Description
第1の発明に対する実施例配合を実施例1として表1、図1に示す。表1に示すように、ジフェニルカルバジド0.5gをアセトン10ml及びエタノール15mlの溶剤中に溶解させたものである。比較例1は、JASに規定のものとしてジフェニルカルバジド0.25gをイソプロパノール25mlに溶解させたものである。比較例2は、JISに規定のものとしてジフェニルカルバジド0.5gをアセトン25mlに溶解させたものである。比較例3は、特許文献2によるもので、ジフェニルカルバジド0.25gをエタノール12.5mlと酢酸12.5mlの混和液に溶解させたものである。
第2の発明に対する実施例を実施例2として表2及び図2に示した。表2中の実施例2は、実施例1に準じた配合にグリコール酸を加えたもので、1.5gのジフェニルカルバジドと5gのグリコール酸をアセトン30ml及びエタノール45ml、水25mlに溶解したものである。比較例4、5、6は、比較例1、2、3のものの2倍量に夫々水を50ml加えたものである。溶解性に関しては、先の実施例1で示したものと同様である。
第3の発明に対する実施例を表3、図3に示す。表3の配合は、表2で示した実施例2の配合のグリコール酸をリンゴ酸とし、これに酸化防止剤としてのビタミンC0.2gを加えたものである。比較例7、8、9は、先に示した比較例4、5、6のものに故意にビタミンC0.2gを加えてみたものである。
第3の発明に対するもう1つの実施例を表4及び図4に示す。実施例4はジフェニルカルバジド1.0gにビタミンCを0.2g、クエン酸5gを添加し、これをエタノール75ml、水25ml中に溶解したものである。比較例5、6は、表2に示した比較例5、6のものと同一である。実施例4の溶解性は実施例3のものと同様良好であった。
Claims (2)
- ジフェニルカルバジドをアセトン又は及びエタノールを含めた溶剤中に溶解すると共に、さらに、水と、酸化防止剤としてL(+)−アスコルビン酸、L(+)−アスコルビン酸ナトリウム、L(+)−アスコルビン酸2−グルコシド、L(+)−アスコルビン酸ステアリン酸エステル、L(+)−アスコルビン酸パルミチン酸エステル、α(±)−トコフェロールから選ばれた1又は複数のビタミン類又は及びエリソルビン酸、エリソルビン酸ナトリウムを含む化合物郡から1又は複数の化合物と、を含めたことを特徴とするクロム検出用試薬。
- 請求項1に記載のクロム検出用試薬であって、
発色強化剤として、クエン酸、リンゴ酸、グリコール酸、マロン酸又は酒石酸の中から選ばれた1種以上の有機酸を含めたことを特徴とするクロム検出用試薬。
