Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to toilet seats such as ordinary toilet seats, heated toilet seats, and hot water flush toilet seats.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, toilet seats and warm water cleaning toilet seats are made by injection molding using a hard ABS resin or polypropylene resin (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Their surfaces had a specular gloss and were hard. Since the toilet seat surface is smooth, there is a problem that the skin is in close contact, sticky and cool in the winter. There is also a problem that it is hard and painful for the elderly.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-7-236595 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a toilet seat and a warm water-washed toilet seat that are not sticky, do not feel cool in winter, are not hard, and do not hurt.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in claim 1, the toilet seat-shaped foamed resin and cloth are hot-pressed, and the mesh shape of the fabric is transferred to the seating surface of the foamed resin, whereby fine irregularities are formed on the seating surface. In the foamed resin, foamed resins having different elastic moduli are arranged in multiple layers, and the seating surface side is a foamed resin having a small elastic modulus . Due to the fine irregularities, the skin is not completely adhered, and stickiness is eliminated. Further, since the contact area with the skin is reduced, heat conduction is suppressed, and in addition to the heat insulating effect of the foamed resin base material, a cool feeling is reduced.
[0009]
In order to solve the above problem, in claim 2 , the foamed resin to be molded is at least one selected from polyethylene foam and EVA. Foamed resin has a low thermal conductivity and a high heat insulation effect, and therefore can reduce a cool feeling.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The toilet seat of the present invention is soft and preferably has excellent heat insulation properties, for example, an organic foaming agent such as azodicarbonamide on a polyethylene resin polymerized using a metallocene catalyst, or an organic foaming agent such as dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine on low-density polyethylene. Addition agent, foaming aid and cross-linking agent, kneading, filling in a mold during pressing, heating under pressure and then depressurizing, so that the expansion ratio is 5 to 20 times by a conventionally known method such as a so-called pressure one-stage foaming method A foamed product is preferred because it is excellent in softness and heat insulation.
In the present invention, the foam layer is placed in a mold and charged into a mold on one side or a pair of lower molds, and the mold is sealed while maintaining the compressed state while sealing the mold. When it is fixed to the hot platen of the hydraulic press, heated steam flows through the flow path of the heating medium in the hot platen, preferably heated at 90 to 200 ° C. for 1 to 40 minutes, then cooled, and molded product Remove from the mold.
In the hot pressing, the foam layer disposed in the mold may be only one layer, or foamed resins having different elastic moduli may be disposed in multiple layers.
In the hot press molding, a cloth is inserted between a mold and a foam. Examples of the cloth to be charged include jersey cotton, flannel cloth, and knitted fabric jersey.
By putting a cloth between the mold and the foam, the air pocket during molding can be removed, and the mesh shape of the fabric is transferred to the toilet seat surface, and fine irregularities are formed, so the skin adheres perfectly. There will be no stickiness. Further, since the contact area with the skin is reduced, heat conduction is suppressed, and in addition to the heat insulating effect of the foamed resin base material, a cool feeling is reduced.
[0012]
【Example】
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the toilet seat of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the toilet seat of the present invention.
The toilet seat 1 is obtained by hot-pressing a crosslinked polyethylene foam having an expansion ratio of 15 times. Since a crosslinked polyethylene foam having a foaming ratio of 15 times is soft and has high heat insulating properties, use of this foam suppresses heat conduction from the skin and does not cool. In addition, since the foamed resin is elastic, it is soft and not painful.
[0013]
FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the toilet seat of the present invention.
The toilet seat 1 is obtained by hot-pressing a crosslinked polyethylene foam having different elastic moduli in two layers (elastic modulus is small on the seating side and large on the base material side), and a cloth is placed on the crosslinked polyethylene foam on the seating side. The mesh pattern irregularities 2 are formed. By simultaneously hot-pressing a crosslinked polyethylene foam and a fabric having different elastic moduli, the mesh shape of the fabric is transferred to the toilet seat surface, and fine irregularities 2 are formed on the foamed resin surface. The fine unevenness 2 prevents the skin from coming into close contact and stickiness. Further, since the contact area with the skin is reduced, heat conduction is suppressed, and in addition to the heat insulating effect of the foamed resin base material, a cool feeling is reduced.
Furthermore, since the elastic modulus is different (the seating side is small and the base material side is large), the seating side is elastic and soft, and the base material side has high rigidity so that the toilet seat shape can be maintained.
[0014]
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view when a material is charged into a die of a press for hot-pressing the toilet seat according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
3, 3 is a knitted fabric jersey, 4 is an upper mold, 5 is a lower mold, 6 is a press hot platen, 7 is a crosslinked polyethylene foam having a low elastic modulus, and 8 is a crosslinked polyethylene foam having a high elastic modulus. It is.
A jersey of knitted fabric is used in the methods of a crosslinked polyethylene foam 7 having a small elastic modulus between the foam and the molds 4 and 5, a crosslinked polyethylene foam 8 having a large elastic modulus, and a crosslinked polyethylene foam 7 having a small elastic modulus on the seating side. 3, the molds 4 and 5 are sealed, 150 ° C. heating steam is passed through the flow path of the heat medium in the hot platen 6 of the press and heated under pressure for 10 minutes to perform hot-pressure molding, and the toilet seat Was molded. The molded toilet seat has a cross-linked polyethylene foam layer that is defoamed and heat-sealed by hot-pressure molding to become a beautiful cross-linked resin having a textured pattern on the surface.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
From the above, in the present invention, the use of the foamed resin as the toilet seat material suppresses heat conduction from the skin and makes it cool.
Further, by simultaneously hot-pressing the toilet seat-shaped foamed resin base material and the cloth, the mesh shape of the fabric is transferred to the toilet seat surface, and fine irregularities are formed on the foamed resin surface. Due to the fine irregularities, the skin is not completely adhered, and stickiness is eliminated. Moreover, since the contact area with the skin is reduced, heat conduction is suppressed, and in addition to the heat insulating effect of the foamed resin base material, a cool feeling is reduced.
Furthermore, by arranging the foamed resin in multiple layers, it is possible to combine differently-characterized foamed resins having a high heat insulating effect on the side in contact with the skin and a foamed resin having a high elastic modulus underneath.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of a toilet seat according to the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a second embodiment of the toilet seat of the present invention.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view when a material is charged into a die of a press for hot pressing a toilet seat according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
