【課題を解決するための手段、作用及び効果】
上記の目的を達成するために、第1発明は、フレキシブルコンテナバッグを開口させるカッタ部を有する粉体ホッパの上部開口部に、鋼製枠で構成された外枠部が取着され、フレキシブルコンテナバッグの下降動作に伴い、中央部がフレキシブルコンテナバッグの側面部に密着した状態で伸縮して開閉自在なキャンバスシャッタを備えた粉体ホッパの防塵装置において、粉体ホッパの上部開口部に、前記キャンバスシャッタの外枠部を挿入する取付溝部を設け、該取付溝部に挿入された前記外枠部の離脱を防止するためのキャンバスシャッタ保持部材を着脱自在に設けた構成としている。
