Claims (9)
- それぞれの接触面(20)を介して一体化することができる2つの型部分(2)を有する少なくとも1つのブローイング用の型(1)であって、一体化した際、前記型の1つの面(F)に当接させて支持されるようになっている環状のフランジ(10)を有するパリソンの首状部(9)を受け入れることができる首状通路(6)を介して前記型の前記面(F)上に開口する成型用のキャビティ(5)の少なくとも一部分を形成するブローイング用の型(1)と、
前記パリソン(7)の前記首状部(9)を覆いながら、前記型の前記面(F)を封止することができるベル型のブローイング用のノズル(12)を含むブローイング手段とを有し、
前記2つの型部分(2)は、ブローイングの間に、ブローイング用の流体の圧力の作用で該2つの型部分の前記両接触面の間に隙間(14)を生じさせて離れる方向に移動することができる、
熱可塑性ポリマー製のパリソン(7)から、容器をブロー成形またはストレッチブロー成形する装置において、
前記流体の、前記隙間によって生じる流路の断面積よりも大きな断面積を有する漏洩手段(21,24;29)が、少なくとも1つの型部分(2)の前記接触面(20)の少なくとも1つの位置に設けられ、ブローイング用の前記ノズル(12)のベル状部(11)が前記型の前記面(F)を封止する位置より半径方向外側まで溝状に延びており、前記漏洩手段は、前記型部分の外部への開口を有しており、
それによって、前記隙間に入ったブローイング用の前記流体が、前記漏洩手段によって除去されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記漏洩手段は、成型用の前記キャビティ(5)の各側の少なくとも1つの型部分(2)の少なくとも1つの接触面(20)から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記漏洩手段は、少なくとも1つの型部分(2)の前記接触面(20)から、前記ベル状部(11)の下方の領域とこの領域の外側との間に亘ってくり抜かれ、内側の端部(24)が塞がれている少なくとも1つの溝(21)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記漏洩手段は、前記2つの型部分の、対向する前記接触面からそれぞれくり抜かれた少なくとも2つの溝(21)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記漏洩手段は、前記隙間(14)の、前記ベル状部(11)に覆われている部分の断面積の10倍の断面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記漏洩手段は、前記パリソンの前記首状部を入れることができる前記首状通路(6)の所に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記型(1)の前記面(F)には、取り外し可能な首状プレート(30)が取り付けられ、該首状プレート(30)は、前記パリソンの前記首状部用の前記首状通路(6)を備え、ブローイングの間、ブローイング用の前記ノズル(12)の前記ベル状部(11)に封止され、前記2つの型部分(2)によってそれぞれ支持されている2つの首状ハーフプレート(26)から形成されており、
前記漏洩手段は、前記首状プレート(30)内に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記漏洩手段は、首状ハーフプレートの半分の通路の各側に1つずつ、少なくとも1つの首状ハーフプレートの接触面に溝状に設けられた2つの溝(21)を有し、各溝(21)は、閉塞された内側の端部と、ブローイング用のノズルの設置部より外側の他端部とを有し、該他端部は、首状ハーフプレート(26)の上面に開口する縦穴(29)と連通していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記縦穴(29)は、前記接触面が、隣接する端面に接続する位置の隅部において、前記首状ハーフプレート(26)の前記接触面の端部に溝状に設けられた切れ込みによって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
