, and the unit is attached to a disk.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In patent document 1, when the steel hair breakage prevention metal fitting is arrange | positioned in all between steel hair insertion groove holes, the space | interval of adjacent steel hair insertion groove holes will become wide, and many clearance gaps exist between steel hairs in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the cleaning action on the road surface is not effectively performed. For this reason, in the embodiment shown in Patent Document 1, the steel hair breakage prevention fitting is provided only in two places near the circumferential end surfaces of one sector piece, and these two steel hair breakage prevention fittings are provided. Since the base part of the bristle is not supported, most of the bristle may still be easily broken. In addition, the steel bristle along which the steel bristle breakage prevention metal fittings are placed is also closely arranged in the radial direction of the fan-shaped piece by passing the folded bristle through the square hole part. Each of the steel hairs is merely reinforced by the steel hair breakage prevention metal fittings, and it cannot be said that the degree of reinforcement is large.
Patent Document 2 does not disclose a cylindrical elastic member for the purpose of strengthening the waist of the root portion of the bundled steel wire.
Since Patent Document 3 is unitized as a steel wire holder in advance, it is easy to attach to a disk, but there is a drawback that the configuration is complicated, for example, the holder consists of three members.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a steel wire mounting structure with a simple structure that can be placed densely by making the steel wire of a dish-type brush for a cleaning vehicle stronger and less likely to break.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the present application, the steel wire holding disk is composed of a sector piece divided into a plurality of pieces in the circumferential direction, and each sector piece extends outward in the radial direction as it faces downward along the thickness direction. In the dish-shaped brush for a cleaning car, in which a steel wire is attached to each of the fan-shaped pieces, each fan-shaped piece has a circular mounting hole that is inclined radially outward as it goes downward in the thickness direction with respect to the center of rotation of the dish-shaped brush. A plurality of concentric cores are provided, and each mounting hole row has an even number of mounting holes and is formed symmetrically with respect to the circumferential center line of the fan-shaped piece. The mounting holes are adjacent in the circumferential direction. The circumferential pitch between the pair of mounting holes is set to be the same in each mounting hole row, and a cylindrical elastic member is inserted into each mounting hole, and the lower part of the cylindrical elastic member extends from the mounting hole. It protrudes downward and is attached to a pair of mounting holes adjacent to each other. Two cylindrical elastic member Type is characterized in that is inserted so as to span the flat steel wire which is folded in two at the middle portion a plurality of overlaid. According to this, in all the mounting holes, the strength of the root portion is increased by overlapping the flat steel wires in the thickness direction, and the root is supported by the cylindrical elastic member fitted in the root portion. Since the portion is further supported, the resistance from the road surface due to the rotation can be effectively counteracted for all the flat steel wires, and the bending of the base portion of the flat steel wires can be prevented over a long period of time. In addition, since the mounting holes have the same circumferential pitch between adjacent pairs of holes, the flat steel wires that are folded in two and fitted into the paired mounting holes have almost the same size and shape. it can.
[0006]
The upper surface of each fan-shaped piece is provided with a hollow portion in the portion where the mounting hole is formed, and a folded portion of the flat steel wire is accommodated in the hollow portion so that it does not protrude upward from the upper surface of the fan-shaped piece. A block disk is joined to the upper surface of the piece to close the recess. Since the folded portion of the flat steel wire is accommodated in the recess, the mounting surface of the closing plate to the upper surface of the fan-shaped piece can be flattened, and the closing plate has a simple shape, which leads to a simple configuration.
The fan-shaped piece is provided with a connecting portion to be connected to the closing disk and the bolt, and except for the connecting portion, the mounting holes are adjacent to each other in pairs of the mounting holes. The pitch of the mounting holes is equal to or substantially equal to the pitch between the paired mounting holes. According to this, flat steel wires can be densely arranged by reducing the pair of mounting hole pitches.
The pitch between the circumferential end surface of the fan-shaped piece and the mounting hole provided at the position closest to the end surface is approximately ½ of the paired mounting hole pitch in each mounting hole row. According to this, even in the end face portions of the divided sector pieces adjacent to each other, the mounting pitch of the flat steel wires is substantially equal to the pitch between the mounting holes, and the flat steel wires can be arranged densely.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an air reflux type road cleaning vehicle 1. As is well known, the dish-shaped brush 2 serving as a side brush projects to the side of the vehicle and is grounded to the road surface F, rotated about a substantially vertical axis, and sweeps out dust on the shoulder of the road toward the center in the vehicle width direction. The dust swept away in the direction is blown up from the road surface by the pressure air from the blower 4 in the pickup head 3 and is collected by the garbage hopper 6 disposed at the rear of the vehicle via the suction duct 5. The type of the road sweeper is not limited to this, and may be a type that sweeps up dust to the hopper via an elevator with a main brush, or another type.
[0008]
The dish-shaped brush 2 will be described. The dish-shaped brush 2 includes a steel wire holding disk 10 and a closing disk 11 fixed to the upper surface of the steel wire holding disk 10. The steel wire holding disk 10 includes a sector piece 12 divided into a plurality of pieces in the circumferential direction. FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the steel wire retaining disk 10, where the sectoral piece 12 is divided into four in the circumferential direction. FIG. 3 shows one of them, and the remaining fan-shaped piece 12 is exactly the same. The fan-shaped piece 12 is a recess 15 that is recessed in the thickness direction between the inner edge 13 and the outer edge 14 in the radial direction. A boss 17 is provided in the recessed portion 15 at a certain angular position from both end faces 16 in the circumferential direction. As shown in FIG. 5, a nut 18 is embedded on the back side of the boss 17 to close the disk. 11 is formed. The upper surface of the inner edge 13, the outer edge 14, and the boss 17 of the sectoral piece 12 is a bonding surface 19 to which the closing disk 11 is bonded.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, a circular mounting hole 20 that inclines radially outward as the thickness direction (vertical direction) goes downward is formed in the hollow portion 15. A plurality of concentric cores are provided on different radii (r1, r2, r3, r4, r5, r6). In each of the mounting hole rows 21 to 26, an even number of mounting holes 20 are provided, and these mounting holes 20 are formed symmetrically with respect to the circumferential center line CL of the sectoral piece 12. Are two pairs from the mounting holes 20 closest to the end face 16, and the circumferential pitch L between the mounting holes 20 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction is set to each mounting hole row 21. -26 are all provided to be the same. The mounting hole rows 23 to 25 formed by the radii r3, r4, and r5 are divided in the circumferential direction by the presence of the bosses 17.
[0010]
In each of the mounting hole rows 21 to 26, except for the coupling portion with the closing disk 11, between the mounting hole pair adjacent to each other between the mounting hole pair and the adjacent mounting hole pair (in FIG. 3, it is easy to understand. Thus, the pitch of the mounting holes 20a and 20b is set to be equal to (or may be substantially equal to) the pitch L between the paired mounting holes 20. Further, in each of the mounting hole rows 21 to 26, the pitch between the circumferential end face 16 of the sector piece 12 and the mounting hole 20 provided at the position closest to the end face 16 is the pitch L between the mounting holes 20 as a pair. It is set to about 1/2 of.
Such an arrangement relationship is realized, for example, when set as follows. That is, the radius r1 is the radius at which the largest mounting hole row 21 is opened, the pitches between the adjacent mounting holes 20 formed on the pitch circle of the radius r1 are all pitches L, and the holes are opened on the pitch circle of the radius r1. When the total number of mounting holes 20 is n,
Radius r2 = r1 (n-2) / n, radius r3 = r1 (n-4) / n, radius r4 = r1 (n-6) / n, radius r5 = r1 (n-8) / n, radius r6 In the case where the pitch circle radius in which the mounting hole rows 22 to 26 are formed is set according to each equation of = r1 (n-10) / n, and the boss 17 is not present on the pitch circle having the radii r2 to r6 The number of mounting holes 20 that is smaller by two from the number of mounting holes 20 at the radius r1 may be formed in order.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, a cylindrical elastic member 34 is inserted into each mounting hole 20 of each sector piece 12 so that the lower part protrudes downward from the lower surface of the sector piece 12 by a predetermined length. The cylindrical elastic member 34 is formed in a hollow shape (sheath shape) by spirally winding an elastic strip having a predetermined width. The cylindrical elastic member 34 has an outer diameter that fits snugly into the mounting hole 20. The upper end is left unrolled and serves as a hooking portion 35 for preventing it from falling down when fitted into the mounting hole 20. Eight such that a flat steel wire 31 having a predetermined width is folded in two at the longitudinal middle portion and straddles two adjacent cylindrical elastic members 34 inserted into the mounting holes 20 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. One by one, it is stacked in the thickness direction and inserted into the hollow hole of the cylindrical elastic member 34 (FIG. 8). The outer periphery of the root portion of the straight portion 33 of the flat steel wire 31 extending from the folded portion 32 is positioned inside the cylindrical elastic member 34. In a state where a plurality of flat steel wires 31 are overlapped in the thickness direction and inserted so as to straddle two adjacent cylindrical elastic members 34, the surfaces of all the flat steel wires 31 face in the circumferential direction.
[0012]
When the plurality of flat steel wires 31 are inserted across the pair of cylindrical elastic members 34 and 34 that are fitted in the mounting holes 20 that are adjacent to each other in this manner, the cylindrical elastic members 34 The upper end portion and the folded portion 32 of the flat steel wire 31 are disposed and accommodated in the recess portion 15. The cylindrical elastic member 34 and the flat steel wire 31 are inserted into the four fan-shaped pieces 12, closed from the upper side and closed by the disk 11, and the bolt 40 is fastened to the nut 18 on the back surface of the boss 17, and the dish-shaped brush 2 Is completed. A drive shaft that is rotated by a drive motor is integrally fixed to the closing disc 11 and functions as a side brush below the vehicle.
[0013]
When rotated about a substantially vertical axis as a side brush, the flat steel wire 31 bends in the direction opposite to the rotation direction due to the resistance from the road surface due to the rotation, and the root portion of the straight portion 33 also tries to bend. The portion has a plurality of (8) flat steel wires 31 stacked in the thickness direction, whereby the elastic strength of the base portion itself is increased, and the base portion is a cylindrical shape inserted into each mounting hole 20. Since it bends in a state where it is supported and further reinforced by the elastic member 34, it is possible to avoid a situation in which the root portion is broken over a long period of time. In addition, in all the mounting holes 20, the root portions of the flat steel wires 31 inserted therein are supported by the fitted cylindrical elastic members 34, so that the root portions of all the flat steel wires 31 are bent. Can be prevented. Further, since the mounting holes 30 have the same circumferential pitch L between adjacent holes, the flat steel wire 31 that is folded in two and fitted into the paired mounting holes 30 has dimensions, The shape can be unified. Since the flat steel wire 31 is made of a material having elasticity, even if the eight flat steel wires 31 to be stacked are manufactured with exactly the same size and shape, a pair of cylindrical elastic members 34 are formed. 7 is easily deformed and can be assembled to the state of FIG. 7 without any problem. Moreover, since the flat surfaces of the flat steel wires 31 are all aligned in the circumferential direction only by inserting the flat steel wires 31 so as to straddle the pair of cylindrical elastic members 34, 34, they are rotated as side brushes. Sometimes the cleaning ability of the road becomes higher.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in this application, since flat steel wires are overlapped and inserted into all the mounting holes via the cylindrical elastic member, even if the flat steel wires are densely arranged by reducing the pitch of the mounting holes. The base part of all the flat steel wires can be elastically strengthened, can sufficiently resist the rotational resistance from the road surface, can prevent the root part from being bent, and can extend the brush life. Moreover, since the flat surfaces of the flat steel wires are all aligned in the circumferential direction in the mounted state, the cleaning effect on the road surface is high when rotated as a side brush.
Since the folded portion of the flat steel wire is accommodated in the recessed portion of the fan-shaped piece, the mounting surface of the closing plate to the upper surface of the holding plate can be flattened, and the closing plate can be made a simple flat plate, which is inexpensive and easy to configure. .
Further, the pitch of the mounting holes adjacent between the pair of mounting holes adjacent to each other in each mounting hole row is made substantially equal to the pitch between the paired mounting holes. By reducing the pitch between the mounting holes, the steel hairs can be densely arranged, and there is an effect that a dish-type brush that can effectively perform the cleaning action on the road surface is obtained.
