Description
(1)前記マイクロチップをマイクロチップ本体と試料ホルダとを上下に備えて構成し、前記マイクロチップ本体に前記処理部を形成し、前記試料ホルダに前記試料サーバを形成したこと。
(2)前記毛細流路を前記試料サーバに貯留された試料が自重で流出しない表面張力を有するように形成したこと。
(3) 前記各試料サーバから試料を導入する試料導入部とこの試料導入部から前記処理部に試料を導くチャネル導入部と前記処理部から延びるチャネル分離部とを前記マイクロチップ本体に形成したこと。
(4)前記試料サーバに形成した開口を閉鎖する可撓部材を設け、前記可撓部材を前記試料サーバ内に変形させて試料を加圧する前記加圧装置としたこと。
(5)前記各試料サーバを前記試料ホルダの上面に開口して設け、可撓部材を薄板状に形成して前記試料サーバの開口を閉鎖および開放可能に前記試料ホルダ上に設置したこと。
(6)前記マイクロチップと前記加圧装置とが離れたり密着したりするように少なくと一方を可動可能とした。
(7)前記可撓部材の反試料サーバ側に流体圧力を加えて可撓部材を前記試料サーバ内に変形させる前記加圧装置としたこと。
(8)前記試料サーバと前記処理部とが連通するように前記試料ホルダと前記マイクロチップ本体との位置を決めるための位置決め手段を備えたこと。
(9)前記処理部および前記試料サーバを複数組設けたこと。
Claims (10)
- 複数の試料を処理部に供給して所定の処理を行なうマイクロチップを備えたマイクロ流体システムにおいて、
前記各試料を貯留する複数の試料サーバを前記マイクロチップに設け、前記各試料サーバの出口側にそれぞれ設けた毛細流路を介して前記各試料サーバと前記処理部とを接続し、前記各試料サーバ内の試料を加圧して前記処理部に供給するための加圧装置を設けたことを特徴とするマイクロ流体システム。 - 請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体システムにおいて、前記マイクロチップをマイクロチップ本体と試料ホルダとを上下に備えて構成し、前記マイクロチップ本体に前記処理部を形成し、前記試料ホルダに前記試料サーバを形成したことを特徴とするマイクロ流体システム。
- 請求項1または2に記載のマイクロ流体システムにおいて、前記毛細流路を前記試料サーバに貯留された試料が自重で流出しない表面張力を有するように形成したことを特徴とするマイクロ流体システム。
- 請求項2に記載のマイクロ流体システムにおいて、 前記各試料サーバから試料を導入する試料導入部とこの試料導入部から前記処理部に試料を導くチャネル導入部と前記処理部から延びるチャネル分離部とを前記マイクロチップ本体に形成したことを特徴とするマイクロ流体システム。
- 請求項1または2に記載のマイクロ流体システムにおいて、前記試料サーバに形成した開口を閉鎖する可撓部材を設け、前記可撓部材を前記試料サーバ内に変形させて試料を加圧する前記加圧装置としたことを特徴とするマイクロ流体システム。
- 請求項4に記載のマイクロ流体システムにおいて、前記各試料サーバを前記試料ホルダの上面に開口して設け、可撓部材を薄板状に形成して前記試料サーバの開口を閉鎖および開放可能に前記試料ホルダ上に設置したことを特徴とするマイクロ流体システム。
- 請求項5に記載のマイクロ流体システムにおいて、前記マイクロチップと前記加圧装置とが離れたり密着したりするように少なくと一方を可動可能としたことを特徴とするマイクロ流体システム。
- 請求項4に記載のマイクロ流体システムにおいて、可撓部材の反試料サーバ側に流体圧力を加えて前記可撓部材を前記試料サーバ内に変形させる前記加圧装置としたことを特徴とするマイクロ流体システム。
- 請求項2に記載のマイクロ流体システムにおいて、前記試料サーバと前記処理部とが連通するように前記試料ホルダと前記マイクロチップ本体との位置を決めるための位置決め手段を備えたことを特徴とするマイクロ流体システム。
- 請求項2に記載のマイクロ流体システムにおいて、前記処理部および前記試料サーバを複数組設けたことを特徴とするマイクロ流体システム。
