Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a setter for flat clay tiles for stacking flat clay tiles in a baking furnace in a multi-stage when firing flat clay tiles. The present invention relates to a setter suitable for a flat-type clay roof tile having a large size snow stop protrusion on an upper surface of an edge.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when flat clay roof tiles that are entirely flat are fired in an appropriate firing furnace such as a tunnel kiln or shuttle kiln, as shown in FIG. Place them one by one in a horizontal state, place the same legs 11 and 11 on the upper setter on both leg portions 11 and 11 of the lower setter, and place the setter in multiple stages in a furnace. It is fired. Since these setters are fired together with clay roof tiles to be fired, they are composed of ceramic materials such as silicon carbide with excellent high-temperature strength and thermal conductivity. Since it is supported, the flat clay roof tile 2 is advantageous in that firing deformation such as twisting hardly occurs.
[0003]
By the way, in the baking method using such a flat clay tile setter, in order to increase the accommodation efficiency in the baking furnace, the interval between the flat clay tile which is the object to be fired and the setters disposed above and below it Each dimension is set to be as narrow as possible. Therefore, the flat-type roof tiles produced in the most mass can be accommodated in the furnace with the best accommodation efficiency because the shape is flat and there are few irregularities. In the case of roof tiles, the height of the leg 11 of the setter has to be increased so as to accommodate the snow stopper projections, so that there is a problem that the storage efficiency is extremely lowered and the productivity is significantly inferior. there were. For this reason, since the height of the snow stop protrusion cannot be designed to be sufficiently large, there is also a problem that the snow stop effect is inferior.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and a setter having a conventional size and shape can be used even with a flat clay roof tile provided with a large snow stop protrusion having a large protrusion dimension on the upper surface. The present invention provides a flat clay tile setter that can prevent a decrease in productivity.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above problem is a flat clay tile setter that can be stacked by placing a flat clay roof tile with a snow stop protrusion on the upper surface of the front edge, as described in detail below. This can be solved by the flat clay tile setter according to the present invention, wherein a notch recess is provided in the side edge portion corresponding to the position of the snow stop protrusion of the flat clay tile to be placed.
In addition, the present invention can be embodied in a flat clay tile setter having a form in which reinforcing ribs are provided along the notch recesses and the reinforcing ribs are extended to the left and right sides.
[0006]
In the setter for flat type clay roof tiles of the present invention that can be stacked, as described above, the snow stop protrusions of the flat type clay roof tiles placed directly under the present invention are provided on the upper surface of the front edge portion. Therefore, a notch recess is provided in a portion corresponding to the position of the snow stop projection among the side edge portions of the setter on the upper side. As a result, the snow stopper protrusion of the flat clay tile just below is placed in the space of the notch recess without contacting the setter member directly above, so even in the case of a large snow stopper protrusion with a large protrusion dimension. It can be stacked as before. Therefore, the advantage that accommodation efficiency does not fall is acquired.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment according to the flat clay tile setter of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a view showing a relationship between a flat clay roof tile 2, a lower setter 3 and an upper setter 3a in the present invention in an open state up and down, and the flat clay roof tile 2 is attached to the setter 3 described below. The setter 3a mounted on the upper side of the setter 3a is illustrated as an example in which the legs 31 and 31a can be stacked in the same vertical direction. In this stacked state, as shown in the figure, each setter 3, 3 a is configured to stack a plurality of setters such that the upper legter 31 a is placed on the lower leg 31, 31. Each of the setters 3 and 3a is provided with one flat clay roof tile 2 having a snow stop projection 21 on the upper surface 20 of the front edge. (The roof tiles placed on the setter 3a are not shown)
[0008]
The present invention is based on a flat clay tile setter that can be stacked in such a manner that a flat clay roof tile 2 having such a snow stop projection 21 on the front surface 20 is placed. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 which is a schematic cross-sectional view of the stacked state at the center of the setter, the feature is that the snow-cushion protrusion 21 of the flat clay roof tile 2 placed immediately below. The notch recess 32 is provided in the side edge portion 34 of the setter 3a corresponding to the position. And this notch recessed part 32 needs to make it the shape dented in the magnitude | size which has allowances so that the snow stopper protrusion 21 and the member of the setter 3a located immediately below may not interfere with each other.
[0009]
Further, in the present invention, a reinforcing rib 33 is formed between the two side portions provided with the setter legs 31a, and a plurality of (four in FIGS. The flat clay roof tile 2 on which the reinforcing ribs 33 are formed is supported from the back side, and the cutout recess 32 of the present invention is provided with reinforcing ribs 33a along the edges. It is preferable to extend the reinforcing ribs 33a to the left and right side portions to compensate for the decrease in strength, and is particularly preferable from the viewpoint of maintaining the high temperature strength of the setter.
[0010]
Further, in addition to the notch recess 32 for the snow stop projection, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, if an appropriately sized vent hole 35 is formed in the substantially central portion of the setter 3, during firing, An advantage can be obtained in which a heating atmosphere can be circulated, and unevenness in the firing temperature of the placed flat clay tile 2 can be reduced.
[0011]
Further, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the reinforcing ribs 33 and the leg portions 31 provided on the setter 3 are formed in symmetrical, rotationally symmetric positions, shapes, and heights on the upper and lower surfaces of the setter 3. By doing so, it can be used reversibly by repeatedly pulling up and down. In such a case, it is preferable to arrange two notch recesses 32 for accommodating the snow stopper protrusions so as to be vertically or horizontally symmetrical. If the setter is configured to be reversible up and down in this manner, firing deformation such as slight distortion that occurs during the firing process is canceled out, so that an advantageous advantage in terms of both quality and cost that the service life of the setter is prolonged can be obtained.
[0012]
Further, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, a setter having a shape that can be used upside down by being inverted upside down can be configured as a plane without providing the vent holes 35 as shown in FIG. In this case, there can be obtained an advantage that it is possible to surely prevent the occurrence of a defect called so-called “boring” that foreign matter falls on the upper surface of the clay tile during baking and burns. As described above, the vent hole 35 can be handled according to the firing environment.
[0013]
Thus, in the stacked structure as shown in the figure, when the stacking pitch is, for example, about 70 to 80 mm, which is normal, in the case of the conventional type setter, the height of the snow stopper protrusion is 30 mm. Although it could not be designed as described above, in the case of the setter of the present invention, the height can be designed up to a maximum of 55 mm. In the present invention, the height of the snow stop protrusion can be doubled in this way, so that the degree of freedom in design is increased and the snow stop effect can be substantially improved. Became. Furthermore, it is possible to obtain the advantage that the setter can be used in a reversible manner upside down and the setter life can be extended.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
Since the flat clay tile setter of the present invention is configured as described above, even if it is a flat clay roof tile provided with a large snow stopper protrusion with a large protrusion height on the upper surface, the conventional size shape Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent a decrease in productivity due to a decrease in accommodation efficiency. In addition, there is an excellent effect that it is possible to produce a flat type clay roof tile having a large snow stop effect. Therefore, the present invention has a very large industrial value as a flat clay tile setter that has solved the conventional problems.
